Abstract

One technology that is currently gaining traction is Augmented Reality (AR). Augmented Reality (AR) is a technology used to combine the virtual world and the real world, this system is closer to the real environment, so that the boundary between them becomes thin. Augmented Reality serves the purpose of developing new technology that allows for real-time interaction. This technology allows users to view 3D objects in real time by using a smartphone. Based on observations and feedback from students during the process of learning English at a private school, students believe that the education they receive is inadequate because it is solely based on text/modules. Teaching modules often used are only material summaries, besides that the availability of authentic materials is very limited. As a result of this, a new interactive learning medium based on Augmented Reality has been developed to teach and learn English in the ESP curriculum for Jasmani students. The goal of this research is to learn about students’ perceptions of Phisyc Education toward Augmented Reality-based learning media in English. According to the findings of the study, 93% of the population is interested in using Augmented Reality applications, and this include in category as very agree.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Perbandingan Pengaruh Metode Drill dan Pendekatan Bermain terhadap Forehand Drive Tenis Meja Mahasiswa Penjas USN Kolaka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain “one groups pre-test-post-test design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa program studi pendidikan jasmani yang berjumlah 135 Mahasiswa. Sedangkan sampelnya Angkatan 2020 dengan jumlah 34 mahasiswa. Teknik memilih sampel dari populasi yang tersedia yaitu dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Peningkatan penguasaan teknik Forehand Drive tenis meja mahasiswa Penjas USN Kolaka dapat di tingkatkan dengan menggunakan pendekatan drill maupun menggunakan pendekatan bermain. Aplikasi di lapangan belajar teknik dasar Forehand Drive menggunakan pendekatan drill lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan pendekatan bermain terhadap peningkatan penguasaan teknik Forehand Drive tenis meja mahasiswa Penjas USN Kolaka

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between Speed ​​and Agility on the ability to dribble on the SSB Poleang Raya athlete, Bombana Regency. This research is a quantitative study using a descriptive correlational method. The research subjects were the SSB Poleang Raya athlete, Bombana Regency, which consisted of 30 people. The instruments used in this study were 40 meter run, shuttle run, and dribbling. Data analysis techniques were analyzed using statistical techniques using the SSPS.version 24 application. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship of 0.038 and has a correlation coefficient that speed has a very strong positive relationship to the ability to dribble and has a contribution of 0.467*. There is a significant relationship of 0.036 and has a correlation coefficient value that agility has a very strong positive relationship to the ability to dribble and has a mem contribution value of 0.471* There is a significant relationship of 0.034 and has an interpretation of the correlation coefficient value that speed and agility have a significant relationship very strong positive effect on the ability to dribble and has a contribution of 0.574

Abstract

Sport Development Index (SDI) merupakan pilihan baru yang dapat digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat pembangunan olahraga disuatu wilayah. Artikel ini menganalisis tentang Tingkat Partisipasi dan kebugaran Jasmani Masyarakat di Kabupaten Kolaka ditinjau dari SDI. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengukur Tingkat Partisipasi dan kebugaran Jasmani Masyarakat Kabupaten Kolaka yang berdomisili di Kecamatan Kolaka dan Kecamatan Pomala serta terbagi dalam kelompok usia dan jenis kelamin pada masing-masing kecamatan dengan menggunakan survei dan pendekatan deskriptif evaluasi. Penelitian ini mengguakan metode survey dengan pendekatan deskriptif evaluasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara Purposive Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan datanya yaitu kuisioner (angket) dan teknik tes Multistage Fitness Test (MFT). Temuan ini menunjukan tingkat partisipasi masayarakat dari 2 kecamatan berada pada kategori rendah sehingga berdampak pada tingkat kebugaran jasmani juga rendah. Perlu adanya sosialisasi dari pihak-pihak terkait untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran masyarakat pentingnya untuk tetap melakukan aktivitas fisik minimal 3 kali dalam seminggu dengan durasi minimal 30 menit sehari untuk menjaga tingkat kebugaran fisiknya.

Abstract

This research is important because table tennis is a sport that requires fine motor coordination and good arm-muscle strength to play effectively. The method used is the correlational method. The research sample consisted of 30 male students at SMP Negeri 3 Kolaka in table tennis extracurricular lessons. Data was collected through arm muscle strength tests using table tennis's push-up test and forehand smash ability tests. Next, the data was analyzed using descriptive statistics to identify the level of arm muscle strength and forehand smash ability and Pearson correlation analysis to evaluate the relationship between the two. The results showed that most students had different levels of arm muscle strength and forehand smashes also varied among the student sample. The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive relationship between arm muscle strength and forehand smash ability in table tennis (r = 0.878, p < 0.05). This indicates that the stronger a person's arm muscles, the better his forehand smash ability. The results can reinforce designing more effective training programs to increase arm muscle strength and forehand smash ability in table tennis. Apart from that, this research can also help identify potential talents in the field of table tennis at SMP Negeri 3 Kolaka

Abstract

Kebugaran jasmani adalah salah satu aspek penting dalam menjaga kualitas hidup, terutama bagi individu yang menjalani kehidupan dengan aktivitas harian yang padat. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani ibu-ibu yang tergabung dalam Dharma Wanita Persatuan (DWP) Universitas Sembilanbelas November (USN) Kolaka melalui pelatihan senam. Pelatihan dilaksanakan dengan frekuensi dua kali seminggu. Sebelum dan sesudah program, dilakukan pengukuran kebugaran jasmani yang mencakup daya tahan kardiovaskular, fleksibilitas, dan kekuatan otot. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam semua komponen kebugaran jasmani. Rata-rata detak jantung istirahat menurun dari 87 kali per menit menjadi 77 kali per menit, fleksibilitas meningkat dari 19 cm menjadi 29 cm, dan kekuatan otot, baik push-up maupun sit-up, masing-masing meningkat dari 13 menjadi 23 kali dan dari 11 menjadi 19 kali. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa program senam yang dilaksanakan efektif dalam meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani ibu-ibu DWP USN Kolaka, dan program ini layak dilanjutkan untuk memberikan dampak yang lebih berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh latihan multiball terhadap kemampuan atlet PTM Samaturu untuk melakukan pukulan forehand drive. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pre-eksperimen yang dirancang sebagai satu grup pre-tes setelah tes. Penelitian ini melibatkan atlet yang berusia antara 13 dan 18 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan 15 sampel. Tes ketepatan forehand drive Instrument digunakan. Latihan multiball dilakukan selama enam minggu, tiga kali seminggu. Studi ini menggunakan uji-t dengan taraf signifikan 5% dan prasyarat uji normalitas dan homegenitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai thitung = 11.992 lebih besar dari nilai ttabel = 1.7531, dan nilai sig adalah 0.00 hingga 0.05. sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ha dapat diterima dan latihan multiball meningkatkan kemampuan pukulan forehand drive atlet PTM Samaturu. Kelompok eksperimen yang diberikan latihan multiball menunjukkan peningkatan sebesar 32.48% dalam kemampuan pukulan mereka. Dalam penelitian ini, metode latihan multiball dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pukulan forehand drive atlet.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the positive impact of physical activity on the mental health of children with special needs (ABK) through a literature study. A review was conducted of 15 main studies that discussed the effects of physical activity on children with special needs, such as children with autism, ADHD, cerebral palsy and other developmental disorders. The results of the analysis show that physical activity can significantly reduce symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression, as well as improve children's mood, social skills and quality of life. Group activities, such as team sports, have been shown to be most effective in improving communication skills and social interaction. The ideal duration of physical activity to provide a positive mental impact is 30-60 minutes per session, with a minimum frequency of three times a week. This research also highlights the importance of implementing structured physical activity programs in inclusive schools and therapy centers, as well as the need for further research in Indonesia to adapt global findings to local contexts. The conclusion of this study is that physical activity can be an effective non-pharmacological intervention to improve the mental health of ABK, with the support of parents, teachers and researchers in developing appropriate programs.
