Abstract

In this new normal period, the Al-Ikhlas Salman Early Childhood Education Institution (PAUD) in Salamanmloyo, Semarang City, is again carrying out face-to-face or offline teaching and learning activities at schools. The community service team of the Faculty of Information Technology and Industry, Stikubank University Semarang, assisted in making interactive quizzes that were interesting and easy to understand by PAUD teachers. The process of making quizzes using the Quizizz application. Through this learning media application, it is hoped that students will more easily understand the learning material. Quiz materials include the introduction of colors, animals, numbers, basic shapes, as well as instructions for maintaining health. At the beginning of the teaching and learning process in this new normal, it is necessary to be refreshed on the right instructions to maintain health, so that teachers, students, parents, the surrounding community can carry out activities properly, comfortably, and stay alert. The preparation of learning materials is discussed with the teacher so that when it is taught it can be well received by students.

Abstract

Integrated service posts (Posyandu) are the government's efforts to make it easier for Indonesian people to obtain maternal and child health services. The main activity of posyandu is to record and monitor the nutritional status, growth and development of toddlers. Mitra Posyandu "Indah Sari" in Manyaran sub-district, Semarang city is managed by 10 cadres of local mothers with no less than 50 toddlers who regularly visit this posyandu. The partner's problem is that recording the results of weighing, measuring body length/height, arm circumference (lila) and toddler head circumference (lika), is still recorded in a book or examination card. There is no information system available that makes it easy for posyandu cadres to monitor and provide explanations of the growth and development of toddlers quickly and accurately to parents of toddlers. The Community Service Team provides solutions, (a) development of the Posyandu Information System and Stunting Monitoring (SIP-PS program) and training of Posyandu cadres for SIP-PS operations, as well as (b) counseling by nutritionists about Stunting monitoring and balanced nutritional food. The SIP-PS program can be used according to partners' needs, namely being able to monitor the growth of toddlers more accurately and quickly. "Indah Sari" Posyandu cadres have a good understanding of the importance of monitoring stunting in toddlers.

Abstract

Digital content plays an important role for online users. Relevant, high-quality and interesting content will attract visitors' attention and support the business objectives or information you want to convey. Meanwhile, we know that a Content Management System (CMS) is a platform that has an intuitive user interface, which allows users to manage content, using text or visual editors. Web development for Islamic boarding schools is the process of creating and managing a website that has a primary focus on creating and presenting content that is relevant, informative and useful. Creator content in this context can include various types of material such as articles, videos, podcasts, infographics, religious studies, and various other forms of content. One of the activities that will be used as digital content is training and technical guidance on SInergi Bekam which is provided in the form of theory and practice directly as well as training and assistance in managing the Islamic boarding school website so that they are able to manage and operate the website via the website http://darululumungaran.com.

Abstract

The entrepreneurs in Kelurahan Manyaran demonstrate substantial potential for UMKM development but face challenges in producing engaging and consistent digital content to sustain audience interest. The primary issue lies in limited understanding of copywriting techniques and the effective use of hooks. To address this, the FTII UNISBANK team, in collaboration with LPMK Manyaran, launched a community service program involving basic training in copywriting and hooks, AI-supported content creation, and ongoing mentorship. The program showed significant improvements in audience engagement and UMKM sales conversion, with an average engagement increase of 30%–50% within three months and a sales conversion rise from 5% to approximately 6.5%–7.5%. This sustained support aims to create a lasting positive impact, promoting business independence and fostering UMKM growth in the digital era.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology requires teachers to present learning materials in a creative and visual manner. Informatics teachers at SMA Bringin face challenges in creating visually engaging teaching materials due to limited graphic design knowledge, which results in low student engagement and less effective delivery of content. To address this issue, a community service activity in the form of Canva training for informatics teachers at SMA Bringin was conducted. This activity followed a participatory and hands-on approach (learning by doing). The training took place over two days in the school's computer lab and was attended by 15 informatics teachers as well as several other subject teachers. Evaluation results showed 35% improvement in participants' understanding of Canva, based on a comparison of pre-test and post-test scores. Participants also displayed high creativity and enhanced visual skills in their final tasks, which involved creating educational materials using Canva. The satisfaction survey revealed that 93% of participants found the training highly beneficial and expressed their intention to adopt Canva in regular teaching. Overall, this training successfully improved the digital literacy of teachers, particularly in designing visual teaching media using Canva. Participants provided feedback suggest the organization of follow-up training focusing on animation or interactive video-based learning.
