Abstract

Based on the formulation of the problem in this study is how the influence of price perception on visitor satisfaction at Marawa Beach Club in Padang City and how the influence of facilities on visitor satisfaction of Marawa Beach Club in Padang City. This type of study uses quantitative methods, data collection through the distribution of questionnaires to 100 respondents with the sampling used in this study is non-probability sampling with accinndetal sampling techniques. By using instrument tests, validity tests and reality test, deskriprif tests, classical assumption tests normality tests, multicollinearity tests and heteroschidasticity tests then multiple linear regression and hypothesis tests with the help of SPSS applications. The results of the study show that price perception has a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction and facilities have a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction. So it can be concluded in this study found that the variables of price perception and facilities have a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction at Marawa Beach Club in Padang City. Where the calculated t value is greater than the table t.

Abstract

This research describes several problems, namely: 1. Does Human Resource Competency have an influence on the Effectiveness of Employee Performance at PT. BPR Lengayang Pesisir Selatan Regency; 2. Does Financial Compensation influence the Effectiveness of Employee Performance at PT. BPR Lengayang Pesisir Selatan Regency. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The sample in this study was 35 respondents with the sampling technique used was total sampling. Data analysis techniques begin based on research instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. This research shows the results: 1. Human resource competency has a positive and significant effect on employee performance effectiveness; 2. Financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of employee performance.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini diselenggarakan dengan tujuan utama meningkatkan pemahaman serta keterampilan siswa dalam mengelola keuangan pribadi melalui pengenalan konsep dasar keterampilan budgeting. SMK Kartika X-2 Jakarta, sebagai mitra pelaksana, menghadapi tantangan berupa rendahnya kesadaran dan pemahaman siswa kelas X-1 Akuntansi dalam mengatur pemasukan dan pengeluaran secara efektif. Pengabdian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 15 Mei 2025 dengan menggunakan berbagai metode, seperti penyampaian materi, presentasi PowerPoint, analisis kasus sederhana, kuis interaktif, serta aktivitas ice breaking yang bertujuan menciptakan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan dan mendorong partisipasi aktif siswa. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa berhasil memahami konsep pengelolaan kas, meliputi perencanaan anggaran, pencatatan transaksi keuangan, serta kemampuan membedakan antara kebutuhan dan keinginan. Respon yang diberikan oleh siswa selama sesi berlangsung sangat positif dan menunjukkan keterlibatan aktif, yang menandakan keberhasilan metode pengajaran yang diterapkan. Diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat memperkuat literasi keuangan siswa sejak dini. Sebagai langkah lanjutan, siswa diberikan tugas praktik berupa simulasi penyusunan anggaran pribadi untuk satu bulan ke depan. Tujuan dari tugas ini adalah agar mereka dapat langsung mengaplikasikan materi yang telah dipelajari dalam kehidupan sehari-hari secara nyata. Selain itu, diharapkan pihak sekolah terus memberikan dukungan terhadap program-program serupa secara berkelanjutan agar dampak positifnya dapat dirasakan secara lebih luas dan bertahan lama. Kegiatan ini juga membuka peluang untuk kolaborasi lebih lanjut antara akademisi dan sekolah, yang bertujuan mencetak generasi muda yang cakap secara finansial serta mampu membuat keputusan ekonomi yang bijaksana dan tepat.

Abstract

Success in a company or organization cannot be separated from the role of company leaders incommunicating, motivating employees to get better productivity at work to achieve the company'sdesires. The problems that often occur at PT. BPR Cincin Permata Andalas is still the existence ofemployee negligence in carrying out the duties assigned by the leader, so that the duties given by theleader are not conveyed properly so that it can harm the company or agency, there are employeeswho do not understand the directions given by the leader so that employees cannot achieve the targetsset by the leader of the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect ofTransformational Leadership, Communication and Work Motivation on Employee Productivity at PT.BPR Cincin Permata Andalas, Padang Pariaman Regency. This type of research is quantitative. Thenumber of respondents that can be used in this study are 49 employees of PT. BPR Cincin PermataAndalas. The results showed that transformational leadership had an effect on work productivity, theT value was 2.124 with a p value of 0.039. Communication has no effect on employee workproductivity, the T value is -1.186 with a p value of 0.242. Work motivation has an effect on workproductivity, the T value is 3.385 with a p value of 0.001. It is expected that companies will hold moreor condition employees to be more interactive among themselves, such as adjusting room positionsand work unit positions on a regular basis so that fellow employees can have more. a closerrelationship between their peers, or also increase the number of family gathering events so as to buildmore intense communication between fellow employees and also to the leadership

Abstract

Digital disruption in the world of education refers to the impact of technology on traditional education systems and models, where the current education system is felt to need to be adjusted to the progress of the times and the needs of students. The business model of education in this digital era requires the innovation and creativity of teachers. After the Covid 19 pandemic, in addition to providing challenges in the world of education, it also provides an opportunity where students and educators are accustomed to online learning applications, teleconference applications, or collaboration applications that were previously not or rarely used by the world of Education. Many apps have been created to make online learning easier. Metaverse has been around since 2010, but due to the pandemic, the use of metaverse in learning is again being used with the development of Virtual reality, extended reality, and augmented reality technology. These three technologies can display a virtual environment just like the original environment. The method used to design metaverse-based learning is to use the ADDIE research and development model while learning development follows the stages of the Dick and Carey model. The results of field trials using survey methods and experiments on 20 junior high school students for one semester using the metaverse, resulted in a score of 4.82 with the conclusion of excellent learning material, students felt very happy, motivated to complete tasks, and always followed the learning stages designed in the form of games. Implementing the metaverse in learning can increase student engagement, creativity, technology skills, collaboration, and interaction as well as improve learning experiences that are more fun and engaging.
