<![CDATA[Vocational education as a part of the National Education system plays a strategic role for the realization of the skilled national labor. Because each vocational graduates is created to become good human resources, in the sense that when theyhave completed vocational school they able to apply the knowledge. But in fact, the graduates of vocational school is recognized only by itself school and still lack confidence in the business and industrial world. The old model of vocational education has disadvantage, is education model that was conducted unilaterally so that students left behind by the progress of the business/industrial world. Creating creativity and independence of the student is the right answer to avoiddependency and to reduce the unemployment rate. The Awareness of selfdevelopment by enhancing the students' confidence and self-reliance is an important part to prepare for the long-term goal achievement. AbstrakPendidikan kejuruan sebagai salah satu bagian dari sistem Pendidikan Nasional, memainkan peran yang sangat strategis bagi terwujudnya angkatan tenaga kerja nasional yang terampil. Karena setiap lulusan SMK memang diciptakan untuk menjadi sumber daya manusia yang siap pakai, dalam arti ketika mereka telah menyelesaikan sekolahnya mereka dapat menerapkan ilmu yang telah merekadapat sewaktu di sekolah. Namun pada kenyataannya, tamatan SMK hanya diakui oleh sekolah sendiri dan masih minimnya kepercayaan dunia usaha dan duniaindustri. Pendidikan kejuruan model lama memiliki kelemahan yaitu, penyelenggaraan pendidikan secara sepihak sehingga anak didik tertinggal oleh kemajuan dunia usaha/dunia industri. Menciptakan kreativitas dan kemandirian siswa, merupakan jawaban tepat untuk menghindari ketergantungan dan dapat mengurangi tingkat pengangguran. Kesadaran mengembangkan diri dengan meningkatkan kepercayaan dan kemandirian siswa, merupakan bagian penting untuk mempersiapkan pencapaian tujuan jangka panjang.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui terkait kemampuan guru pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan prinsip pembelajaran abad 21 di SDN 2 Brotonegaran. Pembelajaran abad 21 pada saat ini penting untuk dilaksanakan secara menyeluruh terhadap siswa, karena akan menjadikan siswa mampu beradaptasi dengan perkembangan zaman. Akan tetapi, kenyataannya terdapat beberapa guru yang belum memahami konsep pembelajaran abad 21 ataupun mengalami kendala terkait pelaksanaannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Metode yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwasanya pembelajaran yang dilakukan di SDN 2 Brotonegaran telah melaksanakan pembelajaran yang berorientasi pada prinsip pembelajaran abad 21. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari kemampuan guru dalam menerapkan pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa melalui metode tanya jawab, pengembangan materi, dan bimbingan sesuai minat dan bakat siswa. Guru juga melakukan pembelajaran kolaboratif dengan mengajarkan siswa untuk menghargai sesama dan membentuk siswa secara berkelompok disertai penugasan dan bimbingan. Selain itu, guru juga melaksanakan pembelajaran kontekstual dengan pengajaran yang menyesuaikan dengan RPP dan mengembangkan materi serta evaluasi. Guru juga melaksanakan pembelajaran yang terintegrasi dengan masyarakat dengan mengadakan pertemuan wali murid dan komite, mengikutsertakan masyarakat dalam beberapa kegiatan sekolah, serta menanamkan dan menerapkan serta memotivasi siswa tentang nilai-nilai sosial.]]>

<![CDATA[This activity aims to increase the knowledge of breeders and farmer regarding the utilization of livestock wasto into compost. An alternative technology that can be applied and has positive prospects is to convert poultry farm waste, namely chicken manure into compost. The target for laying hen farms is to produce compost that can be used by the people of pomahan village, pulung district, ponorogo regency as a short term target, and the long term target is to sell compost to other consumer goods outside the village. Effective technology for community transformation uses method extension, training by making demonstration, or direct practice coupled with mentoring. The method used in this servise research is a qualitative method with an approach to this service, namely ABCD ( asset based community development ) which is oriented to explore and find various problems or potentials owned by the community. The result of this activity is that the community is able to process negative things into positive things, so that from these activities the community is able to manage and become the main actor in gterms of innovation to create useful compost for farmers in the village.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to explore the impact of mentoring on improving the understanding of Islamic cultural history among 11th-grade students at MA Ma'arif Klego. The research method used is qualitative, and data were collected through interviews with 11th-grade students regarding the Islamic Cultural History (SKI) learning process. The results of the study indicate that mentoring significantly enhances the understanding of Islamic cultural history among the 11th-grade students at MA Ma'arif Klego. The mentoring group showed higher understanding scores than the non-mentoring group. Additionally, observations of the learning process indicated more active participation and better understanding from students who received mentoring. These findings have important implications for teaching practices in schools, especially in the context of understanding Islamic cultural history. Mentoring can be an effective strategy in helping students grasp complex concepts and strengthen their learning in the classroom. Future research could develop more specific mentoring approaches and evaluate their long-term impact.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine assistance in forming digital awareness at the Hidayatul Ummah Magetan Islamic Elementary School. This is important to research because students need assistance in forming technological awareness. This research was carried out using a qualitative approach, data was collected by observation, interviews and documentation. Results show that student mentoring efforts play an important role in forming digital awareness, with a focus on understanding risks, responsible use of technology, and developing critical skills in facing digital challenges. Teachers also provide collaborative assistance with parents in successfully forming good digital awareness for children.]]>

<![CDATA[Instilling morals in children from an early age is very important considering that in an increasingly modern era, moral education as the main factor in self-discipline has become a tool of internal control in behaving consistently in religion. It is very important to introduce religious and moral values for young children as early as possible as the most basic foundation in the child's growth and development process. The aims of this research are (1) To describe the individual attitudes of each student at TPA Al - Jariyah prayer room. (2) To describe the application of moral values to students at TPA prayer room at Al - Jariyah (3) To find out the obstacles in implementing these values. morale in the students of TPA AL – Jariyah and looking for a solution. This research uses qualitative methods by conducting direct interviews with religious figures and students. The data collection techniques used are through direct interviews and observation. The results of this research show that the Al – Jariyah TPA program has been implemented according to the program formulated by the KPM INSURI PONOROGO group. The application of santri moral values has been practiced in the activities and process of habituation and example by teachers. The obstacles are the length of meetings, social interactions outside the TPA, including social media at home and in the student's living environment.]]>

<![CDATA[Pemahaman guru terhadap pembelajaran abad 21 menjadi kunci dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran yang adaptif terhadap perkembangan zaman. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan pemahaman guru terhadap pembelajaran abad 21 di SMPN 3 Kebonagung Satu Atap. Pentingnya implementasi pembelajaran abad 21 menunjukan bahwa guru di SMPN 3 Kebonagung Satu Atap masih perlu mendalami dalam keterampilan memanfaatkan teknologi. Sehingga hal ini membuat pembelajaran kurang maksimal. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Batasan penelitian ini terfokus pada pemahaman guru terhadap pembelajaran abad 21. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa guru sudah memahami konsep pembelajaran abad 21, tetapi ada beberapa hal yang perlu ditingkatkan yaitu ketersediaan teknologi pembelajaran dan keterampilan guru dalam menggunakan teknologi. ]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to analyze the application of the hybrid learning method at MIN 1 Madiun City. In the current digital era, the effectiveness of learning methods is increasingly becoming the focus of research. Analysis of the implementation of learning methods is important to provide recommendations for improving learning in the future. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews and literature study. The main focus of this research is the analysis and evaluation of the implementation of the hybrid learning method at MIN 1 Madiun City. The research results show that teachers at MIN 1 Madiun City have utilized various digital technologies, including the use of online learning platforms, to implement hybrid learning methods. This technology enables integration between face-to-face learning and online learning, providing flexibility and better access for students. This research also found that implementing the hybrid learning method can increase student engagement and provide a more interactive and effective learning experience. However, this research also identified several challenges, such as limited access to technology for some students and the need to increase digital competence for teachers. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide an important contribution in understanding the effectiveness of the hybrid learning method at MIN 1 Madiun City and help improve the quality of education at the madrasa. Thus, this research can be a reference for other educational institutions that wish to adopt similar learning methods.]]>
