Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan produk pengembangan bahan ajar puisi bermuatan kreatif berupa modul untuk siswa kelas X SMA, mendeskripsikan validasi dari respon tim ahli validator terhadap rancangan bahan ajar menulis puisi bermuatan kreatif berupa modul untuk siswa kelas X SMA, mendeskripsikan validasi dari respon tim ahli validator terhadap rancangan bahan ajar menulis puisi bermuatan kreatif berupa modul untuk siswa kelas X SMA.Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan 4-D oleh Thiagarajan (1974). Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan 3 tahap yaitu define, design, dan development. Pada tahap pengembangan (development) peneliti hanya melakukan validasi oleh empat validator tim ahli. Jenis data pada penelitian ini adalah data deskripsi kuantitatif sebagai data pokok yang dikumpul menggunakan instrumen dengan skala likert. Responden dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari ahli materi dan ahli desain. Data kemudian akan dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif dan untuk menghitung rata-rata persentase indikator menggunakan deskriptif presentase. Hasil pengembangan bahan ajar puisi bermuatan kreatif untuk siswa kelas X SMA berupa modul valid dan layak. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari validasi ahli materi dengan rata-rata nilai keseluruhan 87% menunjukkan kriteria “sangat memuaskan” yang artinya valid dan layak. Validasi ahli desain yang dilihat dari rata-rata nilai keseluruhan 83% menunjukkan kriteria “sangat memuaskan” yang artinya valid dan layak. Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengembangan, kelayakan dan keefektifan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik Berbasis Audio Pada materi Debat. Pengembangan ini menggunakan metode RD (Research Develpoment) level 1, dibatasi pada tahap Desain teruji hanya sampai validasi ahli materi dan ahli desai tanpa penyebaran dan pengajaran ke subjek. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kelas X MIPA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Lubuk Pakam, Provinsi Sumatera Utara Metode penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian pengembangan ini adalah Analisis Deskripstif Kualitatif.  Hasil Validasi dari kedua ahli materi menunjukan bahwa Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik Berbasis Audio Pada materi Debat yang dikembangkan layak untuk digunakan dengan peroleh rat-rata 4,44 dan 4.48 dalam kategori “sangat baik” dengan presentase kelayakan 88% dan 89% tergolong dalam kategori” sangat layak” dan hasil kedua ahli maedia menunjukan bahwa desain dan audio pada Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik Berbasis Audio yang dikembangkan layak untuk digunakan dengan perolehan rata-rata 4,32 dan 4,68 dalam kategori “sangat baik”dengan presentase kelayakan 86% dan 93 % tergolong dalam kategori “sangat layak” Kata Kunci : Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik, Berbasisi Audio, pengembanga  RD (Research Devlopment) level 1, Materi Debat Abstract. This research is a development research that aims to determine how the development, feasibility and effectiveness of Audio-Based Student Worksheets on Debate material. This development uses the RD (Research Development) level 1 method, limited to the tested design stage only to the validation of material experts and design experts without dissemination and teaching to the subject. This research was conducted in class X MIPA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Lubuk Pakam, North Sumatra Province. The research method used in this development research is qualitative descriptive analysis. The validation results of the two material experts show that the Audio-Based Student Worksheet on the Debate material developed is feasible to use with an average of 4.44 and 4.48 in the "very good" category with the feasibility percentage of 88% and 89% belonging to the category very feasible "and the results of the two media experts show that the design and audio on the Audio-Based Student Worksheet developed is feasible for use with an average gain of 4.32 and 4.68 in the" very good "category with a feasibility percentage of 86% and 93 % are in the "very feasible" category Keyword: Student Worksheets, Audio-Based, Level 1 RD (Research Development) Development, Debate Materials

Abstract

Abstrak. Model Problem Centered Learning merupakan model pembelajaran yang memerlukan proses berpikir, berkomunikasi, mencari, dan mengelola data. Artinya, siswa diajak untuk mampu berpikir kreatif untuk memecahkan sebuah permasalahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh model pembelajaran “Problem Centered Learning” dalam menulis puisi siswa kelas X SMK PAB 3 Medan Estate Tahun Pembelajaran 2014/2015. Populasi adalah siswa kelas X yang berjumlah 80 orang, sebagai total sampling sebanyak 80 orang dan dibagi menjadi dua kelompok yaitu  kelompok kelas kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen. Model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen yaitu metode two group design post-test. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah esay tes atau tes tertulis yaitu menulis puisi dengan diberikan satu sub topik atau satu permasalahan. Dari hasil pengolahan data diperoleh rata-rata kelas eksperimen adalah 76,87 dengan standar deviasi 9,90, sedangkan kelas kontrol 56 dengan standar deviasi 8,15. Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa nilai kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dari kelas kontrol. Setelah dilakukan pengujian hipotesis diperoleh thitung = 10,33 selanjutnya dikonsultasikan dengan ttabel pada taraf signifikan 5% dengan dk =( n1+n2) – 2 = (40+40 – 2) = 78, maka diperoleh taraf signifikan 5% = 1,982 (dengan interpolasi). Kemudian dibandingkan antara thitung dengan ttabel diperoleh thitung ttabel 10,33 1,982 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima yaitu menyatakan bahwa model Problem Centered Learning mempunyai pengaruh dalam meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam menulis puisi dibandingkan dengan model Enquiry-Discovery Learning pada siswa kelas X SMK PAB 3 Medan Estate.Kata Kunci : Model Pembelajaran Problem Centered Learning), Menulis puisiAbstract. The definition is student persuassed to be can think creative for resolve a problem. This research conducted to determine the effect of Problem Centered Learning on poetry writing skill student at X class SMA PAB 3 of Medan City in 2014/1015 education period.  The population is a class X SMA totaling 80 peoples, as the sample totally 80 peoples and has been categored in two categories as experimental class and control class. The model has be used in this research is experiment method is two group design post-test. The instrument has used  essay test or written test is writing the poetry with give one sub topic or a problem. Based on this result has an average experiment class is 76.87 with deviation standart 9.90, but control class has an average 56 with deviation standart 8.15. based on this result is the experiment class is hgher than control class. After take the hypothesis test has  tresult = 10,33 selanjutnya dikonsultasikan dengan ttabel pada taraf signifikan 5% dengan dk =( n1+n2) – 2 = (40+40 – 2) = 78, so has significant predict 5% = 1,982 (with interpolation). So changed between  tresult  with  ttable  has the result is  tresult ttable 10,33 1,982 so can be determined  Ha has accepted is can be says the Problem Centered Learning has the effect to upgrade the poetry writing skill students than Enquiry-Discovery Learning at X class SMA PAB 3 of Medan City in 2014/1015 education period.  Keywords: Effectivity, Problem Centered Learning, Poetry Writing Skill

Abstract

This study aimed to develop and test the feasibility of an authentic-based assessment instrument assisted by the Edmodo application on biographical text material for class X SMA Swasta Melati, based on assessments from material expert validators and design experts. This study used research and development. The development procedure used refers to the development model of Borg and Gall (2003) that has been limited to three stages consisting of introduction, planning, and development. The results of this study indicated that the authentic-based assessment instrument assisted by the Edmodo application in the biographical text material of class X SMA Swasta Melati has met the good category. The assessment of validity level of authentic assessment instruments assisted by the Edmodo application by material experts with an average value as 4.18 indicating a good category and design experts as 4.9 indicating a good category. The assessment of feasibility level and effectiveness of authentic assessment instruments assisted by the Edmodo application by teachers with an average as 4.92 indicating a very good category, and individual trials as 4.86 indicating a very good category, the smallest group trial as 4.83 indicating a very good category, and the limited trial as 4.83 showed a very good category. It can be concluded that the authentically based assessment instrument assisted by the Edmodo application for the biographical text material of class X SMA Swasta Melati is valid and feasible to be used as an authentic assessment instrument assisted by the Edmodo application

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the process of Appropriateness, validation, feasibility, and effectiveness of using Simalungun ethnic-based teaching materials with application-assisted applications on negotiating text materials for class X SMK. This study was conducted in SMK PAB 5 Klambir V. The research method is Research and Development (R&D) with a 4D model including Definition, Design, Development, and Dissemination with a population as 48 students. This study used a purposive sampling technique with a total of 23 students. The types of data include qualitative and quantitative data. The result of the study is a product of teaching materials in the form of a textbook based on Simalungun Batak ethnic. According to the results of the material expert validation, validator I as 75%, and validator II as 98%. While the results of validation by design experts are validator I as 96%, and validator II as 84%. These data indicated that the teaching materials are valid and feasible to be tested in schools. The materials were tested in SMK PAB 5 Klambir V with a class X TKJ-2 as the sample, the teacher's response was 92%. The data were obtained from questionnaires consisting of the results of a small group trial categorized as "Very Satisfactory", the results of a limited trial categorized as "Very Satisfactory" and the results of a wider trial with the category "Very Satisfactory." These data indicated that the teaching materials are valid and suitable to be used in schools. It can be concluded that the teaching materials based on the Simalungun Batak ethnic are suitable to be used in classroom learning.

Abstract

This aim of the study determine the effectiveness of Indonesian Language and Literature Teaching Materials Based on HOTS (High Order Thinking Skill) in the text of the observation report. The method of this study is the experimental method with the design of the Two Pretest-Posttest Design Group which involves differences treatment between the two groups of experimental methods which give different treatments to the two classes, namely the experimental class and the control class. This experimental method also uses an experiment specifically designed to generate useful data to answer research questions. For the study data were taken from 67 samples from the population. The retrieval data is finished with an assignment instrument which is writing a Report Text of Observation Results based on field observations. The research hypothesis is the learning outcomes using HOTS-based teaching materials are more effective than module teaching materials. The data of this study were analyzed by the "t" test. After the value of t count is known, then consulted with the value of t table at a tarf of 5% or 1% with dk = (N1 + N2) - 2 = 65. In table t with dk = 65 a significant level of 5% = 2.00 and level significant 1% = 2.65. Because t0 obtained is greater than tt which is 2.00 <3.89 <2.65, the hypothesis is accepted. The result shows that learning using HOTS-based teaching materials is more effective to use.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the product of teaching materials development in the student’s worksheets based on local wisdom through a genre report approach in scientific writing material, to describe the response validation of the expert team of validators toward the prototype of teaching materials in the student’s worksheets in writing scientific papers based on local wisdom through genre report approach. The research method is 4-D research and development by Thiagarajan. This study used 3 stages, namely define, design, and development. At the development stage, it was only validated by four expert team validators. The data in this study is quantitative descriptive as the main data that collected by using an instrument with a Likert scale. The respondents consisted of material experts, design experts and media experts. The data analyzed using descriptive quantitative method and to calculate the average percentage of indicators used descriptive percentages. The results of developing a prototype worksheet’s students in writing scientific paper based on local wisdom through a genre report approach. It can be seen from the validation of the material experts by getting an average score as 91% with the criteria of "very satisfactory", thus the material can be a prototype of LKPD. The assessment of the media and design aspects of the experts gave an average rating as 96.8% with the criteria of "very satisfactory", it can be said that the media and design aspects can be a prototype of LKPD.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and test the feasibility of an audio media-based cognitive aspect assessment instrument for negotiating text material for class X students of SMA Bhayangkari 1 Medan based on research from material expert validators and design experts. The total population of students is 79 students and the sample taken is 25 students, namely class X MIA 1. The source of data in this study is a questionnaire. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation and interviews. This type of research is 4-D research and development by Thiagarajan which consists of four stages, namely define, design, development, and dissemanitoin. The results of this study indicate that the audio media-based cognitive aspect assessment instrument on the negotiating text material for class X SMA students has met the good category. The assessment of the level of validity of the audio media-based cognitive aspect assessment instrument by material experts obtained an overall average of 84% with the criteria "Very satisfactory" and media experts obtained an overall average of 94% with the criteria "Very Satisfactory". Assessment of the effectiveness of the audio-media-based cognitive aspect assessment instrument by the teacher was obtained with an average of 94%, and individual trials obtained a score of 79.66%, small group trials obtained a score of 82%, and limited group trials obtained a score of 83, 8%. So it can be concluded that the audio media-based cognitive aspect assessment instrument in the negotiating text material for class X students of SMA Bhayangkari 1 Medan is valid and feasible to be used as an audio media-based cognitive aspect assessment instrument.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji kelayakan produk bahan ajar berupa buku teks materi teks biografi berbasis etnis melayu dengan menggunakan aplikasi Powtoon. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan Thiagarajan (1974) atau dikenal dengan 4-D. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 91 siswa SMK TKJ Tarbiyah Islamiyah dan sampelnya adalah 43 siswa kelas X TKJ-1. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan tipe data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner yang berkaitan dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan dan masukan atau komentar validator. Hasil validasi ahli materi adalah validator I (71%) dan validator II (82%). Hasil validasi ahli desain adalah validator I (75%) dan validator II (71%). Data tersebut menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar buku ajar tersebut valid dan layak untuk diujicobakan di sekolah. Bahan ajar buku teks diujicobakan di SMK Tarbiyah Islamiyah dengan sampel kelas X TKJ-1, dan tanggapan guru sebesar 95%. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil angket respon siswa terdiri dari 91% hasil uji coba individu berkategori “Sangat Memuaskan”, 93% hasil uji coba terbatas berkategori “Sangat Memuaskan” dan 91% lebih luas hasil uji coba dengan kategori “Sangat Memuaskan”. Data tersebut menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar tersebut valid dan layak digunakan di sekolah. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar teks biografi berbasis etnik melayu sangat cocok digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

The use of information technology is currently very developed, especially in the world of education. Various technologies can be used as mathematics learning media. One of the learning media that supports mathematics learning is the Geogebra application. Geogebra is a computer program that can be used to visualize mathematical concepts. This research aims to measure students' mathematical critical thinking abilities with the help of Geogebra in class Classroom Action Research (PTK). The research method used was PTK with two cycles, each consisting of two meetings. Each cycle is carried out with a focus on learning models and critical thinking skills in mathematics. The research results showed that there was a significant increase in learning outcomes in the second cycle compared to the first cycle. The first cycle succeeded in increasing students' learning preparation, interest and attitudes towards lessons, as well as students' learning activities through the Teaching at The Right Level (TaRL) approach. In the second cycle, improvement efforts were made by integrating the Geogebra application and the Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) approach, which resulted in consistent improvements in all aspects of observation
