ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to analyze organizational commitment and work discipline on employee performance with work motivation as a mediating variable. The population in the study was 180 people, the sample was 100 employees using a random system. The data analysis method used 2 (two) paths regression and the sobel method for mediation assessment, while the data processing was with the help of the SPSS program. The results of hypothesis testing show that organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on work motivation, so that it can be interpreted that the higher the organizational commitment, the higher the work motivation. Work discipline has a significant positive effect on work motivation, so it can be interpreted that the higher the work discipline, the higher the work motivation. Work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, so it can be interpreted that the higher the work motivation, the higher the employee's performance. Organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on employee performance, so it can be interpreted that the higher the organizational commitment, the higher the employee's performance. Work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance so that it can be interpreted that the higher the work discipline, the higher the employee's performance. The results of the analysis of the mediating variables using the Sobel test, found that work motivation can mediate the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance. This proves that the higher the work motivation, the higher the indirect effect of organizational commitment on employee performance. Work motivation can mediate the effect of work discipline on employee performance. This proves that the higher the work motivation, the higher the indirect effect of work discipline on employee performance. Populasi dalam penelitian 180 orang, sampel berjumlah 100 orang pegawai dengan menggunakan sistem random. Metode analisis data dengan menggunakan Regresi 2 (dua) jalur dan metode sobel untuk pengkajian mediasinya,sedangkan pengolahan data dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, sehingga dapat diinterpretasikan semakin tinggi komitmen organisasimaka semakin tinggi motivasi kerja. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, sehingga dapat diinterpretasikan semakin tinggi disiplin kerja maka semakin tinggi pula motivasi kerja. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sehingga dapat diinterpretasikan semakin tinggi motivasi kerja maka semakin tinggi kinerja pegawai. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sehingga dapat diinterpretasikan semakin tinggi komitmen organisasi maka semakin tinggi kinerja pegawai. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sehingga dapat diinterpretasikan semakin tinggi disiplin kerja maka semakin tinggi pula kinerja pegawai. Hasil analisis variabel mediasi dengan menggunakan uji Sobel, menemukan motivasi kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hal ini membuktikan semakin tinggi motivasi kerja maka semakin tinggi pengaruh tidak langsung komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Motivasi kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hal ini membuktikan semakin tinggi motivasi kerja maka semakin tinggi pengaruh tidak langsung disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai.
