Abstract

Abstract

Background: The case of malaria in the eastern part of Indonesia requires considerable consideration in the process of making thick blood stocks. The current procedure, use hemolysis techniques. The process of removal in the malaria survey takes longer time before the preparation can be examined. The thickness of different thick blood sections causes the time for the release varies. A new microscopic observation can show whether a thick dosage without hemolysis is feasible to be used as a support for malaria diagnosis which is a gold standard. Eligibility includes the core of old violet blood cells, usually not visible granules, only eosinophil granules. Platelets are mauve and often in groups. Parasites appear small, cytoplasmic boundaries are often unreal. Ring shape often appears as "coma," "exclamation point", or "flying bird" especially in Plasmodium falciparum. Method : This research is experimental because experimentation of thick blood supply of malaria that is dihemolisis and without hemolysis then done comparison on result of microscopic picture of blood thickness malaria.Primary data were obtained from the dyeing quality of thick blood samples with hemolysis techniques and without hemolysis were assessed by score. To determine whether the thick blood preparations included preparations of good or suitable staining qualities were used for the diagnosis of malaria, a normality test was performed using Kolmogorov smirnov. Furthermore, if the data is normally distributed using the T test, if the data is not normally distributed using alternative test Wilcoxon.Result : result of examination on the test of the feasibility of blood thickness of malaria with hemolysis technique and without hemolysis obtained thick blood stock with hemolysis technique as much as 20 stocks, 20% bad category, 80% good category. While without hemolysis 5% category less good, 95% good category. The result of difference test of sig value is 0.565> α 0.05 hence there is no difference of result of microscopic image assessment of thickness of malaria between hemolysis and without hemolysis. Conclusion :. There was no significant difference between the observed thick dosage forms of hemolysis techniques with no hemolysis (from observation: Plasmodium Cytoplasm, Plasmodium Core and Background of the Stock) so that thick preparations without hemolysis are feasible for the diagnosis of malaria.

Sampling by purposive sampling as many as 87 respondents from 11 sub-districts in Demak Regency, Central Java. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with a Likert scale as the measurement scale. Testing the significance of the effect of the independent variable (brand image and promotion) on the dependent variable (sales increase) using SPSS. SPSS test results show that partially and simultaneously brand image and promotion variables have a positive and significant effect on increasing sales. The higher the brand image in the minds of consumers, the more product sales will increase. The more frequent promotions are carried out and also through other advertising variations, product sales will also increase. Sampling was taken using an accidental sampling and purposive sampling approach of 101 respondents. Research data analysis uses vaIidity test, reIiability test, correIation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test, simpIe linear regression analysis, multipIe linear regression anaIysis, t test, and F test using the IBM SPSS Statistics version 25 tool. The SPSS test results show that partial financial knowledge and financial behavior variables have a positive effect on financial literacy, while financial attitudes have no effect on financial literacy. Simultaneously all variabIes of financial knowledge, financiaI attitudes, financial behavior have a positive effect on financiaI literacy. There needs to be outreach about the importance of financiaI literacy in schools/ higher education. Abstract

Background: Dengue fever is a disease based on environment and still a health problem. Problems related to the dengue fever vector distribution factor in terms of the spread of vector space with the use of geographic data and survey data in order to predict the incidence of dengue in the region.Subjects and Methods: This study used analytic observational with cross sectional approach using modeling Geographical Information Systems (GIS). The sampling technique in this research is saturated sampling of secondary data Sukoharjo District Health Profile in 2011-2014, population data and data Geographic, then all the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Results: There is a positive relationship between the area per Km2 with the number of new cases of dengue fever, although the relationship was not statistically significant. (B = <0:01; CI -0.01 - 0:02; p = 0.310). There is a positive relationship between population density per soul / Km2dengan number of new cases of dengue fever, a significant relationship between population density with DHF cases. (B = <0:01; CI <0:01 to 0:01; p = 0.013). There is a negative relationship between topography per masl by the number of new cases of dengue fever, although the relationship was not statistically significant. (B = <0:01; CI -0.02 - 0:01; p = 0.335). There is a positive correlation between rainfall per mm / yr with the number of new cases of dengue fever, although the relationship was not statistically significant. (B = <0:01; CI <0:01 to 0:01; p = 0101). There is a positive relationship between river flow per ha by the number of new cases of dengue fever, although the relationship was not statistically significant. (B = 0:02; CI -0.01 - 0:03; p = 0318). There is a negative correlation between% Non Flick figure by the number of new cases of dengue fever, although the relationship was not statistically significant. (B = <0:01; CI -0.02 - 0:01; p = 0764).Conclusions: The increase in land area, population density, rainfall, river flow is predicted to affect the increase in dengue cases, whereas the increase ABJ predicted topography and affecting the decline of dengue cases in the district of Sukoharjo in 2011-2014.Keywords: geographical data and survey data, prediction of dengue casesCorrespondence:

The data sample used in this research was 142 respondents from 17 provinces in Indonesia. Samples are taken using purposive sampling, namely taking samples with certain conditions. To analyze survey data and interpret research results, Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was used for the model that was created. This test aims to compare the direct and indirect effects the relationship between the dependent and independent variables. The test results show the favorable and strong impact of subjective norms on the willingness to boycott. Positive anticipated emotions also have a positive and significant effect on willingness to boycott. However, product judgment does not affect willingness to boycott.
