Abstract

Hubungan antara kuat tekan (?’b) dan faktor air semen (fas) pada beton yang dibuat dengan menggunakan semen portland-pozzolan (PPC) telah diteliti pada umur 3, 7, 28 dan 90 hari. Sebagai pembanding digunakan beton yang dibuat dengan menggunakan semen portland tipe I (PC). Campuran beton ditetapkan dalam perbandingan berat, antara semen : agregat halus : agregat kasar sebesar 1 : 2 : 3 dengan variasi fas : 0,4, 0,5, 0,7 dan 0,9. Untuk uji tekan digunakan silinder dengan diameter 150 mm dan tinggi 300 mm dimana untuk satu umur uji dan nilai fas dibuat 3 (tiga) buah benda uji. Pembuatan dan perawatan benda uji dilakukan dengan tata cara standar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara ?’b dan fas pada beton dengan PPC mengikuti hukum Duff Abrams yaitu kuat tekan berkurang secara exponential dengan meningkatnya nilai faktor air semen. Pada umur awal kuat tekan beton dengan PPC lebih rendah dari beton dengan PC, namun lebih tinggi setelah melampaui umur 7 hari. Pada penggunaan nilai faktor air semen antara 0,4 sampai 0,9, perbedaan kuat tekan yang dihasilkan oleh beton yang dibuat dengan PPC dan PC hanyalah sekitar 1-17% dan 3-26% berturut-turut pada umur 28 dan 90 hari.

Abstract

Chalk or limestone is frequently used for backfill materials and forstabilizing foundation layers of highway because of it’s good support in bearingcapacity. However it is known that carbonate acid (H2CO3), which is soluble in theground water, can dissolve chalks or limestone chemically. The natural acidenvironment is able to decrease the strength (support capability) of backfill andfoundation layer.This study is conducted to determine the effect of carbonate acid on aggregatecollision strength value of limestone (aggregate impact value or AIV). The AIVvalue is one of the indicators used in measuring the strength of aggregate. The AIVindicates that the aggregate was not too strong to receive loads from the burden ofvehicle’s wheel or other load while it is being compacted. The tests on limestonestrength were conducted after soaking the limestone into carbonate acid solution ina series of acid concentration as follows: 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25 parts per million. The soaking process of each solution was carried out for 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30days long. The basic design used was a Factorial Complete Random Design, whichstudied matters such as the variation of carbonate acid concentration and thevariation of soaking time. Then the test results was analyzed using a StyleInvestigation Analysis, Least Significant Different test and Disperse DiagramThe test results show that the variation of concentration from 5 to 25 parts permillion does not significantly affect the strength of limestone aggregate impact, butthe time soaking has a real effect. There is an interaction between the variations ofcarbonate acid concentration solution with the time of soaking.

Abstract

Hubungan antara modulus elastisitas (Ec) dengan kuat tekan (?’b) pada beton yang dibuat dengan menggunakan semen portland-pozzolan (PPC) maupun semen portland tipe I (PC) telah diteliti. Sebagai benda uji digunakan silinder dengan diameter 150 mm dan tinggi 300 mm. Campuran beton ditetapkan dalam perbandingan berat, antara semen : agregat halus : agregat kasar sebesar 1 : 2 : 3 dengan variasi fas : 0,4, 0,5, 0,7 dan 0,9. Pembuatan dan perawatan benda uji dilakukan dengan tata cara standar. Pengukuran Ec dan ?’b dilaksanakan pada umur 3, 7, 28 dan 90 hari, sesuai dengan ketentuan ASTM C 469-95 dengan menggunakan 3 (tiga) benda uji untuk setiap fas dan umur uji. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modulus elastisitas dan kuat tekan beton berkurang dengan meningkatnya fas dan meningkat dengan bertambahnya umur beton. Hubungan antara modulus elastisitas dengan kuat tekan beton menunjukkan hubungan non linier, dalam bentuk Ec = 4525,2 Ln ?’b - 3961,4 untuk beton dengan PPC dan Ec = 4302,3 Ln ?’b - 3582,2 untuk beton dengan PC. Pengaruh jenis semen terhadap modulus elastisitas baru terlihat pada beton dengan kuat tekan lebih besar dari 15 MPa, dimana untuk suatu nilai kuat tekan, modulus elastisitas beton dengan PPC mampu melampaui, sekitar 3% - 4%, modulus elastisitas beton dengan PC.

Abstract

This research is motivated from the thought how to apply advantage-precast method and resolve deficiency conventional method in implementation of construction reinforced concrete slab structures multi-storey building. Therefore conducted preliminary experiments by making structure slab of some elements one way precast reinforced concrete slab. From some preliminary experiments with the problems encountered, finally defined cross-section “U” upside down, with f'c 15 MPa design and 1300 mm long with cross sectional size 320 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm, tensile reinforcement 2Ø5,6987 mm with yield stress of steel 188 MPa. In this research will be reviewed some problems, that is capability slab U to support service load until cracking moment, maximum length U slab to support service load design until cracking moment, and maximum length U slab to support service load design until maximum deflection. These three problems completed by carrying out the load test by using water as a testing load and the physical properties of the material which is used for reinforced concrete. Based on the analysis of test data obtained U slab able to support three times service load design (4,310 N/mm) without cracking, maximum length U slab to support service load design without cracking is 2300 mm, and maximum length U slab to support service load until maximum deflection is 3302,6 mm. Abstract

ABSTRAK Pelaksanaan pengadaan barang/jasa pemerintah melalui sistem elektronik masih menimbulkan praduga negatif, baik dari pihak SKPD maupun penyedia barang/jasa. Agar peran dan pelayanan ULP bisa lebih baik, perlu dilakukan evaluasi dengan mengidentifikasi kondisi saat ini tentang tingkat kepuasan SKPD dan penyedia barang/jasa terhadap pelayanan ULP. Tingkat kepuasan layanan dapat dipengaruhi oleh lima variabel, yaitu wujud fisik (tangible), kehandalan (reliability), daya tanggap (responsiveness), jaminan (assurance), dan kepedulian (empathy). Penelitian bertujuan mengevaluasi tingkat kepuasan SKPD dan penyedia barang/jasa terhadap kinerja pelayanan ULP Pemerintah Kota Denpasar yang diukur berdasarkan lima variable tersebut. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner, yang sudah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan SKPD terhadap pelayanan ULP Pemerintah Kota Denpasar adalah sebesar 76,97% (puas). Tingkat kepuasan rekanan penyedia barang/jasa terhadap pelayanan ULP Pemerintah Kota Denpasar adalah sebesar 85,09% (sangat puas). Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linier berganda, variabel yang paling mempengaruhi kepuasan SKPD adalah Assurance (0,449) diikuti oleh variabel lainnya berturut-turut sebagai berikut Emphaty (0,214), Tangible (-0,024), Responsivness (-0,067) dan Reliability (-0,174). Sedangkan variabel yang paling mempengaruhi kepuasan penyedia barang/jasa adalah Tangible (0,510) diikuti oleh variabel lainnya berturut-turut sebagai berikut Responsiveness (0,230), Assurance (0,127), Emphaty (0,077) dan Reliability (-0,129).

Abstract

Concrete itself is quite popular in terms of usage in the field of construction (bridges, buildings, and dams). In large projects and unconditioned special (extreme) as the long-span bridge construction in the middle of the sea, pier construction, buildings and retaining walls high sea waves need to use high-quality concrete. To be able to make high strength concrete required fas value (water-cement ratio) is low, ranging from 0.20 to 0.30 (ACI, 1998). In high quality concrete workmanship in the field, to facilitate construction of concrete because considering using a little water, then a superplasticizer admixture materials needed to facilitate mixing concrete. This study was conducted to determine the performance of each in terms of value Slump superplasticizer, concrete compressive strength and split tensile strength of concrete. Calculation of SNI 03-6468-2000 material refers to the weight ratio of cement: fine aggregate: coarse aggregate of 1.00: 1.67: 2.15 with water cement factor of 0.317. Used to test a cylindrical specimen with a diameter of 150mm and height of 300mm which for the life of the test was made three (3) pieces of the specimen. Preparation and treatment of test specimens performed by standard procedures. The results showed that the use of superplasticizer type Napthalene Formaldehyde Sulphonate deliver results better compressive strength than the type superplasticizer Aqueous Solution Of Modified Polycarboxylate Copolymers is equal to 7.70%, but when viewed in terms of tensile strength and slump value (kelecakan) type superplasticizer Aqueous Solution Of Modified Polycarboxylate Copolymers provide better value Napthalene Formaldehyde Sulphonate when compared with that of 4.04% for split tensile strength and 22.22% for the slump value.

Abstract

The law of construction service (UUJK) No.18 Year 1999 has required that the manpower of construction has to have the Certificate of Expertise (SKA) and Working Skill (SKTK).  The purpose is in order that the business of construction service in Indonesia becomes firm, reliable, has high competiveness and produces a high quality construction work. But there is still lot of manpower of construction that has not has it. This research has purpose to find out the factors that influence the manpower of construction on contractor in Badung Regency to have SKA/SKTK. Sample to be researched is the manpower of construction at the contractor of project manager of Badung Regency Government with qualification grade 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6.  Data is obtained by spreading out questionnaire and interview.  The data analysis and processing is using the factor analysis. Research result is that there are three factors that are identified to have influenced the manpower of construction to have the SKA/SKTK.  These three factors are factor I, II and III. These three factors are formed by fifteen variables.  The most dominant factor is the factor I.  This factor is formed by seven variables those are it still be able to have job without having the SKA/SKTK, the SKA/SKTK is not fully required on the government’s project, the SKA/SKTK is not yet required on non-government’s project, to already have the SKA/SKTK cannot guarantee that the wage/salary will be increased, to already have the SKA/SKTK cannot guarantee the increasing of career level, to already have the SKA/SKTK cannot guarantee the increasing of expertise/work skill.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: PNB is avocational education institution. With vocational predicate, PNB have diverse learning facility. In order for these assets remain in top condition (ready to use), there should be a special unit that handles maintenance and repair issues. UPT-PP (Unit Pelaksana Teknis Pemeliharaan dan Perbaikan) is one of the units in PNB which has a function implementing maintenance and repairs of all assets, and all equipment used in the activities of the learning process. UPT-PP has the functions and responsibilities are quite heavy and vital in supporting the smooth learning activities both theory and practice. This situation demands UPT-PP should have good human resources, competent, reliable and should be supported by the provision of hardware and software that is adequate. This study aims to determine the value of service user satisfaction level of maintenance and repair of services given by UPT-PP Politeknik Negeri Bali and identify the factors that need attention in order to increase user satisfaction with the services UPT-PP Politeknik Negeri Bali. Retrieval of data obtained from the spread of the questioner about facts and reality associated with service quality and user expectations UPT-PP Politeknik Negeri Bali. While the calculation of the correspondence between the level of quality and user expectations UPT-PP is the comparison of the quality weight with the weight of expectations/interests. This conformity level will show the level of user satisfaction with the services. Results of a descriptive analysis of user satisfaction with the services UPT-PP can be determined by the value of the conformity level. After analysis, the conformity level of each dimension is obtained from the tangible value 81.08%, conformity level of reliability79.04%, conformity level of responsiveness to the value of 81.09%, the assurance dimension with value 84.20% and dimensions of empathy with the conformity value 83.23%. From five dimensions of conformity level assessment between service quality expectations of service users UPT-PP Politeknik Negeri Bali is 81.07% or user satisfaction level can achieve 81.07%. The advice can be given to UPT PP services is able to calculate the time it takes to handle a case, time discipline and may provide an explanation to user about problems experienced and can establish a harmonious working relationship to all service users, in order to increase the trust of all users.

Abstract

Semen merupakan bahan utama membuat beton, yang menghasilkan gas CO2 pada proses produksinya yang dapat mencemari lingkungan. Kebutuhan semen yang meningkat setiap tahunnya membuat semen lebih banyak diproduksi, sehingga perlu dilakukan inovasi membuat beton salah satunya beton geopolimer. Penelitian membuat beton geopolimer dengan bahan dasar abu terbang dan aktivator NaOH dan Na2SiO3. Gradasi butiran pasir dan koral dirancang, pada zona 2 dan gradasi koral dengan butiran maksimum 20 mm. persentase agregat dengan abu terbang dan aktivator sebesar 75%:25%. Perbandingan pasir dan koral digunakan 1:1,24. Dibuat 3 campuran C1,C2, dan C3 dengan persentase abu terbang dan aktivator sebesar C1, 70%:30%, C2 65%:35%, dan C3 60%:40%. Perbandingan Na2SiO3 dan NaOH sebesar 1:1.5 dengan molaritas NaOH 14 M. Beton dicetak kubus 15 cm x 15 cm, kemudian dipanaskan pada suhu 700C selama 24 jam. Pengujian kuat tekan beton dilakukan pada umur 7, 14, dan 28 hari masing masing menggunakan 3 benda uji. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendapatkan campuran yang terbaik dan menghasilkan kuat tekan beton yang tertinggi. Hasil menyatakan bahwa pengurangan jumlah abu terbang dan penambahan aktivator meningkatkan nilai slump beton geopolimer, serta menurunkan kuat tekan beton geopolimer. Beton geopolimer mengalami peningkatan kuat tekan hingga 14 hari, hal ini terjadi pada beton C1, C2, dan C3. Pada umur 14 hari hingga 28 hari kuat tekan beton geopolimer tidak mengalami perkembagan, bahkan cenderung mengalami penurunan terutama pada beton C3. Campuran beton geopolimer yang terbaik terdapat pada beton C2, dengan kuat tekan sebesar 48,89 MPa pada umur 28 hari.

Abstract

The implementation of government procurement of goods and service is governed by presidential regulation number 70 year of 2012.  According to that, in Badung Regency implemented centralized in Procurement Service Unit of Badung Regency. As the one of Indonesia procurement unit pilot, Procurement Service Unit of Badung Regency has given the opportunity to perform a self assessment of its  maturity levels as government unit. The objective of this research is to find factors that influence Procuremet Service Unit of Badung Regency maturity levels, and also to find out in what level is Procurement Service Unit of Badung Regency stand. Data collection for this research have done by  using questionnaire that involve 50 respondents who understand very well about the duties and function of Procurement Service Unit of Badung Regency to perform a government procurement of good and services. The data analysis have been performed by use of factor analysis and supported by SPSS program. The result shows there are 3 factors that influent the Procurement Service Unit of Badung Regency maturity levels, which are : the synergy and organization culture, resources and risk management and organization’s performance development.  Whereas the maturity levels of Procurement Service Unit of Badung Regency is stand at compliance. Based to the factors that formed, the highly commitment and strong leadership of Badung Regency leader are very decisive to push ahead the enhancement  and  the development of Procurement Service Unit of Badung Regency.  First thing can be done is to establish an independent Procurement Service Unit therewith its Procurement Unit Development road maps that can be tiered and sustainable plan, monitor and evaluate
