Abstract

ABSTRACTSME Foods that become partners of this activity have produced the product well, but the packaging used is still simple to less attract consumer interest. Besides, there are regulations from the Ministry of Health that food products from SMEs circulating on the market must have a PIRT number. Based on the results of the survey, SMEs food in the village of Raci Tengah does not know how the PIRT registration flow or its requirements. But some of the requirements in selling a product such as packaging must have a label that contains important information, but according to the team's monitoring at the time of survey, the label that the SMEs made food still does not contain all of the information. The training and mentoring method was chosen to provide insight and knowledge of SME owners so that they immediately have PIRT and packaging in accordance with the times. Overall the effectiveness of this activity was able to mobilize 82.6% of partners to carry out the results of the training. This result was quite satisfying from the team's target of only 70%. The results of the mentoring of this activity can be input for the village head of Raci Tengah to always provide training and assistance to improve the competitiveness of food / beverage SMEs in the village. Keywords: SMEs Food, Packaging, PIRT ABSTRAKUKM makanan yang menjadi mitra kegiatan ini sebenarnya telah memproduksi produk dengan baik, namun kemasan yang digunakan masih sederhana sehingga kurang menarik minat konsumen. Selain itu terdapat peraturan dari Kementerian Kesehatan bahwa produk makanan dari UKM yang beredar di pasaran harus memiliki  nomor PIRT. Berdasarkan hasil survei, UKM makanan  di Desa Raci Tengah belum tahu bagaimana alur pendaftaran PIRT maupun persyaratannya. Namun beberapa persyaratan dalam menjual sebuah produk diantaranya kemasan harus memiliki label yang memuat informasi penting, namun menurut pantauan tim pada saat survei, label yang dibuat UKM makanan masih belum memuat semua informasi tersebut. Metode pelatihan dipilih untuk memberikan wawasan dan pengetahuan pemilik UKM agar segera memiliki PIRT dan kemasan yang sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman. Secara keseluruhan keefektifan kegiatan ini adalah mampu menggerakkan 82,6% mitra untuk menjalankan hasil pelatihan. Hasil tersebut cukup memuaskan dari target tim yang hanya 70%. Hasil pendampingan kegiatan ini dapat menjadi masukkan bagi para kepala desa Raci tengah untuk senantiasa memberikan pelatihan-pelatihan serta pendampingan guna meningkatkan daya saing dari UKM makanan/minuman yang ada di desa tersebut. Kata Kunci: UKM Makanan, Kemasan, PIRT

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan Kartu Debit, Kartu Kredit, E-Money, dan E-Wallet terhadap Pengeluaran Konsumsi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan kuesioner sebagai sumber datanya. Sampel penelitian dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Metode yang digunakan adalah sampel mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Surabaya yang telah menggunakan uang elektronik. Analisis data dengan analisis regresi linier berganda pada program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Kartu Debit dan E-Money secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengeluaran konsumsi. Artinya, peningkatan penggunaan kartu debit dan atau e-Money juga akan meningkatkan pengeluaran konsumsi secara signifikan. Kartu kredit dan e-Wallet tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengeluaran konsumsi. Penggunaan seperti Kartu Debit, Kartu Kredit, E-Money dan E-Wallet dapat berkontribusi 37,2% terhadap perubahan pengeluaran konsumsi.

Abstract

This research studies the relationship between profitability, leverage, Investment opportunity set, tax avoidance and managerial ownership on dividend policy and to determine whether liquidity can be a moderating variable between the effect of profitability, leverage, Investment opportunity set, tax avoidance and managerial ownership on dividend policy. The sample of this study consisted of 15 companies confirmed by the Indonesia Stock Exchange in property and real estate from 2018–2021. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The analysis technique uses path analysis with STATA 17. Before using the path analysis, we must make the test assumption of normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation. The research found no significant effect on profitability, leverage, investment opportunity set, tax avoidance and managerial ownership on dividend policy. Liquidity was found to be moderating variables for profitability, tax avoidance and investment opportunity set on dividend policy. While in the test, liquidity can’t be moderating variable for leverage and managerial ownership on dividend policy

Abstract

ABSTRACTCommunity service is the contribution of higher education institutions to optimize community potential through various empowerment programs, for example strengthening micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Snacks and pastries are a potential business in several villages in the Kapas District, Bojonegoro Regency. Entrepreneurs who produce cakes and snacks are constrained by increasingly fierce competition, encourage business partners to lower the selling price of their products in order to compete. The increase in raw material prices further reduced the profit margins of entrepreneurs. Through training and mentoring, entrepreneurs are guided to calculate production costs, record simple financial reports and determine the appropriate selling price. Entrepreneurs are given the insight to be more creative in utilizing the potential of their surroundings as raw materials for their products, such as moringa leaves and banana stems as snacks. The training also provides knowledge on how to read market opportunities and increase product value through attractive packaging to increase sales value. The development of Bojonegoro tourism can be a marketing door, especially for products that are characteristic of Bojonegoro, such as ledre bananas and processed snake fruit as well as snacks from various commodities in the Kapas District. The results of the activities show that partners are satisfied with the activities carried out. The value of knowledge related to business management and marketing increased as seen from the posttest score. Furthermore, partners want assistance regarding the use of the latest digital platforms as promotional media. Keywords: Business Management, MSMEs, Cookies and Snack, Kapas District,  ABSTRAKPengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan kontribusi perguruan tinggi untuk mengoptimalkan potensi masyarakat melalui berbagai program pemberdayaan misalnya penguatan wirausaha mikro dan kecil dan menengah (UMKM). Jajanan dan kue kering merupakan salah satu usaha potensial di beberapa desa di Kecamatan Kapas Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Pengusaha produsen kue dan makanan ringan terkendala persaingan yang makin ketat yang mendorong mitra pengusaha menurunkan harga jual produknya agar dapat bersaing. Kenaikan harga bahan baku makin menurunkan keuntungan pengusaha. Melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan, pengusaha dibimbing melakukan perhitungan biaya produksi, mencatat laporan keuangan secara sederhana dan menentukan harga jual yang sesuai. Pengusaha diberikan wawasan agar lebih kreatif memanfaatkan potensi sekitar sebagai bahan baku produknya, seperti daun kelor dan batang pisang sebagai makanan ringan. Pelatihan juga membekali pengetahuan bagaimana membaca peluang pasar dan meningkatkan nilai produknya melalui kemasan yang menarik untuk meningkatkan nilai jual. Perkembangan pariwisata Bojonegoro dapat menjadi pintu pemasaran khususnya produk-produk yang menjadi ciri khas Bojonegoro seperti pisang ledre dan olahan salak serta makanan ringan dari berbagai komoditas yang ada di Kecamatan Kapas. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan mitra pengusaha puas dengan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan. Nilai pengetahuan terkait manajemen bisnis dan pemasaran meningkat dilihat dari nilai posttest. Abstract

Analisis untuk menghindari capital lost harus dilakukan sejak dini karena pihak eksternal salah satunya investor menjadi penerima risiko terbesar, jika perusahaan mengalami financial distress. Pihak eksternal melakukan Early Warning System (EWS) dengan cara melakukan analisis untuk memprediksi financial distress. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membandingkan beberapa model prediksi Financial Distress sehingga diperoleh model prediksi yang paling akurat. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada industri ritel global yang termasuk dalam Kantar's 2020 Top 30 Global Retails (EUR). Penentuan model prediksi yang paling akurat dilakukan dengan menentukan tingkat akurasi model prediksi dan menghitung tingkat akurasi masing-masing model. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah tiga puluh perusahaan ritel global. Data dalam penelitian ini diambil dari enam puluh laporan tahunan periode 2019-2020. Penelitian ini membandingkan enam model prediktor financial distress yaitu Model Altman, Model Fulmer, Model Grover, Model Springate, Model Taffler, dan Model Zmijewski. Berdasarkan hasil perbandingan enam model prediksi financial distress, model Grover memiliki tingkat akurasi tertinggi, yaitu 76,67%. Kebaruan penelitian ini yaitu menambahkan model Taffler sebagai model prediski financial distress. Implikasi penelitian membantu perusahaan dalam memahami analisis prediksi financial distress dan dapat mengambil keputusan jika perusahaan mengalami kesulitan keuangan atau bahkan terjadi kebangkrutan. Bagi investor, dapat digunakan untuk membantu melihat potensi financial distress pada suatu perusahaan dan sebagai bahan pertimbangan sebelum melakukan keputusan investasi.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of financial literacy, lifestyle, self-control, conformity, and self-esteem on consumptive behaviour in Generation Z Korean wave fans in the Sidoarjo district. The data collection technique used purposive sampling and quota sampling with 231 respondents of Generation Z Korean wave fans in the Sidoarjo district. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires online. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis techniques on AMOS version 24 software to produce conclusive causal relationships. The results of this study indicate that lifestyle and self-control significantly affect consumptive behaviour. While financial literacy, conformity, and self-esteem are insignificant to consumptive behaviour. This research is expected to provide an attitude that is not excessive to the development of Korean culture so that changes in habits and behaviour do not impact excessive lifestyle. This can lead to financial problems, such as increased debt levels or difficulty saving, stress, and anxiety related to economic conditions. Generation Z Korean Wave fans in Sidoarjo Regency are expected to increase self-control, be wiser in financial management decisions, and regulate consumption behaviour by needs, not just satisfy desires.

Abstract

This research determines what can influence financial distress in infrastructure sector companies for 2019-2022. The independent variables used in this research are debt to asset ratio, total asset turnover, and sales growth. In this study, managerial ownership is used as a moderating variable to determine whether it can moderate the relationship between independent variables and financial distress. Using a purposive sampling technique, the sample in this study used 11 infrastructure sector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2019-2022 period. The data analysis techniques used in this research are logistic regression analysis and moderated regression. The results show that the debt-to-asset ratio positively influences financial distress, total asset turnover does not influence financial distress, and the sales growth variable negatively influences financial distress. Then, managerial ownership cannot be a moderating variable in the debt-to-asset ratio, total asset turnover and sales growth variables. The results of this research can be used as a comparison or reference for research on similar topics. The implications of this research refer to the importance of companies in evaluating financial performance through financial ratios to minimize the risk of financial distress.

Abstract

Financial behavior emerged around 1990. In Indonesia, consumer behavior causes low savings. Online loans, supported by technology, are rampant with easy access. Surabaya, a metropolitan city with high fintech activity, recorded many borrowers and complaints of online loans. Generation Z and Millennials (19-34 years) are the largest users of online loans, often for lifestyle, with a credit value reaching IDR 26.87 trillion. Ease of digital access encourages consumption and use of online loans among this generation. This study uses quantitative research techniques, Quantitative research is a positive-based research approach. This approach is used to analyze the population and samples studied. Data analysis is carried out statistically or with measurable measures to check the assumptions that have been set. The study shows that financial literacy, financial self-efficacy, and financial attitude have a positive effect on the financial management behavior of the Millennial and Z generations who use online loans. However, lifestyle has a negative effect. The level of financial literacy, financial self-efficacy, and financial attitude of respondents is relatively high, while lifestyle is also high. Oddly enough, income does not have a significant effect on their financial management behavior. financial literacy, financial self-efficacy, and financial attitude positively influence the financial management behavior of Millennial and Z generations of online loan users in Surabaya. However, a consumptive lifestyle has a negative effect. Oddly enough, income does not significantly influence their financial behavior, because other factors such as literacy and lifestyle are more dominant.
