Abstract

Rekrutmen politik adalah suatu proses seleksi anggota-aggota kelompok untuk mewakili kelompoknya dalam jabatan administratif maupun politik. Dalam pengertian lain, rekrutmen politik merupakan fungsi penyeleksian rakyat untuk kegiatan politik dan jabatan pemerintahan melalui penampilan dalam media komunikasi, menjadi anggota organisasi, mencalonkan diri untuk jabatan tertentu dan sebagainya. Setiap sistem politik memiliki sistem atau prosedur rekrutmen yang berbeda. Anggota kelompok yang direkrut adalah yang memiliki suatu kemampuan atau bakat yang sangat dibutuhkan untuk suatu jabatan politik. Setiap partai juga memiliki pola rekrutmen yang berbeda. Dalam melaksanakan rekrutmen bakal calon walikota, partai politik dalam hal ini Partai demokrat kota Bitung memberlakukan sistem atau mekanisme rekrutmen terbuka yang mana semua warga Negara yang memenuhi syarat tertentu (seperti kemampuan, kecakapan, umur, keadaan fisik) mempunyai kesempatan yang sama untuk menduduki posisi-posisi yang ada dalam lembaga negara / pemerintah. Abstract

Di Tengah Pandemic COVID-19 ini menuntut semua Perguruan Tinggi tak terkecuali UBSI melakukan Metode Pembelajaran dalam Jaringan (Daring).Hal ini tentu saja membutuhkan penyesuaian cara belajar Mahasiswa yang biasanya perkuliahan tatap muka menjadi daring.Oleh karena Hal tersebut penulis tertarik untuk menganalisis proses pembelajaran dalam jaringan, faktor-faktor pendukung serta faktor-faktor yang menjadi penghambat mahasiswa dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran daring di masa pandemi COVID-19 ini. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa angket terbuka dan wawancara semi terstruktur. Jenis penelitian yang penulis gunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif kualitatif. Tujuan penelitian kualitatif adalah memahami pandangan individu, menemukan dan menjelaskan proses, dan menggali informasi mendalam tentang subjek atau latar penelitian yang terbatas.

Abstract

The company's growth is expected to be faster in order to survive in the competition, in the current digital era the number of competitors cannot be known for sure because many are moving digitally. so that in this study the researchers saw the importance of organizational commitment and the role of employees in advancing the company in the current digital era, therefore this study aims to determine the factors that influence this and how much influence leadership and integrity have on it. This study uses the analytical method used is descriptive analysis, and the test instrument using SEM PLS with the number of samples used as many as 140 permanent employees in one of the company's departments. The results of the study indicate that leadership and integrity partially and significantly affect organizational commitment and employee performance. While simultaneously leadership and integrity have a significant effect on employee performance by mediating Organizational Commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect partially and simultaneously between the variables of work discipline and work facilities on employee productivity. This type of research uses quantitative research because it leads to measurement methods and samples to test variables and hypotheses. By using the SPSS version 27 program, researchers conducted several tests including validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, t tests, F tests, multiple linear regression analysis and test the coefficient of determination, the results of this study indicate that the regression equation the value of the effect of work discipline = 0.400 and the value of work facilities = 0.77 so that it has a positive influence on employee work productivity. multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination tests. The population in this study totaled all employees of Employee Work Productivity at PT Sinar Sosro (Bekasi branch), and the number of samples in this study were 40 people. The results of this study show that work discipline has a partial and significant effect on employee productivity. Work facilities have a partial and significant effect on employee productivity. Work Discipline and Work Facilities simultaneously influence employee productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of asset growth and capital structure on profitability either simultaneously or partially. The population in this study are several employees of PT. Asuransi Buana Independent, totaling 97 people, the selection of the research sample was based on the slovin sampling technique with random sampling. And the data analysis method used is descriptive and multiple linear regression analysis, the results of this study show that the regression equation is the Profitability value Y = 4,548 asset growth and 6,479 capital structure. The results of this test show that asset growth has a significant effect on profitability, and also capital structure has a significant effect on profitability because the tcount is greater than ttable.

Abstract

Pada aplikasi TikTok terdapat sebuah fitur yang digunakan sebagai promosi dan peningkatan penjualan yaitu TikTok Shop. Survei digital yang dilakukan tsurvey.id menunjukan bahwa produk fashion cukup banyak dibeli oleh pengguna TikTok Shop sebesar 75%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh content marketing dan live shopping terhadap keputusan pembelian produk fashion pada pengguna TikTok Shop di Jakarta Selatan secara parsial dan simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 100 responden dari hasil rumus Cochran dan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online melalui google formulir serta alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu SPSS 25. Hasil uji t pada penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel content marketing berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian produk fashion pada pengguna TikTok Shop di Jakarta Selatan dan variabel live shopping berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian produk fashion pada pengguna TikTok Shop di Jakarta Selatan. Hasil uji F pada penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel content marketing dan live shopping berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk fashion pada pengguna TikTok Shop di Jakarta Selatan.   In the TikTok application there is a feature that is used as a promotion and to increase sales, namely the TikTok Shop. A digital survey conducted by tsurvey.id shows that 75% of TikTok Shop users buy fashion products. This study aims to determine the effect of content marketing and live shopping on purchasing decisions for fashion products for TikTok Shop users in South Jakarta partially and simultaneously. This research uses descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique used non-probability purposive sampling with a sample size of 100 respondents from the results of the Cochran formula and distributing questionnaires online via Google forms and the analytical tool used, namely SPSS 25. The results of the t-test in this study stated that the content marketing variable has a partial effect on decisions purchasing fashion products for TikTok Shop users in South Jakarta and live shopping variables have a partial effect on purchasing decisions for fashion products for TikTok Shop users in South Jakarta. The results of the F test in this study stated that the variables of content marketing and live shopping simultaneously influence the purchasing decisions of fashion products for TikTok Shop users in South Jakarta.

Abstract

Netflix sebagai perusahaan penyedia suatu layanan Video-on-Demand (Vod) dengan harga terjangkau dan telah memberikan sistem bantuan 24 jam untuk menghadapi masalah yang telah ditemui oleh pelanggannya. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap purchase decision secara parsial dan simultan. Setelah diketahui besarnya pengaruh kedua variabel bebas tersebut, akan ditemukan variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap purchase decision pada aplikasi Netflix. Penelitian ini penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan SPSS 25 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang pernah membeli paket Netflix satu kali di Jakarta Selatan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu teknik nonprobability sampling, teknik sampling yang diambil yakni teknik purposive sampling. Hasil uji t parsial dalam masing-masing variabel menunjukkan bahwa hasil tersebut memakai SPSS dengan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif antara harga terhadap purchase decision, untuk kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara signifikan dan positif terhadap purchase decision. Hasil uji F secara simultan menjelaskan terdapat pengaruh antara harga dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap purchase decision paket Netflix di Jakarta Selatan. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu para konsumen dalam melakukan pembelian paket Netflix.   Netflix is a provider of a Video-on-Demand (Vod) service at affordable prices and has provided a 24-hour support system to deal with problems that have been encountered by its customers. This study aims to analyze the effect of price and service quality on purchase decisions partially and simultaneously. After knowing the magnitude of the influence of the two independent variables, we will find the variable that has the most influence on the purchase decision on the Netflix application. This research is a quantitative study using SPSS 25 with a sample size of 100 respondents who have purchased the Netflix package once in South Jakarta. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling technique, the sampling technique taken is purposive sampling technique. The results of the partial t test for each variable show that these results use SPSS by showing that there is a significant and positive effect between price and purchase decision, for service quality has a significant and positive effect on purchase decision. The results of the F test simultaneously explain that there is an influence between price and service quality on the purchase decision of the Netflix package in South Jakarta. It is hoped that this research will help consumers purchase Netflix packages.

Abstract

Sepatu Hush Puppies merupakan produk alas kaki pria dan wanita dari Hush Puppies. Produk ini banyak digunakan karena kualitas bahan, beragam pilihan model serta kenyamanan yang ditawarkan, strategi yang dilakukan untuk mendorong konsumen untuk melakukan keputusan pembelian yaitu dengan ditingkatkan kualitas produk yang nyaman dan menarik produk yang dijual ada dibeberapa showroom,departement store salah satunya departement store central grand indonesia yang ada dijakarta, pembeli dapat melihat secara langsung produk yang dijual, berintraksi dengan sales secara langsung, mencoba produk secara langsung pada saat ingin membeli sepatu hush puppies. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui citra merek dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian sepatu hush puppies di jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara online dengan menggunakan google formulir pada pelanggan departement store central grand indonesia di jakarta melalui instagram dan whatsapp blash, sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 50 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability dengan menggunakan accidental sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan pengujian hipotesis yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, koefisiensi determinasi, uji F dan uji T dengan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan variabel citra merek dan kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian sepatu hush puppies.   Hush Puppies shoes are men's and women's footwear products from Hush Puppies. This product is widely used because of the quality of the material, the wide selection of models and the convenience it offers. The strategy undertaken to encourage consumers to make purchasing decisions is to improve product quality to make it comfortable and attractive. The products sold are in several showrooms and department stores, one of which is the Central Grand Department Store. Indonesia in Jakarta, buyers can see directly the products being sold, interact with sales directly, try products directly when they want to buy hush puppies shoes. This study aims to determine brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions for hush puppies shoes in Jakarta. This research uses descriptive quantitative research. Data collection was obtained by distributing questionnaires online using the Google form to customers of the Central Grand Indonesia Department Store in Jakarta via Instagram and WhatsApp Blash. The sample used was 50 respondents. The sampling technique uses non-probability with accidental sampling. This study uses hypothesis testing, namely validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, F test and T test with SPSS 25. Abstract

A corporation seeks optimal performance from its workforce, prompting researchers to conduct a study at the national private bank, PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia, situated on Jalan Prapatan Raya No. 50 in Central Jakarta. The study focuses on two independent variables, namely behavioral attitude and Internal drive. This study seeks to evaluate the influence of behavioral attitudes. and Internal drive on workplace productivity at PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk Prapatan Raya Branch, Central Jakarta. The sample comprises all 68 employees at PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk, Prapatan Branch. The researchers conducted various statistical analyses, including tests of validity, tests of reliability, tests for classical assumptions, t-tests, and f-tests, and regression analysis involving several variables analyses. The classical assumption test results indicate that each indicator in the independent and dependent variables is valid and reliable. In the t-test, both behavioral attitude and self-motivation variables individually influence employee performance variables significantly (with a sig value <0.05). Meanwhile, the f-test shows that both behavioral attitude and self-motivation variables collectively have a significant impact on workplace productivity variables (with sig < 0.05). This study yields positive influence results, suggesting that positive employee behavior and motivation correlate positively with employee performance.

Abstract

PT. Pardic Jaya Chemicals is a company that produces synthetic resin used as raw material for other industries. In its operations, it is important for PT. Pardic Jaya Chemicals to pay attention to factors that can optimize employee performance, such as the kaizen culture implemented through a suggestion system and a reward system. The purpose of this study is to analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of kaizen culture and rewards on employee performance. The data collection methods used are observation, questionnaires, and literature study. The type of analysis method is quantitative, using multiple linear regression analysis. The sample size is 60 people, obtained from the Slovin formula applied to a population of 150 individuals. Based on the research conducted, the multiple linear regression equation produced is Y = 5.611 + 0.290X1 + 0.557X2. This equation shows that kaizen culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.002 < 0.05 and t-count > t-table (3.317 > 2.002). Rewards have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05 and t-count > t-table (4.965 > 2.002). Kaizen culture and rewards simultaneously have an effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05 and F-count > F-table (36.988 > 4.007).
