Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui manajemen strategi yang terdiri perumusan strategi, implementasi strategi, evaluasi strategi dalam pemberdayaan mahasiswa program 1 Rumah Dhuafa 1 Sarjana. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen strategi yang terdapat pada pemberdayaan mahasiswa program 1 Rumah Dhuafa 1 Sarjana terdiri atas tiga proses yaitu perumusan strategi berupa pengembangan visi misi yang disertai dengan analisis lingkungan baik secara internal maupun eksternal, tujuan dan sasaran, strategi dan penetapan kebijakan. Selanjutnya mengimplementasikan strategi dalam bentuk program-program adengan dibantu dengan anggaran-anggaran serta beberapa prosedur dalam pengimplementasian tersebut. Evaluasi strategi, terdapat evaluasi persemester dan pertahun sebagai bentuk evaluasi maupun perbaikan. Tiga proses ini dalam pelaksaan proses manajemen strategi telah berjalan dengan berhasil. The purpose of this study is to determine strategic management which consists of strategy formulation, strategy implementation, strategy evaluation in empowering students of the 1 Rumah Dhuafa 1 Bachelor program. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the management strategy contained in the empowerment of students of the 1 Rumah Dhuafa 1 Bachelor program consists of three processes, namely strategy formulation in the form of developing a vision and mission accompanied by environmental analysis both internally and externally, goals and objectives, strategies and policy determination. Furthermore, implementing the strategy in the form of programs with the assistance of budgets and several procedures for the implementation. Strategy evaluation, there are semester and yearly evaluations as a form of evaluation and improvement. These three processes in implementing the strategic management process have been running successfully.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penulisan jurnal ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran kepemimpinan Kepala Kantor Urusan Agama Sumberjaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskripsi dan pendekatan kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian mengenai peran kepemimpinan Kepala Kantor Urusan Agama dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan pegawai diketahui gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan oleh Kepala Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan Sumberjaya adalah gaya kepemimpinan birokratis, partisipatif, delegatif dan bebas kendali. Fungsi kepemimpinan diterapkannya dengan maksimal dan proses menggerakan pegawai (actuating) dilakukan dengan cara koordinasi, pemberian motivasi, menciptakan komunikasi yang baik dan memberikan bimbingan. Kehadiran Kepala Kantor Urusan Agama mampu meningkatkan kedisiplinan pegawainya. The purpose of writing this journal is to find out how the leadership role of the Head of the Sumberjaya Religious Affairs Office is. This study uses a descriptive method and a qualitative approach. From the results of research on the leadership role of the Head of the Office of Religious Affairs in improving employee discipline, it is known that the leadership style applied by the Head of the Office of Religious Affairs in Sumberjaya District is a bureaucratic, participatory, delegative and free-control leadership style. The leadership function is implemented optimally and the process of moving employees (actuating) is carried out by coordinating, providing motivation, creating good communication and providing guidance. The presence of the Head of the Office of Religious Affairs is able to improve the discipline of his employees.

Abstract

The problem of poverty is a complex problem in Indonesia and is correlated with economic inequality so that there will be a gap between the rich and the poor. This gap is felt in the vulnerable group of micro business actors so that it is difficult to borrow capital from banks and will lead to moneylenders. This research was conducted to reveal the process, program and results of the Bojongrangkas Village Microfinance Baznas (BMD) program in empowering the mustahiq economy. The use of descriptive research used in this study is expected to be able to produce maximum or adequate data through data collection by observation, interviews, documentation. The data analysis technique was carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation, verification and drawing conclusions through a qualitative approach. The results showed that the Bojongrangkas Village Microfinance Baznas (BMD) program in empowering the mustahiq economy in the form of providing capital financing, coaching in the form of training, mentoring to develop businesses and social spiritual aspects through donations. The implementation process goes through several stages starting from the BMFi implementation stage, namely need assessment, HR recruitment and training, program funds, mentoring and monev. That way the perceived output can grow, develop and have business blessings through a culture of giving towards the welfare of the community.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the level of religious intensity of punk groups in West Java and their attachment and how the influence of punk religious intensity on the decline in their group attachment. This research uses a correlational approach that aims to detect the extent to which variations in a factor are related to variations in one or more other factors. After data processing, the results showed that 13% of punk children have a high intensity of religiosity, 43% are moderate and 44% are low. Regarding the level of attachment to the punk community, the results showed that 35% were categorized as high, 49% were moderate, and 16% were low. This means that 65% of punk children experience attachment to their community. This study shows that there is a strong correlation between religious intensity and disengagement in the punk community with a correlation coefficient of 0.745. This strong correlation implies a corrective effect of religion on the level of social deviance. This research also shows that the most effective da'wah to overcome social deviation is with the targhîb approach in the form of amar ma'ruf which is persuasive compared to the tarhîb approach in the form of nahyi munkar which tends to be repressive.
