Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategies and factors that influence and obstacles faced by contractors to win online tenders. The method used is to use a quantitative method through the distribution of questionnaires to agencies that won an online tender for the Government Project for Bina Marga in Denpasar City in the period 2017-2019 with the qualifications of a small class contractor (K). Data in this study were obtained through Denpasar City LPSE (secondary data) and questionnaire data that had been filled out by service providers (primary data). Both data are processed using the IBM SPSS Statistics 23. The results of the data analysis are the strategies and factors that influence the online bid winnings are maximizing the completeness of the letters and documents requested, the suitability and authenticity of the documents requested, availability, level of education and personnel experience and expert certification. or skilled so that service providers can pass to the next stage, the methods and strategies of implementation and control used and the workforce to be placed on the work package to be tendered. The dominant obstacle in participating in online tenders in LPSE is the completeness of documents and bids

Abstract

Badung is one of the districts in Bali with a very high number of road users so traffic jams often occur. One of the government's efforts to anticipate this congestion is the existence of a plan to implement the South Badung Ring Road Development Project, Badung Bali. The existence of the project plan will certainly cause various kinds of risks that may occur. The purpose of this study is to find out what risks are likely to occur and to minimize the impact of these risks. This research was conducted using a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The stages are conducting interviews and observations in order to identify, assess and mitigate risks that are classified as major risks. The results of this study indicate that there are 34 (thirty four) identified risks. Of the 34 (thirty four) risks, 10 (29.41%) are classified as unacceptable risk, 18 (52.94%) are classified as undesirable risk, 6 (17.65%) acceptable risk (acceptable) and 0% or no risk classified as negligible (can be ignored). For risks that are classified as major risks, ownership analysis and mitigation are carried out. The number of risk treatments carried out is 13 mitigations or treatments for unacceptable risks and 22 mitigations or treatments for undesirable risks.

Abstract

The planning of the Altertantif Road Development Project in Kuta District, Badung Regency, Bali Province was carried out to facilitate access to transportation in the area and to overcome traffic congestion at the Jalan Raya Kuta - Jalan Blambangan intersection. The implementation plan of the Road Construction Project over the Mati River, Kuta District, Badung Regency, Bali Province has various risks that may occur. Risk management is needed to minimize the impact and possibility of risks that will occur in the Road Construction project over the Dead River, Kuta District, Badung Regency, Bali Province. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method, namely interviews and brainstorming with competent parties and parties involved in the Road Construction Project over the Dead River, Kuta District, Badung Regency, Bali Province with a total of 25 respondents. Each respondent responds to the likelihood of a risk occurring (likelihood) and responds to the impact/influence that occurs due to the risk (consequences), then will get a risk assessment by multiplying the mode value of the frequency/probability of risk occurrence (likelihood) with the mode value of the influence/impact of risk (consequences). In this study, 34 risk identifications were obtained. These risks include 6 (17.65%) unacceptable risks, 21 (61.76%) undesirable risks, 7 (20.59%) acceptable risks, and 0% or no risks classified as negligible

Abstract

Considering the implementation of the large and extensive Damara Village Housing Development project with an area of 3.5 hectares and a total of 169 units, there are potential risks that could occur during the project's execution. This thesis was conducted using a qualitative approach (interviews) which will be quantified or described using numerical data or the descriptive method. The stages involved conducting interviews with various parties, namely 25 respondents who are experts and have competence in Damara Village Housing, to determine the likelihood of various risks, assess the magnitude of the risks' consequences, and evaluate the risks. Risk assessment is the result of multiplying the likelihood of risk by its consequences. The research findings indicate that there are 36 identified risks, of which 3 (8.3%) are classified as unacceptable risks, 32 (88.9%) are undesirable risks, 1 (2.85%) is an acceptable risk, and 0% or no risk falls under the negligible category

Abstract

Flooding that occurs due to runoff and scouring of Nusa Dua estuary reservoir water in Denpasar city causes the risk of inundating the surrounding roads and entering the mangrove forest. One of the efforts made by the Bali-Penida River Basin Hall is to carry out a flood control facility construction project. The purpose of this study is to identify the risks faced, measure and determine the magnitude of acceptable risks. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection was conducted by interviews related to risk identification and questionnaires related to risk assessment. The results showed that the risks identified in the implementation of the flood control facility development project in the Nusa Dua estuary reservoir amounted to 36 risks consisting of 10 risk sources. The dominant source of risk is technical, project and safety risks with a percentage of 14%. After an assessment by 17 respondents, there were 15 risks (86%) with unacceptable categories, 10 risks (63%) with undesirable categories, 7 risks (38%) with acceptable categories, and 4 risks (13%) with negligible categories.

Abstract

Soil investigations in the form of hand boring, SPT tests, and laboratories were carried out on Jalan Pura Demak Denpasar City. The purpose of this study is to determine the characteristics of the soil in the area. Handboring results showed 0 to 2.5 m of clay soil, depth of 2.5 to 3.5 m of sandy silt rock tuff, depth of 3.5 to 4 m sandy clay, depth of 4 to 10 m sandy rock. SPT test results obtained values of 12 at depths of 0 to 2.5 m, at depths of 2.5 to 3.4 m are 40 and at depths of 4 to 10 m are 43-50. Based on laboratory tests, the following soil characteristics were obtained: the moisture content at a depth of 1 m is 39.65% and at a depth of 5 m is 15.39%. Specific gravity at a depth of 1 m = 2.778, at a depth of 5 m = 2.543. Compressive strength 0.310 kg/cm2 and cohesion 0.155 kg/cm2 at a depth of 1 m. Direct shear strength at a depth of 5 m, cohesion of 0.00 kg/cm2 and shear angle of 35.30°. The results of the filter analysis for sample tests at a depth of 1 m were 80.69% clay, 13.96% silt, 5.05% fine sand, and 0.40% medium sand. At a depth of 5 m is loam + silt 29.80%, fine sand 22.47%, medium sand 25.25%, coarse sand 8.08%, and small gravel 14.39%.

Abstract

In construction projects, work accident risk management plays a key role in maintaining employee safety and company performance. Management of work accident risks in the Bali Intercontinental Grand Ballroom construction project includes risk identification, risk analysis and risk mitigation measures aimed at reducing and avoiding risks. This research used qualitative methods involving interviews and questionnaires with 25 different respondents. The research results identified 40 relevant risks in the Bali Intercontinental Grand Ballroom development project. Of these risks, 39 were considered unexpected risks, while one risk was acceptable. Unexpected risks dominate in this project, and risk mitigation is tailored to the responsibilities of the Contractor and Planner. One of the highest risks is the lack of clear sanctions for companies that do not implement K3, and the solution is to impose sanctions on companies that violate K3 standards against their workers. This research provides important insights into occupational accident risk management in complex construction projects
