Abstract

Dalam lingkup Pendidikan Tinggi, mahasiswa harus dipersiapkan menjadi pribadi yang berkarakter, mampu berdaya saing dan adaptif terhadap dunia industri. Tantangan ini memberikan kesempatan bagi perguruan tinggi untuk menciptakan budaya belajar yang inovatif dengan memberikan sentuhan materi perkuliahan yang mendukung mahasiswa untuk siap dan memiliki keterampilan yang optimal dalam menghadapi dinamika lingkungan kerja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode systematic literatur review. Data literatur diperoleh dari beberapa laman seperti Google Scholar, Sinta Ristekbrin. Untuk meninjau data penelitian, kata kunci utama yang digunakan yaitu “persiapan karier” atau “belajar mandiri” atau “mahasiswa”. Mahasiswa perlu memiliki kesiapan hard skill dan soft skill untuk meniti karier di dunia nyata. Mengingat saat ini, permasalahan di dunia kerja tidaklah sederhana, sehingga membutuhkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan kematangan mental agar tetap produktif dan bekerja secara profesional. Diharapkan implikasi pembelajaran persiapan karier dapat membantu mahasiswa mendapatkan gambaran arah karier dan mampu melihat prospek kariernya dengan matang. Kata Kunci: Persiapan Karier, Mahasiswa, Belajar Mandiri.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology in the era of globalization has been accompanied by the emergence of various social media, one of which is TikTok social media. TikTok is a social platform focused on music videos that was first introduced in September 2016. Currently, 76% of TikTok users are dominated by generation Z. All types of video content on TikTok include psychology-themed content, which can lead to the phenomenon of self-diagnosis after viewing the content. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of psychology-themed content in TikTok social media on generation Z. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach method. The results of this study indicate that the phenomenon of self-diagnosis has an impact experienced by the subject, such as the subject experiencing interference in carrying out daily activities, the subject will search for additional information related to the symptoms experienced through digital media, the subject feels that his energy has decreased, the subject experiences a decrease in mood, and is easily emotional. In addition, in this study, researchers found that the phenomenon of self-diagnosis has a positive impact, namely the subject after doing self-diagnosis feels more empathetic with other individuals. The findings of this study are expected to not only enrich the academic literature, but can provide insight for generation Z to be more selective in choosing psychology-themed content, so as not to create a tendency to self-diagnose.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by several problems, such as students who do not fully recognize and understand the preparations that must be done in a new environment, whether in the world of courses or work. In addition, another problem is that students have difficulty determining career planning after graduating from Vocational High School because of the limited information they obtain and also the form of information provided in schools is limited.  Therefore, a career information medium is developed to increase students' insight about careers. The purpose of this research development is to produce a career information medium assisted by interactive multimedia android-based for students of SMK Negeri 1 Godean as one of the careers information media that can be used by guidance and counseling teachers in providing basic guidance and counseling services, therefore they can help students in doing career planning.  The products resulting from this research are in the form of an interactive Android multimedia-assisted career information medium with several existing features, namely career exploration features (self-exploration and environment), comprehension quizzes, information purpose features, reference features, and media developer info features. This research uses the R&D (Research and Development) method.  Based on the Borg and Gall development step model.  Based on the results of research from material expert validators, 92% of the results refer to very feasible categories, and media expert validators obtained 85% of the results with very feasible categories.  While the results of product trials in limited groups is obtained 88% that refer to very feasible categories.  The accumulated results of the feasibility assessment of material experts and media experts as well as product trial assessments limited to users is obtained results of 88%, which means it is very feasible to use in the field.   Keywords: Career Information; Career exploration; Android Interactive Multimedia.Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dari beberapa masalah seperti peserta didik yang belum sepenuhnya mengerti dan memahami persiapan yang harus dilakukan pada lingkungan baru di dunia perkuliahan maupun dunia kerja. Selain itu, masalah lainnya adalah peserta didik mengalami kesulitan dalam menentukan rencana karir setalah lulus dari Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan karena keterbatasan informasi yang didapatkan oleh peserta didik dan juga bentuk informasi yang disediakan di sekolah terbatas. Maka dari itu dikembangkanlah suatu media informasi karir untuk menambah wawasan peserta didik tentang karir. Produk yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini berupa media informasi karir berbantuan multimedia interaktif android dengan beberapa fitur yang ada, yaitu fitur eksplorasi karir (eksplorasi diri dan lingkungan), quiz pemahaman, fitur tujuan informasi, fitur refrensi dan fitur info pengembang media. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode R&D (Research and Development). Berdasarkan model langkah pengembangan Borg and Gall. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari validator ahli materi didapatkan hasil 92% dengan kategori sangat layak, dan validator ahli media didapatkan hasil 85%. dengan kategori sangat layak. Sedangkan hasil uji coba produk pada kelompok terbatas didapatkan hasil 88% dengan kategori sangat layak. Akumulasi hasil penilaian kelayakan ahli materi dan ahli media serta penilaian uji coba produk terbatas pada pengguna didapatkan hasil sebesar 88%. yang berarti sangat layak untuk digunakan di lapangan.Kata kunci: Informasi Karir; Eksplorasi karir; Multimedia Interaktif Android.

Abstract

Uncertainty in labor market conditions is a challenge for college graduates. This challenge significantly influences the length of time needed to face a career transition, so psychological capital is an important thing to have. This research aims to determine whether psychological capital can encourage students’ readiness to face career transitions. This research uses quantitative correlational methods. The population of this research were students at two public universities in Malang City who were working on their thesis with a sample size of 105 students. Sampling was carried out using incidental techniques. The instruments used were adapted versions of The Psychological Capital Questionnaire (PCQ-24) and The Career Transitions Inventory (CTI). This research uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this research indicate that psychological capital simultaneously influences readiness to face career transitions (Sig. equals .000; f equals 33.831). The results of the coefficient of determination (Adj. R2) show a contribution of psychological capital of 55.8 percent. The t-test results show that the hope dimension (Sig. equals .008; t equals 1.256) and the optimism dimension (Sig. equals .000; t equals 4.785) partially affect career transition readiness. Meanwhile, the self-efficacy dimension (Sig. equals .212; t equals 1.256) and the resilience dimension (Sig. equals .485; t equals .701) partially do not significantly affect career transition readiness. The effective contribution of the hope dimension is 20.39 percent, and the optimism dimension is 25.84 percent.

Abstract

Cases of sexual violence in pesantren are still an iceberg phenomenon that only seems to be the peak, in the sense that the case is still rarely revealed, not complained, not reported, or even often covered up for various reasons. Development of information services on sexual violence prevention in students in pesantren, the development of flipbook media aims to provide an understanding of sexual violence prevention in students in pesantren through guidance and counseling information services. This study used the Rnd (Research and Development) method with a research sample of 10 respondents who were students of Nurul Huda Islamic Boarding School Cirebon. Based on the results of the material validation test with a percentage of 90%, the results of the media validation test of 87% and user validation with the results of 81.5%, flipbook-based information services are said to be suitable for use by students or students as learning media

Abstract

Peredaran berbagai informasi di dunia maya sangat beragam. Remaja yang cenderung aktif di media sosial memiliki resiko besar untuk terpapar hoaks. Kemudahan dalam mengakses dan menyebarkan informasi dengan bebas tanpa meninjau kebenarannya menjadi persoalan yang berpotensi untuk menimbulkan kesalahpahaman dan konflik. Karena itu, perlu upaya preventif dan interventif yang dapat dilakukan dengan memberikan pendekatan melalui edukasi dengan menggunakan media interaktif dalam lingkup layanan informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media animasi flash dalam upaya meningkatkan critical thinking remaja melawan informasi hoaks. Metode penelitian dengan menggunakan R n D (research and development) mulai dari tahap perencanaan, desain, validasi ahli media dan ahli materi. Uji coba produk juga dilakukan pada kelompok terbatas untuk mendapatkan penilaian dari pengguna. Berdasarkan validasi ahli materi mendapatkan nilai 82,95% artinya sangat layak sedangkan menurut ahli media produk animasi dinilai sebesar 85,71% artinya juga sangat layak. Pada kelompok pengguna, produk mendapatkan nilai 84,40% dengan menggunakan standar penggunaan usability. Sesuai dengan hasil validasi dan penilaian maka hasil penelitian berupa animasi sebagai multimedia interaktif dianggap sangat layak untuk dapat digunakan dalam memberikan stimulasi positif bagi remaja dalam layanan informasi sebagai langkah membangun dan meningkatkan kemampuan berfikir kritis.Abstract: The circulation of various information in cyber space is very diverse. The ease of accessing and disseminating information freely without reviewing the truth is an issue that has the potential to cause misunderstanding and conflict. Therefore, preventive and interventive efforts are needed to carry out by providing an educational approach using interactive media within the scope of information services. This study aims to produce flash animation media as an effort to improve adolescent critical thinking to fight hoax. The research method used in this study is Reseach and development starting from the planning, design, expert validation, media and material validation. Product testing is also carried out in limited groups to get ratings from users. Based on the validation of material experts, the figure is 82.96% meaning that it is very feasible. In addition, according to media experts, the figure of animation products is 85.71% which means that it is also very feasible. In the user group, the product figure is 84.40% by using the usability standard. Related to the validation results and assessment, it is implied that animation as interactive multimedia is considered very feasible to be used in providing positive stimulation for adolescents in information services as a step to build and improve critical thinking skill

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the development of character figures in the novels Yang Sudah Lama Pergi by Tere Liye and Cinta Tak Pernah Tepat Waktu by Puthut EA with the approach of Abraham Maslow's humanistic psychology. The focus of the analysis is on the fulfillment of Maslow's five levels of needs: physiological, security, love and belonging, self-esteem, and self-actualization. The method used is descriptive qualitative with literature study techniques, intensive reading, recording, and text documentation. Data in the form of words, sentences, which contain elements of humanistic psychology. The data sources come from the novels Yang Sudah Lama Pergi, and Cinta Tak Pernah Tepat Waktu. The results of this study found 23 data in the novel Yang Sudah Lama Pergi while in the novel Cinta Tak Pernah Tepat Waktu there were 5 data. Thus, the prominent characters in the first novel reflect assertiveness, devotion, and leadership, while the prominent characters in the second novel show gentleness, deep reflection, and strength from within so that the need for self-actualization is fulfilled. The main difference between the two novels lies in the context of fulfilling the character's needs. The characters in the novel Yang Sudah Lama Pergi develop in a dynamic and action-packed social-collective situation, while the characters in the novel Cinta Tak Pernah Tepat Waktu develop more through personal reflection and emotional conflict. This study contributes to the study of literary psychology and can be a reference in learning literature based on a humanistic approach. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis perkembangan karakter tokoh dalam novel Yang Telah Lama Pergi karya Tere Liye dan Cinta Tak Pernah Tepat Waktu karya Puthut EA dengan pendekatan psikologi humanistik Abraham Maslow. Fokus analisis pada pemenuhan lima tingkat kebutuhan Maslow: fisiologis, rasa aman, cinta dan rasa memiliki, harga diri, serta aktualisasi diri. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik studi pustaka, pembacaan intensif, pencatatan, dan dokumentasi teks. Data berupa kata, kalimat, yang mengandung unsur psikologi humanistik. Sumber data berasal dari novel Yang Telah Lama Pergi, dan Cinta Tak Pernah Tepat Waktu. Hasil penelitian ini terdapat 23 data pada novel Yang Telah Lama Pergi sementara pada novel Cinta Tak Pernah Tepat Waktu terdapat 5 data. Dengan demikian, karakter yang menonjol dalam novel pertama mencerminkan ketegasan, pengabdian, dan kepemimpinan, sedangkan karakter yang menonjol dalam novel kedua menunjukkan kelembutan, refleksi mendalam, dan kekuatan dari dalam sehingga terpenuhinya kebutuhan aktualisasi diri. Perbedaan utama dari kedua novel terletak pada konteks pemenuhan kebutuhan tokoh. Tokoh-tokoh dalam novel Yang Telah Lama Pergi berkembang dalam situasi sosial-kolektif yang dinamis dan penuh aksi, sedangkan tokoh dalam novel Cinta Tak Pernah Tepat Waktu lebih banyak melalui refleksi pribadi dan konflik emosional. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap kajian psikologi sastra dan dapat menjadi acuan dalam pembelajaran sastra berbasis pendekatan humanistik.

Abstract

Ilmu Arudl dan Qawafi merupakan dua ilmu yang ada di bidang sastra Arab yang saat ini kurang diminati oleh kalangan pelajar, karena dianggap terlalu terikat dengan aturan yang baku dan mengekang dalam mengungkapkan ekspresi serta emosi. Namun demikian, tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa kedua ilmu (Arudl dan Qawafi) ini telah menjadi mutiara dalam sejarah peradaban Arab. Penelitian ini berusaha menganalisa syair dalam kitab Tanwir al-Qari’ karya Muhammad Mundzir Nadzir yaitu kitab tajwid yang syairnya berbahasa Jawa yang ditinjau dari Ilmu Arudl dan Ilmu Qawafi. Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif yaitu memaparkan hasil analisis puisi ini ditinjau dari Ilmu Arudl dan Ilmu Qawafi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa syair kitab Tanwir al-Qari’ menggunakan bahar Rajaz. Dilihat dari segi Ilmu Arudl, ada beberapa yang sahih, dan ada beberapa yang fasid. Dalam syair ini juga terdapat beberapa zihaf yang digunakan, antara lain; khabn, khazm, Thayy, dan khabl. Dari segi ilmu Qawafi, syair dalam bab nun sukun ini dibagi menjadi dua macam, yaitu bentuk Qawafi dan jenis qafiyah. Sedangkan dari segi bentuk Qawafi, syair kitab Tanwir al-Qari’ bab nun sukun ini menggunakan dua jenis huruf Qafiyah, yaitu ar-Rawiy (Rawiy Mutlak dan Rawiy Muqayyad) dan al-Wasl.
