Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of Environmental Performance,  SIZE, and Corporate Social Responsibility to the net profit margin and the difference between the influence of the Environmental Performance and Corporate Social Responsibility SIZE as an intervening variable. The samples were registered manufactories on BEI, with total amount  of samples (n) were 93 with pooling data method from 2009 to 2011. Sample was taken using purposive sampling method based on particular criteria which was appropriate with research purposes. The results showed that the Environmental Performance (EP) significant negative effect on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Size significant negative effect on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Environmental Performance  (EP) significant positive effect on net profit margin (NPM), Size does not effect on the net profit margin (NPM), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has no effect on net profit margin (NPM), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in the first model did not prove to mediate Environmental Performance (EP) to Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in the second model is not proven to mediate Size to Net Profit Margin (NPM).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the relationship of leadership roles and entrepreneurial orientation to the performance of SMIs in the City of Kediri, where good management of SMEs can encourage SMEs to compete with other SMIs. The population of this study was all food SMIs in Kediri City, from that population, it was agreed that the judge sampling method would examine 30 SMIs in Kediri City. Data analysis techniques in this study used path analysis. The results showed that the management of SMIs is highly dependent on the role of entrepreneurial leadership, entrepreneurial orientation, and business strategy. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurial leadership factors and leadership orientation have a significant positive effect on business performance, while business strategies have not yet influenced business strategies and cannot be a mediating factor in this study.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan Kartu Debit, Kartu Kredit, E-Money, dan E-Wallet terhadap Pengeluaran Konsumsi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan kuesioner sebagai sumber datanya. Sampel penelitian dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Metode yang digunakan adalah sampel mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Surabaya yang telah menggunakan uang elektronik. Analisis data dengan analisis regresi linier berganda pada program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Kartu Debit dan E-Money secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengeluaran konsumsi. Artinya, peningkatan penggunaan kartu debit dan atau e-Money juga akan meningkatkan pengeluaran konsumsi secara signifikan. Kartu kredit dan e-Wallet tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengeluaran konsumsi. Penggunaan seperti Kartu Debit, Kartu Kredit, E-Money dan E-Wallet dapat berkontribusi 37,2% terhadap perubahan pengeluaran konsumsi.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap riskmanagement disclosure (RMD) atau pengungkapan manajemen risiko pada sektor keuanganyang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada 2012-216. Penelitian ini menggunakankepemilikan publik, ukuran perusahaan, leverage dan profitabilitas sebagai variabelindependen. Populasi pada penelitian ini ialah 42 perusahaan bank. Sampel penelitian iniadalah 31 perusahaan sektor keuangan sub sektor perbankan yang dipilih menggunakanmetode purposive sampling. Penelitian inimenggunakan data periode 2012-2016. Penelitian inimenggunakan data sekunder yaitu berupa laporan keuangan dan laporan tahunan perusahaanyang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini menunjukkanbahwa kepemilikan publik dan leverage berpengaruh signifikan terhadap risk managementdisclosure perusahaan, sedangkan variabel ukuran perusahaan dan profitabilitas tidakberpengaruh terhadap risk management disclosure.Kata kunci: risk management disclosure, kepemilikan publik, ukuran perusahaan,leverage dan profitabilitas.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to present the quality measurement of internet-based Islamic corporate governance and identify its effects on stakeholder trust. In measuring the implementation of corporate governance, this study uses the method of measuring the quality of Islamic corporate governance (IBCGS), as the development of IBCG and IBCG Rating Modified. This research uses descriptive exploratory analysis tools with PLS-SEM as the statistical tool. The object of this research is a company registered in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). The results showed that the implementation of corporate governance based on IBCGS by sample companies had been implemented but with varying quality. Meanwhile, the implementation of corporate governance in sharia companies positively influences shareholder trust manifested by their return on equity, stock returns and earnings per share. The findings of this study are expected to contribute to the signalling theory and agency theory in explaining the influence of the quality of corporate governance on the shareholder trust that should be concerned by sharia companies.

Abstract

In early 2020, almost all countries in the world, including Indonesia, experienced the impact of the COVID-19 virus pandemic. The people of Sukomulyo Lamongan Village are among those affected economically as a result of this pandemic. To overcome this problem, we have the initiative to provide training on making face shield masks to stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus. The mask making training is expected to be able to increase knowledge and increase the income of program at village level to educate women on various aspects of family welfare or woman in PKK (Pendidikan Kesejahteraan Keluarga). The purpose of this community service implementation is to reduce the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, and to create independence woman in PKK by learning to produce face shield masks. The method we do is by socializing about COVID-19, healthy living patterns during the pandemic, and training in making face shield masks. The results of this activity, which can be seen from the results of the questionnaire, show that 70% feel moved to implement the 5M and MIO movements, and 76% of participants plan to practice making their own face shield masks and will be sold. It can be concluded that this activity provides new experiences for PKK mothers in the Sukomulyo village about the importance of maintaining health during a pandemic, and making face shield masks.DOI: https://doi.org/10.26905/abdimas.v6i1.4887

Abstract

Batu and Kediri City are areas in East Java with very high tourism potential. The creativity of business actors seizes this opportunity with the many emerging SMIs engaged in processed food/beverages which are commonly used by tourists for souvenirs. To create a good food company, it requires a good application of SOP and attractive product packaging and in accordance with the Indonesian National Standard. The purpose of this activity is to provide training in the preparation of Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) and design product packaging in the processed food/beverage business in Batu City and Kediri. The training and mentoring method is used to achieve the goal of increasing the competitiveness of the Food Small and Medium Industries (IKM) in Batu City and Kediri City. The training participants were 50 processed food and beverage businesses that had potential but had constraints on the preparation of SOPs and product packaging that had not been maximized. The results of this training showed a change in the behavior of participants, initially, only 10% of participants in Kediri and 6.7% in Batu had an SOP to 100%. Furthermore, participants who did not design their packaging properly in Kediri were 66.7% and in Batu 70% higher the results had increased to 100%. These results indicate that the participants experienced an increase in their ability to prepare SOPs and design packaging.

Abstract

Kedungdowo Village has a village-owned business entity with the name BUMDes Tumbuh Lestari. Those who have business units include the Savings and Loans Unit and are currently developing, the second is the village market, and the third is a heavy equipment rental unit. The challenges during the Covid pandemic have hampered the performance of BUMD. Therefore, it is important to empower through training and mentoring to prepare BUMD to grow sustainably in order to survive during the pandemic with financial management and branding. Based on the results of the training and mentoring, it can be concluded that the material presented is easy to understand and easy to implement, as well as the outputs for preparing improved financial reports and food product branding grids that will be produced by BUMDs

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi  berdampak pada penyediaan akses informasi yang cepat, tepat dan akurat. Website bagi sebuah desa berguna untuk menampilkan data demografi, potensi, produk dan sumber daya manusia. Data tersebut tidak akan terbaca oleh masyarakat luas jika hanya di tulis di papan infomasi di balai desa. Selain itu, website desa juga mewujudkan transparansi pembangunan desa dan akuntabilitas keuangan di masing-masing desa. Saat ini desa sudah mendapat dana desa yang harus di pertanggungjawabkan kepada publik. Dengan adanya website tersebut masyarakat bisa tahu, program apa yang sedang dan akan di jalankan oleh desa, sekaligus mencantumkan jumlah anggarannya. selain itu fungsi website desa sebagai sarana masyarakat untuk menyampaikan saran, kritik dan aduan yang membangun bagi desa tersebut. Website desa akan menampilkan data riil kemiskinan dan pengangguran. Datanya bahkan lebih maju dari milik BPS karena sudah diverifikasi berdasar kondisi sosiologis desa.
