Abstract

Hipotesis penelitian ini apakah ada pengaruh penggunaan metode diskusi terhadap hasil belajar siswa dibuktikan dengan rumus korelasi (r) Product Moment, uji t, dan koefisien determinasi, serta regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: penggunaan metode diskusi berpengaruh sangat signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada uji korelasi (r) Product Moment dan Uji-t menunjukkan r = 0,927, dan t = 20,703. Pengaruh yang cukup besar ini ditunjukkan pula oleh nilai koefisien determinan (KD = 85,93) yang berarti motivasi belajar siswa sebesar 85,93% dipengaruhi oleh penggunaan metode Diskusi dan 14,07 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: Pertama bagaimana gambaran fasilitas belajar di sekolah terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Setu Kabupaten Bekasi, 2 bagaimana gambaran motivasi belajar VII di SMP Negeri 1 Setu Kabupaten Bekasi, 3) apakah ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara fasilitas belajar di SMP Negeri 1 Setu Kabupaten Bekasi. Penelitian dilakukan di SMP Negeri 1 Setu Kabupaten Bekasi, selama satu bulan, metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII.1 dan siswa kelas VII.2 berjumlah 72 siswa yang disebar adalah sebanyak 20 lembar kuesioner ke 20 siswa kelas VII,dengan pengambilan sampel secara acak. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan observasi dan angket, analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis statistik inferensial, pengolahan data menggunakan Software SPSS Versi 22, yang di uji 2 variabel yang terdiri dari variabel fasilitas belajar (X) sebagai variabel independen dan variabel motivasi belajar (Y) sebagai variabel devendent, dengan hasil uji validitas dan Reabilitas r hitung terkecil 0,630., r hitung terbesar 0,870 > r tabel yaitu ,0,870 > 0,468 dengan memakai rumus tabel df = N-2 maka dengan hasil tersebut data–data kuesioner tersebut dinyatakan valid. Uji Reliability Statistics dengan Cronbach's Alpha > r tabel ( 0,899 >0,468 ) dengan demikian kuesioner yang dipakai adalah reliable, uji hipotesis regresi yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel X ke variabel Y ,terpengaruh apa tidak yaitu dengan Analisis regresi linier yang digunakan untuk menguji pengaruh satu variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat dengan syarat valid dan reliable, hasil uji regresi yaitu : Membandingkan nilai signifikansi dengan nilai Probabilitas 0,05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the work environment has on employee performance at Panca Sakti University Bekasi, Indonesia partially. This research belongs to the type of quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were all employees at Panca Sakti University Bekasi, totaling 121 employees. The sampling technique is cluster sampling where a portion of the population is used as a sample, totaling 57 people. The analytical method used is simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, t test, and coefficient of determination. The conclusions of this study are, 1) The results of simple linear regression analysis can be seen that the Work Environment variable has a significant influence on employee performance at Panca Sakti University Bekasi this is indicated by the regression value Y = 0.784 + 0.612 which means that the work environment variable has an influence which is significant to employee performance., 2) The correlation coefficient value is 0.648 which lies between -1 0.538 +1. That is, the value of the correlation coefficient (r) indicates that the relationship between the two variables is strong and positive, meaning that the work environment has an effect on improving employee performance. 3) The results of the t-test analysis, obtained by 5.751 while the t-table is 1.458 because t-count is greater than t-table means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. 4) Analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained the coefficient of determination of r = 0.319

Abstract

In the Lennggahsari 02 State Elementary School, Kecamatan Cabangbungin, Kabupaten Bekasi, there were problems that started from the teacher's work discipline that needed to be improved. This is indicated by the existence of overlapping work activities, delaying some activities, limited management to innovate and the unintegrated work team of teachers. In terms of personnel, it can be seen that there are problems such as: There are teachers who come late from the appointed time, there are teachers who go home before the end of school hours, there are teachers who are not present without giving a clear reason. The existence of the above teacher discipline constraints can be caused by various factors, such as: Leadership, Planning, Directing, Coordination, Educational Administration, Organizational Culture, Organizational Behavior, Salary System, Position Promotion, Educational Background and Family. In this study, the author tries to examine work discipline in relation to educational planning and administration. The method used in this study is descriptive associative survey method. In this method there are at least two variables. This associative research is a relationship between two variables, namely education administration and teacher work discipline. Based on the formulation of the results of the research at the Lenggahsari State Elementary School 02 Lenggahsari Village, Branchbungin District, it is presented that there is a positive relationship between the Education Administration Variable (X) and the Teacher Work Discipline Variable (Y). The higher the value of Education Administration, the Discipline of Teacher Work will increase.
