Abstract

This Community Service (PKM) aims to improve the digital skills of MSME actors in rural areas, especially in online marketing, through online training using the Zoom platform. This activity is motivated by the low digital skills of MSMEs in rural areas, which limits their access to the digital market. The method used is participatory action research (PAR), involving 30 MSME actors who are selected by purposive sampling. The training lasts four weeks and includes two weekly sessions, covering material on digital marketing, the use of social media, e-commerce, and marketing performance monitoring. The results showed a significant improvement in participants' digital skills, with an average pre-test score of 45 increasing to 80 on the post-test. Implementing the skills learned also resulted in an increase in engagement on social media by 40% and an increase in online transactions by 20%-30%. Participants gave positive feedback regarding the relevance of the training and the application of the skills taught. This activity fills the gap in previous research by focusing on practical strategies adapted to the conditions of MSMEs in rural areas. The main obstacle faced is the problem of internet connectivity, which needs to be considered in the next training. Overall, this activity has succeeded in increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs in the digital market

Abstract

ABSTRACT The problem of MSMEs in Indonesia is a problem that must be paid attention to because MSMEs are a main part of supporting the economy in Indonesia, one of which concerns the financial reports of MSMEs. The aim of the research is to determine the correlation between the author's statement of SAK on MSME financial reports in Indonesia and the appropriate model for Financial Accounting Standards on MSME financial reports in Indonesia. The research method uses quantitative research with a systematic literature review approach using the PRISMA method, where the sample used uses 48 articles originating from Google Scholar and Semantic Scholar for the period 2017–2023. The results of the research were carried out with two analyses, namely cluster analysis and project map analysis, where novelty was found from this research, namely cluster analysis, where almost 50 percent of all authors had similarities in ensuring that MSME financial reports are characterized by a Pearson correlation between 0.41 and 0.61. Meanwhile, the project map analysis is divided into two conclusions, namely negative and positive, for both sources from Google Scholar and Semantic Scholar. Keywords: MSMEs, Financial Report, Financial Accounting Standards ABSTRAK Masalah UMKM di Indonesia adalah masalah yang harus diperhatikan dikarenakan UMKM adalah bagian pokok dalam menunjang perekonomian di Indonesia, salah satunya adalah menyangkut dari laporan keuangan UMKM tersebut. tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui korelasi antara author dalam menyatakan SAK pada laporan keuangan UMKM di Indonesia dan model yang tepat untuk Standar Akuntansi Keuangan terhadap laporan keuangan UMKM di Indonesia.metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan sistematik literatur review dengan metode PRISMA dimana sampel yang digunakan menggunakan 48 artikel yang berasal dari google scholar maupun semantic scholar dengan periode tahun 2017 sampai dengan 2023. Hasil penelitian dilakukan dengan dua analisis yaitu analisis kluster dan analisis project map analisis dimana ditemukan novelty dari riset ini, yaitu analisis kluster bahwa hampir 50 persen seluruh author mempunyai persamaan dalam memastikan laporan keuangan UMKM ditandai dengan pearson correlation antara 0,41 sampai dengan 0,61. Sedangkan pada analisis project map terbagi menjadi dua kesimpulan yaitu negatif dan positif baik untuk sumber dari google scholar maupun semantic scholar Kata Kunci: UMKM, Laporan Keuangan, Standar Akuntansi Keuangan (SAK)

Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance the capacity of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bojonggede, Bogor Regency, in strategically utilizing digital communication tools. The core training activities focused on three key areas: customer communication through chat platforms, the development of visually appealing product catalogs, and effective product presentation techniques. Employing a participatory approach, the participants were introduced to theoretical concepts and hands-on practices to refine their digital communication skills aligned with current market dynamics. The evaluation results indicate that the training significantly impacted the participants’ ability to engage with customers professionally and promote their products in a more structured and compelling manner. This program is expected to serve as a replicable model for digital communication empowerment among other MSME communities in surrounding regions

Abstract

In the visually driven digital era, compelling promotional content is vital for the sustainability and growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM), particularly in the aesthetic-dependent fashion sector. However, many fashion UMKM actors, especially at the local level, like Cibinong, Bogor Regency, face limitations in creating professional promotional content that can attract online consumers. A lack of skills in visual design and the utilization of dynamic social media features often hinders their ability to enhance product appeal. This community service activity aimed to address this issue by providing training in promotional content creation, focusing on the use of the intuitive Canva platform and the Reels feature on social media to enhance the visual appeal of fashion UMKM products in Cibinong, Bogor Regency. The training employed a participatory and educative approach, involving practical sessions on Canva design principles and Reels video creation tailored for fashion products. Participants, consisting of local fashion UMKM owners, actively engaged in creating promotional materials for their businesses. Preliminary observations and post-training assessments indicated an increased understanding and ability among participants to produce more visually engaging content. This initiative demonstrated the potential of accessible digital tools and targeted training in empowering local fashion UMKM to improve their online presence and marketing effectiveness.

Abstract

Financial literacy is an important foundation in realizing sustainable household welfare. In practice, many families, especially those managed by housewives, do not yet have the habit or skills to record and plan expenses systematically. This training aims to improve family financial literacy through digital financial recording education using a simple and easily accessible Android application. The target of the activity is the PKK mothers' community in Jatisampurna Village, Bekasi. The training method is carried out through a participatory approach with stages of identifying needs, compiling modules, direct training, practicing using the application, pre-test and post-test evaluations, and post-training assistance. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of the basic principles of financial recording and technical skills in using digital applications for household needs. This training also had an impact on changing participants' financial mindsets to be more planned and data-based

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of digital game based learning (DGBL) in improving elementary school students' numeracy literacy. Numeracy literacy, which encompasses the ability to understand, interpret, and apply mathematical concepts in everyday life, is one of the fundamental competencies emphasized in 21st-century education curricula. However, national evaluation results indicate that many elementary school students struggle to deeply understand numerical concepts. To address this challenge, this study proposes a digital game-based learning approach as an innovative strategy to enhance students' motivation to learn and their active engagement. This study employed a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group. The research sample consisted of 60 fifth-grade students, who were divided into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group used interactive, digital, game-based learning media, while the control group used conventional, lecture-based methods and practice problems. The research instrument was a numeracy literacy test that was validated by experts and tested for reliability. Paired and independent sample t-tests were conducted to analyze significant improvements and differences between the two groups. The results showed a significant increase in numeracy literacy scores in the experimental group compared to the control group. Additionally, students in the experimental group demonstrated increased interest in learning mathematics and greater involvement in the learning process. These findings suggest that implementing DGBL can effectively enhance elementary school students' numeracy literacy in a fun, interactive, and contextual manner.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of leverage, profitability, company size and liquidity on the company's stock returns of the healtcare sector listed on the IDX in 2022-2024. The sampling method used is non probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The sample used in this study was 20 companies. Sampling using purposive sampling, using multiple linear regression methods. The results of this study indicate that the variable leverage, profitability, company size and liquidity both partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the company's stock returns around the healthcare. R Square of 0.3149 shows that 31.49 % of stock return variables can be explained by leverage, profitability, company size and liquidity variables, while the remaining 68.51 % are explained by other variables that are not explained in this study.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pelaku usaha lokal dalam memanfaatkan media sosial, khususnya TikTok dan Instagram, sebagai sarana promosi produk yang lebih kreatif, efektif, dan menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas. Latar belakang kegiatan ini adalah rendahnya keterampilan pelaku usaha dalam membuat konten digital yang menarik, sehingga promosi produk cenderung kurang optimal dan tidak mampu bersaing di era digital. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui pelatihan yang meliputi pemaparan materi, praktik pembuatan konten kreatif, serta pendampingan langsung dalam mengelola akun media sosial. Materi pelatihan mencakup strategi storytelling, teknik dasar videografi, penggunaan aplikasi editing sederhana, hingga penerapan tren digital yang relevan dengan karakteristik platform TikTok dan Instagram. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada keterampilan peserta dalam membuat konten kreatif serta meningkatnya pemahaman strategi pemasaran digital. Selain itu, beberapa peserta telah berhasil menghasilkan konten promosi yang mampu meningkatkan interaksi audiens serta memperluas jangkauan pemasaran produk lokal. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam mendukung keberlanjutan usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) dengan cara memperkuat daya saing produk lokal melalui pemanfaatan media sosial. Dengan demikian, pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model pengembangan kapasitas pelaku usaha dalam menghadapi tantangan era digital sekaligus mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi berbasis kearifan lokal.

Abstract

Pelatihan manajemen waktu dan produktivitas memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan daya saing Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di era digital. Era digitalisasi membawa perubahan signifikan dalam cara UMKM beroperasi, di mana kecepatan, efektivitas, dan efisiensi menjadi kebutuhan utama untuk menghadapi persaingan global. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan program pelatihan yang berfokus pada keterampilan manajemen waktu serta strategi peningkatan produktivitas yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan UMKM di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif, dengan survei dan wawancara mendalam kepada pelaku UMKM sebagai instrumen utama pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan manajemen waktu yang efektif mampu meningkatkan produktivitas hingga 35% serta memberikan dampak positif pada kemampuan UMKM dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital secara optimal. Dengan demikian, pelatihan ini diharapkan mampu mendorong UMKM untuk lebih adaptif, meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, dan memperluas akses pasar mereka di era digital. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pelatihan manajemen waktu sebagai strategi peningkatan produktivitas bagi UMKM untuk menghadapi tantangan digitalisasi.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi manajerial pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) dalam menghadapi tantangan transformasi digital dan dinamika pasar global di era Teknologi 5.0. Banyak UMKM mengalami keterbatasan dalam pengelolaan operasional dan pemanfaatan pemasaran digital, sehingga berdampak pada daya saing dan keberlanjutan usaha. Tujuan dari program pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pelatihan adaptif kepada pelaku UMKM guna meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan mereka dalam pengelolaan operasional berbasis teknologi, serta strategi pemasaran digital yang efektif dan relevan dengan perkembangan zaman. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan mitra UMKM, penyusunan modul pelatihan, pelaksanaan workshop interaktif, dan pendampingan pascapelatihan. Materi pelatihan mencakup manajemen operasional berbasis teknologi, optimalisasi media sosial, pemanfaatan e-commerce, serta analisis data sederhana untuk pengambilan keputusan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta terkait manajemen operasional dan pemasaran digital. UMKM mitra mulai menerapkan sistem digital sederhana dalam pencatatan operasional dan aktif mempromosikan produk melalui platform digital. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan daya saing UMKM secara berkelanjutan dan menjadi model pelatihan adaptif yang dapat direplikasi di wilayah lain.
