Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze and explain the effect of the work environment, work ethos, work discipline and organizational citizenship behavior on the performance of employees of PT BPR BKK Purwokerto (Perseroda). This research was a quantitative research using a questionnaire of 167 respondents to employees of PT BPR BKK Purwokerto branch (Perseroda). The ampling technique used nonprobability sampling method and the Slovin formula. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple inear regression test, determination coefficient test, t test and f test. The results of his research show that work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work ethic had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational citizenship behavior had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and significantly Simultaneous work environment, work ethos, work discipline and organizational citizenship behavior have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.Keywords: work environment, work ethos, work discipline, organizational citizenship behavior, employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai pengaruh growth rate (tingkat pertumbuhan), company size (ukuran perusahaan), tingkat profitability terhadap nilai perusahaan, dengan variabel pemoderasi struktur modal. Kriteria subjek dalam riset ini yakni perusahaan manufaktur consumer goods yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia. Data sekunder yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini diambil dari laporan keuangan tahunan periode 2015-2018. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah purposive sampling. Metode analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, dan uji hipotesis.Hasil pengujian menampilkan hasil bahwa tingkat pertumbuhan tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, company size (ukuran perusahaan) memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, tingkat profitability memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Tingkat pertumbuhan dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan tidak mampu dimoderasi oleh variabel struktur modal, tetapi ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan mampu dimoderasi oleh variabel struktur modal.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh kepemilikan manajerial, kepemilikan institusional, board diversity, profitabilitas, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan proposive sampling. Berdasarkan kriteria, didapatkan sebanyak 28 perusahaan dengan total sampel 140. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu statistic deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, uji kelayakan model, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara persial kepemilikan manajerial tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, kepemilikan institusional tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, board diversity tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh kepuasan kerja, locus of control dan self-efficacy terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal, Tbk. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner sejumlah 132 responden pada karyawan PT. Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal, Tbk. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, locus of control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, self-efficacy berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan secara simultan kepuasan kerja, locus of control dan self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to test whether Job Satisfaction is able to mediate the influence of Transformational Leadership and Total Quality Management (TQM) on Employee Performance. This study used a sample of 106 respondents. In this study, data analysis used the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. PLS is a component-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Based on the results of this study, several conclusions were found: Transformational Leadership (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y); Total Quality Management (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y); Transformational Leadership (X1) does not have significant effect on Job Satisfaction (Z); Total Quality Management (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y); Job Satisfaction (Z) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y); Job Satisfaction (Z) could also mediate the relationship between Transformational Leadership (X1) and Total Quality Management (X2) on Employee Performance (Y).

Abstract

This research aims to try to test and indicate the integration of leadership style, reward, punishment, and work life balance in increasing nurses' work motivation at Banyumas Regional General Hospital. This research is quantitative. The population includes all nurses at Banyumas Regional General Hospital. The Slovin formula was used to calculate a sample of 154 nurses at Banyumas Regional General Hospital. SmartPLS version 3.0 was used to analyze the validity, reliability, and hypothesis testing of the data. This research uses a survey model using a questionnaire distributed to nurses. The results showed that leadership style, reward, and work-life balance are statistically significant on work motivation, while punishment is not statistically significant on work motivation of nurses at Banyumas Regional General Hospital. This finding shows that the punishment system is more likely to increase dissatisfaction related to hygienic factors, but is not able to increase overall work motivation.
