Abstract

Kelompok Usaha Bersama Disabilitas Preneur merupakan kelompok usaha yang dijalankan oleh para penyandang cacat yang tergabung ke dalam Himpunan Wanita Disabilitas. Eksistensi usaha yang dijalankan adalah Kuliner, Fesyen dan Handicraft. Keterbatasan fisik pelaku usaha Disabilitas Preneur dan makin ketatnya persaingan usaha membutuhkan penerapan teknologi dan manajemen bisnis terutama pada aspek teknis produksi dan strategi pemasaran untuk mempertahankan eksistensi usaha yang sedang berjalan agar tidak sampai gulung tikar. Jenis luaran dari pemberdayaan disabilitas preneur melalui Program Pengabdian Kemitraan antara lain: Introduksi mesin peralatan produksi makanan dan mesin pengawet makanan; Peningkatan kapasitas produksi di mitra paling tidak 2 kali lipat dari kondisi awal; Pembukuan yang sesuai dengan Standard Akuntansi Keuangan Sederhana; pemasaran berbasis sistem informasi. Hasil kegiatan antara lain: melakukan uji coba memproduksi makanan khas menggunakan peralatan mekanis berdasarkan waktu selama proses produksi memiliki efisiensi waktu selama proses produksi menggunakan mesin yang telah diberikan; dilakukan demonstrasi dan pelatihan yang selanjutnya mitra diminta membuat produk makanan berbagai cita rasa dan variasi produk dengan peralatan mekanis secara mandiri; mengadakan pelatihan membuat pembukuan berdasarkan Standard Akuntansi Keuangan Sederhana serta pemanfaatan pemasaran online berbasis sistem informasi.

Abstract

Kopi yang dibudidayakan petani menghasilkan hasil panen yang beragam. Ada keterkaitan antara keragaman hasil panen dengan perilaku petani dan penguasaan teknologi. Petani menghadapi produktivitas kopi yang rendah, yang dilatarbelakangi rendahnya keterampilan dan rendahnya akses inovasi teknologi. Pemecahan yang disepakati petani Kelompok Usaha Bersama Arum Sukmo adalah edukasi dan fasilitasi demplot kebun pembibitan kopi bercita rasa unggul. Pendekatan transfer teknologi dengan metode pelatihan, dan pendampingan dimulai tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Pendampingan masyarakat bertujuan kelompok KUB (Kelompok Usaha Bersama) mendapatkan pelatihan dan berpartisipasi dalam implementasi hasil pembelajaran pembibitan kopi bercita rasa unggul. Kegiatan diskusi kelompok terfokus dilaksanakan untuk menetapkan prioritas permasalahan dan strategi prioritas pemecahannya. Dilanjutkan diskusi, temu kerja dan fasilitasi. Hasil pendampingan masyarakat diperoleh hasil kebun bibit kopi bercita rasa unggul dikelola sesuai pembagian kerja dan mengikuti sistem manajerial terstruktur. Petani berpartisipasi mengikuti serangkaian kegiatan pemilihan dan penggunaan benih bersertifikat uji citarasa kopi, pembuatan dan penggunaan media tanam dengan perlakuan sungkup, teknis pemeliharaan benih, media semai, teknis overspin, teknis persemaian, pengendalian hama dan pengawasan pertumbuhan tanaman kopi. Hasil transfer Ipteks, petani mampu mengadopsi teknologi pembibitan kopi bercita rasa unggul.

Abstract

Startup agribisnis berbasis produk turunan kopi Jember penting untuk ditumbuhkembangkan. Salah satu cara untuk mewujudkan startup agribisnis berbasis produk turunan kopi yakni memastikan kreativitas industri starup, inovasi dan penciptaan nilai melalui terintegrasinya 5 unsur konsep penta helix mulai dari akademisi, bisnis, pemerintahan, media dan komunitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh interaksi penta helix terhadap kinerja inovasi produk agribisnis baik secara langsung maupun melalui keinovatifan organisasi startup agribisnis berbasis produk turunan kopi. Metode penelitian menggunakan mixed method research model sequential exploratory. Dengan menggunakan purposive dan convenience sampling diperoleh sebanyak 104 sampel. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan Partial Least Square (PLS)-Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa interaksi penta helix dalam menumbuhkan startup memiliki dukungan akademisi dan stakeholder yang cukup baik, namun hilirisasi hasil riset, dukungan pebisnis dan helik media masih agak buruk, sedangkan keinovatifan organisasi startup agribisnis cukup baik tetapi kinerja inovasi produk agribisnis masih agak buruk. Diketahui bahwa interaksi penta helix berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keinovatifan organisasi startup agribisnis dan kinerja inovasi produk agribisnis baik secara langsung maupun melalui keinovatifan organisasi startup agribisnis berbasis produk turunan kopi di Jember (p<0,05)

Abstract

The Panduman Village Forest Coffee Farmers Group has great potential to develop but faces various problems in terms of production, human resources, institutions, marketing, and finance. This community service aims to 1) Increase the productivity of coffee production gardens through the socialization of Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), 2) Increase knowledge of coffee farming entrepreneurs through nature schools, 3) Strengthen the institutionalization of coffee farming groups through mentoring for farming entrepreneurs, licensing and strengthening Bumdes, 3) Build a marketing network for farming entrepreneur partnerships, and 4) Build trust in funding sources through strengthening trust in banks and exporters. The methods used are lectures, discussions, demonstrations of methods, demonstrations of results, and evaluations. The results achieved from this community service activity are (1). Increased awareness of the care, maintenance, and harvesting processes (2). Strengthening farming entrepreneurs by processing coffee production gardens according to GAP SOPs and post-harvest processes through GMP SOP stages. (3). Some coffee farmers have proof of land ownership and Perhutani land cultivation letters, strengthening the entrepreneurial spirit of farmers, increasing the number of legal farmer entrepreneurs and strengthening the bargaining value of Bumdes as a business network partner for coffee farmer entrepreneurs. (4). Formal partnerships have been established, (5) There are partnerships between farmer groups, Bumdes, banks and exporters mediated by coffee farmer associations, (6) there is a realization of the disbursement of working capital funds from banks to coffee farmer groups and documented coffee farmers.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a negative impact on MSMEs, and has encouraged MSMEs to be more creative in trying to maintain and develop their business during the pandemic, especially through the adoption of social media for marketing activities. However, the competence of HR in MSMEs is still an obstacle to the process of adopting social media. The aims of this study were (1) to analyze the role of HR competence in moderating social media adoption on MSME performance, and (2) to analyze the implementation of the pentahelix model in strengthening MSME performance through the role of social media adoption and HR competence in facing the new normal challenges in Jember Regency. The research method used is mixed method research, which combines both quantitative and qualitative research approaches. The sample of this research is 100 SMEs. Quantitative data analysis was carried out using the PLS SEM technique. Qualitative data analysis was carried out with FGDs with stakeholders such as the government represented by the Jember District Office of Cooperatives and MSMEs, the media, the MSME community, academics, and business people. The results of the verification analysis using the SEM analysis technique show that technology has a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs in Jember Regency. Meanwhile, organizational, and environmental variables did not have a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs in Jember Regency. HR competence has a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs in Jember Regency. HR competence does not moderate the effect of technology on the performance of MSMEs in Jember Regency. HR competence does not moderate organizational influence on MSME performance in Jember Regency. HR competence does not moderate the influence of the environment on the performance of MSMEs in Jember Regency. To strengthen the performance of MSMEs through the adoption of social media, all stakeholders have an important role, where the government becomes a facilitator in conducting training and mentoring. With the involvement of academics to conduct research so that market segmentation is more appropriate for marketing through social media. Then businesspeople who have been involved in digital marketing play a role in transferring knowledge, and the role of the media is to strengthen marketing carried out by MSMEs through social media.

Abstract

De Dapoer-Rhadana Hotel Kuta Bali is one of the restaurants that has been certified halal in its products. As consumers especially muslim consumers should be more vigilants, selective and observant in choosing restaurants while in Bali that are halal to eat and thayyib. The method used is this study is qualitative descriptive that aims to know the muslim consumer
