Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian tentang perubahan tutupan/penggunaan lahan dan kesesuaian peruntukan ruang sangat penting, karena perubahan tutupan/penggunaan lahan memiliki dampak terhadap lingkungan fisik dan kesesuaian peruntukan ruang memiliki dampak terhadap peraturan dan perundang-undangan yang mengatur tata ruang. Adapun tujuan artikel ini adalah mengetahui perubahan tutupan/penggunaan lahan dengan menggunakan data citra satelit, memprediksi tutupan/penggunaan lahan 10 tahun ke depan, dan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya perubahan tutupan/penggunaan lahan. Lokasi studi penelitian adalah Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Land Change Modeler, Ca-Markov, Enter dan  Overlay. Hasil Analisis terhadap perubahan tutupan/penggunaan lahan menunjukkan bahwa telah terjadi perubahan tipe penggunaan lahan tahun 2002 dan 2013. Penggunaan lahan terbuka yang disebabkan oleh perusahaan tambang mengalami perubahan  seluas 15. 375.93 ha. Kontribusi terbesar dari kelas lahan terbuka berasal dari kelas lahan hutan. Hasil prediksi tutupan/penggunaan lahan tahun 2024 menunjukkan bahwa lahan pemukiman akan bertambah sebesar  23 172.63 ha diikuti oleh lahan terbuka sebesar 19 947.56 ha. Faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap perubahan lahan dari semua kelas tutupan/penggunaan lahan, perubahan penggunaan lahan hutan ke lahan terbuka dan perubahan lahan hutan ke lahan terbangun/permukiman adalah alokasi RTRW untuk kawasan, lokasi pertambangan dan lereng.Kata kunci. The studies of land use/cover changes (LUCC) and suitability of land utilization are very important because the LUCC affects the physical environment and suitability of space utilization affects regulations and laws on spatial planning. This article aims to measure  LUCC by using satellite imaginery, to predict the results of LUCC 10 years on, to explain out factors affecting  LUCC and to analyse out mining locations which are consistent or inconsistent with regional spatial planning (RTRW). This research is located in East Luwu Regency. The research methods used are land change modeler, Ca-Markov, Enter and Overlay. The results show that there have been changes inseveral  land use types in 2002 and 2013. The use of open land as a result of mining activities has changed with an area of 15,375.93 ha. The biggest contribution of the open space comes from forest area. The prediction of land use/cover in 2024 shows that settlement area will increase by 23,172.63 ha, followed by open space with an area of 19,947.56  ha. Factors that influence the changes of all land use/cover classes, forest land use change to open land and forest land use change to built-up land are the Regional Spatial Plan, the location of the mining and the slopes.Keywords.  Land use cover change, land use suitability, mining

Abstract

Bone Regency has great potential as a pioneer of hybrid specialty corn seed producers in eastern Indonesia. This potential is a regional advantage that will increasingly develop utilizing natural resources and the environment in accordance with the conditions of corn farming. Corn is a food crop commodity that has a role in the development of Indonesia's agricultural economy which has a commodity of maize having multipurpose functions (4F), namely for food (food), feed (feed), fuel (fuel), and industrial raw materials (fiber) . Therefore, to achieve this situation, information is needed related to regional development planning so that it is expected to create sustainable agricultural development. The purpose of this study is to provide spatial data for locations that are suitable for corn plant development planning and information on strategies for increasing corn crop yield. The specific objectives of the study are: 1. Analyzing the suitability of the land with the carrying capacity of the land (the ability of the kahan) to plan the development of corn plants. 2. Creating a Strategy to Increase Production Results. The method used in this research is land carrying capacity and descriptive. The research locations were Ajangale District, Amali District and Dua Boccoe District Bone Regency. The results of this study, there are 42 villages that are suitable for the development of maize plants that are presented in land suitability based on land carrying capacity and Regional Spatial Planning (RTRW). Strategy to increase yields of maize production by piloting a Farmer-based Corporation project.

Abstract

Abstrak: Dampak Sektor Pertambangan Terhadap Perekonomian Wilayah di Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui peranan sektor pertambangan (pertambangan nonmigas dan penggalian) terhadap perekonomian wilayah dan keterkaitannya dengan sektor-sektor lain di Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode identifikasi sektor-sektor perekonomian kabupaten luwu timur dan metode RAS. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu Analisis PDRB dan analisis Input-Output (I-O). Sektor pertambangan tanpa migas yang menempati peringkat pertama berdasarkan kontribusinya dalam pembentukan PDRB dan sektor penggalian yang menempati peringkat ke-17 berdasarkan kontribusinya dalam pembentukan PDRB. Hasil analisis I-O, sektor pertambangan memiliki hubungan keterkaitan antar sektor di bawah rata-rata. Nilai IDP dan IDK kurang dari satu menunjukkan sektor pertambangan belum mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan sektor hulu dan hilirnya.   Kata Kunci: Sektor Pertambangan, Perekonomian Wilayah.   Abstract: Mining Sector Impact on the Economy Regional East Luwu Regency. The purposes of this study are to determine the role of the mining sector (non-oil gas mining and quarrying) to the economy of the region and its linkage with other sectors in East Luwu Regency. The method used is a method of identification of the economic sectors East Luwu Regency and methods of RAS. The GDP analysis and analysis of Input-Output (IO) are employed in this study. Without oil and gas, mining sector is in the first position based on its contribution in the formation of GDP. On the other hand quarrying sector appear in 17th position The results show that mining sector has inter-sectorlinkages  at below average. The value of Backward Linkage and Forward Linkage is less than one. This indicates that the mining sector has not been able to increase the growth of the upstream and downstream sectors.   Keywords: mining sector, regional economy, East Luwu Regency.

Abstract

Abstrak – Pengungkapan Akuntansi Biru untuk Konservasi Sungai dan Mitigasi Perubahan IklimTujuan Utama - Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi pengungkapan akuntansi biru sebagai upaya konservasi sungai melalui strategi mitigasi perubahan iklim.Metode - Penelitian ini menganalisis interaksi manusia dan ekosistem sungai melalui pendekatan crucial case study. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah sejumlah pihak yang terkait dengan pengembangan akuntansi biru.Temuan Utama - Iklim, topografi, serta kerusakan lingkungan akibat deforestasi dan alih fungsi lahan meningkatkan risiko banjir. Akuntansi biru terbukti sebagai kerangka kerja efektif yang mengintegrasikan data ilmiah dan pengetahuan lokal. Konsep ini dapat meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan sumber daya air.Implikasi Teori dan Kebijakan - Penelitian ini pentingnya akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan lingkungan hidup, khususnya melalui pengembangan akuntansi biru. Selain itu, penelitian  ini memberikan panduan bagi pembuat kebijakan dan praktisi untuk merancang pengelolaan daerah aliran sungai yang berkelanjutan.Kebaruan Penelitian – Penelitian ini mengintegrasikan akuntansi biru sebagai strategi untuk mendorong transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan air tawar dan konservasi sungai. Abstract - Blue Accounting Disclosure for River Conservation and Climate Change MitigationMain Purpose - This study aims to explore blue accounting disclosure as a river conservation effort through climate change mitigation strategies.Method -This study analyses human-river ecosystem interactions through a crucial case study approach. The informants are several parties involved in the development of blue accounting.Main Findings - Climate, topography, and environmental damage caused by deforestation and land use change increase the risk of flooding. Blue accounting has proven to be an effective framework that integrates scientific data and local knowledge. This concept can improve transparency and accountability in water resource management.Theory and Practical Implications - This study highlights the importance of accountability in environmental management, particularly through the development of blue accounting. It also guides policymakers and practitioners in designing sustainable watershed management.Novelty - This study integrates blue accounting to promote transparency and accountability in freshwater management and river conservation.

Abstract

People in urban areas are affected by shifts in lifestyles, lifestyles and poor management of resources. One example is urban people spending money on daily needs by buying goods in the market. On the other hand, people do not tap into the potential that is around them. For example, they leave idle land, unproductive land, and idle yard land. One solution is to implement Urban Farming. Urban farming activities can provide many benefits as a way to meet household needs and increase family income if utilized properly. Yard land can help families get food, reduce household costs, and increase household income. Urban farming activities still face a number of challenges related to social, cultural, and economic problems. Among these challenges is the lack of awareness of intensive yard cultivation. The purpose of this service is to form a Peasant Women's Group (KWT) that is able to motivate the community to have the will to use idle land and yard land, to meet food needs and increase family income. Service activities were carried out in RW04 Area, Rampoang Village, Bara District, Palopo City. The results of this dedication are expected to gradually change consumptive behavior in a productive direction, which means more food for the family, less household expenses, and more money for the family.

Abstract

Research on landslide-prone areas based on geographic information systems in disaster mitigation efforts is very important because of the mushrooming of existing development on the outskirts of cities irregularly, resulting in disaster-prone cities. The purpose of the study is to determine the extent of landslide-prone areas through landslide vulnerability mapping so as to optimize disaster mitigation measures. The location of the research study is Palopo City. The research methods used are scoring, weighting and overlay methods for 5 parameters for 5 categories of landslide vulnerability. The results of the analysis of landslide-prone areas in Palopo City show a landslide-prone map with an area that is included in the safe category (2846.71 ha), the safe enough category (4585.60 ha), the vulnerable category (5237.81 ha), the quite vulnerable category (10397.54 ha) and the very vulnerable category (4676.33 ha). The resulting map provides information about landslide-prone areas to the Palopo City government, especially the Palopo City Regional Disaster Management Agency.

Abstract

The research on flood-prone areas based on Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for disaster mitigation efforts is crucial due to the rapid and irregular development in the suburban areas, which leads to cities becoming prone to disasters. The objective of this study is to determine the extent of flood-prone areas through flood vulnerability mapping, in order to optimize flood impact mitigation efforts on Sustainable Agricultural Land in Palopo City. The research location is Palopo City. The research method used is the scoring and overlay method on 6 parameters for 5 categories of flood vulnerability. The analysis results of flood-prone areas in Palopo City show a flood vulnerability map with the following area classifications: vulnerable (16,725.33 ha), fairly safe (7,864.23 ha), moderately vulnerable (2,158.49 ha), safe (924.03 ha), and very vulnerable (71.92 ha). The generated map provides information about flood-prone areas to the Palopo City government, especially the Regional Disaster Management Agency and the Agriculture, Livestock, and Plantation Department of Palopo City
