Abstract

Covid-19 telah menjadi pandemi yang menyebabkan terjadinya perubahan di berbagai bidang seperti pendidikan, sosial budaya dan perdagangan. Banyak kebiasaan baru yang harus dilakukan setiap orang untuk menghindari penyebaran virus ini, salah satunya social distancing atau menjaga jarak dengan orang lain, sehingga lebih mengedepankan protokol Kesehatan bagi seluruh masyarakat. Begitupun Perusahaan wajib melakukan perubahan kebijakan lingkungan kerja untuk menjaga jarak sosial bagi setiap individu, sehingga akan menjadi budaya organisasi yang baru dalam tatanan organisasi saat ini. Abstract

This research explanatory it means to study hypothesis variable. In this research use Destination Image and Touris Facilities variable. This research aims to analyze impact to determine the effect simultaneously and parcial Destination Image and Tourist Facilities at Dunia Fantasi. The method is classic assumption test, multiple linear analysis, test T and test F. Data testing is done by using software IBM SPSS Statitics 25. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Destination Image (X1) has a significant effect on Tourist Visit Interests. 2) Tourism Facilities (X2) have a significant effect on Tourist Visit Interests. 3) Destination Image and Tourism Facilities have a simultaneous effect on Tourist Visit Interests. Abstract

The Cap Go Meh Festival is a Chinese ethnic celebration at the beginning of the year which comes from the word "Cap Go" which means "fifteenth" and "Meh" means "night", so Cap Go Meh literally means "fifteenth night". Sustainable tourism is a tourism management concept that is responsible for environmental and community economic sustainability. The Cap Go Meh tradition is a form of Chinese culture which is still developing and is celebrated every year by Chinese groups and usually holds parades, processions along the streets and lantern festivals as a form of joy for the entire Chinese community for the success of the one year that has just passed and at the same time as a moment to pray for progress in the coming years. Sustainable tourism aims to use natural resources and human resources in the long term. so Cap Go Meh literally means "fifteenth night. To know the environment of the Cap Go Meh Festival at Surya Kencana Bogor. To find out the social culture of the Cap Go Meh Festival at Surya Kencana Bogor. The results of the research on the Cap Go Meh Festival at Surya Kencana Bogor have been held every 15th of the first month based on the lunar calendar which is the highlight of the Chinese New Year. The celebration, which originally meant thanksgiving for the ethnic Chinese community, has now turned into a party for the people of Bogor City. Developments that continue to be carried out during the Cap Go Meh celebration will eventually have a commercial selling point into Sustainable Tourism. The Cap Go Meh celebration, which has now been carried out openly and has become the tourism agenda for the City of Bogor, has had a positive impact on society, both culturally and economically. Abstract

One of the financial instruments traded in the capital market is shares. Shares can be defined as signs of participation or ownership of a person or entity in a company or limited liability company. This study was conducted to examine the effect of financial performance on stock prices as measured by the difference between the years of the establishment of a company and the year of research. The variable Gross Profit Margin (GPM) is gross profit with a comparison of net sales, cost of goods sold, and net sales. A Current Ratio (CR) is the current ratio between total current assets and total current liabilities. Net Profit Margin (NPM) is the net profit comparison between net profit and sales. The sample in this study is PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk, which is listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2020. This research uses a purposive sampling method. Hypothesis testing in this study uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of hypothesis testing show that (1) gross profit margin (GPM) has an effect on stock prices. (2) Current Ratio (CR) has an effect on stock prices. (3) NPM has an effect on stock prices. (4) GPM, CR, and Net Profit Margin (NPM)) all have an impact on the share price. From the results of the Adjusted R Square test, it shows that the independent variables Gross Profit Margin, Current Ratio, and Net Profit Margin are able to influence the dependent variable of stock price by 94.4%. while the remaining 5.6% is explained by other variables not examined. Abstract

This research aims to examine various relationships between hypothetical variables. The variables used in this study are capital structure, which is proxied by the debt- to -equity ratio (DER), firm size, which is proxied by total assets, and firm value, which is proxied by the price earnings ratio (PER). This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure and firm size on firm value partially and simultaneously on foods and beverages listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2020 period. Samples were taken using purposive sampling method. The population in this study are all industrial companies in the food and beverage sector that have been and are still listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. Out of the 26 population, companies obtained 7 companies that meet the requirements as a sample during the 5 year observation period. Statistical methods used in data processing and analysis are normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing with t test and f test. The results showed that the capital structure (X1) had a significant effect on firm value. Firm size (X2) has a significant effect on firm value. Capital structure (X1) and firm size (X2) indicate that they simultaneously affect firm value.

Abstract

This research aims to determine: (1) the influence of Destination Image on the Satisfaction of Visitors to the Bogor Botanical Gardens, (2) the influence of Tourist Attractions on the Satisfaction of Visitors to the Bogor Botanical Gardens, (3) the influence of Destination Image and Tourist Attractions on the Satisfaction of Visitors to the Bogor Botanical Gardens. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire-based survey distributed to 105 respondents. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with the characteristics of respondents, namely tourists who have visited the Bogor Botanical Garden once in the past year. The data analysis methods used are descriptive analysis, SEM-PLS analysis, outer model, inner model, and hypothesis testing using SmartPLS version 4 software. Based on the test results, the data obtained are as follows: (1) Destination image partially has a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction at the Bogor Botanical Gardens, (2) Tourist attraction partially has a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction at the Bogor Botanical Gardens, (3) Destination image and tourist attraction simultaneously have a significant effect on visitor satisfaction at the Bogor Botanical Gardens, (4) Tourist Attraction is the variable that has the most influence on visitor satisfaction to the Bogor Botanical Gardens. Abstract

This study explored the impact of the FIFA World Cup 2022 on Qatar's tourism sector, focusing on tourist satisfaction. Using qualitative methods, data were collected from hotel reviews, interviews, and literature reviews. The World Cup significantly boosted short-term tourism, with a notable rise in arrivals as many visitors came specifically for the event and expressed a desire to return due to their positive experiences. Qatar, as the first Arab nation to host such a major sporting event, is expected to celebrate its successful hosting globally, especially within the GCC region. In the long term, Qatar aims to establish itself as a premier sports tourism destination, attracting attention from international sports organizations for future mega-events. The upcoming AFC Asian Cup in early 2024 highlights this ambition. While its tourism development lags behind faster-growing GCC nations like the UAE, Qatar's steady progress indicates potential for growth. Overall, the study concludes that the FIFA World Cup 2022 was a success, with high tourist satisfaction levels laying a strong foundation for Qatar's future tourism opportunities. Abstract

In the current modern era, the development of the hotel business in the city of Bogor has increased greatly, causing competition for hotels to attract consumers. One form of strategy to increase the length of room occupancy rate is to focus on Bleisure Travel or a combination of business and leisure (vacation). Bleisure Travel has become a popular trend recently considering the increasing development of globalization. So a meeting package was created provided by hotels in big cities to support this activity. This research aims to analyze the influence of Service Quality and Facilities on consumer satisfaction with meeting packages at the Grand Savero Hotel Bogor.. This research is a quantitative research and the population in this research is all people aged 17 years and over and have used meetings packages at the Grand Savero Hotel Bogor. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with a sample size of 100 respondents. The data source used is primary data in the form of data collection using questionnaires that are distributed directly. The analysis method is validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression analysis. , t test, F test, and coefficient of determination R Squared. With a significance level of 0.05 using IBM SPSS 25 and Microsoft Excel software. The results of the research show that: (1) Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction (t count : 3.143; significance: 0.002<0.05; and β: 0.283), (2) Meeting package facilities have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (t count: 6.637; significance: 0.000<0.05; and β: 0.597), and (3) Service Quality and Facilities simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction (F count: 114.650 and significance 0.000< 0.05). The coefficient of determination test results shown is adjusted R2 which is 0.697. This shows that the uniformity of Consumer Satisfaction by Service Quality and Meeting Package Facilities together can be explained as 69.7%. Abstract

This research aims to see the influence of service quality and facilities on tourist satisfaction at D'Kandang Amazing Farm. There will be an increase and decrease in the number of tourist visits to D'Kandang Amazing Farm in 2023. The variables used are the quality of services and facilities and tourist satisfaction. The sample used was 108 respondents, taken from tourists who came to visit D'Kandang Amazing Farm. Sampling was carried out using a random sampling technique so that every tourist had the opportunity to participate in sampling. This research uses a quantitative approach and carries out several tests and analyzes such as descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test including normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and hypothesis test including multiple linear regression analysis, partial test (t test), test simultaneous (f test). This research uses IBM SPSS 25 software to process the data. The results of data processing prove that service quality has a positive effect on tourist satisfaction, facilities have a positive effect on tourist satisfaction and service quality and facilities have a simultaneous effect on tourist satisfaction.
