Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work discipline and work ability on job satisfaction with organizational climate as a moderating variable. The population of this study were 149 employees at the Semarang City Land Office using the census method and 144 respondents returned. The data analysis method is Regression Moderation Analysis. The results of the H1 analysis show that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. H2 shows that work ability has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Interaction test shows that organizational climate moderates positive and significant influence of work discipline on job satisfaction. Interaction test results also showed that the organizational climate moderated the positive and significant effect of work ability on job satisfaction. Keywords: Work discipline, work ability, organizational climate, job satisfaction ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja dan kemampuan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan iklim organisasi sebagai variabel moderasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pegawai pada Kantor Pertanahan Kota Semarang yang berjumlah 149 orang dengan menggunakan metode sensus dan yang kembali 144 responden. Metode analisis data adalah Analisis Regresi Moderasi. Hasil analisis H1 menunjukkan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. H2 menunjukkan Kemampuan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Uji interaksi menunjukkan iklim organisasi memoderasi positif dan signifikan pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Hasil uji interaksi juga menunjukkan iklim organisasi memoderasi positif dan signifikan pengaruh kemampuan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja.   Kata kunci: Displin kerja, kemampuan kerja, iklim organisasi, kepuasan kerja

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of organizational justice and teamwork on employee performance with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. The population of this study were all employees of the Semarang City Land Office, totaling 99 people. The number of samples taken by all members of the population by the census method. Methods of data analysis using regression analysis and data processing using SPSS. The results of hypothesis testing show that organizational justice has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, Teamwork has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. Organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Organizational justice has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Teamwork has a significant positive effect on employee performance. The results of the analysis of mediating variables using the Sobel test, found organizational commitment to mediate the effect of organizational justice on employee performance. Abstract

determine the effect of information technology and extrinsic motivation on employee performance which is moderated by organizational culture at Ungaran Printing Apparel Company. The population in this study were all employees of Ungaran Printing Apparel Company  as many as 600 people. While the sample used is 100 people. The data analysis method used in this study was moderated linear regression analysis. The results of hypothesis 1 (H1) state that information technology has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Hypothesis 2 (H2) states that extrinsic motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Hypothesis 3 (H3) states that organizational culture does not moderate the influence of information technology on employee performance. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of training and incentives on personnel performance with organizational citizenship behavior as a mediating variable. The population of this study were all personnel of the Army Aviation Education Center, totaling 244 people. This study uses judgment sampling, with the criteria being the personnel of the Army Aviation Education Center in Semarang with 145 pilot qualifications. The data processed after distributing the questionnaires were 124 bundles. Methods of data analysis using regression analysis and data processing using SPSS. The results of hypothesis testing show that training has a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, incentives have a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational citizenship behavior has a significant positive effect on personnel performance, incentives have a significant positive effect on personnel performance. Furthermore, the results of the analysis of mediating variables using the Sobel test, found that organizational citizenship behavior can mediate the effect of training on personnel performance. This proves that organizational citizenship behavior as a mediating variable of the effect of training on personnel performance. Organizational citizenship behavior can mediate the effect of incentives on personnel performance. This proves that organizational citizenship behavior as a mediating variable of the influence of incentives on personnel performance. Keywords: training, incentives, organizational citizenship behavior, personnel performance. ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan dan insentif terhadap kinerja personel dengan organizational citizenship behavior sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh personel Pusat Pendidikan Penerbangan Angkatan Darat yang berjumlah 244 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan judgement sampling, dengan kriteria adalah Personel Pusat Pendidikan Penerbangan Angkatan Darat di Semarang yang berkualifikasi Penerbang sebanyak 145 personel. Data yang diolah setelah penyebaran kuesioner sebanyak 124 bendel. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi dan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan pelatihan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, Insentif berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, Organizational citizenship behavior berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja personel, Insentif berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja personel. Selanjutnya hasil analisis variable mediasi dengan menggunakan uji Sobel, menemukan bahwa organizational citizenship behavior dapat memediasi pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja personel. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa organizational citizenship behavior sebagai variabel mediasi dari pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja personel. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to analyze organizational commitment and work discipline on employee performance with work motivation as a mediating variable. The population in the study was 180 people, the sample was 100 employees using a random system. The data analysis method used 2 (two) paths regression and the sobel method for mediation assessment, while the data processing was with the help of the SPSS program. The results of hypothesis testing show that organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on work motivation, so that it can be interpreted that the higher the organizational commitment, the higher the work motivation. Work discipline has a significant positive effect on work motivation, so it can be interpreted that the higher the work discipline, the higher the work motivation. Work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, so it can be interpreted that the higher the work motivation, the higher the employee's performance. Organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on employee performance, so it can be interpreted that the higher the organizational commitment, the higher the employee's performance. Work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance so that it can be interpreted that the higher the work discipline, the higher the employee's performance. The results of the analysis of the mediating variables using the Sobel test, found that work motivation can mediate the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance. This proves that the higher the work motivation, the higher the indirect effect of organizational commitment on employee performance. Work motivation can mediate the effect of work discipline on employee performance. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, sehingga dapat diinterpretasikan semakin tinggi disiplin kerja maka semakin tinggi pula  motivasi kerja. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sehingga dapat diinterpretasikan semakin tinggi motivasi kerja maka semakin tinggi kinerja pegawai. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sehingga dapat diinterpretasikan semakin tinggi komitmen organisasi maka semakin tinggi kinerja pegawai. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sehingga dapat diinterpretasikan semakin tinggi disiplin kerja maka semakin tinggi pula  kinerja pegawai. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of performance benefits and interpersonal communication on employee performance with career satisfaction as a mediating variable. The population in this study were all employees of the Regional Secretariat of Batang Regency, totaling 114 employees. The number of samples taken in this study were all members of the population using the census method. The data processed after distributing the questionnaires were 101 bundles. Methods of data analysis using regression analysis and data processing using SPSS. The results of hypothesis testing show that performance allowances have a positive and significant effect on career satisfaction, so it can be interpreted that the better the performance allowances, the higher career satisfaction. Interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on career satisfaction, so it can be interpreted that the smoother the interpersonal communication, the higher the career satisfaction. Career satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, so it can be interpreted that the higher career satisfaction, the better employee performance. Performance allowances have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, so it can be interpreted that the better the performance allowance, the higher the employee performance. Interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance so that it can be interpreted that the smoother the interpersonal communication is carried out, the better the employee performance. The results of the analysis of mediating variables using the Sobel test found that career satisfaction can mediate the effect of performance allowances on employee performance. This proves that career satisfaction is a mediating variable from the effect of performance allowances on employee performance. Career satisfaction can mediate the effect of interpersonal communication on employee performance. This proves that career satisfaction is a mediating variable from the effect of interpersonal communication on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse organizational commitment as a mediator between compensation and work environment to employees job satisfaction. The population in this research are all employees of PT Sandang Asia Maju Abadi Semarang, which are number 265 people. Sample which is obtained with using Slovin formula in the research are as many as 159 respondents, and data that can be processed as many as 151 respondents. Sampling technique of the research is using random sampling. The method of its data analysis is using regression analysis and to analyse its mediation is using sobel, while its data processing is using the aid of SPSS program. Hypothesis testing results show that the employees organizational commitment of PT Sandang Asia Maju Abadi Semarang is positively and significantly influenced by compensation and work environment, this means that the fairer the compensation and the more comfortable the work environment, then the higher the organizational commitment. Employees job satisfaction of PT Sandang Asia Maju Abadi Semarang is positively and significantly influenced by organizational commitment, compensation, and work environment, this means that the higher the organizational commitment, the fairer the compensation, and the more comfortable the work environment, then the higher the employees job satisfaction. Testing result of the organizational commitment as mediator shows that organizational commitment can be mediator between compensation and work environment to employees job satisfaction, this means that the higher the organizational commitment, then the greater the positive effect of compensation and work environment to employees job satisfaction.

Abstract

The KKN-Collaborative Group #2 004 Kencong Village has a focus on maximizing the village's SDGs on the points of Village Care for the Land Environment and Village Consumption Production Villages that are Environmentally Aware. This is because the KKN 004 Kencong Village group sees the potential for processing wet and organic waste which can be utilized to become zero waste with the theme of environmental sanitation. In line with this goal, we found that there was a scarcity of fertilizer availability and a significant increase in the price of chemical fertilizers, without any reduction in demand. from farmers who do not decrease and tend to increase. It is necessary to make alternative fertilizers that can be made at home, namely by using a composter. This research was conducted using the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method. PAR is a method of raising public awareness about existing potentials and problems and encouraging community participation or participation in change activities that will be implemented. The implementation stage of the composter work program activities begins with the procurement of materials and tools as well as the assembly of composter tools which are carried out at KKN posts, then socialization and training are carried out aimed at the Kencong Village community, especially village officials, PKK, Posyandu Cadres, and farmers. The presence of the KKN-K 004 student work program in Kencong Village provided ideas and encouraged the community in terms of managing organic waste as well as household waste. So that it is hoped that the Kencong Village community will be able to become a sustainable society.

Abstract

Banyak penawaran pinjaman dana online yang dilakukan melalui media sosial dengan berbagai kemudahan yang ditawarkan oleh pelaku usaha peminjaman dana online tersebut. Masyarakat harus berhati hati ketika menerima tawaran peminjaman dana online, karena peminjaman dana online ada yang legal dan yang ilegal. Peminjaman dana online yang menimbulkan masalah atau kasus dimasyarakat adalah peminjaman dana online ilegal yang tidak terdaftar pada Lembaga Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK).. Rumusan Masalah: 1), Bagaimana bentuk perjanjian antara dan debitur dalam pinjaman dana online illegal?. 2). Bagaimana tanggung jawab pelaku usaha menjalan bisnis pinjaman dana online ilegal yang menimbulkan kerugian kepada masyarakat. Metode penelittian bersifat deskriptif analitis menggambarkan fakta-fakta berupa data sekunder yang terdiri dari bahan hukum primer (perundang-undangan), bahan hukum sekunder (doktrin), dan bahan tersier, kamus, hukum dan bahasa Indoensia.. Hasil penelitian Bentuk perjanjian yang dilakukan pelaku usaha dengan konsumen pada perjanjian pinjam meminjam uang dilakukan secara elektronik mengunakan dokumen mengacu kepada Peraturan OJK POJK Nomor 77/POJK.01/2016, Undang -Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 dan perjanjian secara umum yang diatur pada buku III KUHPerdata. Tanggung jawab pelaku usaha peminjaman dana online yang menimbulkan kerugian memberikan ganti kerugian berdasarkan wanprestasi dan perbuatan melanggar hukum berdasarkan. Sedangkan tanggung pidana dapat dipertanggung jawabkan berdasarkan UU ITE, UU Perlindungan data pribadi dan KUHP. Kata kunci: Hubungan Produsen Konsumen; Pinjaman Online; Ilegal.

Abstract

This scientific paper aims to discuss the handling of refugees and asylum seekers at the Tanjungpinang Central Immigration Detention Center (RUDENIM) in 2023-2024. The approach of this research is qualitative by collecting data through in-depth interviews and observations at RUDENIM. The results of the study show that RUDENIM strives to provide the best protection and service despite experiencing various obstacles. Some of the main obstacles include limited facilities, insufficient human resources, and limited capacity. In addition, long-term detention and lack of psychological facilities are also major challenges for refugees. RUDENIM works closely with international organizations such as UNHCR and IOM to ensure basic needs, such as food, shelter, and health services, are met. However, there is still a need for improved coordination between related agencies and improvements in terms of facilities and management so that refugee rights can be protected.
