Abstract

This research is to describe the types of language variations in comments on Fuji_an's Instagram account. This research approach is a qualitative approach. This research type is descriptive. The data collection techniques for this research are reading techniques, note-taking techniques, and documentation techniques. The results of the research show that the use of various languages ​​in the comments column of Fuji_an's Instagram account consists of four types of language varieties, namely language varieties in terms of the speaker, language varieties in terms of how to communicate, language varieties in terms of the topic of conversation, and language varieties based on the level of formality. Data from research results found in Fuji_an's Instagram account as many as 50 data consisting of 2 data in terms of the speaker, namely 2 data of official variety and 6 data of unofficial variety 50 data in terms of communication methods, namely written variety data consisting of 2 data of standard written variety and 48 non-standard written variety data 4 data in terms of topic of discussion, namely literary variety 1 data, functional variety 1 data, political and legal variety 1 data, and social variety 1 data 21 data in terms of level of formality, namely intimate variety 7 data, and consultative variety of 2 data.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi pentingnya keberadaan Sumber Daya Manusia yang berkualitas dalam sebuah perusahaan, Menjaga tingginya retensi karyawan akan dapat meningkatkan efektifitas dan kinerja perusahaan karena dengan tingginya retensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi retensi karyawan pada PT Satrindo Jaya Agropalma. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kuantitatif, sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 80 responden melalui kuesioner kepada seluruh karyawan PT Satrindo Jaya Agropalama. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SPSS V 25. Berdasarkan Hasil uji t penelitian ini memperoleh nilai pada variabel Lingkungan Kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap retensi karyawan, Sedangkan Pengembangan karir dan Beban Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap retensi karyawan. Serta pada hasil analisis uji F menunjukkan secara simultan lingkungan kerja, pengembangan karir dan beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap retensi karyawan.

Abstract

Abstract: The 2013 curriculum directs learning objectives for the formation of competencies in the form of attitudes (affective), skills (psychomotor), and knowledge (cognitive), including in biology learning. This competency is expected to be shown in the classroom in the form of learning achievement and outside the classroom when students answer problems in their environment. The metacognition ability approach is expected to be able to answer deficiencies in the previous learning process that have not led to this goal. This study aims to determine the relationship between metacognition ability and learning achievement in biology at SMA Pesantren Modern At-Taqwa Gunung Putri Bogor which has implemented the 2013 curriculum. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between metacognition abilities and student achievement in learning biology. This is indicated by the value of the correlation coefficient (r) of 0.695, the coefficient of determination of 48.37%. Likewise the t test which gave the results of tcount 5.301> t table 1.697. This means that the increasing of metacognition abilities will also increase student achievement. Abstrak: Kurikulum 2013 mengarahkan tujuan pembelajaran untuk pembentukan kompetensi berupa sikap (afektif), keterampilan (psikomotor), dan pengetahuan (kognitif) termasuk dalam pembelajaran biologi. Kompetensi ini diharapkan terlihat di kelas berupa prestasi belajar dan di luar kelas pada saat siswa menjawab permasalahan di lingkungannya. Pendekatan kemampuan metakognisi diharapkan mampu menjawab kekurangan dalam proses pembelajaran sebelumnya yang belum mengarah pada tujuan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kemampuan metakognisi terhadap prestasi belajar biologi di SMA Pesantren Modern At-Taqwa Gunung Putri Bogor yang sudah melaksanakan kurikulum 2013. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang positif antara kemampuan metakognisi dengan prestasi belajar biologi siswa. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,695, koefisien determinasi sebesar48,37 %. Begitupula uji t yang memberikan hasil thitung 5,301> ttabel 1,697. Artinya semakin meningkat kemampuan metakognisi maka akan meningkat pula prestasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

The problem of this research is How Competence, Motivation and Work Discipline Influence the Performance of BAPPEDA LITBANG Employees in Palembang City. This study aims to determine the Effect of Competence, Motivation and Work Discipline on the Performance of BAPPEDA LITBANG Employees in Palembang City. The research used quantitative methods with sampling, namely saturated sampling (census) of 80 respondents. Data analysis techniques used were validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear analysis, t test, F test and R2 test. Data processing was carried out using the SPSS version 24 application. Based on the research, it was found that: 1) Competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of BAPPEDA LITBANG employees in Palembang City with tcount = 2.064 and sig. 0.042, 2) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of BAPPEDA LITBANG Palembang employees with tcount = 7.196 and sig. 0.000, 3) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of BAPPEDA LITBANG Palembang City employees with tcount = 2.830 and sig. 0.006, 4) Competence, motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of BAPPEDA LITBANG employees in Palembang City with Fcount = 30.245 and sig. 0.000.
