Abstract

In this paper we developed performance measurement system in UTDC PMI Surakarta. We used Integrated Performance Measurement System (IPMS) methodology which based on stackeholder’s requirement, to design the measurement system. From the design process, it can be identified 8 stakeholders, and based on stakeholder’s requirements, it can be obtained 27 requirements and 7 objectives. Furthermore, we developed 19 key performance indicators (KPIs) which can be classified into 6 aspects, including donor, human resources, blood preparation, output, administration, and control and evaluation. Finally, we conducted Analythic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to weight the all aspects and KPIs. It was found that human resources(0.435) was most importance aspect and employee’s performance achievement (0.24) became most importance indicator among them.

Abstract

Quality and price are two things that are related to each other. Improving the quality of a product will increase the costs to be charged on the selling price of the product concerned. It is important to plan the improvement of product design KAFO (Knee Ankle Foot Orthosis) in an effort to achieve success for new products to users. This condition also leads to creative design and availability of information regarding the level of consumer utility of the products used. FAST method is a complete methodology used to identify related factors that affect the cost and effort in building a product, process or service to achieve a functional balance between cost, reliability and performasi. Functional balance is achieved through the generation of several alternative ideas. The ideas that have the potential in improving performance is evaluated through analysis Hierarchy Process and ideas that do not meet the design requirements issued after a team of experts in the mechanism of giving an alternative design value. In this discussion there are five stages of labor, which is the implementation of the five stages of this work support each other systematically. Five stages of the work is known for its five-phase plan that includes the information stage, the creative stage, the analysis stage, developmental stage, and stage presentations. Hierarchy analysis process at the stage of product development, and the whole stage is also called value engineering, which included team includes several disciplines that are well known in handling engineering products KAFO Key words: value engineering, FAST Method, Analysis Hierarchy Process.

Abstract

The pandemic has significantly impacted many shops closing and stopped production by artisans in the leather bag & shoe industry in Tanggulangin Sidoarjo. The development of e-commerce ecosystem studies shows that a deep understanding of the interactions between actors in this ecosystem can significantly improve online sales performance for SMEs. This study aims to identify the components and relationships between elements in the e-commerce ecosystem to support online sales in SMEs. This study uses the Delphi method with structured and in-depth interviews with several e-commerce SME experts. The components of the e-commerce ecosystem analyzed are marketing, platform, communication, payment, shipping & logistics, and productivity using descriptive analysis and framework visualization. The researchers proposed improving industry support components such as digital marketing training institutions, product photography and packaging design services, and product content creation services in the e-commerce ecosystem. This study is limited to the leather bag and shoe industry in Tanggulangin, Sidoarjo, which may restrict the generalizability of its findings to other sectors or regions. Additionally, the reliance on a small number of e-commerce experts and the lack of longitudinal testing for proposed solutions leave aspects like dynamic interrelationships and long-term sustainability underexplored.

Abstract

Background: Many MSMEs in Indonesia struggle to comply with the packaging label standards from the Indonesian Food and Drug Authority (BPOM). The root of this problem is knowledge gaps among MSME owners about labeling standards. Contribution:  This community services program contributes to enhance awareness of BPOM-compliant food packaging among MSMEs through counseling programs.  This program differs from previous counseling programs by incorporating digital aids, specifically in redesigning packaging that complies with BPOM standards. Method: Thirty participants attended an interactive discussion and counseling session in Purwodiningratan Village, Surakarta. Using visual aids and digital packaging design examples to show compliance, the session discussed BPOM's standards. Semi-structured interviews and post-session assessments were done to assess influence; descriptive analysis was then used for interpretation. Results:  Showed that 80% of the participants engaged actively in conversations, and 70% desired to implement what they learned in the counseling session. Conclusion: The counseling session increased participants' understanding of standard food packaging regulations and shifted their perceptions. Early signs of behavioral change supported the efficiency of participatory counseling in improving MSMEs' compliance with regulations.

Abstract

Rapid population growth has resulted in increased waste production, with projections that global waste will reach 3.4 billion tons by 2050, posing serious environmental challenges. Waste separation and recycling are essential strategies to address this issue, but community participation in waste segregation practices is still lacking. This study aims to identify and analyze the factors influencing household waste separation behavior through a systematic review conducted in accordance with the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) guidelines. A comprehensive literature search was conducted utilizing the Scopus database, yielding 19 relevant articles and two additional articles identified through a manual search on Google Scholar. The analysis revealed that most studies applied the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) to analyze the factors influencing waste separation intentions and actions. Commonly applied variables in research include attitudes, norms, awareness, knowledge, perceived behavioral control, law and regulation, and situational factors. The findings are expected to provide insights for researchers and support creating more effective policies to increase community involvement in sustainable waste management.
