Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of collaboration, cultural intelligence, and entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of SMEs in the tourism support sector in Sibolga City, North Sumatra. The sample used in this research is as many as 40 respondents who are the owners of the SME business in supporting tourism with the sample selection technique, namely purposive sampling. This study uses data analysis with the Partial Least Square approach in the form of the SmartPLS version 3.0 application. The results in this study indicate that collaboration and cultural intelligence have a positive and significant effect, while entrepreneurial orientation has a positive but insignificant effect on the performance of SMEs. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kolaborasi, kecerdasan budaya, dan orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja UKM bidang penunjang pariwisata di Kota Sibolga, Sumatera Utara. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 40 responden yang merupakan pemilik dari usaha UKM bidang penunjang pariwisata dengan teknik pemilihan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square berupa aplikasi SmartPLS version 3.0. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan kolaborasi dan kecerdasan budaya memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan, sedangkan orientasi kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh yang positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja UKM.

Abstract

Value Engineering is far more than a means of simply reducing existing costs. This method can be delineating alternatives and to suggest choices based on the necessity of the function based on cost-worth relationship. The principles of Value Engineering can be applied by any sectors as a management tool to control costs. In this case, Value Engineering is used in construction industry to optimize material selection process. Based on its function, the study put local ceramic from some brands. The output shows rank of criteria based on the floor function determine by respondents. Further analysis with decision matrix gives recommendation of the best value from several ceramic brands.Keywords: Value Engineering, Material Selection Process, Ceramic Floor

Abstract

Contractors’ cost estimation has a very important effect in every company’s performance which will be needed in fulfilling every customer’s needs. Nevertheless, in order to minimize the inaccuracy between the estimated cost and actual performance, it will be better to accommodate the economic condition in terms of estimating. In all the developing countries such as in Indonesia, the economic condition is most likely to be unstable thus it will be influence to the accuracy of estimation. The purpose of this research is to find all the indicator economic variables which had been influenced so the project is able to be optimized. The result shows that money currency has a strong impact. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh inovasi, pengambilan risiko, proaktif dan otonomi terhadap kompetensi kewirausahaan dan kinerja usaha pada usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah DKI Jakarta yang dimediasi oleh kompetensi kewirausahaan. Hal yang diuji apakah: 1) Inovasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kompetensi kewirausahaan 2) Pengambilan resiko memiliki pengaruh terhadap kompetensi kewirausahaan 3) Proaktif memiliki pengaruh terhadap kompetensi kewirausahaan 4) Otonomi memiliki pengaruh terhadap kompetensi kewirausahaan 5) Kompetensi kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja usaha 6) Kompetensi kewirausahaan mampu memediasi hubungan antara inovasi dan kinerja usaha 7) Kompetensi kewirausahaan mampu memediasi hubungan antara pengambilan risiko dan kinerja usaha 8) Kompetensi kewirausahaan mampu memediasi hubungan antara proaktif dan kinerja usaha 9) Kompetensi kewirausahaan mampu memediasi hubungan antara otonomi dan kinerja usaha. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 100 responden yang merupakan pelaku usaha dari usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah yang berada di daerah DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan Software Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) versi 3.3.3 sebagai metode analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel proaktif berpengaruh terhadap kompetensi kewirausahaan dan variabel kompetensi kewirausahaan berpengaruh kepada kinerja usaha, sedangkan variabel inovasi, pengambilan risiko dan otonomi tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kompetensi kewirausahaan. Kompetensi kewirausahaan tidak memediasi hubungan antara inovasi, pengambilan risiko, proaktif dan otonomi terhadap kinerja usaha. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of innovation, risk taking, proactiveness and autonomy on competence and business performance in micro, small and medium enterprises in DKI Jakarta mediated by entrepreneurial competence. by testing whether: 1) Innovation has an influence on entrepreneurial competence 2) Risk taking has an influence on entrepreneurial competence 3) Proactive has an influence on entrepreneurial competence 4) Autonomy has an influence on entrepreneurial competence 5) Entrepreneurial competence has an influence on business performance 6) entrepreneurial competence can mediate the relationship between innovation and business performance 7) entrepreneurial competence can mediate the relationship between risk taking and business performance 8) entrepreneurial competence can mediate the relationship between proactiveness and business performance 9) entrepreneurial competence can mediate the relationship between autonomy and business performance. The samples used in this research were 100 respondents who were business owner of micro, small and medium enterprises in DKI Jakarta area. This research uses Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) software version 3.3.3 as a data analysis method. The result of this research indicates that variable proactiveness effect entrepreneurial competence and the entrepreneurial competence effect business performance, while variable innovation, risk taking and autonomy does not effect the entrepreneurial competence. The entrepreneurial competence does not mediate relationship between innovation, risk taking, proactiveness and autonomy toward business performance.

Abstract

Intensi berwirausaha merupakan landasan dasar bagi seseorang untuk berwirausaha. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah  untuk menganalisis model panutan sebagai penentu intensi berwirausaha, sekaligus menguji pengaruh model panutan terhadap beberapa variabel terkait dengan perilaku seperti sikap, norma subjektif, dan kendali perilaku. Teori perilaku terencana (theory of planned behavior) digunakan sebagai dasar untuk pengujian model yang memengaruhi intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa. Convenience sampling sebagai Teknik pengambilan sampel digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan  sampel 330 responden mahasiswa Universitas Tarumanagara dari Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis serta mahasiswa Fakultas Seni Rupa dan Disain. Berdasarkan data yang digunakan, dipilih teknik pengolahan data dengan metode analisis data Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). Hasil pengujian dalam penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa model panutan tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap intensi berwirausaha, namun model panutan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sikap berwirausaha, norma subjektif serta  kendali perilaku. Selanjutnya intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh variabel sikap berwirausaha, demikian pula intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa dipengaruhi secara  positif dan signifikan dari variabel  norma subjektif serta kendali perilaku. Dalam penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa sikap, norma subjektif dan kendali perilaku mampu berperan sebagai mediasi pengaruh model panutan terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Berdasarkan hasil hipotesis sebelumnya meskipun model panutan tidak berpengaruh secara langsung dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha, namun intensi berwirausaha dipengaruhi oleh  model panutan  ketika ditambahkan variabel mediasi sikap, norma subjektif dan kendali perilaku, di mana ketiga variabel tersebut mampu memediasi penuh terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa.  Berdasarkan kesimpulan penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi di dalam peningkatan serta pembelajaran kewirausahaan di universitas dengan salah satu sasarannya adalah membangun intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa.   Entrepreneurial intention is the basic foundation for someone to become an entrepreneur. The purpose of this paper is to examine the role model as a determinant of entrepreneurial intention, as well as to examine the role model for attitudes, subjective norms, and behavioral control. The theory of planned behavior is used as a basis for testing behavioral models in testing the determinants of students' entrepreneurial intentions. This study used convenience sampling technique and used a sample of 330 respondents from Tarumanagara University students from the Faculty of Economics and Business and students from the Faculty of Fine Arts and Design. Data processing is done by using data analysis method Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Furthermore, based on the test results, it was found that the role model had no direct effect on entrepreneurial intentions, but the role model had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial attitudes, on subjective norms and on behavioral control. Furthermore, entrepreneurial attitudes have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions, as well as subjective norms and behavioral control have a positive and significant effect on students' entrepreneurial intentions. In this study, it was found that attitudes, subjective norms and behavioral control were able to mediate role models for entrepreneurship intentions. Based on the results of the previous hypothesis, although the role model does not significantly affect the entrepreneurial intention, the role model becomes able to influence the entrepreneurial intention when added mediating variables of attitude, subjective norm and behavioral control, where the three variables are able to fully mediate the entrepreneurial intention of students. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of entrepreneurship learning at universities with one of the targets being to build students' entrepreneurial intentions.

Abstract

Industri fashion Indonesia menjadi salah satu pendorong ekonomi kreatif Indonesia. Untuk mempertahankan kinerja dari industri fashion, maka loyalitas sikap dan loyalitas perilaku perlu diperhatikan agar dapat berkompetitif dengan pesaingnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh kepercayaan, komitmen, dan kepuasan terhadap loyalitas sikap dan dampaknya pada loyalitas perilaku konsumen kaos RockStereo. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi deskriptif dengan metode kuantitatif melalui pengambilan data primer yang merupakan konsumen dari kaos Rockstereo sebanyak 80 konsumen. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas sikap. Kepuasan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas sikap tetapi komitmen memiliki pengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap loyalitas sikap dan loyalitas sikap memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas perilaku. Indonesia's fashion industry is one of the drivers of Indonesia's creative economy. To maintain the performance of the fashion industry, attitudinal loyalty and behavioral loyalty need to be considered to be competitive with competitors. This study examined the effect of trust, commitment, and satisfaction on attitudinal loyalty and its impact on the behavioral loyalty of RockStereo t-shirt consumers. This research uses a descriptive study with quantitative methods through primary data collection from 80 consumers of Rockstereo t-shirts. The data obtained were analyzed using PLS-SEM. The results showed that trust has no significant effect on attitudinal loyalty. Satisfaction has no significant effect on attitudinal loyalty, but commitment has a positive and significant effect on attitudinal loyalty, and attitudinal loyalty has a positive and significant effect on behavioral loyalty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan dan kepemimpinan kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja usaha. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan likert. Sampel yang dijadikan responden adalah UMKM di Taman Palem Lestari sebanyak 50 responden yang menjawab kuesioner yang telah disebarkan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS 3. Analisis data penelitian ini dilakukan adalah uji R2, F2, dan koefisien jalur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap Kinerja Bisnis. Walaupun begitu, pengaruh kepemimpinan kewirausahaan tidak positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha. This research aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial leadership towards business performance. This type of research is descriptive by using the Likert scale. Sample used in this research is SMEs in Taman Palem Lestari with the amount of 50 respondents whom answered the questionnaire distributed. The data analysis technique used in this research is Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) by using SmartPLS 3. The steps of data analysis is done by using R and F analysis, and path coefficient. The result shows that there is a positive and significant impact of entrepreneurial orientation towards business performance. However, the effect of entrepreneurial leadership is not positive and significant towards business performance.

Abstract

Keberadaan Sentra Kuliner Pasar Lama Tangerang yang mewadahi ratusan UMKM di bidang kuliner perlu diperhatikan. Loyalitas dari konsumen akan mendukung keberlanjutan usaha dari para UMKM yang berada di Sentra Kuliner.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari cita rasa, harga, nilai kesehatan, dan emosional terhadap minat konsumen untuk berkunjung kembali ke sentra kuliner Pasar Lama Tangerang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survey menggunakan metode convenience sampling melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara langsung di lokasi penelitian. Penelitian ini melibatkan 100 responden yang merupakan konsumen yang sedang berkunjung ke sentra kuliner Pasar Lama Tangerang. Data penelitian diolah menggunakan pendekatan PLS-SEM. Hasil dari penelitian menyatakan bahwa cita rasa, nilai kesehatan, dan emosional memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat berkunjung kembali ke Sentra Kuliner Pasar Lama Tangerang. Tetapi tidak demikian halnya dengan harga yang tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat untuk berkunjung kembali. Penelitian ini diharapkan agar para UMKM yang berada di Sentra Kuliner Pasar Lama Tangerang dapat memperhatikan faktor-faktor tersebut agar selalu dipadati oleh pengunjung.   The Pasar Lama Tangerang Culinary Center, which accommodates hundreds of MSMEs in the culinary sector must be considered. Customer loyalty will contribute to the sustainability of MSMEs in the Culinary Center.  This purpose of this study is to determine the effect of taste, price, health value, and emotional on consumer intention to revisit to Pasar Lama Tangerang culinary center. The research was conducted using a survey method using convenience sampling method through distributing questionnaires directly at the research location. This study involved 100 respondents who were consumers who were visitors to the Pasar Lama Tangerang culinary center. The PLS-SEM method was used to process the research data. The results of the study state that taste, health value, and emotional have an influence on the intention to revisit the Pasar Lama Tangerang Culinary Center. However, price has no significant influence on the intention to revisit. According to the findings of this study, MSMEs in Pasar Lama Tangerang Culinary Center should pay attention to these factors so that it is always crowded with visitors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji Pengaruh locus of control, Kebutuhan akan Prestasi, Toleransi Risiko dan Kesigapan Berwirausaha Terhadap Minat Berwirausaha pada Generasi Z di Jakarta, Menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif yang diolah dengan Smart Partial Least Square (SPLS). Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian sebanyak 100 responden generasi z yang saat ini sedang menempuh pendidikan di tingkat SMA dan Perguruan Tinggi di Jakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Locus Of Control berpengaruh positif terhadap minat berwirausaha, (2) Kebutuhan Akan Prestasi berpengaruh positif terhadap minat berwirausaha, (3) Toleransi Risiko berpengaruh positif terhadap minat berwirausaha, (4) Kesigapan Berwirausaha berpengaruh positif terhadap minat berwirausaha. This research was conducted to examine the Influence of Locus of Control, Achievement Need, Risk Tolerance, and Entrepreneurial Readiness on Entrepreneurial Interest among Generation Z in Jakarta, using a descriptive research method processed with Smart Partial Least Square (SPLS). The sample size used in the study consisted of 100 respondents from Generation Z who are currently pursuing education at the high school and college levels in Jakarta. The research results indicate that (1) Locus of Control has a positive influence on entrepreneurial interest, (2) Achievement Need has a positive influence on entrepreneurial interest, (3) Risk Tolerance has a positive influence on entrepreneurial interest, and (4) Entrepreneurial Readiness has a positive influence on entrepreneurial interest.

Abstract

Indonesian Government has been planning the green economic strategy as an effort to prioritize the environmental sustainability. Green entrepreneurship aligns with this strategy by promoting environmentally-friendly business concept. This research aimed to reveal the effect of green entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial education on green entrepreneurial intention in Jakarta, with environmental awareness as a mediator. Using descriptive quantitative approach, data was gathered through non-probability sampling method by using purposive-sampling technique from 269 young respondents in Jakarta through questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted by using SEM-PLS with the assistance of SmartPLS software version 4. The results show that entrepreneurial education has a significant effect on green entrepreneurial intention, but green entrepreneurial orientation does not significantly affect green entrepreneurial intention in Jakarta. Nevertheless, the effect of green entrepreneurial orientation on green entrepreneurial intention can be fully - mediated by environmental awareness.
