Abstract

Abstrak Proses kegiatan belajar mengajar tidak lepas dari adanya sebuah bahan ajar. Bahan ajar dipilih guru untuk sebagai sarana menyampaikan materi pelajaran kepada peserta didik. Salah satu bahan ajar yang gencar digunakan adalah LKS. Dalam penggunaan sebuah bahan ajar, perlu adanya inovasi termasuk ketika guru memilih untuk menggunakan LKS sebagai bahan ajar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) untuk mendeskripsikan kelayakan LKS yang dinilai oleh ahli materi, bahasa, dan pembelajaran, 2) untuk mendeskripsikan efektivitas penggunaan LKS, 3) untuk mendeskripsikan respon siswa terhadap LKS. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model 4-D dari Thiagarajan yang meliputi Pendefinisian, Perancangan, Pengembangan, dan Penyebaran, namun tahap penyebaran tidak dilakukan pada penelitian ini. Setelah dilakukan proses telaah para ahli memberikan nilai keseluruhan rata-rata sebesar 85% sehingga dapat dinyatakan sangat layak. kemudian dilakukan uji coba terbatas pada 19 siswa, setelah siswa mengerjakan LKS, maka peneliti memberikan tes untuk mengukur sejauh mana efektivitas penggunaan LKS, hasilnya, rata-rata siswa mendapatkan nilai sebesar 90,3 dengan predikat A dan 94,7 siswa dinyatakan tuntas mengerjakan soal tipe C4 dan C5. Kemudian peneliti memberikan angket untuk mengetahui respon siswa terhadap LKS yang telah peneliti kembangkan, hasilnya sebanyak 96,7% siswa menjawab “ya” untuk poin-poin pernyataan, sehingga disimpulkan bahwa siswa merespon positif pengembangan LKS berorientasi problem based learning. Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to examine the impact of management commitment to service on employee service behaviors and to develop and test a conceptual model of the antecedents and consequences of job satisfaction in the hospitality industry.The conceptual framework consists of the following constructs: management support, reward, empowerment, training, job satisfaction, extra role customer service behavior and cooperation. Moreover, six hypotheses were developed and tested. Instrument test of validity and reliability used to test the validity of the measures, while multiple regression was used in hypotheses testing. Data were collected from 110 respondent who are working at Sekolah Dian Harapan Daan Mogot, Jakarta Barat.Strong support was found for 1 of the 6 hypotheses. Findings reveal that management support has positive effects on job satisfaction. It is shown that reward, empowerment, training are not related to job satisfaction. Moreover, it is demonstrated that the two dimensions of service behavior— extra-role customer service behaviors and cooperation also are not related to job satisfaction. Importantly, it is found that job satisfaction can be created from employee service behavior as the school is applying the management support to the employees.Keywords: management commitment; management support; employee job satisfaction; service behaviors

Abstract

The covid-19 pandemic has brought significant changes in every aspect of human life, including education. Indonesian Education and Culture Minister, Mr. Nadiem Anwar Makarim ordered all students including university students to research from home. Thus, the use of e-learning is the best choice in order that teaching and learning process run as well. This research aimed at knowing the teachers’ perception on e-learning at Vocational High School. The data was collected through interview. The participants were 3 English teachers selected by non-probability sampling which purposive sampling technique. The researcher used descriptive qualitative as a design method because it was considered as an appropriate approach as a type of research. The result of this research was presented descriptively in order to reveal the teachers' perception towards e-learning comprehensively. The research found that mostly the teachers gave good perception about e-learning. They improved their teaching through e-learning and got a new experience of the new media applied in teaching activity. Whereas, some teachers also gave perception that e-learning has obstacles that bad network, and the capacity of the application used in e-learning. Keywords: Teachers’ perception; E-learning

Abstract

Perkembangan ekonomi digital menuntut mahasiswa memiliki kemampuan kewirausahaan berbasis teknologi agar mampu bersaing dalam dunia kerja modern. Namun, rendahnya pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap pemanfaatan aplikasi digital masih menjadi kendala dalam pengembangan usaha mandiri. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi dan keterampilan digital mahasiswa Program Studi Administrasi Publik Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Hukum Universitas Negeri Makassar melalui pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi digital dalam kewirausahaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah interaktif yang diikuti dengan sesi evaluasi pretest dan posttest untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman peserta. Materi pelatihan mencakup pengenalan berbagai aplikasi digital untuk e-commerce, pemasaran, dan manajemen keuangan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman mahasiswa terkait konsep, kategori, serta implementasi aplikasi digital dalam kegiatan kewirausahaan. Mahasiswa menjadi lebih siap beradaptasi dengan perkembangan ekonomi digital dan memiliki kemampuan yang lebih baik dalam mengelola usaha berbasis teknologi. Kegiatan ini terbukti efektif dalam memperkuat literasi digital serta menumbuhkan semangat kewirausahaan di kalangan mahasiswa. Dengan demikian, pelatihan serupa disarankan untuk dikembangkan secara berkelanjutan dengan pendekatan praktik langsung guna memperkuat penerapan nyata dalam dunia usaha.

Abstract

Child sexual violence is an increasingly disturbing crime issue and a social emergency in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the legal assistance process for child victims of sexual violence in Palangka Raya City. Using normative legal research methods with a statutory and conceptual approach, this study examines the legal framework for child protection and compares it with field practices. Data was collected through a literature review of various documents, laws, and relevant literature. The results indicate that the legal assistance mechanism for child victims of sexual violence in Palangka Raya City, through Regional Regulation No. 1 of 2021, has demonstrated structured and comprehensive progress, ranging from assessment and cross-agency coordination to trial assistance and post-trial rehabilitation. However, its effectiveness still faces challenges, including limited human resources, suboptimal coordination, and social stigma. Then, according to the perspective of Islamic law, it is necessary to strengthen the maqashid al-syari'ah (hifz an-nafs and hifz al-'irdh) because child sexual violence is a serious crime that must be dealt with firmly and rehabilitated, so that this regulation is in line with the principles of Islamic justice in protecting children as a mandate from Allah SWT.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of multi-sector collaborative governance in accelerating stunting reduction in Bone Regency. This research departs from the still high prevalence of stunting which has an impact on the quality of human resources and regional economic productivity. The research approach used is qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation of stakeholders. Data analysis uses the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana models through the stages of reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that cross-sector collaboration in reducing stunting in Bone Regency has been quite effective from the five dimensions of collaboration effectiveness according to Roberts (2016), namely common goals, mutuality, enabling environment, trust, and certain personal characteristics. This collaboration has contributed to reducing the prevalence of stunting from 25.3% in 2023 to 21.9% in 2024 based on e-PPGBM data. The conclusion of this study confirms that adaptive and evidence-based collaborative governance is effective in accelerating the achievement of stunting reduction targets in Bone Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of governance and community participation on the effectiveness of village fund management in Mattirobulu Village, Bone Regency. The underlying problem is weak governance, which has a direct impact on the low level of community participation. Governance processes such as Musrenbangdes (Village Development Planning Meeting) are often carried out merely as a formality and not in accordance with regulations, so that community participation in planning is not optimally accommodated. This research is a quantitative study using a descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used include instrument validity and reliability tests, descriptive statistical analysis, normality tests, and inferential statistical analysis. The results show that the coefficient of determination (R Square) for the governance and community participation variables is 0.772. This indicates that governance and community participation together are able to explain 77.2% of the variance in the effectiveness of village fund management in Mattirobulu Village, which can be categorized as strong. This means that good governance is inherently linked to meaningful community participation, and effective village fund management cannot be separated from sound governance systems and active community involvement.

Abstract

The development of Makassar City as an economic activity center in Eastern Indonesia demands the availability of efficient, safe, and comfortable public transportation for the community. Through the Buy The Service (BTS) policy, the government introduced the Trans Mamminasata Bus as an effort to improve sustainable urban mobility. However, over time, the usage rate of this service has experienced a significant decline, indicating a persistent gap between public expectations and the actual service delivered. This study aims to analyze the service quality of the Trans Mamminasata Bus based on the five dimensions of Servqual: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The approach used is descriptive qualitative, with data analysis conducted through the stages of reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing using the Miles and Huberman model. The results show that the Trans Mamminasata Bus has contributed to improving the quality of public transportation in Makassar through adequate facilities and the implementation of a digital service system. However, issues remain regarding punctuality, inadequate bus stop conditions, and limited service information. Overall, the service quality is considered good but requires improvement in facility maintenance and public outreach. These findings are expected to provide input for local governments and operators in strengthening a public transportation system that prioritizes community satisfaction and ensures service sustainability in the future.
