Abstract

Perencanaan produksi yang tepat dapat diterapkan The GDL Konveksi guna meminimalisir over production dan stock out yang sudah terjadi sebelumnya. Fuzzy Inference System Metode Min-Max dapat digunakan dalam penentuan jumlah produksi kaos guna mencapai produksi yang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapat output produksi yang optimal untuk bulan Juli 2019 dan membandingkan produksi perusahaan dengan produksi Fuzzy Inference System yang telah dibangun sehingga dapat mengetahui presentase kesalahan rata-rata dan nilai kebenaran prediksi. Produksi yang optimal bermanfaat untuk mengefisienkan sumber daya yang dimiliki perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan Fuzzy Inference System Metode Min-Max  dengan variabel permintaan sebesar 2016 pcs dan  variabel persediaan bulan sebelumnya (Juni 2019) sebesar 60 pcs dihasilkan jumlah produksi yang optimal sebesar 1980 pcs. The GDL Konveksi dapat memproduksi sebesar 1980 pcs untuk mendapat kondisi optimal Perhitungan presentase kesalahan MAPE sebesar 6,64% dengan nilai kebenaran mencapai 93,36%, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Fuzzy Inference System  Metode Min-Max dapat diterapkan untuk memprediksi jumlah produksi kaos di The GDL Konveksi dengan catatan sangat baik.

Abstract

PT. Boemi Surya Perkasa merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang distributor tabung gas LPG yang melakukan pendistribusian produknya kepada para pelanggan yang tersebar diwilayah Bantul. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara yang telah dilakukan, ternyata penentuan rute yang digunakan perusahaan hanya mempercayakan kepada sopir. Sehingga rute yang digunakan tidak tetap dan berubah-ubah. Hal tersebut dapat membuat jarak pendistribusian menjadi lebih panjang, sehingga biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk distribusi menjadi mahal. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis perbandingan hasil metode penyelesaian dalam Supply Chain Management (SCM) yaitu Clarke & Wright Saving Heuristik dan Generalized Assignment. Tujuan utama dari metode ini adalah perencanaan rute dan penugasan kendaraan dengan biaya distribusi yang optimal. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan pada 38 retailer diketahui bahwa biaya yang dikeluarkan metode Clarke & Wright Saving Heuristik sebesar Rp. 1.353.346 per hari dapat memberikan penghematan sebesar Rp. 120.777 per hari (8 %) dibandingkan dengan penggunaan metode Generalized Assignment Rp. Rp. 1.314.365 per hari dengan penghematan sebesar Rp. 159.758 per hari (11%) dari biaya sebelumnya sebesar Rp. 1.474.123 per hari. Rute usulan yang optimal dihasilkan oleh metode Generalized Assignment (12 rute dengan total jarak tempuh sebesar 403,34 km) dibandingkan rute usulan yang dihasilkan dengan clarke & wright saving heuristik (12 rute dengan total jarak tempuh sebesar 489,93 km) dari 16 rute sebelumnya dengan total jarak tempuh 539,621 km. Rute yang dimiliki oleh Generalized Assignment lebih sederhana, fleksibel dan mempunyai kecepatan tinggi daripada Clarke & Wright Saving Heuristic.

Abstract

Referring to the Regulation of the State Minister of Administrative Reform and Reform Bureaucracy (PermenPAN) Number 16 Year 2009 on Teachers Functional Position and Ministerial Decree of the Minister of National Education and the Head of BKN Number 03 / V / PB / 2010 and Number 14 Year 2010 dated May 6, 2010 on the Implementation Guidance of Position Functional Teacher and Credit Score, one of the requirements when a teacher submits level upgrades to class III-B and above, then the teacher is required to make papers.From Teacher's side, the requirement to write a paper is an obstacle. Some objections to this requirement are that teachers should be good at dividing the time between making scientific work and the main task of teachers. Another problem is the matter of the material or ideas used in writing and the writing in the writing of scientific papers. One effort to optimize in the writing process is to utilize citation and references feature in Microsoft word. With this feature, consistency in library writing can be easily managed as long as the author is consistent in writing the library. Likewise the writing of page numbering, table of contents, list of images and table lists can be done well and consistently.In an effort to improve the competence of teachers in writing papers, community service team at the Institute of Science & Technology AKPRIND Yogyakarta provide training and mentoring teachers at SMA Muhammadiyah Wonosari Gunung Kidul. Training and mentoring is focused on citation creation material and references feature in Microsoft Word

Abstract

PT Papertech Indonesia unit II Magelang is a company that produces recycled paper with mixed raw materials (short fiber paper such as magazines, newspapers, books), occ (long fiber paper such as dos, cartons) and other additives such as tapioca starch. Its flagship product is chip board. This paper product is often produced every day and always found defect every month resulting in decreased quality (downgrade).Thereforeit is necessary to control product quality. The Six Sigma method is used to measure Sigma Quality Level (SQL) based on the Disabled per Million Opportunity (DPMO) value of chip board production process. Failed Tree Analysis Method is used for defective product defects, the result is used as a barrier to make improvements. The proposed improvements are prioritized based on the largest Risk Risk Number (RPN) in the Failure and Securities Analysis (FMEA) approach and corrective actions with 5W + 1H tools. Based on the calculation, the average value of Defect per Milion Opportunity (DPMO) is 8,950, so the average Sigma Quality Level (SQL) of PT Papertech Indonesia unit II Magelang is 3.87. Fault Tree Analysis shows 13 failure modes that cause the product defect. There are 9 failure modes that prioritize improvement based on Risk Priority Number (RPN) value: hot room temperature (294 RPN), fatigue (280 RPN), decreased concentration (210 RPN), less accuracy (210 RPN), dirty dryer (210 RPN), trim goes into cutter (210 RPN), noise (180RPN), less inspection (180 RPN), moist paper (168 RPN).

Abstract

Kalor Makmur adalah Industri yang memproduksi berbagai keperluan pabrik yang proses produksinya menggunakan berbagai alat bantu kerja antara lain: mesin genset, mesin bubut, mesin gerinda, mesin las, mesin gerinda cutting, mesin bor, dan alat pembuat heating yang menyala selama produksi berlangsung sehingga menimbulkan kebisingan. Posisi kantor yang bersebelahan dengan lokasi produksi menjadi faktor utama kebisingan. Dari hasil studi pendahuluan diperoleh nilai kebisingan sebelum re-layout 89,61 dBA di ruang kantor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kenyamanan saat bekerja. Pada penelitian ini diidentifikasi paparan bising didalam kantor melebihi nilai ambang batas (NAB) dari yang ditentukan pemerintah. Kemudian kebisingan direduksi menggunakan Perancangan Tata Letak Fasilitas dengan urutan Activity relationship chart (ARC), Worksheet, Activity Template Block Diagram (ATBD), Activity Relationship Diagram (ARD), Area Allocation Diagram (AAD). Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh Layout baru kemudian dihitung rata-rata tingkat kebisingan di dalam kantor menggunakan SPSS16 One Sampet T Test dan membandingkan menggunakan Paired Sampel T Test. Dari layout baru dihitug rata-rata kebisingan 75,70 dBA hal ini menunjukkan terjadi menurun tingkat kebisingan dibandingkan dengan Layout sebelumnya.

Abstract

CV. Pine Bag’s Specialist is a business engaged in the manufacturing of various types of bags. One of the bags made in the form of a backpack. Parachute fabric is the main raw material for making backpacks. Uncertain demand causes a lot of accumulation (over stock) of raw materials in the storage area, so we need a method of supporting raw material inventory control to determine the optimal order. The research objective determines the optimal ordering of raw materials using variable raw material demand, raw material inventory variables and ordering variables in January the first week to March the fourth week. The Fuzzy Mamdani method used in this study because it has a flexible nature and can overcome the problem of uncertainty. The data processing of the Fuzzy Mamdani method carried out in several stages (a) the formation of the Fuzzy set, (b) the application of the implication function, (c) the composition of the rules, (d) Defuzzification. Defuzzification in research uses the centroid method. The results of Fuzzy Mamdani's manual calculation in January of the first week with input of raw material demand of 666 meters and 126 meters of inventory resulted in an optimal prediction of ordering raw materials of 876 meters. Calculations for January the second week to March the fourth week are performed with the help of the Matlab R2013a Fuzzy Toolbox software. The results of prediction data evaluation on the number of raw material orders Fuzzy Mamdani with actual data on the raw material number ordering CV. Pine Bag’s Specialist, it is known that the average absolute error (MAE) is 193.8 meters with an average percentage of absolute error (MAPE) of 22%. So, it is said that the level of accuracy of predictions is reasonable. Future research is expected in the Fuzzy Mamdani method can be used more than two inputs and one output and the addition of linguistic variables. Combine the Fuzzy Mamdani method with other raw material inventory control methods so that the results obtained are getting better.

Abstract

Super MD Tile Factory is an individual business that is engaged in the production of tiles in small quantities. One of the products produced is Mantili tile with make to stock and make to order production systems. Defective products in the production process cannot be completely avoided. The company sets a tolerance for defective products in production, which is 4.44%, but in practice the defective products produced can reach 8%. Types of defects such as porous, cracked, broken, cracked tiles, and charred.The work using the six sigma method and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), obtained a DPMO value of 16634 and a sigma value of 3.63. This shows that this value is still far from the world industry level which reaches 6 sigma with a DPMO value of 3.4.Based on the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method, the calculation of the Risk Priority Number (RPN) value is obtained. Based on the RPN value, the priority causes of errors were obtained, namely, errors when setting the temperature for burning tile 512 RPN, less careful in laying tiles 448 RPN, raw material composition 392 RPN, and errors in taking tiles that were not dry 224 RPN. Suggestions that can be given in an effort to improve the quality of tile products are to add temperature gauge items and check or inspect more frequently during the production process.

Abstract

Community service activities carried out aim to provide insight to MSME entrepreneurs regarding making product photos that will be used on social media. Mentoring and training materials begin with materials that discuss the importance of using social media as promotional media and materials related to making product photos using simple equipment and packaging product photos with the Pixlr application. The use of the Pixlr application is so that the product photos that are used as content have more attractive value. Implementation of assistance is given to members of the Laras Manunggal MSME Sedayu District. The method of implementation begins with communicating with the board of the Laras Manunggal association, especially regarding the needs required by association members in the use of social media as a promotional media. The results of this communication were followed by a questionnaire to map the understanding of members related to social media. The results of this activity, among the participants, received material to make product photos which were carried out directly by practicing and evaluating the content made.

Abstract

PT Solusi Cahaya Teknik is a company engaged in trading and maintenance service that sells consumable products for welding maintenance and repair. The material handling process cannot be separated from the facility layout in the company. The existing problem is regarding the layout that is not well ordered, causing longer and less optimal material handling. This study aims to propose a rearrangement of the facility layout by minimizing the material handling distance. The proposed facility layout is designed using the Systematic Layout Planning and Class Based Storage methods. The Systematic Layout Planning method is used to change the position of the department based on proximity, while Class Based Storage is used to rearrange the product storage area. The result of processing the material handling layout distance before repair is 16.273 meters. While the results of processing after the repair obtained the shortest material handling distance of 7.772 meters with a reduction rate of 8.501 m and a monthly material handling cost of Rp. 2,148,707.98 or 52.2% smaller than the pre-repair layout.

Abstract

The GDL Konveksi merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri konveksi. Bahan baku utama yang digunakan adalah kain yang didatangkan dari supplier. Selama ini perusahaan menggunakan beberapa supplier kain secara acak sesuai intuisi tidak disertai dengan kriteria dan metode evaluasi yang rasional dan terukur, serta belum memiliki supplier tetap dalam memasok bahan baku kain. Pemilihan supplier merupakan kegiatan yang penting karna berhubungan langsung dengan bahan baku yang akan digunakan. Bahan baku yang baik akan menghasilkan produk yang baik pula. Pemilihan supplier yang tepat dapat memberikan keuntungan bagi perusahaan agar proses produksi berjalan lancar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan supplier terbaik dengan cara menyeleksi supplier berdasarkan kriteria dan sub-kriteria yang sesuai. Pemilihan supplier dilakukan dengan metode AHP yakni menggunakan input penilaian secara subjektif dari pihak perusahaan dan metode TOPSIS yang digunakan untuk menentukan ranking alternatif, sehingga menghasilkan supplier terbaik berdasarkan kriteria yang sesuai dengan perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan dengan metode AHP diperoleh urutan kriteria yaitu responsiveness (0,360), delivery (0,352), flexibility (0,157), quality (0,076) dan cost (0,056). Alternatif pemilihan supplier bahan baku yang memiliki prioritas tertinggi adalah Niagara Textile dengan ranking metode TOPSIS mendapat nilai terbaik dengan jarak solusi ideal sebesar 0,837 atau 75% menunjukan nilai supplier yang paling optimal dalam memenuhi kebutuhan bahan baku kain sesuai dengan kriteria yang dibutuhkan perusahaan.
