Abstract

In the digital era, the existence of a web-based information system is one of the important needs for local governments in providing services to the community. Information systems can also play a role in helping to improve operational efficiency, support business innovation, and accelerate decision making. One of the applications of the information system is the Parto.id website. Parto.id is a marketplace based on Business to Government (B2G) and Business to Business (B2B) which facilitates the implementation of e-purchasing of Procurement of Goods and Services whose main users are the government. The phenomenon of excessive purchasing on the Parto.id website in the Jambi Provincial Regional Government Organization environment can cause various significant problems. One of them is the waste of regional budget, especially if the purchase is not fully in accordance with the needs or its use is not optimal. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence user satisfaction and identify the obstacles experienced by users based on the dimensions of webqual 4.0. The focus variables measured include Usability, Information Quality, Service Interaction Quality and User Satisfaction. for Data collection is done by questionnaire, then the validity and reliability test of the data will be carried out, as well as the Hypothesis test using SmartPLS 4. The results of the study show that the website used is said to be very good with the value of the R-Square correlation of the User Satisfaction variable of 96.1%.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology, particularly the internet, has significantly impacted marketing activities. Many small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), such as Toko Madu Zalfa, still rely on traditional marketing methods, which are less effective in reaching a broader market. This study aims to design and implement a web-based digital marketing information system for Toko Madu Zalfa to improve marketing efficiency and expand customer reach. This research utilizes the Waterfall method, consisting of system analysis, design, implementation, and testing phases. The information system is designed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, supported by UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling tools to outline the system's flow. The system allows admins to manage product information, outlets, and customer testimonials digitally while providing reports related to products and promotions. Additionally, customers can easily access product information through the website without needing to visit the store in person, accelerating the marketing process and reducing promotional costs. The implementation results demonstrate that this information system successfully increases Toko Madu Zalfa's marketing reach and operational efficiency, while facilitating integrated data management. Therefore, this system is expected to assist Toko Madu Zalfa in competing in the digital era and expanding its market beyond the province.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze user satisfaction with YouTube as a self-learning platform among students at Universitas Dinamika Bangsa Jambi using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method. The research examines five key EUCS dimensions: content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness. The research model was developed based on EUCS theory and tested using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS version 3.2.9. Data were collected through a survey questionnaire distributed to active students who utilize YouTube as a learning resource. A total of 387 respondents participated in this study, with all data deemed valid for analysis. The results indicate that accuracy, ease of use, and timeliness significantly influence user satisfaction, whereas content and format do not have a significant impact. These findings suggest that while YouTube offers accessibility and timely content, the quality of content and presentation format remain challenges to overall user satisfaction. This study highlights the importance of improving content curation and optimizing the user interface structure to enhance the learning experience on YouTube.

Abstract

This study analyzes the level of user satisfaction of BCA mobile banking application using System Usability Scale (SUS) method on students of UNAMA University Jambi. Based on PlayStore review data, BCA mobile application gets a rating of 3.9 out of 5. Some user complaints include application that often force close, difficulty finding transaction history, complex transfer process, and balance information that does not appear immediately. The results of the SUS test show variations in the level of user acceptance, with scores below 50 categorized as Not Acceptable, scores of 50-70 as Marginal, and scores above 70 as Acceptable. Partial statistical tests show that the variables Effectiveness (X1), Efficiency (X2), and Satisfaction (X3) significantly affect the Usability variable (Y). The simultaneous test produces an F value = 279.269 with a significance of 0.000 (<0.05), which indicates a significant relationship between X1, X2, and X3 to Y. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R²) of 0.897 indicates that 89.7% of the Usability variable is influenced by Effectiveness, Efficiency, and Satisfaction, while the remaining 10.3% is influenced by other factors outside this study. This study concludes that although the level of user satisfaction is quite high, there are a number of aspects that need to be improved to improve the user experience of the BCA mobile banking application.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the service quality of the SIAKAD website at Universitas Dinamika Bangsa Jambi using the WebQual 4.0 method. The issues raised include the impact of access speed, the SIAKAD system on user expectations, the completeness and accuracy of data, and an overall analysis of the SIAKAD service quality. The study uses three main variables: Information Quality, Interaction Quality, and Usability Quality, with 311 respondents categorized by gender, age, and academic program cohort. The results show that Information Quality and Interaction Quality have a significant impact on user satisfaction, while Usability Quality does not have a significant effect. An R-Square value of 85% indicates that the service quality of SIAKAD at Universitas Dinamika Bangsa Jambi is good and positively influences user satisfaction. This study concludes that users are satisfied with the quality of the SIAKAD website services, except in terms of Usability.

Abstract

Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan keterampilan praktis mengenai manfaat digital marketing dan bisnis digital dalam ruang kreatif sebagai upaya meningkatkan potensi pemuda di Desa Tantan, Kecamatan Sekernan, Kabupaten Muaro Jambi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 16 Agustus 2026 bertempat di Aula Masyarakat Desa Tantan, dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 20 orang yang terdiri dari pemuda desa, anggota Karang Taruna, Koperasi Desa, BUMDes, Perpustakaan Desa, serta dihadiri oleh Kepala Desa Bapak Mashur, S.Pd. Metode pelatihan meliputi penyampaian materi, diskusi interaktif, dan praktik langsung mengenai strategi digital marketing, pemanfaatan media sosial, serta pengembangan bisnis digital berbasis potensi lokal. Hasil dari pelatihan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai pentingnya literasi digital, keterampilan pemasaran berbasis teknologi, serta kreativitas dalam membangun brand desa. Selain itu, pelatihan ini juga memperkuat sinergi antarorganisasi desa sebagai upaya penguatan kelembagaan dalam pengembangan ekonomi kreatif berbasis digital.Dengan demikian, pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi langkah awal dalam membentuk pemuda yang berdaya saing, mandiri, serta mampu berkontribusi terhadap pembangunan ekonomi desa secara berkelanjutan di era digital

Abstract

This research aims to develop a decision support system (DSS) to improve the efficiency and objectivity of contract employee selection at Mitra Jambi Hospital. The main problem faced by RS Mitra Jambi is the absence of a special information system for the selection of contract employees, which causes the assessment process to be manual, slow down the workflow, and tend to be subjective. This system is designed using the Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) method which is proven to be able to produce measurable, transparent, and accurate assessments, by integrating various assessment criteria such as Education, Competence, Motivation, and Attitude to rank candidates. The system development process follows the waterfall method, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, and black-box testing. This web-based system is built with PHP and MySQL database. The results of implementation and testing show that all system functionality runs well, is able to provide more accurate recommendations, reduce subjectivity, and increase selection effectiveness.  However, this study has limitations in data validation, namely the use of 1 real data and 29 simulated data from 30 candidates, due to the absence of comprehensive historical data recapitulation at Mitra Jambi Hospital. This system is expected to optimize the quality of selected candidates and support HR management at RS Mitra Jambi in a professional and accountable manner.

Abstract

This study examines challenges faced by STIT Al-Falah Rimbo Bujang in implementing online learning that is not yet optimally integrated. Students and lecturers currently rely on multiple platforms such as WhatsApp, Zoom, email, and Google Drive to manage schedules, learning materials, assignments, and communication. This platform fragmentation leads to operational inefficiencies, coordination difficulties, limited monitoring, and decreased student engagement. Observations and interviews with academic administrators identified three main problems: the need to access multiple applications for a single course, the lack of automated attendance recording during webinar sessions, and inefficient assignment submission and grading via private messaging, which increases administrative workload and the risk of data loss. A student satisfaction survey conducted in the even semester of the 2023/2024 academic year showed that these issues reduced the effectiveness of online learning by up to 40%. To overcome these problems, this study proposes the design of a web-based e-learning system with integrated webinar features that centralizes learning activities into a single platform. The system is developed using the waterfall model, including requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. UML is applied for system modeling, while PHP, MySQL, and Bootstrap are used for implementation

Abstract

Data mining is a technique of several fields of science to find previously unknown relationships in the data warehouse so that it becomes an information that can be used later. The unwise use of electricity will of course have an impact on the high use of electricity, therefore it is expected that every community understands the effort to use electricity wisely. Therefore, authors perform analysis of data mining on these electrical usage data in order to know which is a small, medium and large category. The authors use data on electrical use questionnaire as much as 200 data which is then presented into the ARFF format. In performing author analysis using WEKA Tools. The method used is Naive Bayes classification method with the greatest percentage of accuracy obtained using the Use Training Set Correctly of 80.5%, using a 5-Fold Cross Validation Correctly of 75%, and using 10-Fold Cross Validation amounted to 74%. While the result of the selection of the attributes using the algorithm classifier attribute evaluation (ClassifierAttributeEval) is stated that the most influential attribute against the electrical power usage classification is Electonic Goods.

Abstract

Hypertension is a major global health risk that requires accurate early detection, yet conventional methods struggle with complex and imbalanced health datasets. This study aims to optimize hypertension prediction using a Logistic Regression model integrated with Borderline-SMOTE to enhance recall and provide model transparency through SHAP (Shapley Additive Explanations). The method utilizes the BRFSS dataset, applying Borderline-SMOTE to address class imbalance at the decision boundary and XAI techniques for global and local interpretation. The findings show that the model achieved an accuracy of 0.719, an AUC of 0.800, and a significantly improved recall of 0.756. SHAP analysis identified age, high cholesterol, and BMI as the most influential risk factors, while waterfall plots successfully clarified individual risk extremes, ranging from 1.72% to 99.43% probability. These results imply that the proposed approach provides a sensitive and transparent screening tool for public health practitioners, effectively balancing statistical efficiency with clinical accountability.
