Abstract

Abstract: The research was conducted because of the law learning achivement of student on the Hydrocarbon and Petroleum subject who has not reached KKM was 70,00 that has been establishted in school. The research aimed to improve learning achievement of students on Hydrocarbon and Petroleum subject in XI class MIA SMAN 1 Tapung Hulu. This research was a kind of experimental research with pretest-posttest design. The research was conducted in SMAN 1 Tapung Hulu. The samples of this research were the students of XI MIA 4 class, as the experimental class and students of XI MIA 3 class, as the control class, which were determined randomly after doing the normality test and homogeneity test. The learning process at experimental class and control class used scientific approach which was based on the curriculum in 2013. Experimental was the class which was given the treatment that used gallery walk method, while the control class was not. The data analysis technique we used is the t test. Criteria testing H0 accepted if tcount>ttable, dk=n1+n2-2 with α=0,05. Based on the result of data analysis test, we obtained tcount>ttable is 3,79 >1,67,it meant that the application of gallery walk of leraning method could improve learning achievement on the Hydrocarbon and Petroleum subject in XI classs SMAN 1 Tapung Hulu.Key Words : Gallery Walk Learning, Learning Achievement, Hidrocarbon and Petroleum

Abstract

Abstract: Research has been done by applying cooperative learning model Team Games Tournament (TGT) to improve student achievement on the subject of solubility and solubility product concept (Ksp) at 11th of SMA Negeri 14 Pekanbaru. This type of research is an experimental research conducted in the second semester of the academic year 2014/2015. The sample consisted of two classes, XI IPA3 as an experiment class and XI IPA2 as a control class. The data collection technique is a technique tests. The data collected was obtained from tests homogeneity and difference between the value pretest posttest with a hypothesis test data. Data were analyzed by t-test were used to determine the increase learning achievement between the experimental and control classes. From the research results can be concluded that the application of cooperative learning model Team Games Tournament (TGT) can improve student achievement on the subject of solubility and solubility product concept (Ksp).Keyword : Cooperative Learning Model, Cooperative Learning Model TGT, Student’s Achievements

Abstract

Abstract: Classroom action research had been done on student learning activity on Colloid subject in XI MIA 3 of SMAN 1 Pekanbaru. This research was conducted by using student worksheet that is based on IDEAL Problem Solving. Student learning activity which is repaired the activity of asking question, submit answers or opinions, doing student worksheet is based on IDEAL Problem Solving and group discussion. This research consisted of two cycles. Each cycle consisted of two meetings that went through four stages of implementation: planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data collection technique use observation test and questionnaire . The result of action showed that learning activity percentage of student improved and reached the success indicator. The learning activity of student percentage in first cycle is 61,33% with enough category and second cycle is 73,86% with good category. Based on the result obtained, it can be concluded the using of student worksheet that is based on IDEAL Problem Solving can improve student learning activity.Keyword :Student Worksheet That is Based On IDEAL Problem Solving, Student Learning Activity, Colloid

Abstract

Abstract: Research on the application of cooperative learning model Active Knowledge Sharing has been conducted to improve student learning achievement on the topic Hidrokarbon at class X SMAN 1 Siak Hulu. This research is experimental research with randomized control group pretest-posttest design. The sample took in the April – Mei 2016. The sample consisted of two classes, X1 class as experimental class and X3 class as control class. Experimental class is a class that is used cooperative learning model Active Knowledge Sharing, while the control class was not. Data analysis technique used is the t-test. Based on analysis of data obtained tarithmetic > ttable is 2,5 > 1,67 It means that the application of cooperative learning model Active Knowledge Sharing can improve student achievement on the topic Hidrokarbon at class X SMAN 1 Siak Hulu. The category of the increasing learning achievement in experiment group included into high level by the normalized score gain (N – gain) was 0.704.Keywords: cooperative learning, Active Knowledge Sharing, learning sachievement, Hidrokarbon

Abstract

Abstract: The research was conducted in Senior High School 1 Sungai Apit. This research aims to increase student achievement on the subject of reaction rate in class XI Senior High School 1 Sungai Apit.  This research is a kind of experiment research with pretest-posttest design. The sample consists of two classes which were decided randomly after doing normality and homogenity test. Experimental class is a class that is used media Prezi Desktop  Forever, while the control class was not. Data analysis technique used is the t-test. Based on analysis of data obtained tcount> ttable is 1,78 > 1,67, means that the Prezi Desktop Forever can improve student achievement on the subject of reaction rate in class XI Senior High School 1 Sungai Apit where the effect of an increase is 5,435%. Abstract

Abstract : This research is about the application of active learning strategy Learning Tournamenttype that has conducted to know the increasing of student’s learning achievement on Solubility  and Constanta Solubility Product  topic in class X MIA of 2 Senior High School Pekanbaru. This research was experiment by design pretest and posttest. The sample determined randomly after doing normality and homogeneity test of 3 classes as population and then class X MIA2 as experiment group and X MIA 3 as control group. The experiment group was applied by the application of active learning strategy Learning Tournament type. The data analysis technique used was t - test. Based on the tabulation of last data obtained tcount> ttable was 1,79 ≥ 1,68 meant that the application of active learning strategy Learning Tournamenttype could increase the student’s learning achievement on Solubility  and Constanta Solubility Product topic in class X MIA of 2 Senior High School Pekanbaru. Abstract

Abstract : Development of interactive learning media based on Visual Basic 6.0 on the topic Structure Atomic has been done. Development of interactive learning media to get a valid and practical. The research method used ADDIE models which consists of stages are Analisys, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. Data collected technique used validation sheet was given to three  validators (media experts and matter expert). The results showed score of the designing aspects was 93,52 %, pedagogic aspect 93,33%, the content aspect was 95,81 % and the ease of use aspect was 97,62%. Average score overall validation of interactive learning media based on Visual Basic 6.0 on the topic Struktured Atomic was 95,63%. A valid interactive learning media then trial used by practitioners (user) questionnaire responses of teacher was score 95,65 % with categories valid and can be use in learning process.

Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this research to increase student achievement on the subject of solubility and solubility product in class XI IPA SMA N 10 Pekanbaru through the implementation of active learning strategy type Learning Starts With A Question (LSQ)). This research was used pretest-posttest design. The sample consisted of two classes, XI IPA 5 class as experiment class and XI IPA 4 class as control class that randomly selected after testing normality and homogeneity. Experiment class was given by implementing active learning strategy type LSQ and the control class was given by discution method. T-test was used to analyse the data. Data of research obtained tcount > ttable (2,503 > 1,67). It means the use of active learning strategy type LSQ could improve student’s achievement on the subject of solubility and solubility product in class XI IPA SMAN 10 Pekanbaru with an increase of 7,81%..Keywords : Active Learning Strategy, Learning Starts With A Question (LSQ), Student’s Achievement, solubility and solubility product
