Abstract

The museum is one of the cultural heritages that should be preserved. Museum Bali is one of the old museum is located in the city of Denpasar and became an icon of cultural tourism. The purpose of this study to determine the perceptions and motivations of tourists to Museum Bali as cultural tourist attractions in Denpasar. This study uses primary data and secondary. Data collection technique used observation, interview, questionnaire, and documentation. Sampling technique using the formula slovin by sampling using accidental sampling devoted to 96 respondents. To analyze data using qualitative descriptive. The results of this study indicate that the perception of tourists to Museum Bali shows a good response because from 17 indicators used as a measure of the response has been positive, there are two indicators got bad response. Advice can be given is the need for more interesting information and support so that tourists are more interested to know the collections of the Museum Bali.There needs to be a cultural attraction, the better promotion and attractive to increase the number of tourist visits. Abstract

This research aims to obtain a clear description, complete and in-depth about the management of the tourist village in Mas Village, Ubud as well as to know the community participation in management of tourist village. Research method that used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection is done by observation, interview, literature study and documentation. Data analysis technique that used is descriptive qualitative analysis technique, such as data collection, data reduction, similar data grouping and data interpretation. The results showed that in the management of Mas Tourism Village can be seen: (1) in the planning aspect type of participation is induced participation; (2) in the organizing aspect type of participation is induced participation; (3) in the actuating aspect type of participation is spontaneous participation; (4) in the controlling aspect type of participation is induced participation. Community participation in the management descripted on three indicators, namely (1) decision making that can be seen on organizing, actuating and controlling, (2) implementation of management that can be seen on planning, organizing, actuating and controlling, (3) sharing profit that can be seen on organizing. Abstract

Millennials Are Happiness-Seeker. Millennials currently use their free time with fun, yet meaningful things. In the midst of the busy routine of life, someone has free time or Leisure time which is a period where that person no longer does activities or efforts to meet primary needs. One of the things that many millennial generations do today is recreation to visit tourist attractions. Bogor Botanical Gardens is suitable to be a place to escape from daily routines, the pressures of urban life or a place to escape from work because it has an atmosphere, scenery and air that suits the tastes of visitors, especially millennial generations who crave meaningful life because they can relax themselves. at the same time pleasing yourself but have a positive meaning for his life. Visitor satisfaction when visiting a tourist destination is the goal of every tourist destination manager. Given that the millennial generation is a very potential tourism consumer. Therefore, this research was conducted to determine Leisure and Recreation activities at the Bogor Botanical Gardens and the influence of Leisure Benefits on the satisfaction level of millennial visitors in carrying out these various activities. This research uses descriptive analysis. The type of research used in this research is explanatory research. The data collection method uses a survey method by distributing questionnaires via google form, where the questionnaire is distributed online to 100 millennial respondents who have visited Bogor Botanical Gardens. The results of this study are activities to fill spare time or Leisure and Recreation activities that can be done at the Bogor Botanical Gardens, including: Relaxation Activity; Entertainment Activity; and Personal Development Activity, and Questionnaire Results related to the influence of Leisure Benefits on visitor satisfaction at the Bogor Botanical Gardens, it can be seen that by carrying out Leisure and Recreation activities at the Bogor Botanical Gardens visitors get Benefits in terms of Physical Benefits; Psychological Benefit; and Social Benefits.Keyword: Leisure and Recreation, Leisure Benefit, Millennials, Bogor Botanical GardenI. PENDAHULUANSetiap individu memiliki waktu luang atau Leisure Time diluar dari aktivitas untuk memenuhi kebutuhan primer. Leisure Time biasanya dimanfaatkan untuk bersantai, bersenang-senang, memulihkan kesehatan jasmani maupun rohani, menghilangkan penat dari rutinitas harian, mencari ketenangan dan pengalaman baru. Banyak hal yang dapat dilakukan seseorang untuk mengisi waktu luang antara lain dengan menjalankan hobi, berolahraga, mengunjungi keluarga dan kerabat, dan banyak aktivitas lainnya (Suryasih, dkk., 2019).Salah satunya yang banyak dilakukan oleh para generasi milenial saat ini adalah rekreasi mengunjungi tempat wisata, misalnya mengisi waktu luang diakhir pekan cukup dengan berkeliling ataupun duduk piknik di suatu tempat yang memiliki suasana lingkungan yang asri dikelilingi pepohonan rindang.Kota Bogor yang terkenal dengan sebutan “Kota Hijau” sudah terkenal sebagai destinasi wisata sejak lama. Abstract

Tourism development in Denpasar, especially maritime tourism at Semawang Beach in Sanur Kelod has encourage the local community to participate in developing tourism on Semawang Beach. This phenomenon has create participation of local communities in the management of maritime tourism. This research aim to examine participation of local communities in the management of maritime tourism at Semawang Beach in Sanur Kelod. The advantage that are expected to be achieved from this research are academic and practical advantages. This research is located at Semawang Beach in Sanur Kelod. The limits on the scope of this research includes motivation of local communities in management of maritime tourism and participation of local communities in the management of maritime tourism. Type of research data is in the form of qualitative and quantitative. Source of data obtained from primary and secondary data. Collection data techniques using observation, in-depth interview and documentation. Snowball sampling method has been used to determine informant and respondent The result of this research shows that motivation of local communities in the management of maritime tourism at Semawang Beach in Sanur Kelod is motivation to improve the welfare of the society and the mutual relationship between the maritime tourism with the local citizen. The type of local communities participation in the management of maritime tourism at Semawang Beach in Sanur Kelod are divide by three domains, such as : (1) economic participation, by the local communities work in the field of marine tourism, (2) environtment participation, by implementing thebeach clean program at Semawang Beach, coral reef cleanup program, village deliberations are held to discuss various issues in the environment, participation of local communities in the efforts to protect the environment around Semawang Beach, participation of local communities in lending of vacant land as parking lots, (3) social culture participation, laying of typical Balinese statues and introduce the melukat culture to the tourist. Abstract

Serang Village is one of the tourism village located in Blitar and initiated in 2014. The area of Serang Tourism Village is generally located on land owned by the local communities and Perum Perhutani. But in its management, the Department of Youth, Sport, Culture, and Tourism of Blitar Regency especially tourism sector also become a part of management tourism in Serang Village. It required a synergy between the parts related to the management of the area in Serang Tourism Village. This study aims to determine synergy in the management of the area in Serang Tourism Village. This research is located in Serang Tourism Village, Panggungrejo Subdistrict, Blitar Regency. The data used in this study is qualitative data with the data source in the form of primary data and secondary data. The data were collected using the method of observation, in-depth interview, and literature study. The determination of informants used purposive method. The results show that the total area of Serang Tourism Village is ??928.858 Ha and territorially divided into three (3) territories namely Serang I, Serang II, Serang III. In tourism activities, especially in the area of ??Serang Beach in Serang Tourism Village is located on government land and in this case managed by Perum Perhutani. Synergy in the management of Serang Tourism Village area identified based on several stages, including planning, organizing, directing, and controlling. Abstract

Pengotan Tourism Village has unique culture that being a typical of the village itself. But, Pengotan Tourism Village isn’t known widely yet. The development which is not optimum and many obstacles make it happen. Based on that problems, this research aims to identify the cultural potentials, of Pengotan Tourism Village as a culture based tourism village in Bangli Subdistrict, Bangli Regency. The method that used in this research especially on analyzing the data is qualitative descriptive analysis to determine the potentials and the obstacles of development. The datas are collected through observation, interviews, literature study, and documentation. The informants are determined using purposive sampling technique. The result of this research is Pengotan Tourism Village has many potentials that can make it as a tourist attraction in Bangli Regency. The potentials are cultural such as handicrafts, tradition, history of Pengotan, architecture, arts and musics, community livelihood, religion, and language. Abstract

The efforts of Culture and Tourism Department as tourism stakeholder demanded to be active, to increase the tourism in Kehen Temple tourist attraction. This research aims to determine about the efforts of Culture and Tourism Department on increasing tourists visit in Kehen Temple tourist attraction. The data collecting method used in this research are participative observation, interviews, and documentary. This research used qualitative analysis method. From the result of this research concluded that the efforts done by Culture and Tourism Department of Bangli Regency seen from main task and function of department which written in Act Number 10 Year 2009 about tourism. Those efforts are doing fixes to tourism supporting facilities, promoting Kehen Temple as tourist attraction and held founding to local community. But according to Pokdarwis Giri Manik, the efforts held by Culture and Tourism Department felt not maximum yet. From the conclusion then suggested for Culture and Tourism of Bangli Regency to promote Kehen Temple tourist attraction more specifically, the found ing to local community not just for Pokdarwis, and special attention on seller kiosks layout around Kehen Temple tourist attraction. Abstract

ABSTRACT The background of this research is the condition of “Pesiraman Pura Dalem Pingit lan Pura Kusti” which is still undeveloped as tourism attraction, despite the increasing number of visitors each year. The purpose is to describe the potential of “Pesiraman Pura Dalem Pingit lan Pura Kusti” which could be used to develop tourism. Therefore the main discussion will be the potentials identification of “Pesiraman Pura Dalem Pingit lan Pura Kusti” as spiritual tourism and the opinion of the locals to the “Pesiraman Pura Dalem Pingit lan Pura Kusti” development as a tourism destination. The potentials is separated into two, which is physicals and non-physicals. The physicals is described using Cooper’s 4A which the main potentials categorized into attractions, while the supporting potentials into accessibility, amenities, and ancillary. The non-physicals is local’s culture, and supported by their human resource, categorized into profession, capabilities, education, health, and density. The method on choosing the source persons is using the cluster random sampling; the locals will be categorized into clusters, which is, farmers, entrepreneurs, employees, and civil servants. From each clusters is taken 2% and resulting 10 source persons. The data collecting is done by doing short interview.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The background of this research is the management of the Sukawati Art Market hygiene should be improved to help increase the number of visits. Sukawati Art Market is a traditional market which is quite famous in Bali, where the market sells a variety of shirts and pants Balinese located in the village of Sukawati, Gianyar regency, 18 km from the Denpasar and can be reached by a two-wheeled vehicle or four wheel. The purpose of this study is to know about domestic tourist perceptions towards hygiene Gianyar Sukawati Art Market. Perception is referred to in this research is the opinion of the travelers Sukawati Art Market covering several areas including market areas, parking lots, acreage and the last merchants toilet area. Type of data used is the qualitative data and quantitative data. Sources of data used in this study is primary data and secondary data. Methods of data collection through in-depth interviews, observations, questionnaires and documentation. Analysis of the data used is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the Sukawati art market is very clean. Head of the Sukawati Art Market has provided 10 people with 3 staff hygiene market division is the first part of the hours of 6 am to finish 10 employees, the second part of the hours of 11 noon to 1 pm with 3 employees, and the last third part 4pm to finish with 7 employees. Employees - employees are always working on his own routine - each, so the Sukawati Art Market always looks clean.

Abstract

Village of Yehembang Kangin is one of tourism village which has various tourism potential inside which have not been optimized as a tourism destination or tourist attraction. The purpose of this studies to know potential of tourism in the Yehembang Kangin Village Tourism and know the efforts to development of tourism potential in the Yehembang Kangin Tourism Village. The research method used in this research, is a qualitative research, where the qualitative research used, observation, in-depth interview technique and qualitative documents. The concept of tourism supporting components in formulating the existing conditions in the Yehembang Kangin Tourism Village. And data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of this research is Yehembang Kangin Village have two potensial tourism among others is natural and culture potential tourism and the effort to the development of tourism potential in the Tourism Village Yehembang Kangin there are two aspects is mapping of tourist attractions and local community empowerment in the Village Tourism Yehembang Kangin.
