Abstract

Community Empowerment Strategy through Kertadana Village-Owned Enterprises in Kertoraharjo Village, East Luwu Regency. (Supervised by: Muhammad Azis and Darman Manda). Social Science Education Study Program, Specialty in Economist Education. Makassar State University Postgraduate Program. This study aims to find out: Community Empowerment Strategies Through Village Owned Enterprises Kertadana Kertoraharjo East Luwu Regency and Constraints and Solutions in Running Community Empowerment Strategies Through Village Owned Enterprises Kertadana in Kertoraharjo Village, East Luwu Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. It is said to be qualitative because the main data source in this study is the words and actions of the people who are observed or interviewed. The Strategy for Community Empowerment of village owned enterprises Kertadana in Kertoraharjo Village, East Luwu Regency, namely, the program carried out by the three business units in village owned enterprises Kertadana is one strategy to empower the community by providing easy access to the Kertoraharjo village community. Constraints and Solutions in Implementing a Community Empowerment Strategy through village owned enterprises Kertadana in Kertoraharjo Village, East Luwu Regency, namely, how to socialize to the community with the establishment of village owned enterprises Kertadana and market competition with other agents from outside Kertoraharjo village. The solutions carried out are such as outreach to the community, collaborating with the Kertoraharjo village government and community leaders and providing understanding to the community. Strategi Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Melalui Badan Usaha Milik Desa Kertadana di Desa Kertoraharjo Kabupaten Luwu Timur. (Dibimbing oleh: Muhammad Azis dan Darman Manda). Program Studi Pendidikan Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial, Kekhususan Pendidikan Ekonomi. Program Pascasarjana Universitas Negeri Makassar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: Strategi Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Melalui Badan Usaha Milik Desa Kertadana Desa Kertoraharjo Kabupaten Luwu Timur serta Kendala dan Soslusi dalam Menjalankan Strategi Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Melalui Badan Usaha Milik Desa Kertadana di Desa Kertoraharjo Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Dikatakan kualitatif karenan sumber data utamanya dalam penelitian ini berupa kata-kata dan tindakan orang-orang yang diamati atau yang diwawancarai. Strategi Pemberdayaan Masyarakat BUMDes Kertadana Di Desa Kertoraharjo Kabupaten Luwu Timur yaitu, Program yang dilakukan ketiga unit usaha yang ada di BUMDes Kertadana tersebut merupakan salah satu strategi untuk memberdayakan masyarakat dengan memberikan kemudahan akses kepada masyarakat desa Kertoraharjo. Kendala dan Solusi dalam Menjalankan Strategi Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Melalui BUMDes Kertadana di Desa Kertoraharjo Kabupaten Luwu Timur yaitu, cara mensosialisasikan kepada masyarakat dengan berdirinya BUMDes Kertadana dan adanya persaingan pasar dengan agen-agen lainnya dari luar desa Kertoraharjo. Adapun solusi yang dilakukan yaitu seperti sosialisasi ke masyarakat, bekerjasama dengan pemerintah desa Kertoraharjo serta tokoh masyarakat dan memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to examine (1) the influence of education and training on motivation partially, (2) the influence of education and training on motivation simultaneously, (3) the influence of education on teacher performance directly and indirectly through motivation, (4) the influence of training on teacher performance directly and indirectly through motivation, and (5) the influence of motivation on teacher performance directly. This study employs ex post facto method using a quantitative approach. The sampling employed the saturated sample technique where the entire population was used as the research sample. The sample of the study was all teachers consisted of 39 teachers. The results of the study reveal that (1) Partially, there is a direct influence significantly of education and training on motivation, (2) Simultaneously, there is a direct influence significantly of education and training on motivation, (3) there is a direct and significant influence of education on teacher performance as well indirectly through motivation, (4) there is a direct and significant influence of training on teacher performance as well as indirectly through motivation, and (5) there is a direct and significant influence of motivation on teacher performance at SMKN 5 Pangkep. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap motivasi secara parsial, (2) pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap motivasi secara simultan, (3) pengaruh pendidikan terhadap kinerja guru secara langsung dan tidak langsung melalui motivasi, (4) pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja guru secara langsung dan tidak langsung melalui motivasi, (5) pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja guru secara langsung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode expost facto menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian Sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru yang terdiri dari 39 guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh langsung yang signifikan pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap motivasi, (2) Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh langsung yang signifikan pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap motivasi, (3) terdapat pengaruh secara langsung dan signifikan pendidikan terhadap kinerja guru juga secara tidak langsung melalui motivasi, (4) terdapat pengaruh secara langsung dan signifikan pelatihan terhadap kinerja guru juga secara tidak langsung melalui motivasi, (5) terdapat pengaruh secara langsung dan signifikan motivasi terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Negeri 5 Pangkep.
