Abstract

The phenomenon that there are still many manufacturing industry companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that have a PBV smaller than one is the main basis for conducting the study. This study aims to analyze the effect of financial policy and financial performance on firm value. The sampling technique was based on purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used a linear regression model. Based on the analysis and discussion results, there are four main findings obtained from this study: First, the model used is significant to explain changes in firm value with the ability to explain 48.7 percent. Second, of the five independent variables, there are three variables: the policy in working capital management and the performance variable, namely the volatility of expectations and returns, which have a significant effect. To the value of the company. Third, the company's financial performance factors have a more dominant influence on the company's value dynamics than policy factors. Fourth, the direction coefficient of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable, although the two variables are not significant. The practical implication is to increase the value of a manufacturing company. Therefore, it is advisable to consider financial policies and financial performance. Theoretically, financial management based on signal theory and trade-off theory of Islamic perspective theory can increase firm value.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu untuk membantu meningkatkan penjualan bagi UMKM di Kelurahan ngesrep yang terdampak pandemi COVID 19. Dengan adanya kondisi pandemi ini maka UMKM di tuntut untuk bertahan agar terhindar dari kebangkrutan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu dengan memberikan pelatihan secara langsung dengan tutorial dilapangan dengan mengajarkan cara menerapkan digital marketing atau pemasaran online. Hasil yang diharapkan yaitu pasar produk UMKM di Kelurahan Ngesrep mendapatkan jangkauan pasar yang lebih luas tentunya dengan produk yang dikenali dan mudah di akses oleh konsumen.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of Firm Size, Debt Equity Ratio (DER), and Current Ratio (CR) on Return on Assets (ROA) on hotel, restaurant and tourism companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Research on profitability in companies engaged in the tourism sector is necessary because currently, the sector has a high opportunity to move the community's economy. This research will reveal variations in the role of company size, solvability, and liquidity to profitability in the tourism sector. The sample used in this study amounted to 10 of the 48 Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism sub-sector companies listed on the IDX in the period 2018-2020. The selection of such samples using purposive sampling techniques, in which researchers set specific provisions tailored to the purpose of the study. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, t-test, F test and coefficient of determination. Based on simultaneous tests, it was found that the variables Firm Size, Debt Equity Ratio (DER), and Current Ratio (CR) significantly affect the return on asset (ROA) in hotel, restaurant and tourism sub-sectors listed on the IDX. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Ukuran Perusahaan, Debt Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR) terhadap Return on Assets (ROA) pada perusahaan hotel, restoran dan pariwisata yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Penelitian tentang profitabilitas pada perusahaan yang bergerak disektor pariwisata sangat perlu dilakukan. Sektor ini memiliki peluang tinggi dalam menggerakkan perekonomian masyarakat. Penelitian ini akan mengungkap variasi peran ukuran perusahaan, sovabilitas, dan likuiditas terhadap profitabilitas dalam sector pariwisata. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 10 dari 48 perusahaan subsektor Hotel, Restoran, dan Pariwisata yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2018-2020. Pemilihan sampel tersebut menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, dimana peneliti menetapkan ketentuan tertentu yang disesuaikan dengan tujuan penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan pengujian simultan ditemukan bahwa variabel Firm Size, Debt Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return on asset (ROA) pada subsektor hotel, restoran dan pariwisata yang terdaftar di BEI.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of financial literacy, attitudes, and lifestyle on financial behavior in Management students of the Faculty of Economics, class of employees at the University of Semarang, class of 2019/2020. The population in this study were active students majoring in employee class management in the odd semester class of 2019/2020. The sample in this study was purposive sampling method. Purposive sampling is a data sampling technique based on certain considerations. The sample in this study collected 123 respondents. This research uses quantitative data type and the data source used is primary data. The data analysis technique using regression analysis test was carried out with the help of SPSS version 25. The results showed that only financial attitudes had a significant positive effect on financial behavior, while other variables such as financial literacy and lifestyle had no a significant effect on financial behavior. Its mean that financial attitudes will improve the quality of financial behavior in students.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of financial education in the family, financial knowledge and lifestyle on financial behavior in Management students of the Faculty of Economics, Semarang University Class of Employees 2019/2020. The sample in this study used a purposive sampling method approach. Purposive sampling is a data sampling technique based on certain considerations. The sample in this study amounted to 119 respondents.This study uses quantitative data types and the data source used is primary data. The data analysis technique was carried out with the help of SPSS version 26, the analytical methods used included descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and multiple linear regression test. Testing the hypothesis by t test (test), while testing the model by testing the coefficient of determination.The results showed that financial education in the family had a significant positive effect on financial behavior, financial knowledge had a significant positive effect on financial behavior, and lifestyle had a significant positive effect on financial behavior

Abstract

Menghadapi Era Society 5.0 keberadaan dan peranan teknologi informasi dalam sistem informasi akuntansi telah membawa era baru perkembangan dunia ekonomi. Peranan akuntansi berubah secara radikal, di era yang baru ini ukuran perusahaan tidak perlu terlalu besar, namun perusahaan memperlukan kelincahan dan ketepatan dalam memanfaatkan teknologi dan informasi. nformasi akuntansi dapat menjadi dasar yang andal bagi pengambilan keputusan-keputusan dalam mencapai keberhasilan bisnis, dari mulai bisnis berskala kecil hingga bisnis berskala besar. Pemanfaatan informasi akuntansi yang baik, dapat membantu UMKM dapat melakukan penilaian kinerja serta dapatmembantu UMKM dalam meningkatkan penjualan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji Peran Akuntansi Pada EraSociety 5.0 Sebagai Anteseden Terhadap Pertumbuhan Kinerja UMKM dan Pengaruh Penggunaan Informasi Akuntansi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 121 responden. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data primer yang dilakukan dengan cara menggunakan instrumen berupa e-quesioner dan teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis data kuantitatif dan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan bantuan SmartPLS 3.2.8. SEM, metode analisis yang digunakan meliputi analisis statistik, analisis deskriptif, uji hipotesis dan uji validitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Peran Akuntansi Society 5.0 berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja UMKM, sedangkan Kinerja UMKM berpengaruh terhadap Penggunaan Informasi Akuntansi.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to help increase sales for MSMEs in the new Mlati Village affected by the COVID 19 pandemic. With this pandemic condition, MSMEs are required to survive in order to avoid bankruptcy. The method used in this community service activity is by providing direct training with tutorials in the field by teaching how to apply digital marketing or online marketing. The expected result is that the MSME product market in Mlati Baru Village gets a wider market reach, of course, with products that are recognized and easily accessible by consumers.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of Customer Value and Customer Experience on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction as an intervening variable for customers at the Bintang Phone Cell Counter. The dependent variable used in this research is Customer Satisfaction (Z), Customer Loyalty (Y), while the independent variables used are Customer Value (X1) and Customer Experience (X2). The sample in this study was 96 respondents. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with the criteria being that the respondent is at least 18 years old and has made at least 2 purchases. The analytical methods used are Convergent Validity, Discriminant Validity, Composite Reliability, Inner model. The results of the research conducted show that Customer Value and Customer Experience have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, the Customer Value and Customer Experience variables have a negative and insignificant effect on Customer Loyalty, the Customer Value variable has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction, and The Customer Experience variable has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction
