Abstract

Fokus penelitian ini adalah pengembangan aplikasi e arsip pembelajaran jurusan administrasi perkantoran.Pertanyaan subfokusnya adalah (1) Apa kendala dalam e arsip pembelajaran program Access? (2) Aplikasi apa yang tepat dalam pengembangan e arsip pembelajaran? (3) Apa kelebihan dari pengembangan aplikasi e arsip pembelajaran ? Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengembangan aplikasi e arsip pembejaran jurusan administrasi perkantoran, yang meliputi (1) kendala dalam e arsip pembelajaran berbasis Access; (2) aplikasi yang tepat dalam pengembangan e arsip pembelajaran;dan (3) kelebihan dari pengembangan aplikasi e arsip pembelajaran. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan. E arsip programAccess yang selama ini digunakan sering mengalami kendala teknis seperti harus sering me-refress, terjadi kesalahan dalam pengoperasiannya, rentang terkena virus, dan ketergantungan dengan aplikasi Access tahun 2010. Simpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) Kendala dalam E Arsip Pembelajaran dengan program Access dalam bentuk file tidak bisa diedit; (2) Sofware sebagai solusi atas apliasi e arsip pembelajaran dengan program Access; (3) Kelebihan aplikasi e arsip berbasis sofware adalah kesalahan sistem dapat diminimalisir dengan pemprograman. Saran dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) perlu adanya buku petunjuk dalam menginstal dan mengoperasikan aplikasi arsip pembelajaran berbasis sofware (2) perlu adanya latihan yang berkelanjutan untuk mempraktekkan aplikasi arsip pembelajaran berbasis sofware

Abstract

All organizations face a competitive, rapidly changing and complex environment, and archival organizations are no different. The strategy that is often implemented by organizations or institutions is agile or nimble organizations or often called archival organization agility. In archival organization agility there are at least two influencing factors, namely competence and motivation. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of competence and motivation on archival organization agility. The scope of this research is the archival organization at Semarang State University with archivists as the research object. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive analysis method of causality with regression analysis. The results of the research concluded that: (1) The competence of archivists at the State University of Legal Entity, Semarang State University has a positive and significant influence on archival organization agility by 97%; (2) The motivation of archivists at the State University of Legal Entity, Semarang State University has a positive and significant influence on archival organization agility by 97%; (3) The competence and motivation of archivists at the State University of Legal Entity, Semarang State University positively and significantly influences archival organization agility by 98%.

Abstract

Abstrak Era digitalisasi telah menciptakan kemajuan teknologi informasi yang memadai sebagai sarana efektif untuk berkomunikasi melalui media, salah satunya pengembangan sistem persuratan berbasis digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui evaluasi input pada sumber daya manusia, sarana prasarana, dan pendanaan dalam tata kelola persuratan digital di Universitas Negeri Semarang yang berlokasi di FEB. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitataif dengan model evaluasi CIPP. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu 1) Kasubdit. Umum, SDM, dan  Kerjasama FEB, 2) Staf TU dan Protokoler Universitas Negeri Semarang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada evaluasi : 1) SDM yang ada telah dimanfaatkan secara optimal, namun pola rekruitmen dan mutasi kurang sesuai dengan latar belakang keilmuan yang relevan maka ditekankan perlunya strategi yang lebih efektif, 2) Sarana prasarana yang ada sudah cukup memadai namun masih kurang mesin pengganda, 3) Pendanaan digitalisasi persuratan dialokasikan untuk perawatan sarpras dan pelatihan, namun terdapat potensi stagnasi pengembangan fasilitas akibat kurangnya perubahan dalam alokasi dana dapat  menghambat kegiatan operasional persuratan digital di masa mendatang. Penelitian ini menyajikan informasi sebagai bentuk evaluasi bagi pihak pengembang pengelolaan persuratan digital di lembaga perguruan tinggi. Abstract The era digitalization has created adequate advances in information technology as an effective means of communication through media, one of which is the development of a digital-based correspondence system. The purpose of this research is to determine the evaluation of input on human resources, infrastructure and financing in digital correspondence management at Semarang State University located at FEB. This type of research uses qualitative approach with the CIPP evaluation model. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants this research were: 1) The Head of General Human Resources and Cooperation at  FEB 2) Administrative and Protocol Staf at Semarang State University. The results of this research show that in the evaluation: 1) existing human resources have been utilized optimally, but the pattern of recruitment and transfer is not in accordance with the relevant scientific background, so the need for a more effective strategy is emphasized, 2) existing infrastructure is quite adequate even though the procurement of machines There are no photocopiers yet, 3) Funding for digitalization of correspondence is allocated for maintaining infrastructure and training, but there is the potential for stagnation in facility development due to a lack of changes in funding allocation which could hamper digital correspondence operational activities in the future.This research presents information as a form of evaluation for developers of digital correspondence management in education institutions.

Abstract

This study investigates the maintenance and utilization of records at the Archives and Library Service of Kebumen Regency. Employing a qualitative research design with a descriptive approach, data were collected from five informants using interviews, observation, and documentation techniques. The analysis followed the Miles and Huberman model, comprising data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings revealed two main aspects: records utilization and records maintenance. Records utilization encompasses procedures for borrowing, terms of loan, and the process of returning records. In contrast, records maintenance involves activities such as recordkeeping, arrangement, storage, and media transfer. However, the study highlighted several challenges, including the absence of formal written regulations regarding borrowing terms—both for internal and external users—and the lack of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for filing and media transfer processes. Furthermore, the institution faced limitations in equipment and infrastructure necessary for the effective transfer of record media. These gaps indicated a need for policy development, procedural standardization, and investment in appropriate technologies to ensure proper records management. Strengthening these aspects is critical not only for improving administrative efficiency but also for supporting the preservation and accessibility of institutional memory within the public sector.

Abstract

Era arsip elektronik menjadi tren sendiri saat ini, baik instansi pemerintah maupun swasta mulai beralih untuk melakukan pengelolaan arsip elektronik, melalui berbagai cara alih media dari arsip konvensional ke karsip elektronik. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pemahaman dan praktik e arsip bagi siswa jurusan administrasi perkantoran SMK Pelita Nusantara 1 Semarang untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan mendukung upaya konservasi (paperless). Untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada pada siswa Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Pelita Nusantara 1 Semarang perlu pelatihan e arsip sebagai upaya peningkatan pembelajaran dan mendukung konservasi (paperless). Adapun pola yang di buat dalam kegiatan ini untuk dapat memecahkan permasalahan yaitu penyampaian materi, simulasi elektronik arsip, dan mengevaluasi presentasi. Tahapan pelatihan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah siswa SMK Pelita Nusantara 1 Semarang jurusan administrasi perkantoran dengan kompetensi mengelola dokumen/arsip. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah dan praktik. Ceramah untuk menyampaikan teori tentang sistem e-arsip sedangkan praktik untuk aplikasi materi yang telah diperolehnya. Setiap siswa jurusna administrasi perkantoran akan mempraktikkan e-arsip. Aspek yang dievaluasi dalam kegiatan ini adalah keterampilan, ketelitian, kerapian, dan kecerdasanEvaluasi dilakukan dengan penugasan berupa latihan soal e-arsip. Semua rancangan evaluasi ini dilakukan secara praktek elektranik kearsipan.

Abstract

Performance is an overview of the results of a program or policy to achieve organizational goals. Based on the initial observations related to the performance of the Gunungpati Sub-district Office employees, many issues were still found. They are to be evaluated and improved. This study examines the influence of work motivation, work environment, and employee competence on employee performance through organizational commitment as an intervening variable. The population and sample in this study were all employees of the Gunungpati Sub-district Office, namely 135 people. This study applied non-probability sampling with a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis methods were descriptive statistical and path analysis using the IBM SPSS Statistic 25. The results point out that four variables, namely work motivation, work environment, employee competence, and organizational commitment, partially have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Path analysis test shows that three variables, namely work motivation, work environment, and employee competence, have a positive and significant effect on employee performance through organizational commitment as an intervening variable.

Abstract

Based on the evaluation of the situation, there are several main problems that require priority handling in the effort to empower the novice community. These problems include limitations in capital, lack of integrated information, promotion, sales, and financial management systems, and lack of knowledge of the potential and challenges faced by Pedurungan Lor Village, Pedurungan District, Semarang. To overcome these challenges, the main objective of the startup community empowerment is to initiate a Productive waqf-based crowdfunding called SIWAP, with the aim of providing access to capital to goat farming groups, tourism village management, and product development from creative business groups in Pedurungan Lor Village. SIWAP will function as a tourism marketplace that not only provides a platform for promotion and sales, but also offers integrated solutions for financial management. The goals of the program include increased capital, turnover, and net profit of the business groups, publication through electronic media and national journals, and video documentation of activities. Additional expected outcomes include the establishment of SIWAP crowdfunding and intellectual property rights protection. The activity plan will include a survey of partner locations, design and creation of the SIWAP crowdfunding platform, training for system users, technology implementation, and regular mentoring and monitoring of the use of the SIWAP system by business groups in Pedurungan Lor Village, Pedurungan District, Semarang.

Abstract

Merdeka curriculum has been implemented in schools for a few years, but there are still some obstacles to its implementation. Teachers find it difficult to design learning tools, starting from reducing learning outcomes to learning objectives and the flow of learning objectives. One of the solutions is the use of concept maps, which are assisted by the MindMeister application. The goal is for teachers to implement it into a flow of learning objectives. The method of implementing this service is in the form of training teachers with a practical approach. The result of this service is that teachers better understand how to create effective and visually interactive concept maps of learning objectives to plan, organize, and understand learning objectives. This helps teachers and students in carrying out the learning process in a more structured and focused manner. The use of information technology-based applications is very helpful for teachers in learning activities. Teachers must always adapt to any changes and improve their competence with consistent and continuous training, especially related to the use of information technology in learning.

Abstract

Background of the study: Archiving and document management are essential for ensuring the continuity of university administration. With advances in information technology, conventional archiving systems are increasingly seen as less effective and less efficient. Purpose: This study aims to assess the effectiveness of the Integrated Digital Archiving System in enhancing document management at Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES). Method: This research employs a quantitative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to archivists and system users at UNNES. The data provide insight into staff perceptions of document management, their expectations for the current system under development, and their feedback after testing the newly developed system. Findings: The results indicate that the MyUNNES-Siradi application and participatory commitment can explain 82.5% of the variance in document management accountability among archival staff. The partial determination coefficients show that the MyUNNES-Siradi application accounts for 51.7%, while participatory commitment accounts for 58.8%. Additionally, 85% of respondents reported high satisfaction with the system’s features, particularly the reduced time required to access and manage documents. Conclusion: Overall, the findings suggest that the digital archive system effectively improves document management at UNNES. Further development is recommended to address remaining challenges and enhance system performance.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an e-module–assisted simulation learning model to enhance the communication skills of Office Management students at SMK Teuku Umar Semarang, where existing learning practices do not employ simulation-based approaches and the learning resources used are not yet aligned with students’ needs. Using a Research and Development (R&D) design, the study adopts the 4D development model—Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate—to produce and validate the proposed learning innovation. The subjects of this research were Grade XI students in the Office Management expertise competency. Product feasibility was assessed by two material experts and one media expert, followed by limited and extended trials to evaluate the e-module’s effectiveness. The results show that current Communication in the Workplace learning does not provide sufficient opportunities for students to practice workplace communication and lacks integration with interactive digital resources. The developed e-module received a validation score of 96% from material experts and 100% from media experts, indicating strong feasibility for instructional use. Trial findings further demonstrated substantial improvements in student learning outcomes, with average N-Gain scores of 0.751 in the limited trial and 0.791 in the extended trial. In conclusion, the e-module is effective and suitable as a digital learning medium to support simulation-based instruction and strengthen students’ communication skills. These results highlight the potential of technology-supported simulation models to enhance vocational education quality and better prepare students for workplace communication demands
