Abstract

Rekrutmen politik adalah suatu proses seleksi anggota-aggota kelompok untuk mewakili kelompoknya dalam jabatan administratif maupun politik. Dalam pengertian lain, rekrutmen politik merupakan fungsi penyeleksian rakyat untuk kegiatan politik dan jabatan pemerintahan melalui penampilan dalam media komunikasi, menjadi anggota organisasi, mencalonkan diri untuk jabatan tertentu dan sebagainya. Setiap sistem politik memiliki sistem atau prosedur rekrutmen yang berbeda. Anggota kelompok yang direkrut adalah yang memiliki suatu kemampuan atau bakat yang sangat dibutuhkan untuk suatu jabatan politik. Setiap partai juga memiliki pola rekrutmen yang berbeda. Dalam melaksanakan rekrutmen bakal calon walikota, partai politik dalam hal ini Partai demokrat kota Bitung memberlakukan sistem atau mekanisme rekrutmen terbuka yang mana semua warga Negara yang memenuhi syarat tertentu (seperti kemampuan, kecakapan, umur, keadaan fisik) mempunyai kesempatan yang sama untuk menduduki posisi-posisi yang ada dalam lembaga negara / pemerintah. Abstract

Di Tengah Pandemic COVID-19 ini menuntut semua Perguruan Tinggi tak terkecuali UBSI melakukan Metode Pembelajaran dalam Jaringan (Daring).Hal ini tentu saja membutuhkan penyesuaian cara belajar Mahasiswa yang biasanya perkuliahan tatap muka menjadi daring.Oleh karena Hal tersebut penulis tertarik untuk menganalisis proses pembelajaran dalam jaringan, faktor-faktor pendukung serta faktor-faktor yang menjadi penghambat mahasiswa dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran daring di masa pandemi COVID-19 ini. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa angket terbuka dan wawancara semi terstruktur. Jenis penelitian yang penulis gunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif kualitatif. Tujuan penelitian kualitatif adalah memahami pandangan individu, menemukan dan menjelaskan proses, dan menggali informasi mendalam tentang subjek atau latar penelitian yang terbatas.

Abstract

The company's growth is expected to be faster in order to survive in the competition, in the current digital era the number of competitors cannot be known for sure because many are moving digitally. so that in this study the researchers saw the importance of organizational commitment and the role of employees in advancing the company in the current digital era, therefore this study aims to determine the factors that influence this and how much influence leadership and integrity have on it. This study uses the analytical method used is descriptive analysis, and the test instrument using SEM PLS with the number of samples used as many as 140 permanent employees in one of the company's departments. The results of the study indicate that leadership and integrity partially and significantly affect organizational commitment and employee performance. While simultaneously leadership and integrity have a significant effect on employee performance by mediating Organizational Commitment.

Abstract

Currently, with the advancement of information technology and the increasing number of Indonesian markets, more than 60% of Indonesians including millennials, entrepreneurs, employees, and housewives, have switched to using marketplaces such as Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, etc. for their daily needs. In this study, researchers want to summarize customer satisfaction when using the Shopee marketplace, especially those related to the services provided by PT. J&T Express Indonesia is located at the Koja Jakarta Utara. Researchers used raw data from a questionnaire of 100 respondents and used the IPA and CSI methods as analytical measuring tools to understand customer satisfaction. From the results of this study using the IPA method, there are several indicators of customer satisfaction that need to be improved both in quadrants I, II, III, and IV. Of the four quadrants, quadrant IV needs to improve the performance of the J&T Express company, although customers are satisfied customers also don't expect much from the J&T Express company. And if use the CSI method, you get 80.36%, which means that customers are satisfied with the services provided by J&T Express Indonesia.

Abstract

PT Pelabuhan Indonesia Investama is the first investment company in Indonesia engaged in the port sector. As a subsidiary of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero), PT Pelabuhan Indonesia Investama exists as a manifestation of the need for Business Development Support, Capacity Building Funding and Strengthening Risk Management. As an investment company that supports the port sector, PT Pelabuhan Indonesia Investama also supports the acceleration of economic growth in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training and work experience on the career development of employees at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia Investama. This study was an employee of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia Investama and the number of samples obtained was 51 respondents. The data collection technique used is non-probability sampling with saturated sampling technique. The approach method in this study uses quantitative methods with observation and questionnaire methods. The data analysis technique used is instrument test, descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis testing using SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that the training variable has a positive and significant effect on career development, experience variable work has a positive and significant effect on career development, training and work experience variables simultaneously have a positive effect on career development

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of asset growth and capital structure on profitability either simultaneously or partially. The population in this study are several employees of PT. Asuransi Buana Independent, totaling 97 people, the selection of the research sample was based on the slovin sampling technique with random sampling. And the data analysis method used is descriptive and multiple linear regression analysis, the results of this study show that the regression equation is the Profitability value Y = 4,548 asset growth and 6,479 capital structure. The results of this test show that asset growth has a significant effect on profitability, and also capital structure has a significant effect on profitability because the tcount is greater than ttable.

Abstract

Instansi harus memperhatikan manajemen sebagai hal yang berpengaruh pada sebuah perusahaan agar perusahaan itu meningkat dan mencapai tujuan secara efektif, dengan senantiasa menjadi suatu kemajuan perusahaan dan kreatifitas yang dimiliki karyawan untuk terciptanya target perusahaan ini mempertimbangkan agar bagian sumber daya ini yang boleh jadi tidak ada keluarnya karyawan Pada PT. Tunas Mobilindo perkasa yang mengalami kenaikan pada turnover tahun 2021-2022 keluar masuk karyawan sering terjadi di perusahaan PT Tunas Mobilindo Perkasa Berdasarkan dari table di atas bahwa jumlah turnover karyawan pada PT tunas mobilindo perkasa cabang daihatus soepomo menunjukkan bahwa tahun 2020 sebanyak 25 karyawan yang keluar, tahun 2021 sebanyak 46 karyawan, 2022 sebanyak 42 karyawan, hal tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa tingkat turnover pada perusahaan tersebut mengalami kenaikan bervariasi setiap tahunnya Perusahaan PT. Tunas Mobilindo Perkasa Cabang Soepomo merupakan dalam perusahaan beranjak dalam bagian penjualan dan pendistribusian barang sperpats, yang di pamerkan untuk dipasarkan di perusahaan ini diantaranya mobil Daihatsu, Macam-macam Sperpats untuk yang lainnya. Penjualan yang merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi PT Tunas Mobilindo Perkasa. Selain untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat terutama pembeli atau agen yang telah bekerja sama, PT Tunas mobilindo perkasa cabang Daihatsu soepomo.   The PT. Tunas Daihatsu Soepmo Is a company engaged in the sale of cars, the company has experienced a variety of increases every year. In relation to factors that deserve attention are the burden on workers and job satisfaction on turnover intention quantitative methods with the population of employees at PT Mobilindo perkasa dauhatsu soepomo branch the entire population numbered 80 employees after that using the slovin formula with the results of 44 people, this researcher totaling 44 employees. The probability sampling technique uses the simple random sampling technique using the quantitative method. The interview data collection technique distributes the questionnaires to all employees of PT Tunas Mobilindo Perkasa, Daihatsu Soepomo Branch and observations. The results of the partial t test for each variable show that job satisfaction (X1) has a significant effect on the variable turnover (Y) The results of the F test simultaneously explain that there is an influence between job satisfaction and workload on turnover intention at PT Tunas Mobilindo Perkasa Branch Daihatsu Soepomo.

Abstract

Performance is a working activity conducted by the employees in a timeframe that had already designed for their evaluation. One of the factors that utilized as a background is the mood. The objective of this research is to find out the influence of mood toward Mbizmarket staff’s performance in PT Brilliant Ecommerce Berjaya. This research utilizes qualitative descriptive approach. The subjects of this research are five staffs in PT Brilliant Ecommerce Berjaya. The outcome of this research shows that both internal and external factors within inner self of employees also form their mood in their working days. Mood has a characteristic component which is attached on every individual. The majority of Mbizmarket’s staffs had already built tendency to experience particular mood by the rolling of time suitable to the internal and external factors. The staffs have various moods based on time and day. Therefore, most of them follow the same frequent patterns from social creature’s natural behavior according to their interaction patterns.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect partially and simultaneously between the variables of work discipline and work facilities on employee productivity. This type of research uses quantitative research because it leads to measurement methods and samples to test variables and hypotheses. By using the SPSS version 27 program, researchers conducted several tests including validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, t tests, F tests, multiple linear regression analysis and test the coefficient of determination, the results of this study indicate that the regression equation the value of the effect of work discipline = 0.400 and the value of work facilities = 0.77 so that it has a positive influence on employee work productivity. multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination tests. The population in this study totaled all employees of Employee Work Productivity at PT Sinar Sosro (Bekasi branch), and the number of samples in this study were 40 people. The results of this study show that work discipline has a partial and significant effect on employee productivity. Work facilities have a partial and significant effect on employee productivity. Work Discipline and Work Facilities simultaneously influence employee productivity.
