Abstract

Changes in temperature and extreme weather conditions, combined with exposure to pollution, have a negative impact on the body's immunity. This poses a challenge for every mother, who typically acts as a shield for her family in maintaining their immune system. Instead of using chemical-based multivitamins that may have long-term effects, there are kitchen ingredients that can be utilized to create natural multivitamins. The purpose of this program is to enhance the knowledge, skills, and productivity of partners in processing kitchen ingredients into natural, healthy beverages using the JSR (Prophet's Healthy Technique) method. The program begins with providing awareness sessions to partners, who are members of the PKK Sungai Pauh Firdaus, followed by training in the processing of kitchen ingredients into healthy beverages using the more practical JSR method, which also allows for selling and adds economic value for partners. The results obtained by partners after participating in the program include an improvement in their knowledge and skills in processing kitchen ingredients into healthy beverages. There has also been an increase in economic productivity among partners, including orders for healthy beverages from members of the DWP social gathering organized by one of the PKK Sungai Pauh Firdaus members.

Many home industry players manage businesses without having adequate knowledge and skills, one of whom is Dapu Rindu, operating in the food industry, which is experiencing stagnation in all aspects of its business. The aim of this community service is to increase partners' knowledge and skills in managing their businesses, as well as to boost their business productivity and sales. Some of the methods implemented in this program include diversifying products with regional characteristics, improving marketing mix strategies, packaging and branding, and providing financial management training in the form of financial governance, recording, and determining competitive product selling prices. The results of the program show an increase in turnover and business profits, by 18.75% and 25%, respectively. Additionally, it has led to an improvement in partners' skills, enabling them to produce two new products that are typical Acehnese processed foods, possess legal status, calculate competitive selling prices, and manage business finances effectively.

The urgency and renewal regarding service solvency which has not been studied extensively and the level of poverty has become important topic, as Aceh is one of the 10 poorest provinces in Indonesia. This research aims to determine the effect of service solvency and the growth of original local government revenue on poverty levels using gross regional domestic product as mediating factor in Langsa city. Based on research findings, it is known that simultaneously service solvency and original local government revenue variables have significant effect on poverty level. Partially, original local government revenue variable has positive and significant effect on poverty level, while service solvency has no effect on poverty level. The result of path analysis testing indicates gross regional domestic product variable is not able to serve as a mediating variable for service solvency and original local government revenue on poverty level in Langsa city.

Abstract

Gayo Lues Regency has the second highest poverty rate in Aceh Province. This condition indicates structural problems related to employment, health, and education. This study aims to analyze the influence of open poverty, health levels, and educational attainment on poverty levels in Gayo Lues Regency during the 2010–2024 period. This study uses a quantitative approach utilizing secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Aceh Province. The analytical methods used include time series analysis and multiple linear regression to identify the relationship and magnitude of influence between variables. The results show that health and open poverty variables have a positive but insignificant influence on poverty levels. Meanwhile, education levels show a significant negative influence on poverty, indicating that improving education plays a significant role in reducing poverty rates. These findings emphasize that poverty alleviation efforts in Gayo Lues Regency need to be directed at improving the quality and access to education and creating productive and sustainable employment opportunities to improve overall community welfare.
