Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is infestation in African catfish (Clarias gariepinus) and what types of ectoparasites infecting the catfish as well as the level of attack of ectoparasites against catfish in Kuala Pembuang Dua village. The research was carried in March 2020. The method in taking / examining samples is the Scraping Method which is mucus scraping from fish skin and the Biopsy Method which is taking a portion of gill tissue. The research variable is to calculate the prevalence value and intensity value of the number of fish infected with parasites. There are 3 types of parasites found in African Catfish in Kuala Pembuang Dua Village, namely Oodinium sp., Dactylogyrus sp. and Chilodonella sp. The types of parasites were found to infest parts of organs namely gills (Oodinium sp., Dactylogyrus sp. and Chilodonella sp.), Fins (Oodinium sp., and Chilodonella sp.) and mucus / mucus (Oodinium sp., and Chilodonella sp.), Fins (Oodinium sp., and Chilodonella sp.) and mucus / mucus (Oodinium sp., and Chilodonella sp.). Pevalensi value in pool I and pool II are the same, namely the highest (100%) included in the category of always (very severe infection) with the type of parasite Oodinium sp. The highest intensity value in the pool I and pool II the highest number is the same type of parasite Oodinium sp. Pool I (10,3ind / head) and pool II (16.5 ind / head) Keywords : Infestation, ectoparasites, Clarias gariepinus.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the types of ectoparasites that attack mangrove crabs and calculate the level of intensity of ectoparasites attacks on mangrove crabs (Scylla serrata) that rearing at the Sagintung village pond. This research was conducted in July - August 2017. Samples of mangrove crabs taken as many as 100 tail. The results of the observation were 4 species of Protozoa namely Zoothamnium sp, Epistylis sp, Vortecella sp and 1 species of Arthropoda namely Octolasmis sp. Intensity of ectoparasite attack on carapace 8.0%, swimming legs 2%, legs 2% and gills 87%. The total intensity attack of Zoothamnium sp., Epistylis sp., Vorticella sp., and Octolasmis sp. were 40%. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kelayakan finansial, sensitivitas usaha, serta menganalisis model pengembangan usaha pengolahan kerupuk ikan di Kabupaten Seruyan.  Penelitian ini dilaksanakan mulai Bulan Maret sampai dengan Juli 2018, menggunakan data primer dengan metode sensus pada seluruh pengusaha kerupuk ikan di Kabupaten Seruyan. Kelayakan finansial dalam usaha pembuatan kerupuk ikan ini dianalisis menggunakan beberapa kriteria investasi yaitu Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return,  Payback Period, Net B/C Ratio.  Sensitifitas usaha dianalisis dengan menggunakan switching value, sedangkan model pengembangan usaha di analisis menggunakan PLS SEM.  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa usaha kerupuk ikan di Kabuapten Seruyan layak untuk di usahakan berdasarkan 4 kriteria investasi yang digunakan dengan nilai NPV sebesar Rp 192.357.2999,43, IRR sebesar 60,94%, Net B/C sebesar 2,76 dan pay back period sebesar 3 tahun 18 hari.  Adapun hasil  analisis sensitifitas menunjukkan penurunan harga jual lebih sensitive jika dibandingkan dengan penurunan harga bahan baku, dan untuk kenaikan harga bahan baku batas tertinggi sebesar 37,80% dan untuk penurunan harga jual kerupuk batas terendah sebesar 24,30%, dan berdasarkan analisis model pengembangan usaha (Entrepreneurial Marketing)  diketahui bahwa  Entrepreneurial marketing  berpengaruh sangat signifikan (p value 0,000) terhadap pengembangan usaha kerupuk ikan di Kecamatan Seruyan Hilir Kabupaten Seruyan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the blood picture of tilapia that is fed with the addition of probiotic rabal and to find out what the values of erythrocytes, leukocytes, hemoglobin, and hematocrit of tilapia are fed with the addition of probiotic rabal. The research was conducted for 21 days in May - July 2021. The analytical method used for the research of tilapia health indicators was carried out descriptively. The result data obtained and analyzed are hematological parameters which include hemoglobin levels, hematocrit levels, red blood cell values (erythrocytes) and white blood cell values (leukocytes) as well as supporting data such as water quality. The data is presented in tabular form which is then discussed descriptively with a related literature approach based on the results of previous studies. The research variables were calculating hemoglobin levels, hematocrit levels, erythrocyte values and leukocyte values of tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus). From the results of the study for 3 times the observation of blood picture observations in tilapia fed with added probiotic rabbal. The addition of rabal probiotics to tilapia feed can increase the number of red blood cells ranging from 3.10 x 106/mm - 3.5 x 106/mm, white blood cells 33.240 cells/mm3 - 39,540 cells/mm3, hemoglobin ranging from 8.2% - 10.2%, and the hematocrit ranged from 38.3% to 42.3%. In tilapia compared before being given additional feed with rabal probiotics. Keywords: Blood picture, probiotic, Oreochromis niloticus

Abstract

This study aims to identify ectoparasites and determine the incidence of parasites in Toman fish that are kept in wooden cages in Muara Dua Village, Seruyan Hilir District, Seruyan Regency. The method of this research is the sampling of Toman fish (Channa micropeltes) as many as 60 fish taken from three cages where fish are kept using the survey method. Each fish was observed on the fins, skin and gills and compared the results with the identification key book. From the results of research on Toman fish originating from Muara Dua Village, it was found that 4 types of ectoparites that infested Toman fish were as follows: Ticodina sp, Dactylogrus sp, Oodinium sp, and Ichtyoptirius multifilis and predilection or sites of attack of ectoprasites including fins, skin, and gills with a level value of The incidence of ectoprasites ranges from 42-68%, including in the common and frequent categories.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian adalah Untuk mengetahui apakah ikan papuyu (Anabas testudineus) yang dibudidayakan didalam jaring hapa terinfeksi oleh parasit, seberapa besar tingkat insidensi dan kelimpahan parasit pada ikan papuyu (Anabas testudineus). Penelitian dilakukan selama 3 (tiga) minggu pada bulan Juli 2021. Metode pemeriksaan sampel adalah Metode Scraping yaitu melakukan pengerokan lendir/mucus dari kulit ikan dan Metode Biopsi yaitu mengambil sebagian dari jaring insang. Variabel penelitian yaitu menghitung nilai tingkat insidensi dan kelimpahan dari jumlah ikan yang terinfeksi oleh parasit. Dari hasil penelitian selama 3 kali pengambilan sampel pengamatan deteksi keberadaan parasit pada organ tubuh ikan papuyu (Anabas testudineus) yaitu sirip, insang dan lendir/mucus. Sedangkan jenis parasit yang ditemukan 3 jenis parasit yaitu : Dactylogyrus sp, Ichthyophthirius multifiliis, Oodinium sp. Nilai tingkat insidensi tertinggi pada parasit Dactylogrus sp sebesar 78% termasuk kategori hampir selalu (terdeteksi parah). Nilai Kelimpahan tertinggi jenis parasit Oodinium sp 6 ind/ekor termasuk dalam kategori tinggi.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh ekstark daun rambusa terhadap gambaran darah ikan papuyu dan untuk mengetahui berapakah nilai hemoglobin, leukosit, ikan papuyu, eritrosit yang diberi pakan dengan tambahan ekstrak daun rambusa. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama 42 hari pada bulan April-Mei 2021. Penelitian mengunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 Ulang . Perlakuan A (EDR 50 ml), Perlakuan B (EDR 75 ml). Perakuan C (EDR 125 ml) dan Perlakuan D (Kontrol). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemberian ekstrak daun rambusa memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap gambaran darah ikan papuyu. Hemoglobin berkisar 5-8,9 gr %, eritrosit 87.657 - 154.467 sel/ mm3 , Leukosit 3.55 X106 – 4.35x106 dan Kelangsungan hidup sebesar 100%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat insidensi ektoprasit protozoa pada ikan air tawar dan jenis-jenis ektoparasit apa saja yang menginginfeksi ikan air tawar serta seberapa besar tingkat serangan ektoparasit terhadap ikan di Kecamatan seruyan Hilir. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret- April 2022. Metode pemeriksaan sampel adalah Metode Scraping yaitu melakukan pengerokan lendir dari kulit ikan dan Metode Biopsi yaitu mengambil sebagian dari jaringan insang. Analisa deskriptif digunakan untuk mengambarkan tingkat serangan ektoprasit protozoa pada air tawar. Ada 3 jenis ektoprasit protozoa yang ditemukan pada ikan sampel yang ada di Kecamatan Seruyan Hilir yaitu jenis parasit Oodinium sp., Tricodina sp. dan Chilodonella sp. Nilai Insidensi pada ikan Nila maupun Ikan Patin, yaitu sebesar (100%) masuk dalam kategori selalu (terinfeksi sangat Parah) dengan jenis parasit Oodinium sp. Nilai Intensitas tertinggi pada ikan Nila dan Patin jumlah tertinggi adalah jenis ektoparasit Oodinium sp. Nila (10,5 ind/ekor) dan ikan Patin (16,5 ind/ekor)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk megiventarisasi jenis endoparasit yang infeksi pada ikan layur (T. lepturus) di Pasar Saik Kuala Pembuang. Ikan layur (T. lepturus) yang diteliti sebanyak 30 ikan dan diidentifikasi di Laboratorium Program Studi Budidaya Ikan, Politeknik Seruyan. Parasit yang diamati yaitu endoparasit. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menghitung perbedaan prevalensi dan perhitungan secara deskriptif untuk mengetahui tingkat infeksi pada berbagai organ. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa prevalensi infeksi parasit pada ikan layur (T. lepturus) yang dipasarkan di Pasar Saik Kuala Pembunag termasuk dalam kategori ‘selalu’ dengan nilai sebesar 93,2%. Menurut William dan Bunkley (1996), kategori ‘selalu’ ini menggambarkan bahwa parasit menginfeksi ikan sebesar 90- 98 %.
