Abstract

Tin mining in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province, leaving a basin called the kulong. Kulong has an irregular landscape and contains very small amount of nutrients. Basically, kulong can be a storage place for water reserves to support the fisheries sector. But often, kulong water has poor dissolved oxygen concentration so that it is not suitable for fish growth. Therefore it needs an aeration system that can supply oxygen. The development of integrated aeration technology with floating solar panels in the kulong area is an interesting alternative solution to be developed. The floating solar panel system consists of a 50 Wp solar panel which is floated on a rectangular 4” PVC pipe and connected to a solar charge controller (MPPT), sealed lead-acid battery 12V 12 Ah and a 12V DC aerator as a source of aeration. An aluminum heatsink is installed at the bottom of the solar panel to transfer heat from solar panel to the kulong water so that temperature gets drop and the solar panel can produce higher voltage than solar panel placed on land. The voltage of the floating solar panel with the heatsink is higher on average 0.41V so that the average power generated by the floating solar panel is also about 2% higher than the power generated by solar panel on land.Key Words: Floating Solar Panel, Tin Kulong and AerationAbstrakPenambangan timah di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung menyisakan cekungan yang disebut dengan kulong. Kulong memiliki lanskap yang tidak beraturan serta hanya mengandung unsur hara dalam jumlah yang sangat kecil. Pada dasarnya kulong dapat menjadi tempat penyimpanan cadangan air untuk mendukung sektor perikanan. Tetapi seringkali air kulong memiliki kadar konsentrasi oksigen terlarut yang buruk sehingga tidak baik bagi pertumbuhan ikan. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sistem aerasi yang dapat menyuplai oksigen. Pengembangan teknologi aerasi yang terintegrasi dengan panel surya apung di area kulong adalah solusi alternatif yang menarik untuk dikembangkan. Sistem panel surya apung terdiri dari panel surya 50 Wp yang diapungkan di atas pipa PVC 4” berbentuk persegi panjang dan dihubungkan dengan solar charge controller (MPPT), sealed lead-acid battery 12V 12 Ah dan aerator 12V DC sebagai sumber aerasi. Heatsink berbahan aluminium dipasang di bawah panel surya untuk mengalirkan panas dari panel surya ke air kulong sehingga suhu turun dan dapat menghasilkan tegangan lebih tinggi daripada panel yang diletakkan di darat. Tegangan panel surya apung dengan heatsink lebih tinggi rata-rata 0,41V sehingga rata-rata daya yang dibangkitkan oleh panel surya apung juga lebih tinggi sekitar 2% dibandingkan dengan daya yang dihasilkan oleh panel surya di darat.Kata Kunci : Panel Surya Apung, Kulong Timah dan Aerasi

Abstract

Abstract. Public services in the village of Pagarawan are only as an introduction for making KTP, KK, business licenses, birth certificates and so forth. All service activities are still carried out manually with the forms provided and file storage is increasingly piled up in the file cabinet. To improve public services in the village of Pagarawan, a computer and server-based public service system was built as a medium for archiving and data storage into servers that were integrated with the village's existing internet or website. With the construction of this village information system, public services will become more practical and better because the people who submit a cover letter can access the applications themselves. The data that has been created will be stored properly in the cloud server so that it does not require a lot of file cabinets because the data stored in the form of digital data. The results of the training conducted, the community began to understand and learn to use village information system technology that had been created in order to make it easy for them to get services and the village government could also provide excellent service to the community.                 Abstrak. Pelayanan publik di desa Pagarawan sifatnya hanya sebagai pengantar pembuatan KTP, KK, ijin usaha, surat keterangan kelahiran dan lain sebagainya. Semua kegiatan pelayanan masih dilakukan secara manual dengan formulir yang sudah disediakan dan penyimpanan berkas semakin hari semakin menumpuk di dalam lemari arsip. Untuk meningkatkan pelayanan publik di desa Pagarawan dibangunlah sebuah sistem pelayanan publik yang berbasis komputer dan server sebagai media penyimpanan arsip dan data ke dalam server yang terintegrasi dengan internet atau website desa yang sudah ada. Dengan dibangunnya sistem informasi desa ini, maka pelayanan publik menjadi lebih praktis dan lebih baik karena masyarakat yang mengajukan pembuatan surat pengantar dapat mengakses sendiri aplikasi yang sudah dibuat. Data-data yang sudah dibuat akan tersimpan dengan baik ke dalam cloud server sehingga tidak memerlukan lemari arsip yang banyak karena data-data yang tersimpan berupa data-data digital. Hasil pelatihan yang dilakukan, masyarakat mulai memahami dan belajar memanfaatkan teknologi sistem informasi desa yang sudah dibuat demi memberikan kemudahan kepada mereka dalam mendapatkan pelayanan dan pemerintah desa juga dapat memberikan pelayanan yang prima kepada masyarakatnya.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan limbah padat kelapa sawit PT Bumi Sawit Sukses Pratama di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung). sebagai sumber bahan baku energi listrik menjadi salah satu pilihan diantara sumber energi baru lainnya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan energi listrik selain bersumber dari PLN. Untuk pembangkit listrik tenaga uap yang dijalankan, sistem didukung oleh turbin dengan kapasitas 2 MW dan 2 unit boiler dengan kapasitas masing-masing 45 ton/jam yang dioperasikan secara bergantian. Efisiensi boiler unit 1 terendah didapat 39% dan tertinggi 49%. Sedangkan efisiensi terendah pada boiler unit 2 yakni 39% dan tertinggi 49%. Kemudian untuk produksi uap pada boiler unit 1 tertinggi 34.300 kg/jam dan terendah 27.500 kg/jam. Lalu untuk produksi uap boiler unit 2 tertinggi 34.800 kg/jam dan terendah 27.500 kg/jam

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan permasalahan pada pembelajaran penyandian semaphore di pramuka yang sering kali menggunakan metode yang monoton sehingga menyebabkan anggota Pramuka kurang tertarik dan kesulitan dalam memahami materi yang disampaikan maka diperlukan alat bantu berupa media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia yang diharapkan dapat membantu dalam proses pembelajaran penyandian di pramuka. Perancangan aplikasi ini menggunakan metode Hierarchy Plus Input – Process – Output (HIPO). HIPO menggunakan tiga macam diagram untuk masing – masing tingkatan, yaitu Visual Table of Contents (VTOC), Overview Diagram (OD), dan Detail Diagram (DD) sehingga menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi yang terdiri dari dua menu utama, yaitu sandi dan permainan, pada menu sandi user dapat melihat animasi yang terdiri dari semua huruf abjad dan kata lain seperti SOS, sedangkan pada menu permainan user di suguhkan dengan permainan edukasi yang berupa susun kata dari kata ke semaphore atau dari semaphore ke kata. Hasil dari penelitian ini diukur dengan kuisioner yang disebarkan ke anggota pramuka di yogyakarta khusus nya anggota pramuka yang ada di UII, dari hasil kuisioner diperoleh bahwa aplikasi ini dapat membantu dalam proses pembalajaran di sandi semaphore

Abstract

Rooftop Solar Power Plants are an alternative option for environmentally friendly power plants. The application of this technology for the electricity needs of residential areas can be done with the Solar Home System (SHS). One of the roofs that can be used for PV rooftops is the roof of the house in D'Rich Arasel housing with a roof area of 65.5 m². PV Rooftop in D'Rich Arasel housing is designed to meet daily electrical energy needs. The PV rooftop design uses 2 systems, system 1 is a PV mini-grid system based on a daily load that uses 22 units of 250 wp solar panels, 17 units of 150Ah batteries, 1 unit of 3 kW inverter, and 1 unit of solar charge controller 250 A which produces 4077 kWh/year at an investment cost. of Rp. 318,103,346 for 15 years and obtained an NPV value of Rp.-209.932,101. In system 2, namely the PV system based on the entire roof area using 36 units of 200 wp solar panels, 24 units of 150Ah batteries, 1 unit of 8 kW inverter, and 1 unit of a solar charge controller 250 A which produces 12851 kWh/year with an investment cost of Rp. 478,782,406 for 15 years and obtain an NPV value of Rp. 182,529,881.

Abstract

Community service activities carried out was non-research-based community services. The service activity was motivated by Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia and whole the world. During the Covid-19 pandemic, Minister of Education and Culture Nadiem Anwar Makarim published an online learning policy and forbiden face-to-face meetings and applies to all levels of education. To support limited face-to-face learning and online learning, the Service Team of the Department of Electrical Engineering, University of Bangka Belitung planned to a Virtual Lab Training Special for Engineering Learning for Teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Simpangkatis to Support the Government's Program to Suppress the Transmission of Covid-19. This service has several stages which must be followed starting from collaborating with partners and willingness to become partners, making proposals for community service activities so that they can be funded, conducting training activities and guiding partners in developing Virtual Lab-based technical learning, evaluating and making final reports and targeting one of them to be able to publish in National Journal of Community Service. In the future, with the implementation of this activity, it is hoped that it can become a pilot for the implementation of virtual labs for other SMKs in Central Bangka Regency in particular and the Province of the Bangka Belitung Islands in general.

Abstract

A classic problem that hinders farmers from spraying herbicide liquids because they still use a herbicide liquid sprayer system in amanual way. This research aims to produce electric herbicide sprayers that are efficient and effective for the community, as well as to engenalize and utilize renewable energy as energy that is easy to obtain and environmentally friendly, especially in agriculture. The sources produced by the 20Wp solar panels are in the form of Voltage, Current, Power and Electrical Energy. Solar panel measurements are taken for 7 days, starting from 08.00 WIB to 15.00 WIB. The results obtained for the largest average values of Voltage, Amperes, and Power were on day 7 where the Voltage was 13.72V, Current was 0.43A, and Power was 5.88W. S. Sexplained for the average value of the largest Electrical Energy was on day 2 and day 5 of 0.60Wh. The effect in taking solar panel data in this study was Light Intensity, with the largest average n ilai being on the 7th day, which was 905.8 W/m2. The manufacture of electric herbicide sprayers based on 20 Wp solar panels has been carried out with very effective results and functions in accordance with the purpose of making tools, namely introducing renewable energy as alternative energy that is easily available, especially in agriculture

Abstract

The power generation system with hybrid system grid connected (HSGC) technology is an energy-saving technology that is able to compensate for electricity loads in an energy-efficient manner in today's technological advances. Electrical transient analyzer power (ETAP) simulation software is implemented so that the modeling will have an impact on the development of hybrid systems. Testing the reliability of the system is simulated at the load of school buildings, laboratories, mosques, and kindergarten schools. parameters obtained by evaluating the ratio of the voltage drop before and after the addition of photovoltaic. The value of the voltage drops decreases with the integration of hybrid photovoltaic. The school building panels experienced a voltage drop of 0.15%, reduced after the addition of photovoltaics and wind turbines. Then on the Laboratory panel, a voltage drops of 0.05% was obtained, on the mosque panel the voltage drop reached 0.11%, and on the kindergarten building panel the voltage drop reached 0.09% after the addition of photovoltaic hybrid. From this comparison it can be said that PV and wind turbines can affect the voltage drop and reduce the consumption of electricity loads from the grid caused by adding power from the hybrid photovoltaic hybrid to each load.

Abstract

Electrical power is a a vital requirement for economic development and social development. Beyond the importance of the function of electrical energy for the community, it is very unfortunate that not all areas in Indonesia that are irrigated plants. The breakdown of power supplies is not separated from the problem of insufficient power generation of electricity. Overcome this problem it is necessary to glance alternative electric energy generation business-friendly environment, available all day long and easily in installation. Wind energy power plants may be a solution. Degan wind speeds in the range 5 m / s in Indonesia need to designed a wind turbine to rotating and generate energy even for a rotating with a low speed. The selected wind turbine is the horizontal axis wind turbine blades having a shapes similar to a propeller - blades aircraft in general. Material planned for the horizontal axis wind the turbine was originally wood that is readily available material and easy to shape. This wooden blade length of about 0.75 m, but after completed and assembled the turbine was not rotate even though the wind speed has reached 4 m / s, this is certainly not fit for purpose of the study. The next material is arkrilik, this type has advantages compared to wood material that is lightweight, thin and of sufficient strength. Expected to advantages, this wind the turbine will be able to work as expected
