Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality and facilities on customer satisfaction at Tiki 0259 Outlet in Bekasi Regency. In the era of increasingly competitive logistics service industry, customer satisfaction is the key to the sustainability and growth of the company. Tiki 0259, as one of the providers of goods delivery services, must be able to maintain service quality and provide adequate facilities to maintain customer loyalty. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to customers who have used Tiki 0259 services in the last six months. Data analysis techniques used validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression, and t-tests to test the influence of each independent variable on customer satisfaction as the dependent variable. The results showed that service quality and facilities had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The test showed that the facility variable had a more dominant influence compared to service quality, evidenced by the t-value of 20.075 which was greater than the t-table of 2.021 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. This means that improved facilities, such as comfortable waiting rooms, comprehensive digital services, and easy access to information, have a direct impact on customer satisfaction. These findings indicate the importance of continued investment in facility improvements and staff training to enhance service. Tiki management is advised to continuously evaluate available facilities and ensure professional, prompt, and friendly customer service. This way, Tiki 0259 can maintain customer loyalty and increase its competitiveness in the delivery services market. This research also provides empirical support for customer satisfaction-based service development strategies in the local logistics sector.

Abstract

Improving the quality of human resources is crucial in realizing effective, professional, and responsible public services, especially in government agencies. The work productivity of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) employees is influenced by various factors, including competence and work discipline. This study aims to analyze the influence of competence and work discipline on the work productivity of ASN employees at the Bekasi City Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM). This study has a population of 60 ASN employees. Using the Slovin formula and a margin of error of 5% (0.05), the number of samples used was 53 respondents. The research method used is a quantitative approach with statistical analysis techniques to test the relationship between variables. The results showed that partially, competence and work discipline each had a positive and significant effect on work productivity, with the calculated t values of 4.203 and 4.449 respectively greater than the t table of 2.009, and significant at the level of < 0.001 (less than 0.05). Simultaneously, the results of the F test showed that the F value of 73.627 was greater than the F of table 3.18. Thus, competence and work discipline together have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of ASN employees at the Bekasi City BKPSDM

Abstract

Kepuasan kerja guru merupakan faktor penting dalam menentukan kualitas pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja guru di SMK Karya Bhakti 3 Kota Bekasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif statistik dengan penyebaran kuesioner melalui google form kepada seluruh guru sebagai populasi, yaitu sebanyak 30 orang, menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis, penelitian ini menggunakan uji T dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, yang dibuktikan dari nilai t hitung 1,086 < t tabel 2,051 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,287 > 0,05. Sedangkan disiplin kerja terbukti berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan nilai t hitung 4,166 > t tabel 2,051 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Secara simultan, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, yang dibuktikan dengan nilai F hitung 8,420 > F tabel 3,37 dan nilai signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05

Abstract

Organizations must pay attention to human resource factors in increasing commitment to the organization to fully optimize the competencies they have. Organizational commitment is a high sacrifice made by employees to the organization and a certain belief in the acceptance of organizational values. This study aims to present a number of study results on strategies for improving employee performance and loyalty through organizational commitment. The research method uses a literature review system with the stages of data analysis compare, contrast, and criticize. The research results show that a high level of commitment from an employee can be one way to minimize the consequences of turnover. Organizational commitment is a reflection of the attitude or behavior of employees towards the company in the form of loyalty and action to achieve the vision, mission, and goals of the organization. Employees can be said to be committed if they have a high commitment to the company, this can be seen by looking at the characteristics of strong trust and support for the goals and values of the company, having a very strong will to work, achieve company goals, and always position themselves as part of the company. Employees with high commitment are able to provide high performance.

Abstract

Low financial literacy supported by a high lifestyle causes students to behave consumptively. This study aims to analyze how much influence financial literacy and lifestyle have on consumptive behavior in Tangerang Airport Vocational School students. The method used in this research is quantitative statistics by distributing questionnaires through google form. The population of this study consisted of 100 students of SMK Bandara Tangerang in the academic year 2023 / 2024. The sampling technique used in this study was slovin with a sample size of 80 people. Based on hypothesis testing, this study used the T test and F test. The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence between Financial Literacy on Consumptive Behavior, this is evidenced by the t count of 3.098 > t table 1.991 with a significant level of 0.003 < 0.05 and the significance of lifestyle on consumptive behavior as evidenced by the t count value of 14.984 > t table 1.991 with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, financial literacy and lifestyle are significant to consumptive behavior as evidenced by the value of f count 131.604 > f table 3.12 and Sig value 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Human Resource Management plays a crucial role in enhancing a company's competitive advantage, reducing costs, and increasing long-term profitability. Employee performance, as a critical factor in organizational success, is influenced by various factors such as discipline, motivation, job descriptions, commitment, rewards, leadership, competence, and organizational culture. This study examines the impact of work discipline and rewards on employee performance at PT Antilope Madju Puri Indah (AMPI), a property development company in Jakarta with 400 employees. Using a quantitative associative approach, data were collected from 80 randomly selected employees and analyzed with SPSS software. The results reveal that both work discipline and rewards have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Higher levels of discipline and well-structured reward systems contribute to greater employee motivation and performance. The study also indicates that the combined influence of these two factors significantly affects performance, with a large portion of the variance in employee outcomes explained by these variables. In conclusion, strengthening work discipline and implementing effective reward systems are key strategies for improving employee performance, which in turn supports the company’s overall growth and competitiveness in the property sector.

Abstract

This study aims to delve deeper into how distribution and promotion affect the purchasing decision of a particular product, namely Unicharm products, from the perspective of PT. Nirmala Pangan Sejahtera as the main distributor to Indogrosir as the main customer. Data for this study was collected through questionnaires distributed to 30 purchasing staff at Indogrosir, allowing researchers to gain a comprehensive insight into perceptions and purchasing preferences from the customer's point of view. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis and multiple correlation tests. The analysis results indicate that distribution has a significant impact on purchase decisions, with a t-value of 2.150 (t- t-table 2.042) and a significance level of 0.041 (<0.05), leading to the rejection of Ho1 and acceptance of Ha1. Promotion also has a significant impact, with a t-value of 2.902 (t-table 2.042) and a significance level of 0.007 (<0.05), resulting in the rejection of Ho2 and acceptance of Ha2. The F-test indicates that distribution and promotion jointly have a significant effect on purchase decisions, with an F-value of 9.366 (F-table 4.20) and a significance level of 0.001 (<0.05). The simultaneous R² value of 0.410 indicates that 41% of the variation in purchase decisions is explained by distribution and promotion, while other variables explain the remaining 59%. Distributors such as PT Nirmala Pangan Sejahtera must deeply understand how their distribution and promotion strategies can influence their customers' purchasing decisions and how they can continue to improve their performance in this regard to remain competitive in an increasingly fierce market.

Abstract

PT. Sinar Surya Sehati Companies operating in the printing sector (offset printing & packaging) need employees who are consistent in contributing to achieving company targets. Research Design is a research design that will be used as a guideline for carrying out the research process. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Organizational Support and Self-Efficacy on the performance of PT Sinar Surya Sehati employees. This research uses quantitative methodology, which refers to a technique used to evaluate certain theories by analyzing the relationship between variables. This population is 85 employees of PT Sinar Surya Sehati. The sampling used a saturated sampling technique. The approach method in this research uses quantitative methods with observation and questionnaire methods. The data analysis techniques used are Data Quality Test, Classic Assumption Test, Hypothesis Test, and Coefficient of Determination Test (R)2, using SPSS 25. The results of this research show that Organizational Support has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Self-Efficacy has a positive effect and significantly on employee performance and Organizational Support and self-efficacy together (simultaneously) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

PT Panen Wangi Abadi, or Sephora, is a French retail company. The research aims to assess the impact of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance using statistical quantitative methods. The research involved 40 respondents using a saturated sampling technique. The results show that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. These results were obtained from the calculated t result of 3.563, which is greater than the t table of 2.026, so this result shows that leadership style has an influence on employee performance and the results of the hypothesis analysis show that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the leadership style, the higher the employee performance. These results were obtained from the calculated t of 2.964 which is greater than the t table of 2.026, so these results indicate that leadership style has an influence on employee performance. Leadership Style and Work Motivation together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on the employee performance variable at PT Panen Wangi Abadi.

Abstract

A corporation seeks optimal performance from its workforce, prompting researchers to conduct a study at the national private bank, PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia, situated on Jalan Prapatan Raya No. 50 in Central Jakarta. The study focuses on two independent variables, namely behavioral attitude and Internal drive. This study seeks to evaluate the influence of behavioral attitudes. and Internal drive on workplace productivity at PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk Prapatan Raya Branch, Central Jakarta. The sample comprises all 68 employees at PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk, Prapatan Branch. The researchers conducted various statistical analyses, including tests of validity, tests of reliability, tests for classical assumptions, t-tests, and f-tests, and regression analysis involving several variables analyses. The classical assumption test results indicate that each indicator in the independent and dependent variables is valid and reliable. In the t-test, both behavioral attitude and self-motivation variables individually influence employee performance variables significantly (with a sig value <0.05). Meanwhile, the f-test shows that both behavioral attitude and self-motivation variables collectively have a significant impact on workplace productivity variables (with sig < 0.05). This study yields positive influence results, suggesting that positive employee behavior and motivation correlate positively with employee performance.
