Abstract

Abstrak: Unsur utama dalam kemajuan organisasi adalah Sumber Daya Manusia sebagai motor penggerak, inspirasi dan juga sebagai otak berjalannya suatu perusahaan. Persaingan dalam dunia kerja yang semakin meningkat memacu instansi atau perusahaan untuk terus meningkatkan kinerja, sehingga dapat menciptakan suatu produk atau jasa yang bermanfaat bagi masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman kerja dan stres kerja secara simultan dan parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Air Manado.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif dengan menggunakan alat analisis regresi linear berganda. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang berjumlah sebanyak 100 orang. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman kerja dan stres kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Air Manado dan secara parsial pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan sedangkan untuk stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. PT. Air Manado sebaiknya memberikan perhatian lebih pada faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi peningkatan kinerja karyawan seperti pengalaman kerja dan stres kerja untuk dapat mengembangkan bidang sumber daya manusia dalam perusahaan. Kata Kunci : pengalaman kerja, stres kerja, kinerja karyawan

Abstract

Abstract: Enjoying coffee now has become a lifestyle. Unlike before, coffee now is consumed at various times by various walks of life, therefore many coffee brands are starting to emerge. Kopi Kulo is one of the brands that enter Manado that provides ready-to-drink coffee, and this research uses Kopi Kulo as a reference for its brand. A good brand preference can provide loyal customers. This goal of the research is to strengthen the company’s reputation so that it will resist attacks from competitiors. By using quantitative method, this study uses three independent variables of brand equity, namely Brand Awareness, Brand Image, and Brand Loyalty, and Repurchase Intention as the dependent variable. Through a questionnaire distributed to one hundred people who had consumed Kopi Kulo more than once, it was found that the three independent variables had an influence on the dependent variable but Brand Awareness as one of the independent variables did not have a significant effect on Repurchase Intention. And significantly Brand Image and Brand Loyalty partially influence the intention to repurchase. Based on the results of this study, the recommendation for Kopi Kulo is to improve their social media marketing strategy to attract customers, and Kopi Kulo needs to post interesting promotions on social media for their customers.Keywords: brand equity

Abstract

Abstrak: Dalam menghadapi persaingan yang semakin ketat di era global saat ini menyebabkan organisasi dituntut untuk mampu meningkatkan  standar kinerja untuk mencapai tujuan suatu organisasi adalah dengan mengukur kinerjanya, Maka Semua Instansi maupun lembaga pendidikan, pasti sangat memerlukan manajemen yang mempunyai kualitas sumber daya manusia yang tingi. Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Perbandingan Kinerja Tenaga Kependidikan pada Politeknik Nusa Utara dan Politeknik Negeri Manado. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah untuk Politeknik Nusa Utara 35 sampel dan Politeknik Negeri Manado 50 sampel. Dengan teknik pengambilan sampling purposive sampling. Teknik analisis Independent Sample T-test. Hasil menunjukan bahwa Terdapat perbedaan Kinerja Tenaga Kependidikan pada Politeknik Nusa Utara dan Politeknik Negeri Manado. Untuk Pegawai Tenaga Kependidikan Politeknik Nusa Utara dan Politeknik Negeri Manado disarankan untuk Tetap meningkatkan Mutu kerja yang baik, sehingga Politeknik Nusa Utara dan Politeknik Manado dapat menjadi kampus yang mempunyai nilai tugas dan tanggung jawab yang baik dalam melaksanakan pendidikan vokasi dan pengembangan ilmuKata Kunci : kinerja tenaga kependidikan

Abstract

Abstract: The sophistication of smartphones increasingly sought after by consumers. In order to win the smartphone industry, company not only considering on the quality of the product but also the strategy to selling their product. Experiential marketing is as an activity to do some anticipation, management and achievement of customer satisfaction through the process of exchange which is personal events that occur as response or some stimulus.  The aim of this research is to analyze the customer perception of experiential marketing of iPhone. To achieve this objective, the researcher took the information from 15 informants using qualitative study which is in-depth interview. The result of the study is the five dimensions of experiential marketing affect the customer perception. Through sense experience, feel experience, think experience, act experience and relate experience. Apple Inc is one of the smartphone industry that using experiential marketing as their marketing strategy to attract customer that proved by the interview results. The recommendation for this study can be used as a reference for the development and deepening of knowledge about experiential marketing.Keywords: experiential marketing, iPhone

Abstract

Human Resources is one of the most important parts of a company, also it has a role to regulate all obligations, regulations and discipline of the workers. Aston Manado Hotel is the object of this study. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of influence of stress on employees from the applied shift work system and fatigue to employees who worked shifts on the object. The method used in the study is multiple linear regression using saturation sampling technique taking 57 respondents who worked in shifts. The result of the study using a questionnaire showed that shift work system provides a positive and significant effect on employee stress as well as fatigue gives a significant effect on employee stress, and also shift work system and fatigue had a relationship so that it shift work system and fatigue significantly affected stress on employees. As a recommendation, this research can be a description, input and reference for other researcher, companies and work institutions that apply shift work systems to their employees keywords: shift work system, fatigue, employee stress

Abstract

Abstract: Human resource becomes one of the very important aspect in the organization in order to be able to mobilize the rest of the resources. In the organization, it is hard to avoid conflict and conflict also might bring damage, to deal with organizational conflict, the leadership role and skill become important to be implemented and good leadership is become the alternative solution. This research aims to analyze the influence of transformational and transactional leadership in conflict management in PT Pos Indonesia Main Branch Office Manado. This research uses quantitative method with questionnaires used to collect the data, and Multiple Linear Regression as the tool of analysis. As the total sample are 47 employees. The result shows that transformational leadership style has a positive relationship and a significant influence toward conflict management also transactional leadership style has a positive relationship and a significant influence toward conflict management at PT Pos Indonesia Main Branch Office Manado. From the results, it is suggested for the company to consider about having an improvement in human resource, with the application of transformational leadership and transactional leadership style in managing conflicts. Keywords: transformational leadership, transactional leadership, conflict management

Abstract

Human resource management is needed to improve the effectiveness of human resources in the field of schooling, is also a process of dealing with various problems in the field of teachers to be able to support learning activities in the classroom in order to achieve predetermined goals. The purpose is to find out the work professionalism of teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Amurang Timur. This study is a qualitative method used to examine the conditions of natural objects.  The result of this research is the work professionalism of teachers at this school has been fulfilled, but there are some teachers who do not meet the standards of some indicators. There are some indicator which affects their performance at work. The conclusion is several informant it can be said to be professional because it has good potential in guiding and educating students, but there are still some informant who are good teachers but cannot be said to be professional because they have not met the standards that have been set. For high school principals SMA Negeri 1 Amurang Timur need to pay more attention to discipline at school and more attention to teachers in schools who are still less productive. Keywords: human resource management, teachers, professionalism

Abstract

Abstract: The use of Point-of-Sales Terminals or also known as EDC Machine overcome problems that can come up when customers make a transaction. Some of the problems in question are security when carrying cash, consumer awareness about the existing non-cash system, perceived ease of transaction and of course the benefits that can be felt when transaction non-cash using POS Terminal EDC machine. This study aims to analyze whether there are significant differences between male and female customers perception on BRILink POS Terminal performance based on Security of Operation, Consumer Awareness, Perceived Ease of Use, and Perceived Usefulness. This research uses quantitative method with comparative analysis. Questionnaire in this case is used to collected data from respondents. This research tests through compare means, independent sample T-test in a sample of 100 respondents, divided 50 male and 50 female customers in Manado. Findings of this research indicate that there is no significant difference perception of male and female customers perception on BRILink POS Terminal performance. From the results, it is recommended for BRI Company continue to improve the service quality, especially in terms of consumer awareness about transactions at BRILink using POS Terminal. Keywords: point-of-sales, security of operation, consumer awareness, peou, pu, BRILink

Abstract

Abstract:  The consumer's buying interest is a mental statement of consumers that reflects plan for purchasing a product with certain brands of knowledge about consumer buying intention for the product needs to be known by marketers for describe consumer behavior in the future.The aim of this study is to analyze the consumer buying interest on local cosmetic products in Manado. In order to achieve these objectives the researcher got information from 10 respondents who have been buying and using local cosmetic product and those who have an experience using local cosmetic products also using qualitative study which is in-depth interview and uses purposive sampling. The results showed that The buying interest of local cosmetic product is still high, all the informants that have been interviewed before gave a good opinion about the local cosmetics product, Based on interiew from all the informants also it can be conclude that the buying interest was still high even there are many foreingt cosmetics product that sell in the market, because the local cosmetics product most of the informant has already trust the local cosmetics product. The recommendation, for the consumer, it is good for the consumer to know about the consumer buying interest toward them and what factors that leads them to use local cosmetic product. Keywords: buying interest, local cosmetic product, qualitative analysis

Abstract

Abstrak: Sumber Daya Manusia adalah salah satu faktor kunci dalam keberhasilan bisnis perusahaan. Manusia memiliki peran penting dalam semua aspek kehidupan karena manusia diciptakan secara berbeda dari makhluk lain, keberhasilan suatu organisasi ditentukan oleh kemampuan sumber daya manusia yang umumnya merujuk pada kemampuan, keterampilan atau seni yang dimiliki seseorang pada bidang khusus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak praktik manajemen bakat terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. EquityWorld Futures Manado. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan kuesioner yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data, dan Regresi Linier Berganda sebagai alat analisis. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non-probabilitas dengan 30 karyawan tetap sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kemampuan daya tarik, Kemampuan mengembangkan, dan Kemampuan mempertahankan secara bersama-sama atau secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. EquityWorld Futures Manado. Dari hasil, sebagai rekomendasi bagi perusahaan untuk menerapkan strategi manajemen bakat agar memisahkan karyawan berbakat dan karyawan dengan kemampuan rata-rata, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Perusahaan harus mempertimbangkan untuk meningkatkan sumber daya manusia, dengan strategi manajemen bakat dengan tiga faktor: Kemampuan Daya Tarik, Kemampuan Mengembangkan, dan Kemampuan Mempertahankan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci: manajemen bakat, kemampuan daya tarik, kemampuan mengembangkan, kemampuan mempertahankan, kinerja karyawan
