Abstract

This study aims to analyze social performance and financial performance rural microfinance institutions (UED-SP) in Pangkalan Lesung Subdistric. Research was conducted at UED-SP Barokah in Sari Makmur village and UED-SP Sido Asri in Rawang Sari. Social performance analysis using MIX Market performance indicators, and financial performance analysis method using 17 ratio with Pearls. Analysis social performance and financial performance on average performed over the period 2011-2013. Results performance analysis showed that UED-SP in Pangkalan Lesung Subdistric has reached 10.77 percent - 19.57 percent of poor households, agricultural sector is the most reach on  productive activites. The volume loans increased at 70.58 percent on UED-SP Barokah, and 68.07 percent on UED-SP Sido Asri. Women borrowers increased at 87.19 percent on UED-SP Sido Asri and 98.66 percent on UED-SP Barokah. The results obtained analysis financial performance that rural microfinance in Pangkalan Lesung Subdistric does’t have a reserves for the loan risk on 1-12 months and over than 12 months. Effectiveness financial structure obtained very large ratio outstanding loans (94.21 percent), while loans and loan stock still small, and ratios of capital institutions ratios are very large. NPL ratio (4.35 percent) and unproductive assets ratio (00:05) is quite low. Ratio operating costs still high (11.96 percent), while ratio net income quite small (9.63 percent). Liquidity ratio good (4.94 percent). Signs look good capital growth with growth institutional capital sizeable (116.17 percent) and growth assets, loans and shares are above inflation. Abstract

The research aims to (1) figure out and analyze the level of nett income from the oil palm small holders in Sungai Apit Sub-district Siak Regency, (2) figure out and analyze the comparizon of efficiency level towards the oil palm small holders in Category I and Category II in Sungai Apit Sub-district and Siak Regency, and (3) figure out the problems faced by the independent oil palm small holders. The survey method was used in the research, and the sampling method was purpossive sampling method. 15 respondents as the sample were taken from Category I, and 15 other respondents as the sample were taken from Category II. The result has shown that the oil palm farming run by both of Categories are profitable, with the average of nett income from the small holders in Category I was Rp. 15.611.225,23/ha/year and the average of nett income from the small holders in Category II was Rp.22.340.469,82/ha/year. The average score of RCR for the small holders in Category I was Rp 2.42, while the small holders in Category II was Rp 2.49. From the t test it was obtained that the t score was smaller than from the table. It meant that the nett income earned by the oil palm small holders in Category I was not significantly different than the nett income of the oil palm small holders in Category II. The problems that were faced by the oil palm small holders were the lack of guidance, production facilities, and pest. Keywords: nett income, RCR, problems of the oil palm small holders

Abstract

Tebing Tinggi Timur District is a center for the development of sago plantations in Kepulauan Meranti Regency. Sago plantations in Tebing Tinggi Timur District have been cultivated for generations with local wisdom as an effort to optimize the land which is 80% peat. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of cultivation techniques and analyze the income of sago farming. The method used is descriptive analysis and analysis of agricultural income. The respondents consisted of 30 sago farmers. The results of the analysis of sago cultivation techniques showed that the sago cultivation techniques in Tebing Tinggi Timur District were not in accordance with the recommendations, while the income of sago farming showed a total profit of IDR 5,314,349.48 per year per ha. Keywords:Sago, Income Analysis, Cultivation Techniques.

Abstract

Kota Dumai merupakan salah satu daerah sentra produksi keripik cabe. Banyak terdapat keripik cabe yang dijual di Kota Dumai. Beredarnya berbagai produk keripik cabe yang ditawarkan membuat konsumen memiliki banyak pilihan dalam membeli. Salah satu keripik cabe yang disukai masyarakat adalah keripik cabe IKA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sikap dan perilaku konsumen dalam pembelian keripik cabe IKA di Kota Dumai. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kota Dumai dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria konsumen yang berbelanja minimal 1x dan usia sampel ≥ 25 tahun. Jumlah sampel adalah 96 sampel. Data dianalisis dengan model sikap, model norma subjektif dan model perilaku menggunakan theory of reasoned action. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan sikap konsumen terhadap atribut keripik cabe IKA bernilai 12,07. Artinya konsumen memiliki sikap baik dan merasa puas dengan atribut yang ada pada keripik cabe IKA. Perilaku konsumen dalam pembelian keripik cabe IKA di Kota Dumai bernilai 500,151. Artinya perilaku konsumen dalam melakukan pembelian keripik cabe IKA adalah baik. Dumai City is one of the chili chip production centers. There are many chili chips sold in Dumai City. The circulation of various chili chip products offered makes consumers have many choices in buying. One of the chili chips that people like is the IKA chili chips . This study aims to analyze the attitudes and behavior of consumers in purchasing chili IKA chips in the city of Dumai. The research was carried out in the city of Dumai using the method purposive sampling with the criteria of consumers who shop at least once and sample age ≥ 25 years. The number of samples is 96 samples . The data were analyzed using the attitude model, the subjective norm model and the behavioral model using the theory of reasoned action . The results showed that the overall attitude of consumers towards the attributes of chili IKA chips worth 12.07. This means that consumers have a good attitude and are satisfied with the attributes of the IKA chili chips. Consumer behavior in purchasing IKA chili chips in Dumai City is worth 500.151. This means that consumer behavior in purchasing IKA chili chips is good.

Abstract

This reseacrh is aimed to analyze the financial and performance growth of cooperativeMandiri Mojopahit Jaya during last three years. This research was carried out atcooperative Mandiri Mojopahit Jaya village Sari Galuh District of East Tapung RayaKampar Regence. The method used was case study in order to see the monetary ratio ofcooperative Mandiri Mojopahit Jaya. Interview was also done with active member ofcooperative Mandiri Mojopahit Jaya totally 30 members. The sample was takes byClaster Random Sampling. Based of financial criteria the research result show that coopMojopahit Jaya is in liquid position, laverge ratio indicate that cooperative MandiriMojopahit Jaya is solvable. Active ratio shown that cooperative Mandiri Mojopahit Jayastill depend on capital. From rentability ratio cooperative is still lower compared withthe using of total grand capital.Key words: financial, monetary ratio, the growth of KUD
