Abstract

Untuk  dapat bertahan dalam persaingan  bisnis,  perusahaan  harus mampu menciptakan inovasi strategi  yang memiliki keunggulan yang kompetitif (Advantage competitive).  Untuk itu dibutuhkan perencana strategik yang dapat mengembangkan imaginasi pemikiran yang kreatif dalam prosedur  penerapan  strategi pemasaran perusahaan.  Dalam  tulisan  ini, peneliti  berusaha mengembangkan  konsep pemikiran mengenai:  (1) Pengembangan faktor pendorong  kreatifitas program pemasaran,  (2)  Model persamaan   structural   kreatifitas program pemasaran yang integratif. Pengujian model dilakukan dengan menggunakan data lebih dari 100  responden yang terdiri dari manager dan officer yang berkompetensi dalam pengambilan  keputusan di bidang jasa perbankan. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan faktor pendorong  kreatifitas (motivasi internal, penghargaan,  lingkungan kerja,  masukan pemecahan   masalah)   mempunyai  pengaruh   positif  terhadap  peningkatan   kreatifitas program pemasaran, sedangkan kesediaan mengambil resiko berpengaruh negatifterhadap kreatifitas  program pemasaran.  Peneliti juga  menemukan  bahwa  kreatifitas program pemasaran yang dihasilkan mampu meningkatkan kinerja pemasaran

Abstract

Mining activities can have a significant negative impact on the environment, leading to degradation. Converting land into a mining area requires mandatory post-mining reclamation activities. PT Angsana Jaya Energi, one of the coal mining companies in South Kalimantan, especially in Tanah Bumbu Regency, is participating in the implementation of reclamation activities. These activities will develop urban forests on mining land sold, covering an area of 29.75 hectares based on field surveys and data synthesis. To prepare a zoning plan for an urban forest area, several analyses are necessary, including spatial requirements, activities, user characteristics, forest organization, and regional footprint. The development of an urban forest will serve different functions in each area.

Abstract

This study examines the role and importance of the exemplary method in moral education through the lens of Abdullah Nashih Ulwan's teachings. Utilizing a content analysis approach, the research investigates the concepts presented in Ulwan's seminal work, Tarbiyatul Aulad Fil Islam, and related literature. The study highlights that Ulwan advocates for educators to serve as role models, demonstrating virtues such as humility, courage, patience, honesty, piety, and firmness. These attributes are essential in shaping children's character and moral compass. The research underscores the urgency of integrating moral education into educational curricula, emphasizing that educators should embody these virtues not only in their professional roles but also in personal conduct. The findings suggest that adopting Ulwan's exemplary method can significantly enhance the effectiveness of moral education and contribute to the development of a well-rounded, ethical society.

Abstract

Modernization has had a significant impact on the growth of learning in madrasahs, and Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Tanggamus is one of the many madrasahs that have begun to accept the flow of modernization, for example the use of technology-based learning media. This study aims to analyze the implementation of technology-based learning media in fiqh learning, to analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors of the use of social media in fiqh learning and to analyze the results of fiqh learning after the implementation of technology-based learning media. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The subjects in this study were students and fiqh teachers, the data collection methods used in this study were interviews and documentation. The data sources used in this study were primary data sources of fiqh teachers of MTs Negeri 1 Tanggamus. The data analysis techniques used were reduction, data display, conclusions and validity checks. The results of the study show that the implementation of technology-based learning media in fiqh learning consists of three stages, namely planning, implementation and evaluation. The steps taken involve wise learning planning, goal setting to create intelligent humans integrated with technology, standardization of learning and teachers, and utilization of digital learning resources. The implementation of technology-based fiqh learning at MTs Negeri 1 Tanggamus is a structured and continuous process involving three main stages, namely initial activities, core activities, and closing activities. Supporting and inhibiting factors for the use of social media in fiqh learning involve adequate technological infrastructure, interactive educational content, training and support for teachers. Good technological infrastructure, diverse educational content, active training for teachers, and integration of technology extracurricular activities are the drivers of successful fiqh learning at MTs Negeri 1 Tanggamus. Fiqh learning outcomes after the implementation of technology-based learning media increased, but not because of the influence of the use of Instagram social media, this could be influenced by other factors, such as aspects of nature that have basic abilities, attitudes and sometimes students play an active role in learning. Abstract

The regulating of  intellectual property rights until now has not accommodate intellectual property of traditional/native societies. In Purbalingga, there are 9 traditional commodity cluster, with a number of industry as much as 150 UKM and from that number only 4 which has been registered as intellectual property rights. The research will discuss to implementation of protection of intellectual property rights and factors that tend to influence the protection of intellectual property rights in Purbalingga regency. The method that applicated in this research was juridical sociological. Based on the study, local government has made protection to intellectual property rights through socialization to the public. However, there were factors that tend to hamper the protection of intellectual property rights, including law enforcer/officer factors, media and facilities factors, community and cultural factors. In the research, researcher suggested that the local government made a cooperation with central of intellectual property rights in college, considering human resources still relatively didn't understand technical drafting of intellectual property rights registration. Keywords: legal protection, intellectual property rights, intellectual property of traditional / native societies
