Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi jaringan komputer global atau Internet telah menciptakan dunia baru yang dinamakan cyberspace. Cyberspace menghasilkan berbagai bentuk lingkungan cyberspace yang kemudian melahirkan istilah baru yang dikenal dengan Cybercrime. Cybercrime merupakan bentuk-bentuk kejahatan yang timbul karena pemanfaatan teknologi internet. Cybercrime dirumuskan sebagai perbuatan melawan hukum yang dilakukan dengan memakai jaringan komputer sebagai sarana/alat atau komputer sebagai objek, baik untuk memperoleh keuntungan ataupun tidak, dengan merugikan pihak lain. Jenis-jenis cybercrime terbagi menjadi tiga macam, yaitu berdasarkan aktifitas yang dilakukannya, motif kegiatan, dan sasaran kejahatan

Abstract

Pegawai Negeri atau Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) dalam melelaksanakan pekerjaan berkewajiban harussesuai dengan tugas dan fungsi yang telah diberikan oleh atasan dengan berbasis kinerja. Sesuai denganketentuan pemerintah bahwa setiap pegawai harus dilakukan penilaian kinerja oleh atasan terhadapbawahan, yang berfungsi evaluasi tercapai atau tidaknya target dan sasaran kerja oleh pegawai dalammelaksanakan tugas.Dalam penerapan penilaian kinerja pegawai dibutuhkan pengembangan sisteminformasi kinerja pegawai untuk standarisasi pembuatan sasaran kinerja pegawai.Pada saat ini, Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Jambi dalam pembuatan dan penilaiansasaran kinerja pegawai (SKP) masih manual, sehingga menjadi kendala dalam penyusunan sasara kerjapegawai. Selain itu atasan atau pimpinan juga mengalami kesulitan dalam monitoring dan evaluasikinerja pegawai yang harus di nilai secara periodik. Sehingga sangat diperlukan suatu sistem informasiyang terintegrasi untuk mempermudah dan mempercepat penyusunan dan penilaian kinerja pegawai.Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa rancangan dan implementasi Sistem Informasi Sasaran Kinerja Pegawai(SKP) pada Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Jambi.

Abstract

Polresta Jambi merupakan sebuah lembaga pemerintah yang bertanggung jawab pada bidang keamananuntuk wilayah hukum KotamadyaJambi.Polresta Jambi saat ini belum menerapkan sebuah sistemevaluasi kinerja berdasarkan prestasi kerja dan reward dalam menentukan tunjangan kinerja dankenaikan pangkat serta perencanaan karir bagi setiap anggotanya. Dari itu, Peneliti perlu merancangsebuah sistem yang berbasis IT yang dapat membantu Pimpinan dalam mengambil keputusan gunamenentukan besaran tunjangan kinerja setiap pegawai dengan sistem dan data yang dapatdipertanggungjawabkan.Sistem evaluasikinerja dicatat dalam bentuk skor pada Formulir PenilaianKinerja Spesifik dan Formulir Penilaian Kinerja Generikserta Input Laporan Kegiatan melalui mediasosial (Facebook) yang real time dan up todate. Sistem ini juga dirancang dapat diakses oleh unsurPimpinan/Top Manager(Kapolresta dan Kapolda) dalam hal akses guna perencanaan karir dan promosikenaikan jabatan anggota.Hasil dari perancangan sistem ini dapat mempermudah sistem kerja,pengarispan data penilaian anggota dan meminimalkan kesalahan akibat sistem konvensional dan dapatbermanfaat jangka panjang

Abstract

AnterAja is a company engaged in the delivery of goods, services and logistics based on information technology, headquartered in DKI Jakarta, Indonesia. In this study, an analysis of service quality was carried out which could conclude the public's assessment of AnterAja's expedition. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing whether the quality of service at AnterAja is acceptable or not by users. AnterAja service success measurement is determined by the level of user satisfaction using the SERVQUAL (Service Quality) method. The research data was processed using SPSS 25 software. The significant standard used in the study was 5% (0.05). From the research results show that of the five independent variables, only two variables are accepted significantly, which means that there is an influence, namely Reliability and Responsiveness. While the three variables, namely Tangibles, Assurance, and Empathy, have no significant effect on user satisfaction.

Abstract

Payment systems have become crucial in the present time to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in conducting transactions. The payment process at the canteen of Dinamika Bangsa University, Kota Baru, is currently being carried out conventionally, which is inefficient in terms of time and place. This can lead to delays when sellers have to provide change and can result in long queues. To address these issues, a system is needed to facilitate transactions for both sellers and buyers. The chosen method for developing this system is the waterfall approach, utilizing UML (Unified Modeling Language) tools, including use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. The system is designed using the Dart programming language and an FireBase database. This research culminates in a payment application using QR codes, which will assist the canteen personnel in conducting transactions at Dinamika Bangsa University, Kota Baru.

Abstract

Education is a planned system to create a learning atmosphere and learning or training process so that students can actively develop their potential. Along with the rapid development of information systems, of course it can help an institution to support and make it easier to achieve the targets and goals of the educational institution itself. But of course the use of technology must be based on a structured system so that the problem in a case can be broken down into sub-systems/parts/components that are interrelated with one another and related to achieving a certain goal. A website-based registration information system for prospective new students, is a registration system for prospective new students who want to register to school through website media, without having to come directly to school, so that it will make it easier for prospective new students to carry out the registration process, so that it will save more time and effort and can minimize the registration queue process at school. From these problems a web-based new student admission application is needed so that it can facilitate the committee in the process of registering and storing data on prospective new students, for prospective students it is hoped that it will be easier to carry out the registration process and faster to get information about the school.

Abstract

Information systems are very important for educational institutions to increase the competitiveness of schools with one another. The process of paying tuition fees at Fania Salsabila Vocational School, Jambi City, is still done by coming directly to school, this is not efficient both in terms of time and energy. In addition, the preparation of reports on receipt of spp payments is still being recapitulated using bookkeeping causing problems related to time. From the existing problems, a system is needed to facilitate tuition payments to student guardians. The system development method used is the Waterfall model, program modeling tools namely UML including use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. And the system is designed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. This research resulted in a website-based spp payment information system that can assist schools in manage spp payments.

Abstract

Abstrak− Penilaian kinerja Guru masih mengalami kendala di SMP Negeri 14 Tebo, dikarenakan penilaian masih bersifat subyektif dan menggunakan metode arsip, sehingga hasil penilaian masih kurang memuaskan dan belum terkomputerisasi. Topsis merupakan salah satu metode Sistem Pengambil Keputusan (SPK) yang akan dipergunakan dalam proses penilaian kinerja guru. Metode Topsis akan membantu kepala sekolah dalam proses evaluasi yang berhubungan dengan kinerja guru. Hasil penelitian yaitu pertama penilaian kinerja Guru masih mengalami kendala di SMP Negeri 14 Tebo, dikarenakan penilaian masih bersifat subyektif dan menggunakan metode arsip, sehingga hasil penilaian masih kurang memuaskan dan belum terkomputerisasi. Solusi dari menghindari penilaian secara subyektifitas dan manual/arsip dalam hal memberikan keputusan yang dihasilkan diperlukan suatu sistem yaitu sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) sehingga memiliki hasil. Hasil penelitian yang berdasarkan tabel 4.11 yaitu rangking alternatif rangking 3 terbaik dari untuk penilaian kinerja guru dapat dilihat pada tabel 4.12 yaitu id guru G24 rangking 1 dengan hasil 0.514669308, ide guru G3 rangking 2 dengan hasil 0.511314122 dan rangking 3 dengan ide G21 dengan hasil 0.510161603 dan kedua halaman laporan dalam metode TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) adalah tampilan yang menampilkan data, nilai, dan hasil keputusan dari proses pemilihan alternatif yang terbaik. Halaman ini biasanya digunakan untuk memanggil laporan data penilaian kinerja guru terbaik.

Abstract

The information system needed by the village community is obtained through messages delivered by the head of the hamlet and the head of the RT in their respective areas which can be conveyed in the forum of routine activities in the community, while the problems that occur in the population administration in the form of additions, changes to family cards and the making of birth certificates, the community must take care of their own population records to the Dukcapil Office in Sarolangun district with a distance traveled which is quite far, namely a trip ± 30 Km round trip, in addition to the absence of a village information system, the village government does not have population archives, both population statistics and aid data statistics. In the research carried out modeling using UML (Unified Modeling Language), in this stage we create a model of information system needs using use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams and build prototypes. The purpose of this study is to analyze and design a prototype of a web-based government information system in Pelawan Jaya Village, Sarolangun Regency. The results of the design of this web-based Village Government information system are expected to help the performance of the Village Government in managing the information needed by the community, and the Village Government has digital-based population data, so that at any time it needs population statistics already in this web-based Village Government information system. In addition, with the existence of this Village Government information system, it is hoped that the Village Government will also be transparent and accountable in managing village finances so that the community can know the activities that are being carried out by the Village Government both in terms of development, coaching and community empowerment.

Abstract

PT. Plantex Sembada International Jambi is a areca nut export and import company located in Jambi City. PT.Plantex Sembada International Jambi has not made full use of information and communication technology and does not have an information system that can help direct the production process, resulting in a long time in accessing the required data and information. With the production information system of PT. Plantex Sembada International Jambi can make it easier to manage production data. Object-based modeling used to describe the analysis system is UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling in the form of use case diagrams, activity diagrams, class diagrams, and flowchart. The output of this research is a web-based Production Information System prototype design at PT. Plantex Sembada International Jambi. Production information system can reduce the time and energy required for the production process and reduce the risk of manual recording errors, manage inventory better such as the risk of exess or shortage of stock, and make it easier to create accurate and structured reports.
