Abstract

Special Region of Yogyakarta is an areas with highest probability of earthquakes. This is caused by the movement of the Indo-Australian plate in the southern Java and the movement of local faults spread across in other area. Therefore, the Special Region of Yogyakarta is interesting to study. This study aims to determine intensity and Peak Ground Acceleration (PGA) value and then describe the potetntial impact due to future earthquakes.. Earthquake data was obtained from a database catalog of earthquake events recorded at the BMKG Geophysics Station Class I Sleman at years 2005-2015. The method used to determine the PGA is Gutenberg-Richter. The results in this study, PGA was applied by Gutenberg-Richter (PGA) value with the Gutenberg-Ritchter method has a value highest 147 gal (VII-IX MMI). The area with the potetntial impact due to future earthquake is Bantul regency.

Abstract

Kurikulum Merdeka adalah kurikulum dengan pembelajaran intrakurikuler yang beragam di mana kegiatan pembelajaran akan lebih optimal. Peserta didik memiliki cukup waktu untuk mendalami konsep dan menguatkan kompetensi. Kurikulum ini diterapkan di semua jenjang Pendidikan (PAUD, SD, SMP dan SMA). Kurikulum merdeka memiliki fleksibilitas dalam hal alokasi waktu serta materi pelajaran, namun tetap berfokus pada materi esensial, pengembangan karakter, dan kompetensi peserta didik. Siswa memiliki kebebasan untuk mengembangkan bakat, minat, dan kemampuan yang dimiliki. Di sisi lain, kurikulum ini juga memberikan kebebasan pada Guru dalam memilih perangkat ajar sehingga dapat disesuaikan dengankebutuhan belajar dan minat siswa. Kemdikbudristek memberikan kebijakan mengenai keleluasaan satuan pendidikan dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum sesuai dengan tingkat kesiapannya (Nugraha, T S, 2022) SMA Negeri 2 Pangkalpinang telah menerapkan kurikulum merdeka. Abstract

The usage of plastics has brought negative impacts to the environment. Therefore, the development of bioplastics is required to solve the impact of the usage of plastics on the environment. In this study, bioplastics were developed based on banana stem cellulose, chitosan, and glycerol. The objective of this study was to determine the content of banana stems cellulose, functional groups, and the effect of glycerol addition on the thickness, mechanical properties, and degradation rate of bioplastics. The research was started by extracting cellulose from the stem of banana. Bioplastic synthesis was performed by adjusting the addition of glycerol. The bioplastics were examined for thickness, mechanical properties, functional groups, morphology, and degradation. The results indicated that the extracted banana stems produced cellulose with a concentration of 93%. It was identified to have cellulose functional groups in the form of O-H, C-H, and C-O. However, the addition of glycerol to bioplastics increased the thickness, elongation, and degradation rate, but decreased the tensile strength. Bioplastics with the best characteristics were produced by applying 3 mL glycerol with a thickness of 0,578 mm, tensile strength of 0,149 MPa, elongation of 2,7%, and completely degraded for 10 days.

Abstract

The Kolaka-Kolaka Timur road section serves as a vital connection among several districts in Southeast Sulawesi. This region is particularly susceptible to landslides during the rainy season, resulting in the road being obstructed by landslide debris. The objective of this research is to assess the thickness of the weathered layer, a critical factor contributing to landslides, as part of efforts aimed at mitigating such events. The research employs the resistivity geoelectric method utilizing a Wenner configuration with five passes. The electrode spacing is set at 7 meters, covering a total track length of 105 meters. Analysis of the measurement results indicates that the weathered layer across each track comprises alluvial deposits originating from the weathering of Sekis rocks, characterized by a resistivity of less than 20 Ωm. The thickness of the weathered layer varies across the tracks: Track 1 exhibits a thickness ranging from 4 to 12 meters, Track 2 ranges from 1 to 10 meters, Track 4 varies from 0 to 8 meters, and Track 5 shows a thickness between 0 and 10 meters.

Abstract

Geothermal in Bangka Belitung islands are classified as radiogenic type of non-volcanic geothermal. Geothermal in this area was formed due to granite rocks that have been fractured, folded or faulted. Geothemal Terak has a surface temperature of 550C - 61.80C with a water discharge of 0.2 liters/second. This research aims to identify the forming rocks of geothermal system at Terak village based on magnetic field anomalies. Data acquisition was measured using a Proton Precession Magnetometer (PPM) along 2.5 km with 100 m spacing and 500 m spacing between lines. Data processing was analyzed using diurnal correction, IGRF correction, RTE (Reduce to the Equator) correction, anomaly separation using Upward Continuation. Modeling performed by applying 2D Inverse Modeling. The results indicated that the reservoir rock in Terak area with non-volcanic geothermal system was granite with susceptibility 42 x 103 - 49 x 103. The depth of the reservoir rock was partially at a depth of 30 - 125 meters above sea level and some were exposed on the surface (0 - 80 meters above sea level). Reservoir rocks are scattered in the northwest area of the study.

Abstract

Jawa barat mempunyai aktivitas kegempaan yang sangat tinggi. Aktivitas kegempaan di wilayah Jawa Barat dikontrol oleh struktur geologi regional dan keberadaan sesar-sesar lokal. Aktivitas sesar-sesar lokal dan zona keberadaan zona subduksi dapat dipelajari dari sebaran hiposenter pada daerah tersebut. Sebaran hiposenter yang diperoleh dari katalog BMKG biasanya berasal dari quick count dengan mengabaikan beberapa parameter. Oleh karena itu, lokasi hiposenter tersebut harus direlokasi untuk menentukan hubungan hiposenter gempa dengan aktivitas tektonik daerah tersebut. Metode relokasi hiposenter yang digunakan adalah metode Double Difference. Metode ini digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi zona patahan berdasarkan distribusi gempa yang terjadi. Prinsip metode Double Difference adalah jarak persebaran hiposenter antara dua gempabumi sangat kecil dibandingkan dengan jarak antara stasiun gempabumi, maka raypath dan waveform kedua gempabumi dapat dianggap mendekati sama. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data gempabumi yang terjadi pada periode Juli 2017-Juni 2018 di Jawa Barat. Hasil relokasi hiposenter menunjukkan bahwa kegempaan di Jawa Barat Sebagian besar berasosiasi dengan zona subduksi. Penunjaman yang terjadi relatif landai. Kedalaman aktivitas gempabumi pada zona subduksi tersebut sekitar 0-70 km. Aktifitas kegempaan pada Sesar-sesar lokal relatif sangat dangkal dan tersebar hampir di setiap segmen sesar lokal.

Abstract

Waduk merupakan suatu bangunan buatan yang berfungsi untuk menampung air. Penyebab utama yang dapat menyebabkan kerusakan pada badan tanggul biasanya adalah keruntuhan tanggul yang disebabkan oleh ketidakstabilan tanggul tersebut. Ketidakstabilan tanggul dapat terjadi karena adanya rembesan air yang menyebabkan tanah menjadi jenuh air. Tanggul Waduk Desa Kemuja hingga saat ini terdapat beberapa retakan pada badan tanggul yang kemungkinan dapat menyebabkan keruntuhan tanggul apabila tidak ditangani lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi kondisi lapisan tanah pada tanggul agar dapat mengetahui ketidakstabilan tanggul Waduk di Desa Kemuja menggunakan metode geolistrik self-potential (SP). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengukur 3 lintasan penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, pada lintasan 1 terdapat ketidakstabilan tanggul pada jarak 110 m dengan nilai potensial sebesar -11,1 mV dan pada jarak 125 m sebesar -10,8 mV, pada lintasan 2 terdapat pada jarak 155 m sebesar -1,3 mV, dan pada lintasan 3 terdapat pada jarak 55 m sebesar -4,1 mV. Ketidakstabilan tanggul menunjukan anomali negatif ketika rembesan air masuk ke tanggul. Zona ini dapat menyebabkan keruntuhan sehingga dapat mengganggu kestabilan tanggul. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh, dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode self-potential (SP) dapat digunakan sebagai solusi tercepat untuk mencegah kerusakan tanggul berdasarkan identifikasi ketidakstabilan tanggul.

Abstract

The training on scientific writing (KTI) for teachers at MAN Insan Cendikia Bangka Tengah represents a strategic step to enhance scientific literacy, given that KTI is a requirement for graduation and class advancement. This training aims to improve teachers' understanding of scientific writing through a guided tutorial method that combines theory with practical application. This method is designed to assist teachers in grasping the stages of KTI writing, from topic selection to proper citation techniques. Results following the training indicate a significant improvement in teachers' comprehension of KTI writing. Therefore, this training not only strengthens the academic literacy skills of teachers but also prepares them to guide students more effectively, thereby creating a quality educational environment that supports the development of an intellectual generation.

Abstract

Telah dilakukan analisis data EAR pada gempa PadangPariaman untuk melihat ada atau tidaknya anomali kecepatan angin pada kasus gempa bumi Padang Pariaman 30 September 2009.Dalam penelitian ini digunakan software xygraph untuk pengolahandata kecepatan angin yang terekam oleh EAR dalam orde 2,3 menit menjadi sebuah grafik vektor angin. Analisis yang dilakukan merupakan analisis kualitatif yang berdasarkan pada hasil plot grafik vektor angin. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa untuk kasus gempa bumi Padang-Pariaman tidak ditemukan adanya anomali kecepatan angin. Namun,gangguan konstan yang terekam oleh EAR pada rentang waktu pengamatan dari puluk 16:00 WIB (30 September 2009)-03:00 WIB 1 Oktober 2009) kemungkinan disebabkan oleh adanya gangguan cuaca yang terjadi pada lapisan tropopause.

Abstract

Geologically the city of Jambi lies in the formation of Air Benakat, Muara Enim, Kasai, and alluvium deposits. The rock units that make up this formation were all composed by fine sediment. Based on these geological conditions, the Jambi City region has a high level of seismic priority. This research was conducted to study seismic vulnerability in this region, using the microtremor method. Microtremor is a ground vibration that can be produced by natural resources. This natural resource consists of wind and sea waves that have a long period of time or like traffic, factory machinery, and so on. Based on the results of the study obtained from the Kotabaru and Telanaipura regions have natural frequencies in the range 1.24 Hz - 4.35 Hz. The amplification factor was 1.13 - 3.34 and it was included in the low category. seismic vulnerability index in both regions was 0.50 - 8.58 x 10-6 cm / s2. seismic vulnerability index values were relatively high in Kelurahan Penyengat Rendah (Telanaipura). It was not recommended for skyscraper construction.
