Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand the implementation of the accounting information system for cash receipts and cash expenditures at CV. Fael Jaya in the City of Manado, particularly in the sales department of goods (construction materials) based on the fundamental elements of the accounting information system. Given that this company is a growing enterprise, managing cash receipts and expenditures is crucial to facilitate accuracy and speed in all financial transaction processes within the company. The type of research used is a case study, and data are obtained from interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique employed is qualitative descriptive, in which the researcher elaborates on the implementation of the accounting information system at CV. Fael Jaya and then compares it with relevant theories about the accounting information system. The research findings indicate that the implementation of the accounting information system for cash receipts and expenditures at CV. Fael Jaya in the City of Manado is not yet adequate. Observing the functions and documents related to the theories and what occurs at CV. Fael Jaya, not everything aligns.

Abstract

The Regional Asset Accounting Information System is designed to manage and deliver all accounting information related to Regional Assets (BMD) by utilizing existing methodologies. The aim of this study is to assess the implementation of the Regional Asset Accounting Information System at the Financial and Asset Management Agency of Manado, North Sulawesi. This research was carried out at the Financial and Asset Management Agency of Manado, North Sulawesi, using a descriptive qualitative research method, which involves the description, illustration, analysis, and comparison of written and oral data. The study’s findings indicate that the Regional Asset Accounting Information System employed by the Financial and Asset Management Agency of Manado adheres to the relevant regulations.

Abstract

This study is based on of the latest policy by the Financial Services Authority through POJK No. 12/POJK.03/2020 concerning Commercial Bank Consolidation to maintain the stability of the financial and banking sector from the impact of the economic and monetary crisis. The object of this study is PT. Bank SulutGo as a bank of North Sulawesi Province in Indonesia. This POJK regulates the increase in Minimum Core Capital for Commercial Banks which will be carried out in stages from 2020 to 2022 amounting to IDR 3 trillion and for Regional Development Banks (BPD) until 31 December 2024. This research uses a qualitative research method which explains descriptively the analysis of the phenomenon of banking development, especially PT. Bank SulutGo due to the implementation of OJK new regulations using data in the form of narratives and Banking Financial Performance Reports. The shareholders over the last three years have made efforts to deposit capital and increase their share ownership, but it is predicted that until 2024, PT. Bank SulutGo has not been able to meet the bank's minimum core capital of Rp. 3 trillion. In order not to be affected by the OJK's exit policy, PT. Bank SulutGo can choose a consolidation strategy for going concern, the consolidation strategy is appropriate for PT. Bank SulutGo in complying with OJK regulations is forming a Joint Business Group (KUB).

Abstract

This study investigates the effect of cash turnover and inventory turnover as key indicators of working capital management on Return on Assets (ROA) at PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk during the 2015–2024 period. Employing a quantitative explanatory research design, this study uses quarterly secondary data obtained from the company’s published financial statements, comprising 40 observations. The data are analyzed using multiple linear regression after meeting classical assumption requirements. The results reveal that cash turnover has a positive and statistically significant effect on ROA, indicating that efficient cash utilization enhances corporate profitability. Inventory turnover also exerts a positive and significant influence on ROA, reflecting the importance of inventory efficiency in optimizing asset performance. Furthermore, both variables simultaneously have a significant impact on ROA, demonstrating the critical role of effective working capital management in corporate financial performance. These findings are consistent with signaling theory, where efficient asset management conveys positive signals regarding firm value and operational efficiency to investors. This study provides empirical evidence that strengthening cash and inventory turnover is essential for improving profitability and financial efficiency in large manufacturing firms within the consumer goods sector.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji secara empiris pengaruh manajemen pengetahuan terhadap modal intelektual dan inovasi Perusahaan. Secara kontekstual, penelitian ini memiliki kebaruan dengan memfokuskan pada Industri Besar dan Sedang (IBS) di Sulawesi Utara yang tengah menghadapi tekanan penurunan kinerja akibat keterbatasan modal dan tingginya biaya operasional, sehingga penguatan manajemen pengetahuan dan optimalisasi modal intelektual menjadi strategi adaptif yang krusial. Berlandaskan Resource-Based View (RBV) dan Knowledge-Based View (KBV), studi kunatitatif ini menggunakan pendekatan explanatory research. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner terhadap 114 manajer Perusahaan besar dan sedang di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) melalui SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pengetahuan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap modal intelektual (β = 0,762; p < 0,05). Selain itu, manajemen pengetahuan juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap inovasi perusahaan (p < 0,05, T-tabel = 12,572 > 1,96). Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kompetensi manajerial dalam mengelola pengetahuan mampu memperkuat modal intelektual sekaligus mengingkatkan kapabilitas inovasi. Manajemen pengetahuan mendorong pengenalan peluang, orkestrasi sumber daya, serta terciptanya lingkungan yang mendukung eksperimen dan kreativitas. Pengaruh positif ini menunjukkan bahwa organisasi mampu mengelola pengetahuan secara efektif lebih adaptif terhadap perubahan teknologi dan dinamika pasar, serta lebih mampu mengurangi ketidakpastian dan menghasilkan keputusan strategis yang inovatif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara modal intelektual, kinerja organisasi, dan keunggulan bersaing pada usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan fokus pada pengujian hubungan antara variabel independen dan variabel dependen melalui bukti empiris. Sampel penelitian ditentukan berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling dengan rumus Slovin pada tingkat kesalahan 10%, sehingga diperoleh 115 responden yang merupakan pemilik UMKM dan memahami kondisi usahanya. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares (PLS) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modal intelektual berpengaruh positif serta signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing dan kinerja organisasi. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pengelolaan modal intelektual yang baik mampu meningkatkan kinerja organisasi sekaligus memperkuat keunggulan bersaing UMKM di Sulawesi Utara.
