Abstract

Rendahnya pengetahuan siswa yang umur sekolahan dalam memanfaatkan dan menggunakan fungsi uang untuk bertransaksi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Sehingga uang jajan atau uang saku yang diberikan oleh orang tuanya tidak dimanfaatkan secara bijak dan tepat. Seperti siswa siswi menggunakan uang jajan untuk bermain game online, paket internet bahkan beberapa siswa laki-laki digunakan untuk membeli rokok. Tujuan pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pembinaan dan edukasi kepada para siswa/ wi SMA N 1 Linggo Sari Baganti mengenai pemahaman dan bersikap bijak dalam menggunakan fungsi uang secara tepat yang dapat diaplikasikan dalam kehidupan mereka sehari-hari. Dari pengabdian yang telah dilakukan Siswa/ siswi menjadi pribadi yang paham dan mengerti cara menggunakan dan memfungsikan uang dengan tepat. Siswa siswi mampu mengendalikan uang melalui hal yang bersifat positif dengan mengembangkan kreatifitas yang dimiliki. Siswa siswi dalam menjadi prilaku yang sadar dan menggerti bagaimana cara untuk menggunakan uang dengan wawasan yang telah diberikan oleh tim PKM FKIP Universitas Ekasakti Padang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see the effectiveness of the implementation of Project Based Learning (PjBL) to improve student learning achievement in the independent curriculum era. This study used 30 students in the fifth semester who were attending computer accounting lectures. Sampling technique using total sampling. The method used is a quasi-experiment (Quasi Experiment). The design in this study uses a posttest control group design with a non-equivalent group. In this study, data collection was carried out after treatment (posttest). Posttest data was analyzed descriptively with Anova to find out the difference between the experimental group and the control group. The results of the hypothesis test stated that there was a difference in learning outcomes between students who were taught with PjBL learning compared to students who were taught with conventional learning with the tutorial method. In conclusion, the project-based learning model is effective in improving student learning outcomes

Abstract

The Government continues to maximize the potential of existing taxes to meet the State financing each year. One of the efforts by facilitating taxpayers to report their taxes through E-Filing or Electronic Filing System is this effort seen from the low level of individual taxpayer compliance due to taxpayers who have enrolled but not reported the SPT. The purpose of this research is to know the improvement of tax compliance report of Individual Personal Tax Payer in front of E-Filing as well as the factors that become obstacles in the implementation of E-Filing. This research includes descriptive research type using qualitative approach. Population in this research is all personal tax payer in Batam city, The sample of research use purposive sampling. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of E-filing has been quite successful in improving compliance through increasing the rate of submission of individual taxpayer annual tax returns. So many taxpayers feel more practical, easy, fast and efficient by using e-filing. But there are some obstacles in the application of e-filing, one of the obstacles is the lack of knowledge of taxpayers and the difficulty of convincing taxpayers will use e-filing easier and more efficiently. The targeted findings are not reached, still high or above 50% of the people of Batam do not understand e-filing yet, but those who already use e-filing implementations of E-filing are quite successful in improving compliance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran daring masa pandemi Covid-19 di SMAN 7 Padang. Dimana terdapat masalah yang terjadi pada saat pembelajaran daring tersebut, sehingga terjadinya penurunan hasil belajar siswa. Jenis Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah guru mata pelajaran IPS kelas XI IPS 1, siswa dan orang tua siswa. Teknik analisa data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisa data deskriptif kualitatif model interaksi dari Milles dan Michael Huberman yang terdiri dari : pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarik kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) faktor afektif yaitu tidaksiapan siswa yang tiba-tiba belajar dirumah melalui handphone dengan media aplikasi Whatsapp, zoom, google meet dan google classroom. 2) faktor afektif yaitu urang disiplinnya siswa dalam mengerjakan tugas karena belajar dirumah bisa dikatakan kalau mereka belum siap sehingga siswa cenderung merasa jenuh dan kelelahan dalam manajemen waktu belajar. 3) faktor psikomotorik yaitu kendala jaringan internet yang sering terganggu menghambatnya proses pembelajaran daring.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of learning discipline as a mediating variable in the relationship between learning motivation and students’ academic achievement in Economics at SMA Negeri 8 Padang. Field observations indicate a gap between students’ high learning motivation and their suboptimal academic performance, suggesting the presence of an intervening factor within the learning process. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method and path analysis technique. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 120 11th-grade social science students and analyzed using statistical software to test the relationships among variables. The findings reveal that learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on learning discipline, and both variables simultaneously have a significant impact on students’ academic achievement. Learning discipline was found to be a significant mediating variable that strengthens the influence of motivation on academic performance. In other words, students with high motivation who lack disciplined study habits tend not to achieve optimal learning outcomes. The study concludes that learning discipline plays a crucial role in bridging students’ internal motivation and their academic success. These findings emphasize the importance of fostering structured and consistent learning behaviors to improve student achievement, especially in subjects that require conceptual understanding and logical reasoning such as Economics. This research is expected to contribute to the development of more effective, character-oriented learning strategies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh 1) Efikasi Diri terhadap Motivasi Belajar Mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Ekasakti, 2) Disiplin Belajar terhadap Motivasi Belajar Mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Ekasakti 3) Efikasi diri dan disiplin belajar terhadap Motivasi Belajar Mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Ekasakti. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan populasi seluruh Mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Ekasakti. pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sampling. dengan pertimbahan mahasiswa yang sudah lama kuliah motivasi belajar sudah mulai menurun yaitu mahasiswa semester 6 dan semester 4 sebanyak 30 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif, analisis regresi berganda, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis yang terdiri dari uji F dan uji T. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa: 1) Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara efikasi diri dan motivasi belajar, dengan hasil analisa data yang menunjukkan nilai lebih besar dari (2,087 >2,048). 2) Disiplin belajar memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar, dengan hasil analisis data yang menunjukkan nilai lebih besar dari (2,216 > 2,048). 3) Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara efikasi diri dan disiplin belajar terhadap motivasi belajar, dengan hasil analisis data yang menunjukkan nilai lebih besar dari (3,640 > 3,354). Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan.

Abstract

: Financial literacy literacy in the digital era is very much needed, especially in the new normal era after the Covid-19 pandemic. Financial literacy is also very important to be implemented from an early age because it relates to the ability to manage and make the right financial decisions. The service activities carried out aim to provide reinforcement to students regarding financial literacy in the digital era for students of SMKN 3 Padang. Activities carried out by direct observation method. Before the community service activities were carried out, students were given a pretest to find out the extent of students' basic knowledge regarding financial literacy. The activity continued with the provision of material and discussion, finally a post-test was given to see students' understanding of material regarding financial literacy in the digital era. The survey conducted on participants found that this activity provided reinforcement of financial literacy that they had understood so far to be able to apply it from an early age in managing finances. The results of these activities provide strengthening of knowledge to students regarding financial literacy in the digital era and the formation of students' understanding of financial literacy so that it can be applied in students' daily lives, especially in the current digital era.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of entrepreneurial practice and the school environment on students’ interest in becoming entrepreneurs at SMK Negeri 5 Padang. The problem addressed in this research is the low interest of students in entrepreneurship despite the implementation of entrepreneurial practice and the availability of a supportive school environment. The study aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial practice, the effect of the school environment, and the combined effect of both factors on entrepreneurial interest. The research applies a quantitative method with a descriptive-associative approach, involving a population of 265 students and a sample of 159 students selected through stratified proportionate random sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire tested for validity and reliability, and analyzed through multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS. The findings reveal that entrepreneurial practice has a positive and significant effect on students’ entrepreneurial interest, the school environment also has a positive and significant effect, and both factors together significantly enhance students’ interest in entrepreneurship. These results indicate that effective entrepreneurial practice supported by a conducive school environment can substantially increase students’ motivation to pursue entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which:1) creativity influences the entrepreneurial motivation of students in the Culinary Expertise Program Phase F at SMK Negeri 6 Padang, 2) family support influences the entrepreneurial motivation of students in the same program, and 3) creativity and family support jointly influence the entrepreneurial motivation of students in the Culinary Expertise Program Phase F at SMK Negeri 6 Padang.This research employed a quantitative approach. The population consisted of 101 students from the Culinary Expertise Program Phase F at SMK Negeri 6 Padang. The sampling technique used was total sampling, in which the number of samples is equal to the total population.The results of this study indicate that: 1) Creativity has a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial motivation of students in the Culinary Expertise Program Phase F at SMK Negeri 6 Padang. This is evidenced by a t-value of 5.408, which is greater than the t-table value of 1.661, and a significance value of 0.000, which is less than 0.05. 2) Family support has a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial motivation of students in the Culinary Expertise Program Phase F at SMK Negeri 6 Padang. This is shown by a t-value of 2.000 > t-table 1.661 and a significance value of 0.048 < 0.05. 3) Creativity and family support together have a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial motivation of students in the Culinary Expertise Program Phase F at SMK Negeri 6 Padang. This is indicated by an F-value of 18.241 > F-table 3.09 and a significance value of 0.000, which is less than the 5% significance level (α = 0.05).
