Abstract

Learning Javanese script is considered an outdated and boring lesson. This paradigm of boring and obsolete Javanese script lessons must be changed into a modern, interesting, and enjoyable learning experience. One way to do this is by developing a Joyful Learning-based model for Javanese language instruction. Joyful Learning is a concept of enjoyable learning. The development of a Joyful Learning-based model for Javanese language instruction is urgent and necessary because the learning model currently used by students needs to employ the principles of Joyful Learning, resulting in students feeling bored, tired, and unmotivated to learn. Additionally, Javanese language instruction is viewed as a good means to develop the character of the nation's children, as it contains values of morality and politeness. The research design used is the ADDIE Research and Development design, with the steps of analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating. This study uniquely integrates traditional games into the Joyful Learning model. The result of the study is creating a Joyful Learning-based model for Javanese script instruction. The components of this model include the social system, reaction principles, support system, instructional and incidental impacts, and syntagmatic. The syntagmatic model of Joyful Learning-based Javanese script instruction includes an introduction, material delivery, games for writing sentences, games for reading paragraphs in Javanese script, formative assessment, and reflection. The learning model has been tested at SMPN 12 Semarang. The results of the school trial indicate that the Joyful Learning-based Javanese script instruction model is effective for learning.

Abstract

Abstrak Pembelajaran bahasa Jawa berlangsung sudah cukup lama, tetapi dalam pelaksanaan masih mendapat kritik dari berbagai pihak, misalnya penyajian mata pelajaran bahasa Jawa di sekolah masih banyak yang menggunakan pendekatan konvensional, model pembelajaran yang digunakan belum inovatif serta pembelajaran terasa monoton dan kurang menarik. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka tim pengabdi mencoba memberikan suatu pemikiran tentang alernatif baru yaitu pelatihan model pembelajaran bahasa Jawa berbasis joyful learning. Tujuan program ini adalah meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam hal model-model pembelajaran bahasa Jawa yang menyenangkan . Guna mencapai tujuan tersebut maka digunakan berbagai macam metode, diantaranya adalah ceramah, demonstrasi, tanya jawab, praktik langsung dan penugasan. Di akhir program dilakukan penilaian untuk melihat tingkat keberhasilan program. Hasil posttest menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan pemahaman konsep joyful learning sebesar 36%, dari rata-rata nilai pretest 52 menjadi 88. Peningkatan sebesar 36% tersebut tergolong cukup tinggi. Dalam program pengabdian kepada masyarakat tersebut juga dipaparkan beberapa cara yang dapat digunakan agar pembelajaran bahasa Jawa menjadi pembelajaran yang menyenangkan, diantaranya dengan (1) menggunakan humor, (2) menggunakan permainan, (3) menggunakan lagu, (4) menggunakan media sosial, (5) menggunakan outdoor learning atau pembelajaran di luar kelas dan (6) menggunakan ice breaking. Kata Kunci: pembelajaran bahasa Jawa, menyenangkan, joyful learning.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the diversity of sea urchins found in the waters of Samboang Beach, Bulukumba Regency. This research method uses a line transect method with a size of 1 m x 1 m. The data obtained was then identified, then analyzed using the diversity index (H'), evenness index (C) and dominance index (D). The results show that the number of sea urchin species found on Samboang Beach, Bulukumba Regency is 4 species consisting of Echinometra oblonga, Echinometra mathaei, Echinometra viridis, and Diadema setosum. The sea urchin diversity category is classified as medium, namely 1.25. The dominance index is relatively low, namely 0.31, and the evenness index is relatively stable, namely 0.903.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leverage, company size, and profitability on earnings management in real estate and property companies. This study uses secondary data from company annual reports that can be accessed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website. A total of 85 real estate and property companies listed on the IDX between 2016 and 2022 became the study population. During the seven-year observation period, research sampling was conducted on 15 companies using purposive sampling. The data were tested using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25 software. The findings show that although company size and profitability do not affect earnings management, leverage does.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh leverage, ukuran perusahaan, dan profitabilitas terhadap manajemen laba pada perusahaan real estate dan properti. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dari laporan tahunan perusahaan yang dapat diakses di website Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Sebanyak 85 perusahaan real estate dan properti yang terdaftar di BEI antara tahun 2016 hingga 2022 menjadi populasi penelitian. Selama periode pengamatan tujuh tahun, pengambilan sampel penelitian dilakukan pada 15 perusahaan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Data diuji dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS 25. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa meskipun ukuran perusahaan dan profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap manajemen laba, namun leverage berpengaruh.

Abstract

Hipertensi terjadi akibat peningkatan tekanan darah terlalu tinggi, yang disebabkan oleh penyempitan pembuluh darah (vasokontriksi) maupun kekakuan pembuluh darah. Seseorang dikatakan mengalami hipertensi jika tekanan darah sistolik ≥ 140 mmHg dan tekanan darah diastolik ≥ 90 mmHg. Tekanan darah yang terlalu tinggi dapat mengakibatkan pecahnya pembuluh darah ke otak sehingga bisa menyebabkan stroke bahkan kematian. Penanganan secara non farmakologi dapat menjadi alternatif penatalaksanaan pada pasien hipertensi, salah satunya adalah dengan pemberian terapi Isometric Handgrip dalam menurunkan tekanan darah. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran asuhan keperawatan dengan pemberian terapi Isometrik Handgrip dalam menurunkan tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi. Metode: Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan wawancara dan observasi. Populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini dilakukan pada 1 responden. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa setelah dilakukan pemberian terapi Isometrik Handgrip selama 3 hari berturut-turut pada pasien hipertensi didapatkan adanya penurunan tekanan darah yaitu dari 160/90 mmHg menjadi 130/80 mmHg. Kesimpulan: Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terapi Isometrik Handgrip efektif dalam menurunkan tekanan darah.

Abstract

The focus of this study is to examine the effect of institutional ownership, audit committee, solvency, and company size on earnings management. Earnings management is an effort by company managers to influence financial statement information that aims to deceive stakeholders who want to know the company's performance. This study was tested on 140 data from 20 consumer goods sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2022 which were selected using the purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that company size has an effect on earnings management while institutional ownership, audit committee, and solvency do not have an effect on earnings management.

Abstract

Abstrak: Menulis naskah sandiwara berbahasa Jawa merupakan salah satu materi pembelajaran yang sering dianggap sulit oleh siswa SMP Negeri 4 Semarang. Berdasarkan observasi, kesulitan yang dialami siswa adalah untuk menentukan ide dan mengembangkannya menjadi sebuah naskah sandiwara berbahasa Jawa dan kesulitan dalam memilih kosa kata yang tepat. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan suatu teknik pembelajaran yang dapat membantu siswa untuk mengatasi kesulitan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan apakah pembelajaran menulis naskah sandiwara berbahasa Jawa dengan menggunakan teknik alih wahana dengan media film dapat mengatasi permasalahan siswa dalam pembelajaran menulis naskah sandiwara berbahasa Jawa dan membantu siswa untuk memperoleh hasil belajar yang lebih baik serta untuk mengetahui bagaimana perilaku siswa pada kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IX SMP N 4 Semarang, sedangkan sampelnya yaitu kelas IX D sebagai kelas eksperimen dan IX C sebagai kelas kontrol. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes, wawancara, dan observasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif yang meliputi deskripsi data, uji prasyarat analisis, dan uji hipotesis.

Abstract

Implementing differentiated learning in Javanese language lessons faces many challenges in the field. The primary reason is that teachers do not yet understand the concept of differentiated learning. So far, teachers have been teaching using conventional methods without considering the psychological aspects of students, such as their learning styles and interests. This community service program aims to improve teachers' abilities in designing differentiated teaching modules and applying them in Javanese language learning. The methods used in this community service program include lectures, question-and-answer sessions, demonstrations, and assignments. Lectures and question-and-answer sessions are used to deliver theoretical material. Demonstrations are used for practical material. Assignments are used to deepen competence so that participants become more skilled in the taught material. At the end of the program, an evaluation is conducted to assess the program's success, deficiencies, or weaknesses, and the results are used for future activities. The community service program has been well implemented. This program has positively impacted Javanese language teachers who are members of the MGMP Javanese Language High School in Magelang Regency. The data is evidenced by a 46% increase in teacher competence in developing differentiated teaching modules and a 39% increase in their ability to map students.

Abstract

Grade VII MTs N 2 Sragen students have difficulty learning Javanese dialogue texts, so they need s.id web-based learning media that can be used so that students can listen, read, write, and speak Javanese dialogue text material. This research aims to develop a learning medium for Javanese dialogue texts with the s.id web. This research and development is carried out in six stages: analyzing potential problems, collecting information, designing products, validating designs, improving products, and limiting trials. The data obtained in this study were through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and tests. The data analysis technique uses qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The study results show that students and teachers need media to support learning Javanese dialogue text material. The media content needed includes materials, examples, exercises, evaluations, and online dictionaries. The results of the material validation test averaged 88%, while the media validation test averaged 73%, and both showed valid results. The results of the limited trial also received an average of 94.8 or an N-Gain Score of 0.83 ≥ 0.3 with compelling evidence. Therefore, web-based learning media s.id be able to be used and developed into a supporting medium for dialogue text material for class VII MTs N 2 Sragen.
