Abstract

Small to medium sized Businesses are economic productive effort that is stand alone, carried out by the individual or business entity that is not a subsidiary or branch of a company which is owned, controlled, or become part either directly or indirectly with a small business or a large enterprise with a total net worth or annual sales results. The main purpose of this research is to know which variables affect the strategy of the small and medium enterprises from the third variable, product, pricing, promotion, and where the most dominant factor. This research uses descriptive methods of analysis and swot matrix of small enterprises medium-sized bananas green. Product development strategies which have been carried out by small and medium businesses is providing an affordable price, Pricing strategy development undertaken by small and medium enterprises is an affordable set prices in accordance with the wishes of consumers, promotion of development, the strategy undertaken by small and medium enterprises is building a brand that is easily recognized by the community by putting up banners and billboards. Among the three variable, there is a variable which can be developed with respect to small and medium enterprises which are product, pricing, promotion.

Abstract

Rural Banks are one of the conventional banks that carry out their business activities, among others 1) Collecting funds from the public in the form of deposits in the form of time deposits, savings deposits and / or other similar forms; 2) Providing Credit; 3) placing funds in the form of SBIs, time deposits, certificates of deposits and or savings with other banks. The results of this study provide information about how to formulate a strategic policy to encourage increased income for regional companies in the Makassar City Rural Bank and evaluate the implementation of strategic policies that have been implemented by the management of PD BPR Makassar City and Makassar City Government as owners of PD BPR. The results obtained from this study are that the main problem faced by the BPR of Makassar City at present is that the problem is actually quite long, namely the unavailability of sufficient working capital funds to support its business activities. So what and however the strategic policy taken by management is always stuck on the same classic problem. Poor past performance causes awarness (trust) of the community to be very low, so that the products launched are less attractive. The low level of competence, discipline, and performance of existing human resources so that they cannot or are less able to create attractive products, that is with the low level of services they have.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to determine the impact of joint business group (KUBE) program toward community income and wefare in Palangga District of Gowa Regency. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The information in this research were the people as Palangga Sub-district which were included in KUBE members with total of sample were 9 respondents. Data collection techniquesused were observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis method used in this research consisted of data reduction data presentation and verification. The results of the research revealed that the joint business group (KUBE) program had a positive impact toward the income and welfare of the people who were members of the joint business group (KUBE).

Abstract

This research uses quantitative methods. Data was collected through questionnaires and processed using SPSS. This study took a sample of 68 students of the Indonesian Nobel Institute of Technology and Business Makassar The results show that (1) E-Promotion has no significant effect on purchase intention (2) Video Content has no significant effect on purchase intention (3) E-Promotion has a significant effect on Customer Trust (4) Video Content has a significant effect on Customer Trust (5) Customer Trust has a significant effect on buying interest (6) E-Promotion has a significant effect on Buying Interest on TikTok Shop through Customer Trust (7) Video Content has a significant effect on Buying Interest on TikTok Shop through Customer Trust

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat (PKM) dilaksanakan dalam rangka meningkatkan pengetahuan serta literasi pada masyarakat desa Bajiminasa Kecamatan gantarangkeke Kabupaten Bantaeng, yang melibatkan 3 orang Tim dosen ITB Nobel Indonesia. Diikuti oleh 30 orang peserta terdiri dari pelaku UMKM, Pemuda serta kelompok produktif. Selama 2 hari peserta dibekali berbagai materi dari narasumber berhasil meningkatkan kompetesi kewirausahan peserta kegiatan diukur berdasarkan hasil evaluasi pasca kegiatan Community service activities (PKM) were carried out in order to increase knowledge and literacy in the Bajiminasa village community, Gantarangkeke District, Bantaeng Regency, which involved 3 ITN Nobel Indonesia lecturer teams. It was attended by 30 participants consisting of MSME actors, youth and productive groups. For 2 days, participants were provided with various materials from resource persons who succeeded in increasing the entrepreneurial competence of the participants, measured based on the results of the post-activity evaluation

Abstract

Cancer is one of the non-communicable diseases which is a public health problem, both in the world and in Indonesia. This disease does not only attack the adult age group, but also children under the age of 18 years. Cancer can even spread since the child is still in the womb. Unlike cancers in adults, most childhood cancers have no known cause. Many studies have attempted to identify the causes of childhood cancer, but very few childhood cancers are caused by environmental or lifestyle factors. Seeing the number of children with cancer is not small, serious treatment is needed to control the disease. In Indonesia, many control efforts have been carried out by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia and other parties outside the government, one of which is Yayasan Kasih Kanker Anak Indonesia (YKAKI).This service is carried out to provide motivation for children with cancer, especially those at the Makassar Branch of the Indonesian Cancer Child Care Foundation (YKAKI) where in this activity collaboration between lecturers and students from Himpunan Mahasiswa Jurusan Akuntansi (HMJA). It is hoped that this activity can provide motivation and share with children with cancer so that they remain enthusiastic in living life full of joy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of lifestyle, brand image, and product quality on iPhone purchasing decisions for students who use iPhones at the Indonesian Nobel Institute of Technology and Business. The population used in this study were all Indonesian Nobel Institute of Technology and Business students who used the iPhone, with a sample of 96 respondents. The sampling technique is a non-probability sampling technique, namely convenience sampling. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire technique. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis techniques, classic assumption test, F test, t-test, and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that brand image, product quality, and lifestyle simultaneously influence Iphone purchasing decisions. Brand image and lifestyle have a partial effect on iPhone purchasing decisions.
