Abstract

In the main coastal area in Likupang District, there are still many B2 farmers who release their livestock freely (without pens). Farmers who do not breed B2 livestock, the majority of the reason is that they are less able to buy fodder regularly. According to them, if it is grounded it will require a very large cost to buy food, whereas if left (released) B2 will find its own food so that the owner does not spend high feed costs. Also, the ability to calculate working capital and analyze home a very important point in conducting livestock business B2. And the results of observations and interviews with B2 livestock owners, concluded that their financial abilities were mostly inadequate. Constraints faced by B2 breeders in Likupang District are the value of entrepreneurship that indeed requires a long term to change, the traditional habits of farmer management are still strong, consistency and continuity of assistance is still lacking, Tolerance of surrounding communities to B2 animals released is still quite high (tolerant) However, there is still no professional B2 livestock group, the cost for cages is high and B2 animal feed costs are high. After counseling, there is an increase in B2 farmers' understanding of the importance of working capital and return home. B2 breeders are motivated (temporarily) to want to plant their livestock. Abstract

The Regional Development Planning, Research and Development Agency Office in Kotamobagu City are a technical institution tasked with implementing regional planning, research and development activities to improve regional development planning, enhance the regional innovation system and increase the utilization of research and development results for achieving regional development goals. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Work Environment and Work Stress on Employee Performance, with Work Commitment as a mediating variable at the Office of Regional Development Planning, Research, and Development Agency of Kotamobagu City. The analytical method used is a quantitative approach with an associative method, utilizing SmartPLS version 4.0. he research results indicate that the Work Environment and Work Stress have a direct positive influence on Employee Work Commitment. Furthermore, Work Stress and Work Environment affect Employee Performance through the mediating role of Work Commitment; however, this mediating effect is positive but not statistically significant for employees at the Regional Development Planning, Research, and Development Agency of Kotamobagu City.

Abstract

Research on the effectiveness of the application of ASB, especially in relation to village funds, is still rarely done. Many factors influence the effectiveness of the ASB preparation, but can be classified into two factors, namely the human and non-human aspects. Both of these aspects contribute to the effectiveness of the application of ASB. This study used exploratory factor analysis. The results of the analysis show that: (1) The dimensions or factors that shape human aspects in the effectiveness of the application of ASB are commitment factors, competency, adaptation, collaboration, technical capability, sub-district supervision function, organizational skills, village head development and planning ability. (2) Dimensions or factors that shape nonhuman aspects in the effectiveness of the application of ASB are Regulatory factors, Village Support, Administration, Wages / salaries and Village Institutions. (3) The dimensions or factors that shape the effectiveness of the application of ASB are factors: Standard cost of inputs, control tools, Abc (activity-based costing), according to village priorities, general validity, approval or determination and easy to update the data
