Abstract

This research was conducted to know the high and low career planning of high school students in Cibitung District, Bekasi Regency, who will carry out Career Planning for the future to be brighter. The research was conducted on SMA Negeri Class XI Science students in Cibitung District, Bekasi Regency, including SMA Negeri 1 Cibitung and SMA Negeri 2 Cibitung. This research was conducted from November 2021 – to April 2022 with quantitative research using a descriptive approach. The sample collection used was simple random sampling with a total sample of 170 students. Instruments - Types of instruments used are questionnaires or questionnaires with a Likert scale in the form of scoring intervals of 1-4, which will be carried out in data analysis using SPSS 23. Results and Conclusions The level of career planning for high school students in Class XI Science in Cibitung District, Bekasi Regency. Most of them are in the high category with a percentage of 91.20% or 155 students, then followed by the low category with a percentage of 6.50% or 11 students, then followed by a very high category with a percentage of 2.40% or four students, and a very low category with a percentage of 0% or 0 students. The level of career planning for high school students in Class XI Science in Cibitung District, Bekasi Regency, is based on self-assessment factors, exploring opportunities, making decisions and goal setting, planning, and pursuit of achievement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the learning outcomes of the Al-Qismul 'Ali Al-Washliyah Kedaisianam Batubara Madrasah students who are taught by the induction method and the analogy method, (2) the learning outcomes of the Al-Qismul 'Ali Al-Madrasah students' yellow book learning outcomes. Washliyah Kedaisianam Batubara with high and low reading abilities, and (3) the interaction between nahwu shorof learning and students' ability to read on the learning outcomes of the yellow book students of Madrasah Al-Qismul 'Ali Al-Washliyah Kedaisianam Batubara. The research was conducted at Madrasah Al-Qismul 'Ali Al-Washliyah Kedaisianam Batubara. This type of research is a quasi-experimental quantitative research model. Based on the Cluster Random Sampling technique, one class is taught by the induction method and one class is taught by the analogy method. The research instrument is a test used to obtain data on student learning outcomes. The normality test for learning outcomes data is the Liliefors test and the homogeneity test is the Fisher's test and Bartlett's test. The analysis technique is a two-way ANOVA at a significance of = 0.05, followed by the Scheffe test. The research findings show: (1) the learning outcomes of the yellow book students who were taught by the induction method at the students of Madrasah Al-Qismul 'Ali Al-Washliyah Kedaisianam Batubara were higher in the yellow book learning outcomes of students who were taught using the analogy method. This is proven by testing the research hypothesis with statistical results Fcount = 11.78 while the value of Ftable = 4.018 for dk (1.55) and the real level = 0.05, (2) learning outcomes of students with high reading ability are higher from the results of learning the yellow book of students with low reading skills. This is proven by testing the research hypothesis with statistical results Fcount = 26.82 while the value of Ftable = 4.018 for dk (1.55) and the significance level = 0.05, and (3) there is an interaction between nahwu-shorof learning and reading ability on the yellow book learning outcomes at Madrasah Al-Qismul 'Ali Al-Washliyah Kedaisianam Batubara. This is proven by testing the research hypothesis with statistical results Fcount = 17.29 while the value of Ftable = 4.018 for dk (1.55) and the significance level = 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and examine the effect of financial literacy, education level, business capital, business sustainability and financial records on the performance of MSMEs. This research was conducted in Aceh Singkil Regency. The sample used in this study was 100 MSME respondents registered at the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives, and MSMEs in Aceh Singkil Regency with a random sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that Financial Literacy, Education Level, Business Capital, Business Sustainability, and Financial Records have a significant influence on the performance of MSMEs in Aceh Singkil Regency. Abstract

The aims of the study were to describe: (1) the learning process activities carried out by Islamic Religious Education teachers, (2) to describe the methods of the Islamic Religious Education learning process, (4) what are the media for the Islamic Religious Education learning process and (4) the evaluation of the Religious Education learning process. Abstract

The objectives of the research are: (1) to find out the implementation of muhadharah extracurricular activities at the Mudi Mesra Samalanga Islamic Boarding School, Bireuen Aceh Regency, and (2) to determine the character building of the students through muhadharah activities at the Mudi Mesra Samalanga Islamic Boarding School, Bireuen Aceh Regency. This study uses qualitative research methods, namely to understand the phenomenon of what is experienced by the research subject, for example behavior, perception, motivation, action and others, holistically and by way of description in the form of words and language, in a special natural context. and by utilizing various natural methods, and in reasonable field situations as they are without manipulation. The results of this study can be concluded as follows: (1) the implementation of muhadharah extracurricular activities at Dayah Mudi Mesra Samalanga, Bireuen Aceh Regency, there are 3 muhadharah extracurricular activities, namely Speeches (Lectures) in 3 Languages, Muharram competitions and Dalāil al-Khaīrāt, and (2) character formation in students through muhadharah activities at Dayah Mudi Mesra Samalanga, Bireuen Aceh Regency. Characters are formed from speeches/lectures in 3 languages (English, Arabic and Indonesian) namely religious, honest, confident, responsible and disciplined. The characters formed from the Muharram competition are religious, responsible, and confident. Characters formed from following Dalāil al-Khaīrāt are religious, disciplined and confident.

Abstract

Mathematic always consider difficult subject from elementary, junior, until senior high school students, this happens because mathematic consider connected with abstract objects, because of that mathematics teacher should have great understanding within subject, able to choose great strategy learning, also able to use learning model that can improve student motivation in learning and student will become active in learning. With all those considerations can be used to improve students learning progress. In fact, show that learning progress mathematic on Logic material class X in public senior high school I Semarang teacher still dominated. Students look passive – only receive material that teacher gave. Also, the teacher not using learning media, not yet used strategy and method which can stimulate students then understanding of the material still below expectation. To handle passivity within lack of understanding students in logic material class X Huitt learning model with Question Card media and PQ4R learning model with Flip Box Maker Media. Through this two learning model will be supervised a student's effective so can improve the result of students learning. This research used experimental kinds with two classes as an experiment and one class as control class, as populated in this research is entire students of class X which consider from eight classes, and continue randomly chosen, three classes. One class as an experiment I which applied Huitt learning model with Question Card Media, another class as experiment class II which applied PQ4R learning Flip Box Maker media, the rest of the class as a control class. Data processing has used a statistic (Normality test, Homogenates test, and ANOVA test). Point of this research is to: 1) to get that there are differences in mathematic learning which students applied Huitt learning model with Question card media, PQ4R learning model with Flip Box Maker Media, and Ekospositori learning model on material discussion mathematic logic curriculum 2014/2015. From this research shows there is differences students result in learning mathematic which applied Huitt learning model with question card media, PQ4R learning media with Flip Box Maker media, and Ekospositori learning model, learning more effective and there are differences in students learning Mathematic Logic curriculum 2014/2015.

Abstract

In childhood there are six areas of life development, including emotional development, so that the assessment of emotional development in children must be evaluated early. An objective assessment can properly monitor a child's emotional development. This research was conducted at TKIT Nurul Ilmi, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency. The research method used is qualitative research using interview, observation, and documentation data collection techniques. The activities used by TKIT Nurul Ilmi in developing children's emotional intelligence are playing puzzles and coloring, training queues, and getting used to sharing.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine (1) whether the audio-visual materials in RA AN-NIDA can help children aged 5-6 years with early reading. (2) the capacity of children aged 5 to 6 years to develop their reading skills after using audiovisual media. (3) The use of audiovisual materials in the first reading material with the topic of introducing fruits with alphabetic letters in RA-ANNIDA can improve early reading skills of children aged 5-6 years. This study uses the Classroom Action research design. 17 children in RA AN-NIDA aged 5-6 years were study participants. Considering the findings of the study, which according to the pre-test results, only two children showed growth. With a classical proportion of 11%, the average score achieved was 1.70, indicating that the other 15 children were not yet developed. (2) Only ten children made progress in the first cycle, while seven additional children, with an average score of 2.64 and a classical proportion of 58%, had not. Then, with an average score of 3 and a classical development percentage of 100%, there were 17 children who had developed in the second cycle, compared to 0 who had not developed. According to the information above, audiovisual media can help children who are five or six years old with their initial reading ability

Abstract

The research aims to determine the increase in loose parts media in the Geranio Medan Integrated Islamic Kindergarten. which is based on the learning outcomes of students in the application of loose parts media in the Kindergarten A2 group at the Geranio Integrated Islamic Kindergarten with a total of 12 students consisting of 5 girls and 7 boys. The type of research used in this research is classroom action research (PTK) with qualitative and quantitative data sources. Data analysis carried out by the researcher was the results of each cycle, the researcher made a comparison of the percentage of children's scores before the action and after the action using loose parts media which was carried out to improve children's fine motor skills and creativity. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers using cycle I and cycle II actions, it can be concluded that the use of loose parts media to improve children's fine motor skills can improve with very good improvements exceeding the 80% completion limit, namely 89.84%. Before any action takes place, children's fine motor skills and creativity have begun to develop, but in cycle I they have begun to develop. The increase from cycle I to the 1st meeting was 31.51%, cycle I to the 2nd meeting the children began to be enthusiastic about making bicycles from tree branches 58.59%, cycle II to the 1st meeting the children were able to make hand movements when decorating their activities by making bracelets from colorful pipettes 75%, in cycle II of the 2nd meeting the children were able to complete their activities creatively by making raindrops using various kinds of loose parts media and 89.84% of the children began to be able to follow the activities modeled by the teacher.

Abstract

Perilaku berpacaran sering kali dilakukan oleh remaja mulai dari remaja awal sampai remaja akhir. Menurut Iwan, bentuk-bentuk perilaku berpacaran yang dilakukan bermacam-macam diantaranya perilaku sehat dan tidak sehat. Bentuk-bentuk perilaku berpacaran yang sehat yaitu berpegangan tangan dan berpelukan, sedangkan yang tidak sehat kissing, necking, sexual intercourse. Perilaku berpacaran dinilai lebih banyak dampak negatifnya dibandingkan positifnya. Terdapat kasus yang terjadi akibat dari berpacaran yang tidak sehat salah satunya hamil diluar nikah di Ponorogo. Perilaku berpacaran yang tidak sehat menyebabkan terjadinya ketimpangan dalam suatu hubungan sehingga menjadi tidak ideal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui segala bentuk perilaku berpacaran remaja serta kaitannya dengan Teori cinta Sternberg. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bentuk-bentuk perilaku berpacaran yang dilakukan oleh remaja di SMK Negeri 7 Jakarta diantaranya berpegangan tangan, berpelukan, berciuman, cupang, daring. Perilaku berpacaran yang dilakukan memiliki keterkaitan dengan teori cinta Sternberg karena untuk mencapai hubungan yang ideal, pasangan harus memiliki komponen yang seimbang dalam cinta yaitu keintiman dan komitmen. Dampak dari perilaku berpacaran yang dilakukan lebih banyak kearah negatif dibandingkan dengan positif.
