Abstract

Introduction: Natural disasters cause resource destruction and social threats. The synergy of important institutions is facing impact. Indonesia is prone to natural disasters due to volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, etc. Climate change and urbanization are exacerbating the situation. Effective law is needed, including institutional synergy, for disaster mitigation and prosecution.Purposes of the Research:  To gain a deeper understanding of inter-agency synergies in dealing with natural disasters in Indonesia, as well as to contribute to the development of a better and more effective legal framework for mitigating and overcoming natural disasters. Implementation of a more solid and coordinated legal framework is expected to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of natural disaster mitigation and prosecution efforts.Methods of the Research: This study uses a qualitative normative research method with a statutory approach. The collection of legal materials involves laws, government regulations, regional regulations, government policies, court decisions, as well as legal literature such as articles, journals and books. The analysis is carried out by identifying and selecting relevant regulations, categorizing issues related to institutional roles, resources, and responsibilities.Results of the Research: Synergy between agencies is the main key in a rapid and coordinated response to natural disasters. Several related institutions have been assigned to deal with disasters, but the implementation of existing laws and regulations needs to be evaluated and improved. In facing this challenge, the Ius Constituendum concept can be applied to strengthen inter-agency synergies related to natural disaster mitigation and prosecution. In implementing the Ius Constituendum concept, the involvement of all stakeholders and an intensive dialogue process are very important to ensure that the laws and regulations that are implemented are in accordance with the needs and conditions that are developing. By formulating and implementing the Ius Constituendum concept correctly, inter-agency synergy in managing natural disasters in Indonesia can be increased.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is: to juridically analyze state policies in handling the Covid-19 pandemic through Law Number 2 of 2020. The writing method used in this research is normative juridical using a statute approach and conceptual approach. Based on the results of the discussion and research, it can be concluded that based on the system of division of powers in Indonesia contained in the 1945 Constitution as the state constitution, the President is given the authority to establish regulations which hierarchically have the same degree as laws known as Government Regulations in Lieu of Laws (Perppu). The existence of Perppu is also widely regulated in countries that apply the presidential system. In addition, the stipulation of Perppu must be based on the existence of a compelling urgency that is temporary (emergency). The category of compelling urgency is the prerogative of the President. Furthermore, legislators can accept or reject the Perppu into law as a definitive rule of law or law. Testing Perppu is the authority of the legislature to accept or reject the Perppu.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang maju akan menjadikan IKM Batik tertinggal dalam hal daya saing pasar dan inovasi, apabila masih banyak pelaku yang belum memahami akan pentingnya akses pasar melalui digital marketing. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan peluang akses pasar bagi pelaku IKM batik di Kota Surakarta melalui pemetaan hasil produksi IKM batik. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, penyuluhan dan pelatihan. Teknik dalam kegiatan ini berupa mapping pelaku IKM batik, pelatihan dan pembinaan IKM Batik. Hasil analisis yang didapatkan, Kota Surakarta memiliki dua sentra batik yaitu Sentra Kampung Batik Kauman dan Sentra Kampung Batik Laweyan. Kedua sentra tersebut memiliki potensi tinggi terhadap produknya karena memiliki ciri khas tersendiri mulai dari motif, bahan, sejarah sampai pada penggunaan bahan pewarna alam. Akan tetapi, masih banyak pelaku IKM Batik yang kurang pemahamannya akan pentingnya akses pasar, dilakukannya pelatihan dan pendampingan: pelatihan digital marketing; pelatihan legalitas Perusahaan (IKM); pelatihan IKM untuk akses pasar; pelatihan/sosialisasi akses pembiayaan; dan pelatihan pengunaan batik pewarna alam bagi pelaku IKM di Kota Surakarta.

Abstract

This research discusses the Principle of Good Faith in E-Contract Financial Technology, which is a relatively new type of agreement in Indonesia. An e-contract can be formed when there is an agreement or mutual consent between the parties involved in the contract during its drafting. The existence of an e-contract is a new development in modern contract types, requiring appropriate regulation based on clear legal foundations. However, in practice, current regulations are not yet able to fully protect the parties involved in e-contracts. Therefore, in the creation of e-contracts, it is necessary to have a controlling mechanism based on moral values and conscience, commonly known as the principle of good faith, to support the principle of freedom of contract. The principle of good faith is considered the most important (super eminent principle) in contracts. Given the various issues that arise, this research aims to discuss the importance of the principle of good faith in e-contract financial technology. This subject research is E-Contract Financial Technology, method research used is normative juridical, with data sourced from secondary data, analyzed using deductive logic. The research results indicate that the principle of good faith needs to be applied and instilled in the parties involved in the contract, namely business actors, in this case, fintech providers, and consumers as fintech users. This principle ensures that the contract's substance is carried out based on solid trust or confidence, as well as the good will of the parties involved. By applying the principle of good faith to the parties involved, the risk of wanprestatie on the part of any party can be minimized, as there is already a foundation of trust and good will.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang semakin pesat mendorong pelaku usaha untuk beradaptasi dengan pola komunikasi digital yang dinamis. Namun, masih banyak pelaku usaha yang memiliki keterbatasan dalam memahami strategi komunikasi digital yang efektif, sehingga rentan terhadap arus informasi yang cepat, misinformasi, dan persaingan digital yang semakin intens. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi komunikasi digital bagi pelaku usaha dalam menghadapi era disrupsi informasi melalui program pelatihan dan pendampingan berbasis praktik. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi analisis kebutuhan awal, pelatihan literasi komunikasi digital, workshop pembuatan konten, serta pendampingan intensif dalam penerapan strategi komunikasi digital pada platform media sosial. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 30 pelaku usaha mikro dan kecil di wilayah binaan, dengan evaluasi menggunakan pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan kemampuan peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada aspek pemahaman konsep literasi digital, kemampuan memilih informasi yang kredibel, dan keterampilan menyusun konten komunikasi digital yang efektif. Pendampingan juga berdampak pada peningkatan kualitas interaksi digital peserta dengan pelanggan serta kemampuan mengelola informasi bisnis secara lebih strategis. Secara keseluruhan, program ini berhasil membantu pelaku usaha beradaptasi dengan tantangan komunikasi di era disrupsi informasi, serta memperkuat kapasitas digital mereka dalam mendukung keberlanjutan dan daya saing usaha.
