Abstract

Students' low critical thinking skills were due to the lack of teachers' ability to foster it during the learning process. This research applied the TPACK teaching tools framework with problem-based learning in the mathematics classroom to examine and develop the level of critical thinking skills of Year 10 students at one of the senior high schools in Banda Aceh, Indonesia. The research instrument was formative tests given at the end of the lessons. The students' test showed that there was a lack of critical thinking skills at the beginning of the lesson. The last test showed that tificant positive development toward the level of students' critical thinking skills during the learning process using the TPACK learning framework with the problem-based learning model.

Abstract

Anestesi adalah penghilang rasa sakit yang dibagi menjadi anestesi general, regional, dan lokal berdasarkan seberapa efektifnya. Salah satu komplikasi pada pasca anestesi adalah shivering. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, hot pack diberikan sebagai tindakan non-farmakologis . Tujuan dari pemberian hot pack adalah untuk mengeluarkan panas dari tubuh pasien dan membuatnya merasa lebih hangat, sehingga pasien tidak mengalami shivering pasca anestesi. Metode pada Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini menggunakan metode pemberian implementasi hot pack untuk menurunkan shivering pada pasien pasca anestesi diruang recovery room di RSUD dr. Soedirman Kebumen sebanyak 30 peserta dengan melakukan pengukuran derajat shivering sebelum diberikan hot pack dan sesudah diberikan hot pack. Hasil dari Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat didapatkan mayoritas derajat shivering pada pre pemberian hot pack adalah derajat shivering 1 dengan jumlah 18 peserta (60%) dan pada post pemberian hot pack adalah derajat shivering 1 dengan jumlah 21 peserta (70%). Nilai minimal derajat shivering sebelum implementasi sebesar 1 dan setelah implementasi menjadi 0 serta nilai maksimal sebelum implementasi sebesar 3 dan setelah implementasi menjadi 2. Kesimpulan dari Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini yaitu hot pack dapat digunakan untuk menuunkan derajat shivering pada pasien pasca anestesi.

Abstract

Perkembangan ekonomi digital menuntut mahasiswa memiliki kemampuan kewirausahaan berbasis teknologi agar mampu bersaing dalam dunia kerja modern. Namun, rendahnya pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap pemanfaatan aplikasi digital masih menjadi kendala dalam pengembangan usaha mandiri. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi dan keterampilan digital mahasiswa Program Studi Administrasi Publik Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Hukum Universitas Negeri Makassar melalui pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi digital dalam kewirausahaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah interaktif yang diikuti dengan sesi evaluasi pretest dan posttest untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman peserta. Materi pelatihan mencakup pengenalan berbagai aplikasi digital untuk e-commerce, pemasaran, dan manajemen keuangan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman mahasiswa terkait konsep, kategori, serta implementasi aplikasi digital dalam kegiatan kewirausahaan. Mahasiswa menjadi lebih siap beradaptasi dengan perkembangan ekonomi digital dan memiliki kemampuan yang lebih baik dalam mengelola usaha berbasis teknologi. Kegiatan ini terbukti efektif dalam memperkuat literasi digital serta menumbuhkan semangat kewirausahaan di kalangan mahasiswa. Dengan demikian, pelatihan serupa disarankan untuk dikembangkan secara berkelanjutan dengan pendekatan praktik langsung guna memperkuat penerapan nyata dalam dunia usaha.

Abstract

This study examines the role of street-level bureaucrats (SLBs) in resilience governance, using the 2021 earthquake in Majene Regency, Indonesia, as a critical case. Moving beyond conventional interpretations of discretion as merely a reactive coping mechanism, the article reconceptualizes SLB discretion as a strategic capacity embedded within institutional resilience. Drawing on qualitative methods—semi-structured interviews, field observations, and document analysis—the study identifies how SLBs enact three forms of resilience capacity: absorptive, adaptive, and transformative. These roles enable SLBs to respond effectively to uncertainty, resource constraints, and procedural rigidity. Theoretically, the article advances the integration of resilience governance and street-level implementation theory by proposing an analytical framework that maps SLB practices across key dimensions of resilience. Empirically, the findings show that SLBs operate as informal first responders, adapting disaster policies in real time through the use of discretion, tacit knowledge, and social networks to bridge gaps between centralized systems and local needs. The study recommends formal recognition of SLB discretion through adaptive standard operating procedures (SOPs), flexible budgeting arrangements, and decentralized coordination mechanisms. Strengthening SLB institutions, underpinned by trust and institutional flexibility, can enhance the agility of the public sector. Overall, the findings offer conceptual and practical guidance for integrating local institutions into national resilience frameworks, particularly in fragile and disaster-prone settings across the Global South.

Abstract

The development of Makassar City as an economic activity center in Eastern Indonesia demands the availability of efficient, safe, and comfortable public transportation for the community. Through the Buy The Service (BTS) policy, the government introduced the Trans Mamminasata Bus as an effort to improve sustainable urban mobility. However, over time, the usage rate of this service has experienced a significant decline, indicating a persistent gap between public expectations and the actual service delivered. This study aims to analyze the service quality of the Trans Mamminasata Bus based on the five dimensions of Servqual: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The approach used is descriptive qualitative, with data analysis conducted through the stages of reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing using the Miles and Huberman model. The results show that the Trans Mamminasata Bus has contributed to improving the quality of public transportation in Makassar through adequate facilities and the implementation of a digital service system. However, issues remain regarding punctuality, inadequate bus stop conditions, and limited service information. Overall, the service quality is considered good but requires improvement in facility maintenance and public outreach. These findings are expected to provide input for local governments and operators in strengthening a public transportation system that prioritizes community satisfaction and ensures service sustainability in the future.
