Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of knowledge sharing on teacher job satisfaction, to determine the effect of knowledge sharing on teacher performance, to determine the effect of teacher job satisfaction on teacher performance, to determine the effect of knowledge sharing on teacher performance mediated by teacher job satisfaction. The population in this study were 1156 teachers with the research sample involving 200 teachers. The research method used in this research is explanatory research, while the data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 23 and SPSS 21 software. Abstract

In achieving long-term goals and specific targets researchers will develop a model ESRM (entrepreneurial Skill Reinforcement Model) in order to create a strong competitive edge in the face of the complex economic conditions. The existence of limited information regarding training and education that strengthens entrepreneurial skills can affect the quality of an entrepreneur. This study aims to cluster and need analyze the interests of students in entrepreneurship at the University of Merdeka Malang. The method that will be used in this research is using the clustering method, where at this stage the student's entrepreneurial interest will be clustered, then a need assessment is carried out and then the model design is carried out according to the student's needs. In the next stage, a model for strengthening entrepreneurial skills was designed and then improved with focus group discussions and expert tests so that the model became feasible and suitable to be applied. Then it will be tested in a trial class to test the effectiveness of the model. The results of the model's feasibility analysis show that there is a strong agreement between experts and practitioners on the feasibility of the developed model. In addition, based on the effectiveness test, the research product in the form of ESRM is categorized as effective for increasing entrepreneurial skills instudents.

Abstract

Keberhasilan suatu usaha sangat ditentukan oleh bagaimana pemilik mengatur dan mengelola usahanya. Pengelolaan dimulai dari perencanaan yang matang atas usaha yang dijalankan, proses/operasional  sampai dengan  pengawasan usahanya. Suatu usaha bisa dijalankan dengan baik jika  manajemen produksinya, manajemen pemasarannya, menajemen keuangannya  hingga pencatatan atas aktivitasnya dijalankan sesuai kaidah yang ada. Banyak kemanfaatan yang diterima pelaku UKM ketika manajemen usahanya dikelola dengan baik, salah satunya adalah kepercayaan pemberi pinjaman (kreditur) yang semakin kuat. Selama ini manajemen usaha kecil lebih banyak dijalankan berdasar intuisi sehingga pemilik tidak mengetahui apakah usahanya untung atau rugi, berapa keuntungan atau kerugiannya. Untuk itulah tim memberikan beberapa pelatihan bagi Usaha yang dikelola Posdaya  agar usahanya dapat berkembang lebih baik dan mendapatkan kepercayaan dari pihak luar. Setelah mendapatkan beberapa pelatihan yang diberikan berupa pelatihan  pembukuan sederhana dan pelatihan pembuatan business plann, usaha UKM binaan posdaya menjadi lebih bagus manajemennya, bahkan dari 100 UKM Binaan Posdaya seluruh Indonesia yang mengirimkan Business Plann ke Yayasan Damandiri,  dua diantaranya  posdaya binaan Unmer Malang yang  berhasil mendapatkan pinjaman dengan  bunga rendah tanpa agunan. DOI: https://doi.org/10.26905/abdimas.v2i2.1814

Abstract

Kebijakan kemudahan pemberian fasilitas mendirikan gerai retail (Alfamart, Indomaret, dll) mengakibatkan banyaknya toko/pracangan yang gulung tikar, hal ini dikarenakan toko/pracangan belum bisa memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat yang semakin beragam, selain itu persaingan harga yang terjadi antara toko/pracangan dengan retail menyebabkan orang beralih membeli ketoko retail yang harga produk persatuannya relatif lebih murah, sehingga barang yang dijual oleh toko/pracangan tidak laku akhirnya harus ditutup. Hal demikian juga dialami oleh UMKM yang membeli barang di toko/pracangan, dengan ditutupnya pracangan mereka kesulitan mendapatkan pasokan bahan, karena jika membeli ditoko atau pasar mereka harus mengeluarkan biaya transport yang relatif besar, sehingga keuntungan mereka menjadi berkurang.Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut maka perlu dibuat wadah/toko tempat kulakan bagi toko/pracangan dan UMKM dengan harga yang murah dan jenis barang yang beragam. Pendirian sentra kulakan ini diharapkan bisa meningkatkan atau menghidupkan kembali toko pracangan dan UMKM yang telah mati, dengan memberikan kepastian pasokan barang dengan harga murah dan dapat diangsur pembayarannya. DOI: https://doi.org/10.26905/abdimas.v1i1.1176

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of multiple role conflict on employee performance through work stress. This study uses a quantitative causality approach to determine the relationship between variables. The population of this study were 73 bank employees. The sampling technique uses the simple random sampling method to ensure that all populations have the same opportunity to be selected as research objects. The data source used is primary data in the form of a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using path analysis and using SPSS as an analytical tool. The results of this study indicate that multiple role conflict has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. Multiple role conflict has a positive and significant effect on work stress. Work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the mediation analysis found that work stress is able to mediate the effect of multiple role conflict on employee performance.

Abstract

Many policy initiatives and interventions in tourism have been implemented at different levels. However, compared to other sectors, tourism lags behind in adopting adequate and widely accepted evaluation methodologies. This research aims to analyze the influence of policy benefits on motivation, the effect of policy benefits having a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, the effect of policy benefits having no positive and insignificant effect on performance, the influence of motivation having a positive and significant effect on performance, and the effect of satisfaction having a positive effect. And crucial for performance. Through motivation, analyzing the impact of policy benefits has a positive and significant effect on performance. Through satisfaction, analyzing the effect of policy benefits has a positive and significant effect on performance. The research method employs a quantitative strategy. This population sample consists of 51 employees/laborers from the tourism industry in East Java. This research analysis tool employs SmartPLS with convergent validity measured by the expected average variance (AVE) value. The findings of this study indicate that satisfaction has a positive effect on performance. There is a correlation between motivation and performance. There is an effect of policy benefits on satisfaction, but none between them, and there is an effect of policy benefits on motivation.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of transformational leadership, organizational commitment, organizational culture on employee performance at the Malang City P3AP2KB Social Service. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a sample of 60 respondents who worked at the Malang City P3AP2KB Social Service. The analytical tool used is the multiple linear analysis test. The results of the description of a picture in this study state that the independent variable transformational leadership has the highest score (mean) across all indicators of the other independent variables with more agree answers. In this way, the transformational leadership of the Malang City P3AP2KB Social Service has been very good and achieved. The results of the analysis in this study show that transformational leadership, organizational commitment, and organizational culture have a significant effect on the performance of Malang City P3AP2KB Social Service employees. Organizational commitment has a dominant influence on employee performance at the Malang City P3AP2KB Social Service.

Abstract

In this study, the impact of mediated organizational changes and environmental changes on management accounting procedures is investigated. The management of the organization will need to make administrative and management accounting practice adjustments due to the high level of environmental unpredictability. This study employs a survey approach with 149 company managers in mid-to-high level positions in East Javan manufacturing companies as respondents. Data analysis techniques using Smart PLS are used to examine the relationship between changes in the environment and changes in management accounting practices, both directly and indirectly. The findings demonstrated that modifications in management accounting procedures are positively and strongly impacted by ecological changes. Changes in management accounting procedures benefit from organizational changes. On the other hand, modifications to the practice of management accounting cannot be mediated by changes to the organization. This study is unique in that it examines how environmental changes impact management accounting practices. Specifically, it shows that changes in technology and a highly competitive market will impact management accounting methods related to evaluation, costing, and decision-making. Changes in the organization's structure and technology utilization support this shift in management accounting.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of self-efficacy and work discipline on police officers' performance, with the work environment as a mediating variable. Ordinary least square (OLS) is used to examine both direct and indirect relationships among variables. The study was conducted at the Resort Police in Sidoarjo. The results show that self-efficacy and work discipline significantly affect the work environment and performance. Furthermore, the work environment partially mediates the relationship between self-efficacy and work discipline on performance, indicating that a supportive environment strengthens the impact of individual factors on performance. These findings imply that enhancing self-efficacy and discipline alone is not sufficient. Efforts to create a positive work environment are equally important. It is recommended that police institutions provide regular training to build self-efficacy, enforce clear discipline policies, and improve the quality of the work environment to optimize overall performance.
