Abstract

The source of human labor in an industry is a driving factor based on the number of activities that must be carried out, which explains that without labor an industrial activity cannot run well and according to the goals that have been made. Human resources are also the main key in the process of industrial activities and crucial in achieving the continuity of industrial activities. PT Artha Kayu Indonesia is one industry that struggles with low employee performance. Based on the attendance rate data obtained from HRD, Artha Kayu Indonesia showed a significant decrease in fluctuations. So the author needs to do research on what efforts are made to improve employee performance at Artha Kayu Indonesia so that employees come more often with a predetermined time. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Work Discipline, Work Environment and Work Stress on employee performance at Artha Kayu Indonesia. The population in this study is employees of Artha Kayu Indonesia. Based on the sample criteria set, a sample was obtained in this study as many as 100 respondents. The analytical methods used in this study are instrument tests (validity tests and reliability tests), classical assumption tests include (normality tests, heterokedasticity tests, multicollinearity tests), multiple linear regression tests, partial tests (t tests), F test model accuracy, coefficient of determination (R2) tests used to analyze primary data in this study conducted with the help of SPSS version 25. Based on the results of the study shows that there is an influence of work discipline, Work Environment on employee performance, while work stress has no influence on employee performance at Artha Kayu Indonesia. The more positive work discipline, the more employees will comply with the regulations in the Company and will improve employee performance, vice versa if there are many positive Work Environments in the employee work environment, employee performance will increase as a result, also meet predetermined targets. The lower the employee's work stress rate, the higher the employee's performance results.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Analysis of the Effect of Price Perception, Service Quality and Product Quality on Customer Satisfaction (study on a new copy of the new Semarang). The population of this research is the consumers of the Semarang New Current Photocopy. The sample used in this study were 96 respondents. In this research, purposive sampling, which is a sampling technique that provides the opportunity to become a member of the sample with certain criteria. Then the method of data collection through questionnaires and data analysis using SPSS 21 which includes validity, reliability, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing using t test and R2 test. The results of this study indicate that all independent variables, namely price perception (X1), service quality (X2), and product quality (X3) have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) partially or simultaneously (together). . Based on the coefficient of determination of 0.798, which means that 79.8 percent of the customer satisfaction variable can be explained by the price perception variable, service quality and product quality while the remaining 20.2 percent is explained by other variables outside of this study.

Abstract

Studi ini dilakukan berdasarkan dua hal:   Pertama, fenomena bahwa selama tahun 2014, 2015, 2016 banyak perusahaan industri manufaktur yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia, mempunyai Price Book Value (PBV) lebih kecil dari satu. Pertanyaannya adalah mengapa fenomena itu terjadi.   Kedua, beberapa studi yang berkaitan dengan pertanyaan tersebut menghasilkan temuan yang berbeda. Timbul pertanyaan tentang factor determinan dari PBV.   Apakah PBV dipengaruhi Size, Growth, Debt Equity Ratio dan ROA, serta apakah ROA merupakan veriabel mediasi dari pengaruh   Size, Growth, terhadap PBV.  Penelitian ini menggunakan empat macam teori, yaitu; signaling theory, economic of scale theory dan performance theory. Data penelitian ini adalah data panel dengan sampel sebanyak 75   dari 110 perusahaan selama tahun 2014, 2015 dan 2016.   Pengambilan sampel berdasarkan purposive sampling. Analisis menggunakan model regresi dengan ROA sebagai variabel mediasi.  Hasil temuan utama studi ini adalah; pengaruh Size terhadap ROA positif signifikan, pengaruh Growth terhadap ROA positif signifikan.   Size   berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap PBV baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui ROA sebagai variabel mediasi.   Pengaruh langsung dari Growth dan DER ternyata tidak signifikan.   Pengaruh ROA terhadap PBV adalah positif  signifikan, ROA juga secara signifikan merupakan variabel mediasi dari pengaruh Size, Growth, terhadap PBV.   Hasil temuan dengan model ROA sebagai variabel mediasi diharapkan dapat memberikan sumbangan baru bagi studi dibidang manajemen keuangan.    Kata Kunci: Size, Growth, ROA, DER dan PBV
